Altira Macau

Second stay here and it was just as good as the first time. Great customer service. Ying restaurant for Dim Sum was great. Large room. Quick access to bus stops. It is in a safe area, but gave it 4 stars for location because it isn't in the "prime" area. The upside for the location is you have incredible views overlooking the bay.

Probably the best hotel I've stayed at in my life, all the little room service add-ons were impeccable. A few complimentary non-alcoholic drinks in the minibar, lots of little useful bits and bobs provided in the room by default, fresh fruit serviced to the room whilst we were out for dinner, complimentary late-check out for our stay... Excellent service all around and it was the very first hotel ever in my life where I didn't have to clean the bathtub before using it (and I've stayed in more expensive hotels during work travels before). This was just great for a couples getaway and would definitely come back! The shuttle bus is great as well, would be useful to know about it before arrival, as there is one to the border gate as well. We took the standard bus, but will use their shuttle service next time we visit again.

Such a nice hotel, Arrival experience also good, check in staff Stephen, polite and well trained. And Susan who handling my request which I don’t like a connecting room, she promptly arranged to new room. HK staff - the lady sorry I don’t know her name, is superb who assign on 30 floor. Even time I arrive to front desk, Front Desk - Phillip is always ready to assist. Miss Linda is very helpful when I need to print the Doc which she arranged and help me a lot. ||All team members of FO are being polite but only one thing is still needs the emotional intelligence. If this one touch, there will be more warm and personalized service. ||Concierge team also great service. And final one I am very impressed is operator team, so professional answering phone call. Very well trained staff and meet and service standards all the time. Actually, I tried to test several time hahaha. But all the times are great. For me, as a hotelier, I really recommend this hotel and nice local, well trained staff, nice and clean room. It was the comfortable stay during my Macau Trip. Thanks - Altira Team members. Perfect place to stay in Macao. Great staff from Frank (f.o) up to the Filipino housekeepers (runner and night service staff) superb. Special mentioned to Yuki from recreation team who proactively offered to use the jacuzzi and sauna great job. Just a little bit disappointed that the swimming pool is under maintenance during our stay. But all is perfect!!!

The experience is superb! The staff are so professional and well-trained from check-in to check-out. Housekeeping team made a very good impression! Very welcoming, warm-hearted, hardworking, and service 100/10! The best hotel service and experience we had even we’ve been to different hotels in Macau. The facilities itself are beautiful and clean. We really enjoyed our 2-night stay! Will definitely come back again. Overall 101%! ❤️🥰

I can't say enough of my stay here. The room was perfect and larger than I expected. Double sink bathroom and my wife soaked in an oversized bathtub. Unexpectedly there's a TV in the mirror so she soaked for awhile enjoying. Room service is absolutely outstanding and every employee was more than kind and helpful. I have to give a HUGE shout out to Terry for going above and beyond. He gave us every bit of information that we needed. He even came into work an hour and a half early to make sure our check out time went flawless and arranged transportation to Hong Kong. The prices for this amazing hotel was inexpensive and you get high-end services. I'm from San Diego California and, again,can't say enough about this hotel. It's quiet and the bed was soooooo comfortable. If you're going to Macau, you definitely want to stay here the night view is something I will never forget. I forgot to mention that they were awarded the top hotel in Macau from Forbes.

Excellent sea view room. Service is very good. Quick response to requests and the housekeeping staff are friendly and helpful. It’s also good to have the fruit plate and free drinks for customers to enjoy. The gym room is also good with sea view.
