Al's Garage

A gentleman towed my car last night from Kirkwood. He was an angel. Did a perfect job and was a gentleman.

By far the very BEST Garage in town with the most honest and hard working guys (and gal) you'll ever meet! Tim has always gone above and beyond the past 30 years to make sure that my cars are safe and reliable

This garage was amazing! I was in a difficult situation and they took the time to listen and care and work with me to be able to have the best outcome for them as a business and me as a customer definitely will be using their services if ever I get in trouble again. This garage actually shows that they care about their clients or customers I can't even begin to express how appreciative and thankful I am too to have been able to work with them and have the outcome that they were able to give me. Lord knows there aren't that many people out there that show compassion and caring much less business but I was lucky enough to have gotten this garage cause they definitely went over and beyond the call of duty.

I had a break down on I-81 in the evening hours, these gentleman arrived within 20 minutes of being called by my dispatcher, they were fast, safe, and professional. After delivering my truck to the dealer, they gave me a ride to a near by hotel, and did not leave until they knew I was all set. I recommend them anytime for fast and quality service.

Scheduled an appointment for a special tow on Friday with one of the workers and worked out all the details. Monday no tow truck and it's been 30 minutes. Called asked what time they will be there and was told my name wasn't on the schedule. Had to give information again about special tow and the owner rudely told me not interested in the job. No apologies, tone was nasty, unprofessional and could care less. The worst part about this is I had a deadline for this tow and once I found a tow service on Friday marked it off my to do list and stopped calling tow services. Now forced to find a tow service for Monday last minute. I would never use their service, can't be trusted the workers or owner. A rating of 0 for being unprofessional, untrustworthy and rude.

Always willing to help and they are the best at taking care of your vehicle. I would recommend them to anyone that needs help with a tow!! Great Job team!

AL's responded and towed my husbands car when he was in a bad accident. I can't say enough how wonderful they treated him and how nice they were the next day when we went to get to get our belongings out of his totaled vehicle.

Its a shame there's only 5 stars...they need 6!!! Traveling to Va. and my console shifter wouldn't shift...left me stranded in hotel parking lot...they came early next day, took me straight in, repaired it, and on my way!!! Thank you to the excellent service that our son Steven received from the team at Al's Garage. Our son's vehicle had to be towed on July 5th due to an accident late at night. The Team was very respectable friendly and careful about taking care of our son's car that was towed to their lot. My husband and I have been back to Al's Garage to retrieve things out of our son's car without a problem. If anyone comes into a situation at night like our son Steven has. Don't hesitate to call Al's Garage.

Koleen H I'm sorry you had a bad experience but the police department doesn't have time to wait for you and your tow truck. If your son's car was in the roadway the police department needs the road clear. The rates charged by Al's Garage are in line with all of the other PROFESSIONAL towing companies.

OMG....do not EVER use these people! They are rotten human beings. My son was in a car accident with a very old vehicle. The Binghamton police called this rip off tow company to get the vehicle before I had a chance to call anyone else. The vehicle was towed 5 miles and was there over night. When my son went to get it, they said it would be $450.00!!!!! TO TOW A 1997 VEHICLE 5 MILES AND KEEP IT OVERNIGHT. What kind of people would prey on the helpless victims of an accident? The car wasn't even worth 450.00 dollars so we just had them keep it. Reminds me of some back woods people in years past, not people of this century doing business. Again CAUTION..... do not ever use these jerks!!!
