I am a regular at this dispensary, and I have to say there's a reason for that. First off, it's my local dispo, so it's easy to get to. Second, the deals are pretty good and has a loyalty rewards point system which comes in handy. And lastly, the people who work here are so nice. Both the budtenders and the security guards are always so kind and help make the environment feel so welcoming. AHHS will always be one of my favorite dispensaries.

This place is very authentic and personal feeling. They have great product and great deals. They even give medical discount for out of state customers. Some of the best freshest selection around. I’m very happy when I come here.

This place sucks. Created and order on WM and they said 80 minutes I drive there and 50 minutes later they are closed at 920? What a waste if time . Do not trust them on WM

I love this place. Always well stocked and the prices are super reasonable. Everyone who works there is super nice. I usually see Andrea and she is literally the best. Always happy to see her.

This place pales in comparison to any other smoke shop in town. Every time I go in everyone is happy and smiling and they treat me so nice! It’s a pleasure going here. Add to that they have the lowest prices and best deals.

I stopped in visiting the area and on the medical marijuana program back home. I always wanted to try a true THC infused drink. I picked this peach tea up and it kicks! The effects wear off rather fast but it's still good. The taste though is something to be desired. Haha. I was also given a sample of 3 25mg pills to try. I took a whole pill at once and feel pretty relaxed and not tired. The store is very clean with friendly and knowledgeable staff. If I'm ever back in the LA area I will be stopping back.

Here I am, living just two blocks away from here, but for whatever reason never made it in until today. For shame I was walking over to their competitor just down the way to pick up my usual oz when I looked up after I noticed their sign. Had to take my pods off to make sure I was in fact seeing what I was seeing. They didn't come up on my search when I was trying to locate the closest spots to where I am. I was assisted by Andrea who was super nice. Lucky for me, I was able to get hooked up with a 25% happy hour discount. Gotta love a good deal. It's always a good day when I can get an oz for under $100. Best of all - they have daily deals. I'll for sure be back.

Worker with colored eyes was beyond rude to me when i waited around 10 mins for him to come out and help me. Immediately he was hostile calling me buddy like ok? Not a sorry for the wait? Haha. I was in shock to find out they were almost charging double what my usual dispensary down the street charges for a single joint. When i mentioned that he gave me tons of attitude. I dont understand why thats necessary? He was on-top of that showing off his achievements like good job buddy im never coming to your horrible dispensary that no one in the neighborhood supports.

Was sold the new Milk & Cookies High 90 weed pen. Turned out to be a fake and wasn't even indica but was sativa which was a huge bummer. They told me it wasn't there fault and to take up with high 90. Still no response or help getting what I properly ordered.

Oh my they are nuts this is the best bang for your buck. Hands down I got a 20$ 3.5g during happy hour came back again and bought three more.

This is absolutely one of the best Dispensaries in Weho ! Stopped by last Fri with two of my favorite peeps behind the counter. Justin, a Mgr. who cares about the product and has the most extensive knowledge of everything in the store. And then there's Blue, but she anything but... rocking the pink hair at the moment always know what I'm after and recommends the best products ! Basically, these store is legit and the people that work here are are real treat.

I have been a customer of this store since it opened years ago, through a few owners and countless bud tenders. The latest manager is the definition of rudeness and poor customer service skills. Customers have expectations for how a company will treat them. When customers have a negative service experience, they're often quick to voice their opinion and look for other alternatives. Fortunately weed dispensaries are superfluous in West Hollywood and around town. In my case, good customer service has a lot more weight than an insignificant discount. Today was the last nail on the coffin. Will never step in there again.

This has been my go to spot for 2 years now. With several options in the area I keep coming back for the quality product, pricing and amazing staff. Byrd always has great recommendations, already knows what I shop for and on point knowledgeable. The rest of the staff is always friendly and welcoming and overall feels Covid compliant and safe during these crazy times.

I live around the corner from this place..and at first I didnt have the best experience and their manager upon reading my review reached out to me to resolve the issue...and boy were they amazing about it. I met the owner Jason who personally took care of and gave me a free delicious pre-roll as a peace offering. Needless to say this is my GO TO dispensary from now on.... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

been shopping here forever and I think I'm done. the bud tenders are no longer very nice, and they're taxing on top of the tax. by that I don't mean all the taxes, I mean they're adding the tax, and taxing on that. not cool. I guess it's worth pocketing a few dollars here and there to lose a client.

