Alquimia

Excellent service, great and fresh food and overall an amazing experience. I’ve visited many places in Spain and so far this is one of my favourite, the owner of this business know what he is doing, the branding, the details and most importantly the food is just “fantastic” also the price is good for the quality and flavour of the products 🙂 definitely visiting again when I come back to Valladolid.

The restaurant is very cosy and the staff is very friendly and it's always with a smile. The interior room where the Laboratorio is located is modern, small and a bit dark since there are no windows to outside what make the atmosphere more gloomy. But it's well illuminated and the tables and cutlery are very fun and unique. The menu experience is amazing, all the food comes without any rush, the staff explain every dish and everything is full of flavour. We pick the Dopamine menu and I would say it's a lot! If you don't eat good I would say the Serotonina should be sufficient. As always when you try this kind of experience some dishes you like more others less but overall as liked all. The ingredients were fresh and there was a lot of different textures. Also the transitions between the differents parts of the meal were very well done. It's was an amazing experience

Overall we had an amazing lunch at Alquimia! The food was exquisite and we would be happy to return back to dine there! We had a table near the speakers which made it a little bit harder to sometimes understand the waiter, but that was rather minor part of the experience.

Very Delicious! Good quality versus price. Nice wines. Artistic flavor combinations and good balanced. Small Michelin star restaurant and has a very good atmosphere. Nice staff. We go for sure to eat there again. We had a very nice bottle of wine €95,- and the 5 course menu for €75,- per person. Suzanne and Jeroen from Holland

Visited at the bar zone (Crisol). Most dishes were delicious, combining flavors and trends from many places around the world. Deserves more than one visit!

I loved this place. We tried the serotonina menu (54 EUR), which had 18 pasos. It was innovative, delicious and well worth the price. The place is casual, not too fancy. the service is very good.

One of two Michelin-starred restaurants in the city. Naturally it's quite pricey (more suited to a special occasion) but actually not as expensive as you might think. The concept is a laboratory with a really creative and delicious tasting menu.

Had originally visited for the 5 course lunch menu and afterwards did the traveller menu a couple of times. This evening I did the seratonina menu and it was fantastic. I also had the wine pairing and Patricia did a fantastic job. Service was attentive and charming. Having dined in many starred restaurants (as well as having worked for many years in starred restaurants), I have nothing but good things to say for Alquimia. Keep up the good work!
