Nasty and filthy! Do not come here! They have an attendant but the attendant only wipes down the external of the machines. The machines have a foul smell from prior washes. The laundry/bleach/softener dispensers on the top of the machines are so molded it's disgusting! The inside of the washer doors are infested with mold as well! This is so unhealthy! I'm surprised the health department has not been called!

I go to this laundromat once a week. I've never had a problem here. Yes, the soap compartment could use some cleaning and, yes, they should give you access to the restroom and someone should call you back on the number provided. But the washers and dryers usually are in good working condition. The laundromat is always clean and owner takes care of graffiti really quick. If you go here often you know there is a trick to the coin compartment of the large washers. Sometimes when you put the money in the machine doesn't acknowledge the money. You have to either hit the coin slot a couple times or push the coin return button a couple times. This way you either get your money back or the machine accepts the money. My problem is they have raised the prices quite a bit. The washers have gone up a dollar or two in the last 6 months. The dryers have gone down in drying time. For 25 cent it went from 10 minutes to 5 minutes for the regular size and from 7 minutes to 4 minutes with the large ones. And I swear I think the thermometer has been turn down on the dryers too so it takes longer i.e. cost more to dry your clothes. It's so convenient to my house until I get my washer and dryer hooked up I'll keep going. .

Whatever you do, avoid the largest $9 machines. They do not clean or sud even if you put a large amount of soap. They don’t accept change for $20 bills and 25 cents for 4 MINUTES of drying is ridiculously overpriced for machines that’s aren’t even top of the line. Bad overall experience, save your money and go elsewhere

Machines usually work alright and are available. One time my clothes got stuck in a washer that wouldn't stop spinning, but the very nice lady working there helped me stopping the washer and taking them out. Dryers are huge and work really fast. Parking is always available right in front and there's hardly any weird people around. Price of the smaller washers is 3.50$, larger loads are available for around 6$, and the dryer is 25 cents per 8 minutes.

The tendon was pretty rude when I asked for change The washing machines are OK but the dryers suck and are very expensive. I placed my towels for one whole hour costing me almost 2 dollars and they still didn’t dry. The only thing that dried was my compression attire and not even 100% good bad customer service. And the vending machine steal your money.

Machines take money, not clean and 25 cent gets you 5 minutes of dry time. No one there to help except on some mornings where you see a lady taking out all quarters then hiding out in back room. No one answers text when you help needed. This place is trash.

It's a nice clean place and wasn't crowded with good parking. I used two top loaders and all of my dark colors came out extremely faded. Basically ruined. Plus, the one synthetic shirt I washed got really frayed. I have a top loader at home and this has never happened. My washer just broke and I went there to run a couple loads. It was my first time there and I'm not going back. It's too bad because I really wanted to like this place

This place is pretty grimy and desperately needs a deep cleaning - or new machines. The washer door seals have mold growing on them and the soap dispensers are also gross. It's probably time for a remodel...

Waste of money, they could improve the dryers. I lived in the area for about a year, I washed here consistently because it was close. If you need to dry your clothes, this place is a complete waste of money and time. Dryers need to be improved.

No recourse when a machine eats your money and doesn't wash the load. There's a number posted (818-293-8350) and it says send a text message. No response when a message is sent and the number says it's disconnected when you call it.

This laundromat has a female worker who cleans sweeps and mops the floors she cannot fix the washer machine or dryer all she does is put blue scotch tape or put a out of order sign I washed my clothes on 2/03/24 I call and left voicemail messages and text to the owner providing a goggle number 2 days later he reach me in text regarding my issue I explain that the machine did not wash only sit there in water I had to used the next machine I had exactly the amount I need that day so I had to go to atm to get money out it was so incredibly inconvenient to do this I never got my money back this owner is a thief most people washing that day toll me they never get a refund when this tense to happen I been coming here 10 years this has never happened to me I will never come back after this experience wash at your own risk

This place is terrible. No one responds when the machines malfunction. My clothes were stuck in washer mid cycle and no one came to assist me to get the clothes out and my clothes were soaking wet when I was able to remove. Do not patronize. They are awful.

As a laundromat, it's okay -- expectations are not particularly high. But when a machine malfunctions by taking your money and still not working, the attendant simply points to the wall and says "contact that number". And there is NO response even after repeated messages. So apparently, theft and refusal to refund is not an issue for the owners?

I used a machine that $6.25, and it ate money. So I put all my clothes in the next to it, which was also $6.25, this one started, but my clothes came out with soap on them. Called owner around 10:30am, during business hours, also sent text messages, no response. This laundromat is a waste of money.

Bad machines and the dryers suck!!!!! I put my towels to dry for an hour and they still didn't dry. The only thing that dryed was my compression attire! The attendant was also very rude when I ask for change so that I can wash. Horrible experience. Definitely do not recommend and I'm definitely not coming back. This place needs to be worked on!

