Alvarado Street’s New Brewery and Restaurant, Yeast of Eden, Opens in Carmel | Eater SF

"Opened in Carmel Plaza, Suite 112 in Carmel-by-the-Sea, this new 120-seat restaurant with a 40-seat patio is decked out with wood tabletops and a bar salvaged from fallen Cyprus trees and is centered on views of the brewery’s coolship, an open fermentation tank where Yeast of Eden’s “mixed fermentation” beers cool and interact with naturally occurring yeasts. Co-owner J.C. Hill says, “We want our beers to have a sense of place — flavors and nuances that are endemic to the Salinas Valley.” Led by head brewer Andrew Rose, Yeast of Eden began as a side project in 2015 and is now intended to stand on its own; its experimental offerings have included “Lost and profound,” a 14 percent barleywine wild ale aged in Cabernet barrels for a “crazy dark fruit and date character” that took four years to produce. The Carmel space has a five-barrel brewing capacity (with additional production from Alvarado Street’s larger system) and will offer 26 beers on tap from Yeast of Eden, Alvarado Street, and other breweries. To pair with many dry, light mixed-fermentation beers, chef Stephen Paulson has built a menu with Southeast Asian and Latin American influences — wings in a spicy fish caramel sauce, a variety of tacos, red curry duck, and a kobe beef burger on a potato bun — and a full bar led by Future Bars alum Adam Ono that serves cocktails like the egg-white rye, Campari, and fernet “Thou Mayest.” The name is a literary pun tied to John Steinbeck and the Salinas Valley, and hours are currently 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. (kitchen until 9 p.m.), moving after the January 17 grand opening to 11:30 a.m.–10 p.m. Sunday–Wednesday and until midnight Thursday–Saturday (kitchen to 10 p.m.)." - Caleb Pershan

My husband ordered the vegetarian Smoked Mushroom & Artichoke Pizza—delicious flavor, but he thought it was a bit too spicy, which overpowered the other tastes. Still, a solid 4/5. I went for the Crispy Cauliflower, one of the few vegan options on the menu. ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! I loved every bite—pure perfection in cauliflower form. It’d be great if the menu had more creative vegan dishes like this one. Honestly, I’d come back just for the cauliflower! The ambiance is gorgeous, by the way—such a lovely place. You can really tell vegan options aren’t a priority here. When I arrived, I asked the host about vegan choices, and she seemed confused—like she could barely remember any. It was so off-putting I almost walked out. For a place with such great ambiance, it’s disappointing how little thought goes into catering to plant-based.

Alvarado Street Brewery has an awesome vibe and a solid menu. Overall a pretty good place to hangout for a good time as a group. The place looks like it gets really busy on weekends, with wait times creeping past 20 minutes when we were there. We lucked out with no wait for a table, but still ended up waiting a while for the food lol. Seems like the kitchen can get swamped during peak hours and get really backed up. That said, the food was totally worth it. Every dish had a signature feel. I can’t believe I’m saying this, but this place also easily had one of the best salads I’ve ever had. Highly recommend their Chicory & Beets salad if you're in the mood for that. Cocktails were solid too. The menu’s short, but every dish felt like a standout. Would happily come back. Just be ready to wait a little - first for the table and then for the food to arrive lol Somewhat limited street parking nearby.

Plenty of seating to enjoy some beers and food. We tried a pizza which was bomb. And shared a salad. They were very kid friendly and attentive with their service. For a family traveling in Carmel, that was great as many of the cool restaurants were a bit formal for a screening 2 year old. This place came in clutch.

Google
Wow wow WOW. Spectacular food AND service. We tried the weekend special Brisket Burger and it was out of this world! I was obsessed with the salad dressing and the chef was kind enough to share the recipe with me. Erin took amazing care of us.

Google
Great Brewery and Bistro. Our waiter was awesome and knew the menu well. I had the Wagyu Smash-burger and my wife had the Hot Chicken Sandwich. Both were cooked perfectly and tasted great. I had a The Best Part of Waking up and an Anniversary Ale XI. Both were great beers. The atmosphere was great as we sat on the patio.

Google
Amazing place to eat with generous portions for European standards and very reasonable prices. The staff is welcoming and you can sit inside or enjoy the outdoor area. Perfectly located for a relaxed meal.