This shop ripped me off. I asked their manager Smitty for a sativa pen. I pulled out cash and he sold me a cartridge that I didn't ask for. I specifically asked for a pen. I came back to get what I asked for and he refused to satisfy the customer. I came in with a request for a sativa pen and he sold me a cartridge I cannot use. I don't have time to be ripped off by anybody let alone lied to about what I came in for. If the provider isn't willing to satisfy their wrong doing, I have no problem going elsewhere to spend my money but i also am never too proud to post a review. I'm all about abiding by policy, but if you as a manager make a mistake and give somebody the wrong item, make it right or your business will suffer. I don't appreciate wasting money on something i didn't ask for in the first place and then dicked around about it when I am inconvenienced having to come back to correct your wrong. GO ELSEWHERE! There are plenty of reputable dispensaries that aim to provide quality service for their customer. Bad business and a bad manager. Fire this guy! Dudes unprofessional. Buying weed is supposed to be fun but also a relaxing experience. I'm sitting at home right now with a cartridge I didn't want and no ability to use it either. Unacceptable. Who ruins your evening like this? Such a disappointment! Pure trash this place. They also forgot our new customer discount. No freebies. Nothing. This place sucks!

AHHS is one of my favorite spots in Weho! They are the only shop in the area that has a 7-day happy hour! EVERY DAY From 9-10 am and 1-6 pm you get 25% off! They are basically paying the taxes for you. Respect. Always have a great selection and the staff is always helpful. Shoutout to Justin for great service today! Highly recommend!!!

The worst dispensary i ever been! Last time I been here i asked for a cartridge and it was broken inside, i went back to exchange and it was broken again, and after 3rd time exchange the quality of the weed was so bad quality and tasted bad! Worst than that is the attitude of everyone who works there, since you walk in is like they own you or something! And they close the register before 10pm that they usually have! Never gonna come back to this place! The worst dispensary I've been to in many years no doubt

I shop at this store at least once a week because it's close by. This review is for the one tall guy who works behind the counter. Came in on 4/20 and waited in a long line out the door (which is expected, since it's a holiday). As the line gets closer to the register, I notice the guy behind the counter is helping two people. He gives them great service, spends lots of time with them, explaining the deals and goodie bags. When I'm next in line, he looks right past me and motions to the guy behind me to serve next. I have to wave and speak up to make sure it's known I was actually next. The guy behind the counter makes small talk, without even apologizing for ignoring me at first. He asks me how to pronounce my name and this will be literally the 4th time I've told him (since I'm a regular and he's definitely served me at least a few times in the past). I ask what vape specials they are having for 4/20 and he says "everything except raw garden" (although the printed 4/20 fliers say otherwise). He didn't seem interested in actually explaining anything, barely made eye contact, sold me my usuals without trying to upsell, and never explained the goodie bags. Seemed like he wanted to rush me out, despite spending plenty of time with his other customers/friends. He gave me a single machine token when he asked if people in line were complaining about the wait and I responded politely. Everyone else in the shop is always nice enough, but this one guy never gives me good service, although I've seen him be capable of it to others occasionally. If you're in the area and in a pinch, not the worst shop, but avoid the tall guy behind the counter!

GO ELSEWHERE, The prices are extremely overpriced especially with tax already. The manager Smitty is completely rude, dishonest, and unprofessional. The lazy bud tenders are not knowledgeable about anything and just try to sell you the most expensive product. This shop was cool years ago when they first opened in 2000 with pre ico license, the growing room, Bryd, Canned Weed Isla OG and the cashier in the back. Competitors was the pharmacy across the street only then AHHS was cool because you only had 2 shops in the area. Smitty is a dick don't even waste your time. Rip off and they carry tree from September we are in January. Lost my business AHHS Y'all Trash.

