We are so happy for the family & team behind Altamirano's. We have become quite fond of coming here since its opening in May 2025. We have tried a handful of dishes, some more than once: lamb chops (excellent), roast chicken (perfectly seasoned) with roasted potatoes and crisp, roasted asparagus, a classic Caesar featuring the best romaine lettuce I've seen in months, meatballs, beet salad, fritto misto, watermelon salad, ravioli, spaghetti, octopus salad, truffle fries, numerous fish specials and delicious desserts including our two favorites so far, the cheesecake (and I never order cheesecake anywhere!) and the tiramisu. We love the staff and bartenders; everyone works seamlessly together like an orchestra, making it fun to watch. If we've asked for a drink off the menu or an adjustment to our entree or salad, they offer suggestions on how they can make what we want happen. Perfect for a date night at the bar, occasionally they have on a big game, a classic family gathering, or even a big party or work event, the space, menu, and bar offer a variety of ways for patrons to celebrate and enjoy this new local gem.
