Waited an hour for sour chicken. You could smell it in spite of all the seasonings trying to mask it. Despicable. The health department should be there soon better tighten up or let it go.

We always go here it’s the 🍗 BEST WINGS WE’VE EATEN AND HAVE GREAT SERVICE AlWAYS not like other places that have okay wings and have an attitude. WE ALWAYS BUY THE SUICIDE WINGS, BUFFALO AND HONEY HOT WINGS. This are wings to us. We always order the 50 party wing or 100 and they all enjoyed the wings and asked us where we get them. They have 2 locations but I live and love my service in horn lake, Ms. The other one is in Memphis I think. They always give a cozy vibe with their service and I enjoy my wings even more. Great place to have good wings and service. We come here all the time it’s our go to Take Out to feed our guests. They also have my wings in 15 min tops they kinda hidden but there the best if you get here.

20pc with 1 ranch is crazy. \o.o/ just make the ranch from scratch and charge more. The wings are mid & dark around the bones. The buffalo roll cool but it’s too small. Spent $44 didn’t finish any of it.

The flavors were well-executed, and the quality met my expectations. However, I did find the menu somewhat difficult to read, which detracted slightly from the overall experience. In summary, while the food was enjoyable and fairly priced considering market conditions, the challenging menu readability prevents me from rating it higher. I would still recommend this spot to others, but based on my experience, I can only give it 3 out of 5 stars.

First of all I usually like to order my burgers from here simply because I know the meat is hand patted. This order was not made correctly, I asked for no mayo I got mayo the other burger I asked to add grilled onions, I got mayo and onions only no lettuce or pickles. These fries are usually good but you can tell they were dropped a second time. The fries were hard and burnt, as you can see in the picture. I’m really disappointed in the quality of this meal. The lady that took the order was not paying attention at all. As a black business y’all need to do better with customer service.

I ordered 3 BURGERS THAT CAME OUT TO BE $84.00! Order was so wronh! The burgers used to be hand mashed with real beef ..this meat looks like meat patties now! The fries are awfully seasoned as well

I took my shrimp alfredo pasta order back because I received chicken.. The ladies were friendly and asked the cook to remake it. The shrimp pasta I was given the second time had so much Old Bay in it that it was inedible. The sauce didn't even taste like alfredo at all anymore, it had turned an orange color and it was so salty that I had to throw it away. We love this place and I order the alfredo all the time.. I don't know what happened, but for a $21 dish I was extremely disappointed.

First time customer Memphis location ordered on door dash, pink lemonade and 20 piece wings lemon pepper hot. Barley taste lemon pepper no hot wings suck worse $35+ spent and they gave me a regular lemonade and I said if it's not there refund! Not only that lemonade taste like sugar and doordash don't want to give refunds won't order with you both with a business y'all need to do better

My favorite place for wings in Memphis so far. I cannot get enough of the spicy garlic!! Never had anything like it. The wings are always fresh and the grease never tastes old. I also like the chicken Philly egg rolls.

The wings were excellent and cooked just right. The wait is long because they don't cook them until you order them. I got half regular season and honey gold because I don't like alot of salt. Their prices are fair for the wings. I only gave them a four stars because I paid 75cents for a extra ranch dressing and it was not in my bag when I got home and I didn't have any at home. I was really upset. Check your to go order before you leave. Also, I was not greeted and was not told Thanks for your order. But the food was delicious.

I love this place, they food so good. I can't help it but I love wings and cheese steaks! They always hitting here. They have these cakes they be having and my goodness is so yummy and I'm not a cake eater so this speaks volumes. I even called and asked about the cake it was so good. The wait can be a little long but it's worth it. Give it a try!

Good food .. Mr. Al is a great guy .. and excellent service... two locations that i know of one in Horn Lake and one in memphis on lamar

Great homemade burger!!!! It does take about 20 min so call it in if you're in a hurry. It is definitely worth the wait.

Food good customer service was better than my very 1st visit, there was a different cashier she was nice

This place is so good with their spicy lemon pepper wings and their burger with fries. I went one day and got the egg roll and the spicy lemon pepper chicken thinking they are pretty expensive. When I received my food, I wasn't disappointed. I even went back for a burger the next day and was not disappointed again. This place is a great place to try especially with their many many wing flavors!!