Went there on June 30 for the sale and wow. I really did well. I found samples of GET -ZEN CAPSULES for a dollar! They had cookies also and various CBD edibles for a dollar!!! Great place Staff very sweet. SHOUT OUT TO TOULA ,TOO

I visited this place this past Saturday, for 1 reason, and 1 reason only! For a meet and greet with Nick Hexum of 311, my hero. But when I got there, he had left 10-15 minutes before. I was so upset. But life goes on. So since I had been experiencing VERY BAD anxiety lately, I asked the lady (I don't think I ever got her name) about it. I told her I hadn't smoked in a long time, but I had been thinking about getting something for it. Initially, I was looking for more of an Indica, preferably a pen or something that wouldn't tear up my lungs. But then she started educating me about about CBD. I had never even heard of it before. But she highly suggested it, and she said her friend swore by it. Her friend had really bad anxiety as well, and it worked really well. She very knowledgable, so I trusted her and got some. My anxiety yesterday and today, is like.. non-existent. I'm not shaky, or jittery. And I love the way that I don't feel like I'm high. I am so grateful to have walked into this place. Still, I'd like to give a special shout-out to Nick, bc without that suggestion, I would have never even walked in to that place. Hopefully you guys will have him back. And if he starts selling a CBD, I'll be "Down" to try it. :) Oh yeah yeah yeah, the place is SUPER clean, organized, and the entire staff was extremely professional. Thanks everyone!

This place was great very helpful with product I was looking for very knowledgeable about topicals and edibles. Dope place I highly recommend you go ask for Byrd he was a lot of help and amazing energy for sure going back !!

I love that this dispensary is super clean especially since COVID is going around. Everyone in the store wears mask and they follow social distancing which is super important to me! I recommend having Chelsea help you on your visit, every time she helps me I am more than pleased with my meds and she is super easy to talk to.

Great selection, decent prices, and friendly staff. Really what else can you ask for when visiting a dispensary? Oh I know, family oriented people who allow your child to sit in a safe and secured area while you choose your meds. They have daily specials, and a vending machine with pre-rolls. Oh and if you're lucky like I was, Dr. Dina might be the person who rings you up. I was brand new to the Cali dispensary world, and I am very grateful to the folks of AHHS, for being patient and walking me through the process. Great selection of edibles and concentrates. I will return any time I am in the Hollywood area. Thank you guys for your hospitality!

This is my favorite dispensary in the area. They are friendly, the most reasonably priced, and not trying to be anything other than a local dispensary (like cookies, for instance - which I also enjoy but the prices are crazy high). They have some of the best products that I've found on the market and the bud tenders always help me find something new if they're out of my faves! That said, they've also been great during the pandemic. I went this morning to pick up some 4/20 goodies and I received some cool swag in return. The guard is friendly and recognizes regulars. Overall, it doesn't feel corporate or stuffy and I love that!

visited from out of town and found this place from weed maps. the budtender & manager (who's names I regrettably did not get) were great. they were helpful & answered all my questions, didn't try to just upsell me to a better product. not only got some FIRE goodies but had great conversation & overall was 10/10!

Wow! I love this dispensary. Everyone is kind, helpful and they are very educated about their products. The prices are reasonable compared to others. Today I went in for my 88 year old grandfather who is terminally ill with cancer. They gave me a discount and it warmed my heart... forever. I am grateful and thankful for such compassionate people. The world needs more people like this. P.s. my grandfather was finally able to eat a little.

Great selection. Great budtenders. Great prices. Much cheaper than Med Men. Sign up for their once-a-week text messages that informs you of the specials for that day. They also have an "early bird" special Monday thru Saturday from 8a to 10a. 10% off your entire purchase. I been shopping here for several years and it has always been drama free and enjoyable. I have been going to AHHS for years and have always loved the staff, until yesterday, when the security guard11/23/20 was extremely rude and dismissive to me and kicked me out. He did so because my license had expired recently and though I renewed hadn't received it in the mail yet. They always let me through no problem and never mentioned it, which I appreciate, because it is fact valid. This particular security guard stops me and says I can't purchase without a current ID, which I do understand. He said I could look for the proof on my phone and show him. I looked for it right near him and then he says I have to leave and look outside and not to come back until I have valid ID. I've been going to this place for years and to be unceremoniously kicked out as if I was done bum off the street was too much. I spend thousands of dollars there a year and when I returned today to address it, he didn't want to hear it, lied in front of the owner about and attempted to kick me out again. The owner intervened but shut the conversation down. If a customer has a grievance which they'd like to address so I can be heard and feel comfortable going there again and that's denied. I have no choice but to go elsewhere from now. Never had an issue with anyone else there ever, but the security guy - bad energy and rude. Can't go anymore. It's too bad everyone else is great. Cannot patronize a business that tolerates rude treatment of its staff. I could see the treatment had I been rude, but was not the case. Too bad.