Google
Tucked above in shopping court with tables inside and in courtyard. For a brewery, food was exceptional. Same for the beers, excellent hazy styles and comes in 6 pick flights. Reservation can be made on OpenTable

Google
Service was terrific! What a relaxing evening on the outside patio by the heater. A delightful way to spend your time here is with the company of Alvarado Streets classic lagers and IPA's. Everything on the menu looked like a hit but we were glad to have chosen the 'Stro Burger and an artichoke/mushroom pie. The meal was extravagant! For a nice place like this it's also fun to have the prices more approchable than other places in the area.

Yelp
I came here with my girlfriend for dinner and to watch the Warriors game. The location was great. The place is clean and full of indoor and outdoor seating options. The customer service was amazing. Allowing us to find the perfect seats to watch the full Warriors game, and enjoy great food. We started with Papas Bravas for an appetizer. This was great. Lots of potato's full of great flavor. A very generous portion. Then my gf ordered an Old Town Pizza, but substituted the pepperoni for their spiced ground beef. While I ordered their classic smashburger with fries. We each decided to try each other's food. The Old Town Pizza was good, not exceptional. A very solid 8. The crust was great, while the ingredients were ok. The spiced ground beef was ok. While the smashburger was so good. Rich in flavor. Easily a 9. Whole the fries were a solid 8. This place is another great option for dinner in Carmel. Especially on nights local sports teams are playing. Besides the Warriors game, they also showed the 49ers game.

Yelp
I came here with my boyfriend for dinner before watching the sunset at Carmel-by-the-Sea and it was the perfect spot. The place was full of indoors and outdoor sitting options and we opted for outdoor outdoors by the fire lamp. I've never been here before, but because it's a brewery I was expecting great beer and OK beer food but everything exceeded my expectation! We tried their stout and Porter option, which were both amazing. I was craving calamari so we got some and the flavors were quite nice and the sauce was very interesting. We also order a seafood pasta "cioppino style" sauce which were full of fresh seafood! It's not my cup of tea, but my BF really enjoyed it. The staff was tentative and was super kind and friendly. We love this brewery and always choose their beer when I see it outside of the restaurant.

Yelp
Great Service, great food, but it can get a little loud. However this doesn't take away from the overall experience. Pizza is the winner here in my opinion, but people love the wagyu burger!
google avatar

Mona A.

Yelp
Alvarado street is a great spot for an easy lunch on a sunny Carmel afternoon. The service was fast and I loved the outdoor dog-friendly seating. A 30-minute wait on a busy Saturday was totally understandable. The wagyu smash burger was incredible and the smoked brisket melt with jalapeño was just as amazing. It's in a cute shopping center that's perfect for walking around before or after. Fun, casual brewery vibes, great food, and kind staff. The whole experience felt really relaxed. I'd absolutely come back next time I'm in Carmel.

Yelp
This is a great, casual and lively spot in Carmel! We couldn't get in / weren't feeling up for a higher end sit down in the area, but I'm so glad we stumbled upon this place. We ordered beer, calamari, and I ordered the hot honey pizza while my boyfriend ordered a burger. The calamari was probably some of the best I've had in a while. It was very crispy, a large serving, and I enjoyed the gochujang-style sauce on the side as something different. My boyfriend said the burger hit the spot, and my pizza was very good for a bar / bistro pizza (compared to a craft pizza restaurant). I liked the thicker pepperonis and the basil tasted very fresh on top! Our server was friendly, food was quick for how busy the place was on a Saturday night, and we liked sitting on the patio, where we could still enjoy the crowd at the bar but also the nice weather. Would definitely come back!
google avatar

Yelp
Giving four stars because we loved our server and the ambiance. We wanted to see the World Series with our dog so their patio was perfect. Our beers and cocktails were good. We felt the food was mediocre - had the Mediterranean salad and fish and chips.
google avatar

Yelp
Quality/Quantity - Got a few beers while my wife shopped and shopped. Pool Service American IPA. Land & Sea XPA. Extra Pale Ale. Both of which were good and refreshing! Happy hour menu also looked good, but we had reservations for Pangaea. Look forward to coming back and doing HH. Atmosphere - Decent size location. Thankfully it was so convenient to everything. I/we also shopped at the mall the next day. Both indoor and outdoor seating. Even (expensive, $7/hour) parking next door. We left our car at the hotel, Coachmens Inn (5 star review also) and walked the block. :) All the other men at the bar and I hung out joking about our wife's shopping and thankful to find this place here, LOL. And I am NOT joking!! Nearby shops should have signs directing us here, lol. Open 7 days a week from 11:30am to 9pm or 10pm. Service - Got here a minute before HH started and did not even know. I did not ask for the price to be honored, but the bartender honored it; thanks!! That is service!! Saved me $2. :) Price - $11 + generous tip! Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 2014 and with your 5 locations.