I've been here once or twice, but today is the day machines are taking quarters and not working..., it's extremely inconsiderate and a waste of anybody's times when you dry clothes (leave then thinking they're drying) and 40 minutes later... EVERYTHING STILL DAMP!!

I have been living in Pasadena all my life and the one time I need to use the laundry mat there a lady that works there that act like a a shark she stares at you when I was trying to park and get some sage. She comes outside and looked at me a cute looking at me until she see me looking at her and she goes if psi is still looks at me like I didn't cry she have people there that telling people to so all I was trying to do was get shades, park my car, and Shay you know and she just kept looking at me maybe because I'm African-American they don't trust a lot of us so I will never go here again.

Please drive further to do your laundry. This laundromat has old machines that eat your quarters. The "support" staff available "jimmies" with the machines but when they don't work says you've lost your coins and laundry detergent, softener etc. Please go elsewhere if you want to launder without hassle.

I'll do my best not to return here again. Many of the washing machines we're not operating properly; I'd started a wash and when it stopped washing, then moved to the rinse cycle-it stopped and when I went to retrieve my washed and spun items, I found the machine with my items in it and 1/4th filled with water. Thank goodness there was a female attendant there who was cleaning - she helped me locate a washing machine that worked and helped me transfer my wet laundry to another machine. I shutter to think what would happened, how many other machine I would have had to try out before finding a working one and how much longer I would have been there had she not offered to help and if I didn't speak Spanish. The two stars are for that sweet, helpful lady, how well she was cleaning and her kindness.

While it's a fairly priced laundry mat, it can get so messy because of all the people that go in and out all day. There doesn't seem to be an attendant in sight to maintain the place as business progresses throughout the day. The folding space area is plenty and parking is too. I just wish it wasn't so full of people every time I went. Soap machines available for those who need to buy a quick bottle and also soda machine too.

You have to wash in order to use the dryer?? If I'm paying to use the dryer, why would I need to wash my clothes there too? My dryer broke down at my house, and I needed to dry off my clothes that were still wet, and some lady which I'm assuming doesn't work there told me that if I don't wash my clothes, I can't use the dryer. You're already getting money from me using the dryer. That makes no sense.

Clean place. I don't normally frequent laundromats, but I needed to wash a few bedspreads and a couple of other bulky items. The extra large washers are $7.50, $6.75 for the medium and $3 for the smallest one. It hasn't been crowded, so that's a plus. I'd recommend it.

It gets the job done. $1.25 for the generic washers, dryers are 25 cents for each 15 min. They got Street Fighter and NEO in the corner, and also a snack and drink machine too. I usually drop it off and go get food at Pueblo Tacos across the street.

I have been here a couple of times. Regular machines are pretty cheap (1.25) and wash pretty good. What sucks are the dryers they either take your change or don't dry very well. Sometime they don't dry at all. You have to ask around to find out which dryers work best. The location looks pretty dirty. Restroom is always closed unless there is an employee on site. If the dryer sucks you can't get your money back because the owner is rarely around and he's the only one who can refund you the money.

Ive been coming here since 2014 and I hate it. They used to have two rows of $1.25 regular wash washers, but cut that down to one row and raised the price to $1.50. On top of that as others have mentioned they have machines that eat your money with no attendants there to help you if this happens...AND their are thieves there. All the more reason to have an attendant on duty. I've had several pairs of pants/shorts stolen from my wash here. I would stop going but its the closest to my house so until I own my one washing machine, I'm stuck with this shit hole.

I'm convinced this is a money laundering operation. No one works there and no one answers the phone number that is posted on the wall. I will NEVER use this facility EVER again. I will hand wash 6 large loads of clothes before I ever set foot in there again. On a Sunday AFTERNOON I attempted to use one of the large front loading washers, once I deposited all of my quarters and locked the door, the machine immediately broke and the door would not unlock. There was NO ONE ON THE PREMISE to assist until 8pm. the number listed on the wall to call (818) 495-5783 is to a Google Voice number that NO ONE ANSWERS. You can leave a million messages and NO ONE will call you back!!!!!!! the lady that was there to lock the doors that night ( when I went back for the 5th time in one day to see if someone could help me get my clothes out of the machine) knows nothing, cannot unlock the machine because she doesn't have the key to the machines, (but has key to the doors somehow) doesn't know the name of the owner, and just told me to try coming back in the morning. I came back the following morning, the machine was STILL broken with my clothes held hostage inside. And again, NO ONE WAS WORKING ON THE PREMISE TO ASSIST ME. I called the listed number a couple 100 more times with NO RESPONSE. I had to drive back to the location 3 times the next day. on my 3rd visit that day (8th visit in total) the machine was magically turned off and I was able to turn the handle and take my soggy clothes that had been sitting in water for almost 24 hours out. I am DISGUSTED with this establishment!