It's tough to put in words how awesome this place is. Went today for my first time and it's become one of my favorite spots. They have amazing products by some of the best vendors in the state. I love how the tax is all built in the pricing so no surprises. They even have a first timer deal of 15% which is getting rare! Most importantly they have some awesome staff that's knowledgeable about their products and tells you things about products a lot of other places wouldn't tell you (like the moisture of the flowers etc.) Thanks guys!!

This place has uniformed help. The ATM does not work and their debit card machine is not functioning. What a terrible experience. They wanted me to find an ATM and then come back. Instead I found a better caliber of dispensary.

Meet Jason the owner while in the store. Super nice guy. They give Veterans cannabis supplies on special days and Jason was there personally handing them out. This place has a great selection if your in Weho! Check them out!

I'd stay away and will never return. The blonde budtender is unbearably rude and unfriendly, which put me off ever coming here again. What an awful thing to experience when picking up weed! In addition, this place is SO fricking overpriced. You'll get a better deal anywhere else, including two doors down. Stay away!

This place sucks. First of all there is never any inventory and when there its random and never consistent. Just had a bad experience there with the rent a cop security at the front desk and the lady at the counter getting way too aggressive with me when all I was inquiring about is the Tuesday am Tincture and Tooical special they used to have. SMH. I tried to support smaller business but will spend the extra money on places like MedMen where i know I will her good service and not have to deal with over aggressive psychos in a 99 cent store environment.

It's a dispensary that I liked at one time. Not so much anymore. Everything changes and it appears this one has gone through changes that made it less of a cool local spot and more of an expensive less curated experience. They rotated out some bud tenders that were part of the original group and did it very cruelly. But that's life among bitchy women in LA)

This is the only place in weho to get your meds. Byrd and Toula make this place the place to be. There is no reason to go anywhere else. The quality of product and the knowledge and friendliness of the staff make this my home.

Just went here to try out some Isla OG. Super friendly staff, good products and wide selection. The prices are a tad higher than I'd like but the customer service makes up for it. Their one downfall is that the budtender is so damn gorgeous it's impossible to pay attention, you'll just get lost in her eyes. I can't even remember her name. All in all, I recommend a visit here.

AHHS is my Go-to dispensary... 3 main reasons: In & out speedy/smart service, high quality meds, & their location. I've been to many different shops all over LA county, by far AHHS has got the most streamlined "smartest" check-in / check$out... After your first visit and you're a verified patient you can most times get in and out of there in faster then 5 min! Don't expect to see 30 different strains, but do expect what they do have to be high quality (usually at least one budget strain too) They're right across from whole foods parking lot in west Hollywood which is Also a Plus. So if,(like me;) you know what you want: Good quality, competitive prices, smart service... Check this dispensary out, it may just fit the bill for you too.

Great CS, clean. Straight to the point in and out. That's how it should be. Put 13 minutes in the meter. Had 7 minutes left.

Though I have not visited since I moved back up north, I absolutely plan to stop by next time I'm in LA. Though it doesn't have the fancy ambiance that a lot of dispensaries have these days, I have never found better bud than the stuff I got here (their Super Sour Diesel is beyond words). Each strain is individually priced, and they go from pretty cheap to ridiculously expensive. It's nice to have options. I always remembered their flowers being stocked up, at least 15 strains at all times. They have a nice display case full of edibles, and while it wasn't the biggest selection I've ever seen, they had their bases covered with cookies, brownies, suckers, and truffles that were the BOMB. The red velvet was my favorite. OM NOM. It may feel like a bit of a janky business sometimes, and buttoned-up professionalism isn't one of AHHS's strong points, but if you're chill then they're chill. There's always old-school rap playing on the computer and the employees seem like they're just hanging out. I miss it :(

Garbage dispensary. The name is a front first of all. The people that work there should be at home out of everyone's way. They gave us the wrong product twice, that's two separate occasions, and when we came back to get more they were highly unhelpful (pun intended). And finally, their weed is as dry as your mother's vagina.