Yelp
I came twice during my visit to the Monterey area on a solo trip. I sat at a table once and at the bar once. The servers and the bartender were both really good each time. I love the Monterey Beer, a lager, I wish I had it here at home. The first visit I just had beer and took a margherita pizza to go, which was pretty good. Next visit I had the Seared California Halibut which was a bit overcooked but still good and I loved the succotash and sauce served with it. Parking was easy in the underground garage which I appreciated as it's difficult to find parking most places.

Yelp
Good food big portion and great service Individual Mediterranean salad , falafel sandwich, smoke mushrooms pizza- all big portion and delicious.

Yelp
We were taking a short trip to Carmel and found this on opentable so booked. its in a plaza called Carmel plaza with a bunch of other shops and restaurants , we were seated right away. the service was good, the food was delicious, it took forever (40 minutes) for the food to come though and we were super hungry and because of this wait ended up spending almost 1.5 hours here. Kids pasta with marinara: 5/5 My son got his and this was really nice, pasta felt fresh and tasty Tiger prawn fettuccini: 4/5 was tasty with some kale pesto and asparagus and sundried tomatoes and of course big prawns. Chicken sandwich: 3/5 was super crispy fried but nothing great about it overall, came with fries My husband also tasted Monterey beer which was good overall food was good and would like to try a few more things on the menu (pizzas looked great and also the cauli bowl which we saw on some other table and regretted not ordering )
google avatar

Rashi D.

Yelp
A great spot to grab pizza and beer in the plaza. Good service and good food!! Try the Spicy Smoked Mushroom & Artichoke Pizza and Old Town Pizza.

Yelp
We went on a Thursday for dinner and were seated immediately. They have indoor and outdoor seating. We had the falafel sandwich with fries and a chicken Mediterranean salad. Food was very fresh. I wasn't a fan of the seasoned fries. They are very salty. Service was okay. I went a few times with no water refill. It can get loud inside. They do beer flights.
google avatar

Prashmi K.

Yelp
Located In the Carmel plaza, has tons of seating. Chicken burger- nice spicy aioli, served with fries (3.5/5) Fish and chips- fish is very bland, less fish & more fried. Might skip next time (2.5/5) Grilled cheese sandwich- bread was very hard, will not order again. (2/5)

Yelp
This was a fine stop for an afternoon refreshment, located inside the shopping mall at the top of Ocean Ave. We sat at the bar had a cocktail all very pleasant & the bartender was nice & attentive without being pushy

Yelp
Alvarado Street Brewing was great. We stopped in after a drive down to Big Sur. Their food was delicious and they have great beer. Their ambiance was really nice too and they have a great courtyard for seating too. The night we stopped in we had two flights to try most of the beer they had to offer. Their brewer just got back from a trip to Germany, so the tap list was a little heavy of lagers, hefs, and pilsners, but there was definitely something that every beer drinker would like. I especially liked that they had an amber, sour, and a stout. A really good rounded beer menu. Their food menu looked great too. We weren't ready for dinner, but we got the calamari and it was awesome. I really enjoyed the crispy fried kale that was mixed on the calamari plate too. I think they should consider having the crispy kale on their menu. I would love a bowl of that to munch on while having my beer. We sat at the bar and had a great time talking with the beertender. He was very nice and knowledgeable. If I lived here I would be a regular. Make a reservation if you are there on a weekend and the high season.

Yelp
Came here a couple of times for beer and to watch football. Beer prices standard - about $9-10. Decent selection. Bartenders were helpful. Solid 3.5 stars
google avatar

Suraj P.

Yelp
Solid pizza, excellent beer selection, great outdoor space! I've tried the location in Monterey and this was the first time I have been to the one in Carmel. If you want a good brew and food this is the place to go! First time trying the pizza as well and I was very impressed. The staff is also super friendly and helpful, great for large groups too!

