Very welcoming, warm-hearted, hardworking, and service 100/10! The best hotel service and experience we had even we’ve been to different hotels in Macau. The facilities itself are beautiful and clean. We really enjoyed our 2-night stay! Will definitely come back again. Overall 101%! ❤️🥰

My room was spacious, modern, and beautifully decorated, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering breathtaking panoramic views of Macau’s skyline and bridges. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing restful sleep after busy days exploring the city. The room amenities, including a large flat-screen TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, luxury toiletries, and a well-stocked minibar, added to the comfort.One of the highlights of my stay was dining at the hotel’s restaurants. The cuisine was exquisite, with a perfect blend of flavors and impeccable presentation. The restaurant breakfast also featured a wide variety of international and local dishes, catering to all tastes. Very spacious room with a reasonable price. Clean and tidy. The casino is small but less crowded, so very comfortable for people who prefer to play quietly. The location is great where lots of food options nearby. There are shuttles to Dream City so you can reach other luxurious hotels, but it comes every 45 minutes. It would be perfect if it increased the service frequency.

I had an excellent stay at this resort!The concierge staff speak English, which was convenient for myself as a native speaker. They were very polite and helpful, and made the check in process welcoming.After check in I went to my room where I found a complimentary fruit plate and a mini bar of free drinks to refresh myself with after a long flight. The room itself was lavish to say the least; spacious, well furnished, plenty of amenities, comfy bed, and I especially liked the giant bathtub (with complimentary bathsalts of course). The room also had a beautiful view of the waterfront.Inside the hotel there are attractions such as a lounge where there was some live music entertainment and a billiards table. There is also a spa, a gym, a michellin star gourmet restaurant, a casino, and more.If you went to venture out to see other places in Macau, my booking came with access to a complimentary shuttle to a few locations, although I elected to take taxis from the taxi stand outside.The check out process was as pleasant as can be, and the staff generously gave me a small parting gift.All in all I would recommend this hotel to anyone! I would definitely visit again.

The moment I arrived, I was greeted by warm, professional staff named Celine who made check-in seamless, same as my check-out process with Stephen. Thank you to both of you. The room was spacious and beautifully designed with Macau view. The pool was top-notch, the male and female staff were friendly and accommodating (26 May, around 7pm-8pm) and I loved the complimentary drinks on the mini bar in our room (2903), free softdrinks and beers. The hotel location is perfect also with easy access to attractions like Old Taipa Village, to Cotai central, Nova mall and transportation.Overall, Altira exceeded my expectations in every way. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, the hotel delivers five-star service and comfort. I can’t wait to return! :)

I had an amazing stay at this hotel ~~ it was truly luxurious from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and always smiling, which made the whole experience feel even more special. I loved the unique touch of having the check-in counter on the top floor, it was unexpected and really added to the charm.My room was stunning, AMAZING VIEW! with super comfy beds and a washroom that was, let’s just say, spicy 😉. The pool was absolutely beautiful! perfect for relaxing and soaking in the vibes.While the casino was on the smaller side and only offered baccarat, it wasn’t an issue for me since gambling wasn’t the focus of my trip. Plus, they offer a convenient shuttle to a larger casino if you’re looking for more variety.Overall, an amazing stay! I’d absolutely love to come back again.

This was a great hotel, probably my favorite in Macau so far, especially considering the price. First, the room is very large, and furthermore there is a very spacious bathtub that also has a TV you can watch. Then, for the waterfront view rooms, the view is amazing, you get a nearly unobstructed view of the Macau peninsula which looks great both in the day and at night. The bed was comfortable and moreover there are full blinds so that you can block out all light for a restful sleep. Service was great and also there is a nice pool (indoor) that provides the same view of the peninsula if you did not get a waterfront view room. There is also a mall (Nova mall) across the street for some reasonably priced food options and also some basic shopping. Bus stops close to the hotel can take you pretty much everywhere you need to go in Macau. Highly recommended.