I ordered hot wings from this place and it was very good, they also have different styles of egg rolls, I try to chicken Philly eggroll it was pretty good the only thing I have to complain about what is the size of it

Great wings and fries. Honey Gold is my and my partner's favorite wing sauce. Order usually come out in a timely fashion. The parking situation could be a little better but overall a great wing spot

I was hungry and wanted to try the buffalo egg rolls. They are really popular and I decided to give them a try. I was pleased with them. They are pretty hefty, well stuffed, and priced reasonable. I do wish it came with veggies and cheese instead of the Philly cheesesteak egg roll only coming with cheese and veggies. It was hot, the wait wasn't long, and it came with a side of ranch dressing. I would recommend them. They come in a variety of meats as well which is a plus. The manager, Al is very professional, customer service friendly, and courteous. It's also a black owned business which is a plus!

I had been searching around for shrimp egg rolls, and finally saw on Yelp that Al's had them. They were priced at $4 each. I ordered 2 over the phone. Got to the restaurant after she told me it would be a 20min wait... She told me my total was $27.99!!!!!!!!!!! Reluctantly, I paid for them in hopes that they would be good. I thought they would be authentic EGG ROLLS.... Not Philly Cheese Egg rolls.. The shrimp were smaller than salad shrimp, and not deveined. They were not appealing or appetizing. I threw the 2nd order away. I thought about going to put in an application just to show them how to prepare egg rolls and to have an updated menu online. Maybe the rest of the menu is good... Just avoid the Philly Shrimp Rolls lol.

This is what $20 looks like now smh. Taste is on point but these things have shrunk. These drummies are not even bite size.

If you like delicious things in your mouth then this is the place for you. The prices are reasonable, the wings come fried up nice and hard, and they let you mix and match flavors all willy nilly. Ask for honey glazed garlic or honey glazed lemon pepper. It's not on the menu, but if they offer the seasoning, they'll let you come up with your own thing. The burger is the bomb, the fries with seasoning aint no joke either. This place has replaced Ching's for me. Also, they offer a steak and shrimp eggroll that'll make you wanna fall out. Come check them out and tell them Mrs. K sent you!

Hands down Buffalo hot wings are fire every time! The menu has a great variety of urban food!

Chicken Philly egg rolls are the best! If you've never had one then you definitely need to go try them today!

I've ordered from Al's at least 4 times in the last two weeks. I have not been disappointed in any of the flavors I've tried. The hot lemon pepper is the current favorite, but I would love a spicy parmesan sauce. They are quickly becoming one of my favorite wing spots!!!

I love ordering from AL's. Always super fresh and friendly. Had the philly cheese steak egg roll for the first time and lost it lol. And of course the wings are good. Call In's are best. I never truly get a chance to take a picture because it's usually half way gone before I get home.

I gave a really good review of here a few months ago but I take it back. Al's used to be the place! I gassed them up to so many people and now I'm embarrassed. I used to love them because you could get two flavors on a five piece. I noticed a couple months ago they stopped letting us do that. Today I got a 15 piece whole wing and planned on getting 3 flavors or a flavor per every 5 wings but they said I could only split it two flavors (which makes no sense bc y'all have a 5 piece as an option??). I also got Buffalo egg rolls and corn nuggets and they gave me half (if even that) of the amount they used to give. Usually the egg rolls fill the whole box so I asked if they have different sizes and she said no, so I said the box is normally full and she said "oh it depends on the size you get" wtf? You should've asked me on the phone what size I wanted. They got new ladies up front, they used to be nice but now they're rude. Their prices also went up because there was a "custom order" charge so I asked what that was and they said that's on every order because "the prices went up." ??? How y'all prices went up but the amount of food and the customer service went down? I used to come here every week, some times several times a week, and I put so many friends onto Al's. I'm never coming back here again they're so trash now

I tried the buffalo egg rolls ...the presentation was EVERYTHING! They were good wish they were a bit crisper ..gotta try the wings next time!

The buffalo egg roll is wonderful. The food was prepared quickly. The service was acceptable. However, this place might have the blandest suicude wings in Memphis. There are also hidden charges like .75 to use a card and .50 for the sauce on the wings . Why, mane?

The steak egg rolls are the Bomb.Com... The wait time is a little long...nawwww...a lot long-lol...

The wings are a little expensive but you get what you pay for. I love the honey gold wings and fries.

Horrible!!!! I couldn't even finish my food. The wings were not fresh and that seasoning they use smells real bad and they charge for the ranch or blue cheese dressing. Who sells chicken without dressing? I would never ever return. I only gave a one star because that's the only way it would let me post the review if not they would get 0 stars!

I drove by this place everyday and never stopped. I always wondered why so many cars were parked outside and now I know!! This place has the BEST egg rolls and fried green tomatoes you'll ever taste! You won't be disappointed I promise! I swear I love my city! Memphis has food that is unmatched

Family business! The owner is A-100. We need more places like this in Memphis. Especially downtown!