Yelp
We went to Carmel to get away from the business of monetary yesterday and stumbled upon the brewery and bistro. They were quite busy but since we were a party of two we were sat right away inside. The restaurant was clean and ran like well oiled machine between servers, bussers and even the manger running food and filling drinks. We opted for a the wagyu smash burger and fish and chips. Food came out timely and my son really enjoyed his burger. I wish the batter for the fish had a bit more flavor but the aioli it came with was very nice and their house ranch sauce has dill which is always a win in my book. Will definitely come back to try dinner and drinks next time I'm in town

Yelp
Came here for burger Monday. I usually go to the Monterey old town, location, but found myself in Carmel. Same great burger, and it was nice and relaxed on the patio for a Monday night during car week. Thank you to Ian for the amazing service!
google avatar

Sarah C.

Yelp
The food was great. I got the falafel sandwich which was a little messy. But worth the mess. My friend got the margarita pizza, and she said it was very good. I appreciated that the basil wasn't while leaves, but rather cut up. We were seated at the bar and the bartender was pretty attentive. It is a little on the pricey side though. The mirror on the side of the bar make the place look much larger. Which is a nice sneaky touch.
google avatar

Yelp
Happy Hour cauliflower wings were so good I didn't even let the camera eat first. 10/10 will be back again.
google avatar

Hannah S.

Yelp
The food was AMAZING!!! I didn't even have a chance to take a picture of the food before it was devoured. We got the wings, calamari, the speciality queso dip, and the huaraches. The drink was also very good! The service was great! The ambiance was your typical brewery vibe!

Yelp
Very attentive service, delicious food, a fresh and inviting atmosphere, and great beer make this my go-to spot for a fantastic dining experience.

Christian G.

Yelp
Alvarado Street Brewery is a great dog friendly pit stop in Carmel for a casual bite or cocktail. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. We like the quality of food here even better than the original in Monterey.
google avatar

Yelp
A-freakin-mazing!. From so many places to eat at, it came down to high reviews and reasonably priced food....for an expensive city that is. We ordered a pizza which I savored every bite and ate the leftovers for breakfast the next day. It had the freshest mozzarella , sauce and toppings. We also had the calamari that was done to perfection and came with panko-deep fried lemon slices..yes lemon slices. It's all we could talk about afterwards, we even asked for a side to go. Who knew? Their list of beers is long and finally decided to go for the Monterey beer which was golden, light and tasted great on a warm Carmel day, and also got the best part of waking up which is a dark beer that is like a Guinness with caffeine. The environment is awesome, so much open space to see parts of the city, the shopping center and of course people watch. I hope to take the guess work out of the equation for your next visit in Carmel. Enjoy!

Yelp
I loved the atmosphere at the Alvarado street brewery in Carmel with a large, lively interior and outdoor seating with heaters outside. I got the pepperoni hot honey pizza and crispy cauliflower to share. The crispy cauliflower came with a bunch of vegetables and rice on the side which I really appreciated and the Asian flavors definitely came through! The pizza was super solid with a perfectly crisp crust and a great balance between savory, creamy, and sweet. However, I was a little bit disappointed with our service. We were originally seated next to a heater and were comfortably eating our meal when a waiter moved the heater away from us. We could see that they were moving it a few tables down to give another heater to a party that requested it (even though they already had two around their table). We asked if it would be possible to get another heater and they never brought one. It was unfortunate that another party's experience was valued higher than ours.

Yelp
Wanted to find a place for dinner that had good vegan options. Everyone loved their food both vegan and non-vegans alike. They have also delicious drinks. We sat on the patio, which is inside the Shopping Center, Plaza. Very cool architecture. Servers were really nice and helpful when we had questions. All of us would go back here had a really great experience great ambience, delicious food and drink.
google avatar

John G.

Yelp
Had a couple of fundraiser gift certificates that we needed to use. Been here many times before. Sitting outside is a great place to people watch. Food was good and came out quickly. Took a while for someone to greet us and seat us. Server was sweet and engaging. Beer is always pretty good.
google avatar

Yelp
Whenever we are in the area we always try to make a stop here. The food and drinks are good with ample outdoor / indoor seating and very kid-friendly. It's also located in a shopping plaza with a variety of shops, wine tasting rooms, and eateries etc. so there's something for everyone at this location. What we ordered on this visit: Old town pizza (solid pizza with a balance of savory and sweet) Asparagus and kale salad (beautiful and tasty salad) Classic fish and chips (this was average IMO) Drinks: Wrath Pinot (tasting room is also in the plaza and is another fav of ours) Elderflower G&T (not too sweet, which fits my taste and had a beautiful block of ice with flowers. Loved it!) Server was attentive and checked on us frequently. Still love it here!
google avatar

