Alstadts Ale House

We went for dinner while staying at the Clarion next door. Food was awesome, service was great. Very small crew. I saw 1 front of house and maybe 2 cooks but they did a really great job. My daughter and I had Beyond Burgers and my hubby had wings. Everything was great! It got pretty busy because there was a historical presentation happening. They seemed to handle it well. We really enjoyed our visit there.

After all that outdoor winter adventuring the night has to be brought to the best close with what I will unapologetically assert is THE BEST BURGER in 4 states from Alstadts Ale House over River/Snow Riders central office/sales floor. All the staff especially the ALL STAR Alstadts Ale Crew are incredible!!! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This is with out a doubt my happy place!!!! ❄️💙🍔💙❄️

My friends and I had an Excellent experience at Alstadt Ale House in Harpers Ferry! The food was absolutely fantastic—fresh, flavorful, and exactly what we looking for after an evening of snow tubing at Snow Riders. Everything we ordered was delicious and hit the spot. My burger was perfectly cooked and came with a good amount of fries. Our server, Sarah, was outstanding. She was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better with her great service and positive attitude. The location is super convenient after snow tubing at Snow Riders—just a quick walk across the parking lot. it was the perfect place to warm up, relax, and enjoy time with friends. I highly recommend Alstadt Ale House for it’s great food, excellent service, and a perfect post-tubing stop! Definitely a 5 star experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

After having a fun evening snow tubing at Snow Riders , it was great to then sit back with friends and relax and enjoy some great food. The atmosphere was welcoming and decorated very nicely. The menu selection is nice there is something for everyone. Everything we ordered was delicious and the staff and service was excellent. We will definitely be back. 5 stars!!

I wanted to leave a review of the Alstadts Ale House. We had a wonderful evening after snow tubing in the evening at Snow Riders. First, it was so conveniently located right next to the snow lanes. We met Sarah, who explained the menu and talked with us about our adventure on the hills. The atmosphere was welcoming to our group with comfortable chairs and a big table. We enjoyed burgers, chicken tenders, grilled cheese , fries, tomato basil soup, and even mozzarella sticks. Wonderful warm foods after tubing. Excellent customer service with all the staff who spoke with us. 5 stars across the board!!! Wonderful place!!!

Why am I just finding out about you!!! I think we found our new happy place!! The burger was amazing!! And guess what!! The guide house guy is serving up some delicious burgers!!🍔 Please please 🙏 Let Darrin make us some duck wontons we loved sooooooo much! And the bartender was awesome 😎!! Good job! Ian! Outstanding job ! The chefs choice burgers! Wow Only thing that could make the food better tonight was duck wontons !

Very average bar food, nothing special. Everything is fried and all you can taste is the grease. Meaning the wings, tenders, fried pickles, and fries all have the exact same taste. Also, many choices on the menu were sold out so they definitely have an issue with their supply or something. We were the only patrons in there so the service was quick however we ordered our own food via the QR code so the servers weren't even doing much but still accessing the tip on the front end. Disappointed and would have been better off grabbing MTO from Sheetz.

Laid back festive atmosphere. Ian, our bartender/server, was awesome! He was friendly, witty, and fun. The bacon grilled cheese sandwich and tomato basil soup were great after walking through the holiday light show.
