We had an outstanding family holiday at Hotel Alpine Inn in Davos. The hotel was exceptionally clean and very spacious, with excellent amenities that made our stay extremely comfortable. The location is fantastic, offering stunning views and easy access to everything Davos has to offer. A special thank you to Anastasia at reception for her warm welcome and helpful assistance, and to Jana at breakfast for her kindness and attentive service — they truly made our stay memorable. For all it offers, it truly deserves 4 stars. We highly recommend it and are looking forward to coming back in the warm season!

The best part of our stay was the reception, especially Anastasia. She was smiley, solution-oriented. Her attitude really stood out and improved our experience (you will see below :) ). The first night we could not sleep because of noisy neighbours. The second night I asked for a firmer, orthopedic pillow because the standard ones were too soft. Unfortunately, the staff on duty didn’t know such a pillow existed, and I only learned at checkout that the hotel actually had one. Dinner meal had a good quality, locally sourced, it was set menu. But be careful thr portions are small. Better order more bread to feel full. P.S. We had QOQA offer for that. Breakfast was more on the average side. Interesting thing- they are serving Prosecco for breakfast! The room was spacious, and the bathroom newly renovated and very nice. Overall: good hotel, good dinner, comfortable rooms (pillows needs to be firmer) and Anastasia at reception was the real highlight of our stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Alpine Inn in Davos. The location is perfect close to restaurants. The room was great and clean, with large balcony with mountain view. Breakfast was awesome too. However, the meal offered with QOQA voucher was disappointing and didn't meet the quality of the rest of the experience, I hope the hotel improves this aspect for the future guests.

Excellent place and definitely recommended. Rooms are clean and comfy. The restaurant offered a decent spread of breakfast and was very cosy. Staff were very friendly and always ready to patiently answer our queries. They were helpful to top up our bottles with water whenever we needed to. I did not manage to get all their names, just Anatasia. (Kudos to all though!)

The Inn is charming and cozy, offering a bar area and a relaxing reading lounge. The location is exceptional—just a short walk from the train station, directly across from a bus stop, and surrounded by restaurants and shops. Rooms: The beds are very comfortable, and the provided soap, shampoo, and body lotion were thoughtful touches. However, the rooms would greatly benefit from a mini fridge, coffee maker, and kettle for storing medications, snacks, or preparing a warm drink after a day outdoors. Adding wall hooks for drying coats and gear would also be helpful. Breakfast: While breakfast is advertised as running from 7:00 to 11:00 am, we arrived at 8:30 am to find that most of the buffet was already gone. When I asked if it would be replenished, I was told it would not. The staff also seemed unsure about allergy-friendly options and how to avoid cross-contamination, which could pose a challenge for guests with dietary restrictions. Front Desk: The front desk staff came across as somewhat aloof, though this may reflect local cultural norms. For instance, when I requested an extra pillow, I was questioned, “For what?” which felt unnecessary and unwelcoming. Additionally, we were informed at check-in that we would receive discounts on the gondola and cable car through a travel card provided by the hotel. Unfortunately, this turned out to be inaccurate, which was disappointing.

Alpine Inn Davos is a chic boutique retreat perched on Davos Promenade, offering a seamless blend of historical charm and contemporary design. Originally built in 1908 and recently modernized, the hotel captures the spirit of the Alps with Art Nouveau touches, a relaxed bar vibe, and bright, stylish rooms. Loved by couples, solo travelers, and small families, this inn is all about comfort and character — just a short stroll from slopes, trails, and cultural highlights.

Nice hotel but my experience was bad. I stayed for a couple of nights during Easter, together with my wife and a baby. The shower flooded the entire bathroom. I told them the problem at 11:00 am and the answer I received was that they would remove the water and let more towels to put on the floor (sic). I returned to the hotel at 18:30 and the bathroom flooded again (they did not leave the extra towels, by the way not a very elegant solution, not even a solution...). After talking for the third time they offered me to change the room, which was impossible because I had a reservation at a restaurant at 20:00 (and a baby...). What bothered me was that they had the whole day to figure out how to solve it or they could have offered me to change the room at 11:00 am. So we stayed in the same room and used many towels (finally they arrived...). I would like to clarify that the door of the shower was always well-closed, there was a huge leak between the door and the floor. Due to the huge inconvenience, they did not charge for the parking, which it was not a solution. Honestly, if you pay a high price for a hotel or a room you expect a service according to what you have paid. It was not the case. Final recommendation, there are a lot of hotels in Davos, choose another one, will do the same next time.