Yelp
Checked this place out recently knowing my buddy likes beer. The place is huge and there's ample seating both inside and outside, so we were seated promptly. What we got: brisket melt (3/5) -- got this with standard fries, which were just ok..the fries needed seasoning and weren't crispy. The brisket meat itself was firm and a dry, but the bark and flavor were good. I also enjoyed the choice of bun and the pickled onions were good. I couldn't figure out the creamy sauce that was served with the dish but it helped a lot more than the bbq sauce with the brisket's texture smashburger (4/5) -- my friend got this and a side of the garlic fries, which he said the garlic was still raw (not his preference) when the dish was served. He said the smashburger was ok My friend ordered a tangy beer that he said was good. Our server also apologized for forgetting to check on us throughout the meal except when we were done and needed the bill, so he deducted the beer from our tab.
google avatar

Neeta M.

Yelp
Love this place! One of the few breweries that has amazing food! The staff is super friendly and caring and happy :)
google avatar

Mike M.

Yelp
I've always been a big fan of the Alvarado Street beers and have been to the location in Monterey and had great meals. Decided to try their other spot last month. We went in and ordered two different salads. We added one with the chicken and other with shrimp. The service was great! However, when we were brought our orders, we were very disappointed to see how little chicken and shrimp were added to each salad for the price that we paid. Very sad to say that we will not be going back again. I will continue drinking their beer, but only when I can purchase it at a reputable liquor store.
google avatar

Cynthia S.

Yelp
The food was great! I ordered the beet salad and it was so refreshing. We ordered cheese pizzas for the kids from the kids menu however they were very large for a kids pizza- I would recommend only ordering one (it was enough pizza to satisfy an adult). My family enjoyed their meal. The hostess and our waiter were both so friendly and welcoming. The place gets busy but it's a fun atmosphere. We would come back again.

Yelp
We were in Carmel by the Sea for the day and found this little gem of a brewery. We are IPA drinkers, so we tried the Cold Pressed, the Mai Tai PA and Nelson, Baby, all of which were solid. Their food was good, also. It was a Saturday and there was about a 30 minute wait for a table. I was hangry for some Fish and Chips, and I appreciated the server knowing whether the cod was fresh or frozen. I was told it was frozen, but I got it anyway since she also said it was locally caught. Our table also got the Old Town Pizza, which was a hit. Once it started getting cool on the patio, someone came and turned on a gas heater behind us, which helped a lot. I would definitely come back and try their other locations!
google avatar

Yelp
Loved the hummus appetizer and the pizza with the hot honey! Beer was nice and cold and service was good. We loved it here!
google avatar

Yelp
Really nice patio! Everyone was friendly. Drinks were delicious! Food was pretty good, but took a long time to get
google avatar

Yelp
We had gone to the Alvarado Street Brewery in Monterey previously and enjoyed the ambiance, food and drinks. Both have dog-friendly outdoor seating. At this visit, we got a margarita with mezcal, the wings, and the garden pizza. The wings were just ok, but the garden pizza was really delicious. No parking validation for the garage. $7/ hour. If you can find street parking, it's 2 hour parking free. I want to say they're pretty strict about parking as I've seen parking tickets on cars.
google avatar

Ramina G.

Yelp
This was my first visit to the brewery, and I loved it! My friend and I ordered the Old Town Pizza, Calamari and Stro Burger, as well as a couple of glasses of wine. Our server, wish I remembered his name, was an absolute delight! He placed a lot of care into his job and it showed! The food was scrumptious! The Burger was served on a flaky, fluffy and warm brioche bun, which really brought the entire Burger together. The Old Town Pizza was recommended to us by our server and it was incredible! Thin crust, yummy ricotta cheese, the mini pepperonis which I love, and topped off with hot honey. I can't say enough, other than, this is a must order off their menu. I recommend the calamari as an appetizer. Tasted fresh and definitely appreciated the slight kick to the aioli it came with. There was only one small thing I noticed from some of the other wait staff...touching/petting the adorable dogs in the the courtyard and then serving food. I strongly suggest staff is reminded to refrain from this act till after done with handling food. I will be back soon. This was a hit!

Yelp
Alvarado Street brewery at Carmel has fantastic vibes. Very nice indoor restaurant with a nice bar. Lots of outdoor seating as well. Came here for just drinks and they were all pretty phenomenal. The pretender was awesome and let us sample amount of beer so we were sure that we got the right beer that we would enjoy. we saw a bunch of people eating food and definitely have to be back as the burgers look humongous. I saw the calamari it looked like the biggest portion of calamari I have seen. Will definitely be back for beers and try the food as well. Next time recommend the spot.
google avatar

Yelp
Patio chairs are very uncomfortable Beet salad was pretty good. Strange smushed apple thing inside it. Halibut was terrible. Dry and rubbery.
google avatar

Lety G.

Yelp
I've been to the Alvarado Street Brewery in Monterey but this was my first visit to the Carmel location. It's pretty big with both indoor and outdoor seating but even then there can be a bit of a wait. Arrived around 4pm and were quoted a 40 minute wait but got seated within twenty. Their menu of on tap beers changes and they also have to go packs of a lot of the favorite brews. I got the BIGGIE'S BEHEMOTH BLUEBERRY BRUNCH BONANZA which is a fruited imperial sour and got a 4-pack to take home because it is THAT good! To eat we started with the baked green lip mussels which were very tasty. I got the wagyu smash burger as my entree and it was delicious! Two patties packed with flavor, cheese, grilled onions and aioli, nothing more than it needed, simply delicious! The service was great! We have our server come by and check on us multiple times. Lots of screaming kids but no fault of the restaurants.
google avatar

Rich B.

Yelp
Caught Monday night football here. Nice vibe, casual, our doggo was allowed at the bar area so we could eat inside. Service was friendly and efficient. I had the fish and chips. The fries were good. The fish breading was a bit soggy and heavy but tasty. My wife had the burger. She said it was good. The place overall was super cool and the food was good.
google avatar

Yelp
Food was great, had a smash burger with no onions, extra pickles with lettuce and tomato and daaaaamn it was so good! Riley was my server and the service was amazing, friendly, professional, sincere and literally the best service I've ever had there. That Riley, she should be a trainer that teaches other servers how it's done. The Ambiance, it's ok. It works. It works better with the great customer service.
google avatar

Connie C.

Yelp
Currently running a Monday burger special all day. $15 for the Alvarado burger with fries and a beer or $20 for the wagyu smash burger with fries and a beer. Definitely splurge on the wagyu smash burger as it's is delicious (the beef in it is better than the regular burger). You can sub the fries for a salad if you're trying to balance out the meal. I recommend the lemon vinaigrette!

Greg W.

Yelp
Great restaurant! Sat in the open air bar with great music, and great service! Ordered the smash burger with side tossed green salad. The burger was great, and the side salad was fresh with a delicious honey ginger dressing which was one of the best I've ever had! If you like beer, there was a very nice selection! We'll definitely come back!!

Yelp
My partner and I came for dinner on a Friday night with our dog. When our meals were served, the waitress missed our table and my partners food fell onto his lap, with the food hitting the chair. Immediately she said she was going to put in a new order. We cleaned the mess and table ourselves, when the waitress comes back over and says, "so did you want me to put in another order?" Yes, the food hit the dirty patio chair, we would like a new plate. So I ate my meal alone so it wouldn't be cold, and he ate his meal alone as I already finished. We also ordered drinks, which were purely syrup and sugar, I did not drink mine at all. It took over 20 minutes to pay our bill, just an overall bad experience. Would not recommend and would not return.

Yelp
I enjoyed a pleasant lunch here this last Monday afternoon. I was a bit disappointed that they were temporarily out of pepperoni, so a couple of their pizzas were unavailable at the start of lunch service. I had read reviews which had made them sound enticing. Nevertheless, I enjoyed the bacon cheeseburger I ordered instead. It was quite good! They do a fine job with their beer. I had the Pilsner. The atmosphere is quite pleasant and comfortable. I sat at the bar. They also have a large, spacious patio area and indoor dining room. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

Yelp
The coffee drink and Moscow mule were super duper yummy and worth going back for. Beer selections were great. Food was okay, they do well with bar food but the fish entry was super dry. Would recommend for drinks and apps/light snacks.

Yelp
We stopped in while visiting Carmel in search of a place to watch the Super Bowl and were pretty happy with our visit. Lots of space inside and outside with some tv's near the bar area. Staff were nice and service was fast. We didn't try any food but looking around it seemed like the food was worth a try!
