Awesome ice-cream, wonderful flavors. We tried the- Ice-cream panini with butter pecan ice-cream, Dubai chocolate sundae and Mini scoop of honeycomb ice-cream Honeycomb had real honeycomb and a fresh honey flavor. Dubai chocolate was amazing. Ice-cream panini was totally different experience. Loved the indoor decor of the shop , decorated the ceiling with ice-cream scoopers. Staff was friendly and encouraged us to try their different flavors. Will definitely visit again to try their other flavors.

This local ice cream and coffee shop is exactly the place I’ve been waiting for. Everything tastes wonderfully fresh and natural, from the creamy ice cream to the beautifully brewed coffee. The cardamom coffee was unforgettable—aromatic, bold, and truly mind-blowing. The warm sundae felt like the ultimate comfort treat. And the experience was made even more special by the person working there: so courteous, friendly, and genuinely smiling, taking the time to help us pick the perfect flavor. It’s rare to find a spot that nails both quality and hospitality, but this one absolutely does.

Awesome ice cream! I’m biased because I love pistachios and cardamom…and they had a pistachio & cardamom ice cream that was really tasty! Their other flavors were also great. The staff were patient and friendly as we happily tried a few samples. Definitely one of my favorite spots in the Seattle area.

We had Tiramisu Sundae and the dubai chocolate sundae both were really good and fresh but the tiramisu hit a different level...anyone who likes fusion with ice-cream must try their sundea. They also have different flavors of ice creams which tasted yum. We are definitely going back.

Very fun and welcoming Ice cream shop. Loved the business fact that the team smiles and acknowledges you as soon as you walk in great job 👏🏼. Ice creams very yummy and place was clean and cute. Kids tried their Mango and guava ice cream and they loved it. I tried their ice coffee it was good. We also bought their water bottle and tea pot for the kids and they were super cute. overall would go back and also recommend a visit for sure. Please keep up the good work and don’t lower your standards.

Absolutely love this little ice cream shop! Bright, cheerful decor, friendly staff, great prices, and truly excellent ice cream. The shop itself is cozy and comfortable, fitting about 12 people inside, and there’s tons of parking, which makes stopping by easy. I love that it’s wheelchair accessible! The flavors are creative and so well done!! honeycomb, cashew cardamom, pistachio, strawberry shortcake, and chocolate sorbet are all incredible. Everything is rich, creamy, and full of flavor. I also really appreciate the vegan and non-dairy options. One thing that really sets this place apart is the espresso menu. The coffee is high quality, rich, and robust, with a surprisingly varied espresso selection, which is something you rarely find at ice cream shops. Being able to enjoy excellent espresso and amazing ice cream in one place is such a treat. I bring friends here all the time and talk about it constantly. It’s such a fun spot, and I always wish I could buy all their swag! So happy to see this place thriving and becoming a community staple—thank you to the owners for bringing some joy to our rainy area. Ice cream year-round! (Small suggestion: a heater or keeping the door closed on extra cold days.)

The atmosphere is incredible, but not as incredible as the ice cream. The owner, Vijay is a great guy with a huge creative spirit and has done an amazing job putting this place together, I could not recommend Always Summer more.

Cute little shop tucked inside Lake Forest Park Mall! Who says ice cream is only for summers? :P We stopped in while it was pouring outside, and my 8-year-old was a bit hesitant at first because the flavors were different from the usual offerings. But we were pleasantly surprised by the quality. She finally chose the Banana Chocolate Chip, and it was incredibly fresh--she loved every bite! The person at the counter was so patient with my indecisive kid, which I really appreciated. We also tried the Honey Cardamom Latte, and it was amazing. They even pressed the cardamom right in front of us! Overall, a lovely experience and definitely worth a visit.

What drew me in was that they serve affogatos! I got mine with the honeycomb ice cream and it was delightful! It's a cute shop located in the lower level of the Lake Forest Park Town Center. Service was friendly and prompt.

Cute shop, spacious, not busy on a Saturday evening. Pistachio gelato was creamy and flavorful. Even the mini scoop is a good amount of ice cream!

I did an icecream tour of Seattle (based off of the list on The Infatuation) and Always Summer was the winner (for me). I loved their unique mix of flavors they offered and the literal icecream struck the right balance of smooth. It felt akin to a high value premiere brand like Jenis in their quality.

We visited and tried their Pistachio Cream and Vanilla ice cream flavors! So, so good! Not too sweet, but nicely decadent! Will definitely come back to try more of their flavors and chai drinks ASAP! The interior was bright and clean, with really cute touches of color! Great place to visit for a sweet treat, especially for the upcoming summer!

Bright and cheery, the vibes are high at Always Summer Ice Cream Cafe! Located in a nondescript strip mall in Lake Forest Park, Always Summer is a cozy little ice cream cafe that features a fun menu of ice cream flavors and coffee drinks. We didn't grab ice cream this time around, but did enjoy their: - Litchi Coconut Latte - Blueberry Cream Latte Shoutout to the cafe as well for not charging for non-dairy milk - woohoo! The guy working at the shop was also very friendly and knowledgeable, taking time to share a little bit about the background of the cafe. Just peeking at their shelves, but it looks like they'll eventually come out with their own merchandise? Overall, Always Summer has such a cheery interior, that I bet it'll be super popular once the weather gets better.

Wanted to treat my kids and went to this new ice cream shop, it's adorable! The place is beautiful. My son tried (and loved) the strawberry ice cream and my daughter and I shared the pistachio which was amazing. They also have espresso specials and I tried the cortado bon bon which is made with condensed milk and it was spectacular, really creamy! The service was amazing and the place was immaculately clean. I hope they do great, I'm sure as soon as the farmer's market opens for the season they'll be super busy.

I'm always taken back by the lack of ice cream shops out there, It's an essential part of summer, Enter Always Summer, lovely I cream shop that serves sweet and cool treats. To be fair, the ice cream and gelato selection is darn tasty, and portions are solid; so that's a check.. what makes this place, the hook, is the atmosphere and ambiance. The bright orange and yellow hues, the decor make your mind wonder, as if it is "always summer". It makes everything, the experience so much more enjoyable. Add that, they have some very lovely and customer service oriented staff, means you are getting the full package of joy. This is evident by the line out the door of people just looking to get a darn tasty treat. Their menu has everything from Ice Creams, to coffee, which means it doesn't have to be summer to enjoy something here. Do I recommend? Yes, it's a fantastic little shop. Worth your time, money, and tastebuds.

One of my new favorite ice cream spots! So cute and I love how unique this place is. They have ice cream sandwiches, donuts, brownies, and gulab jamun. Super friendly service. Not too sweet and again the best thing about this place are flavors you can't find elsewhere. I highly recommend this place and would come back!

Awesome ice cream shop in the Lake Forest Park Town Center! Shout out to the staff who are very friendly and generously offer samples of everything. I had the guava sorbet which was refreshing on a hot summer day, and everyone else in my group enjoyed their ice cream selections. Only bummer is they were out of the cardamom pistachio that everyone is raving about, so we'll definitely need to go back to try more of the flavors!

New find in lake Forest Park! This ice cream shop just opened in March 2025. The decor is colorful and caters to kids with furniture sized fot little humans. They have the regular flavors but also a variety of really interesting ones with an Indian twist - like the gulab jamun sundae. They also have masala chai - a personal favorite. My kids had the cotton candy and chocolate ice cream and loved it. We will be back to try the others!

Excellent ice cream parlor. Homemade flavors that burst in your mouth. I tried the pistachio cardamom and chocolate and honey saffron. In a city with lots of ice cream options, this gem up north really stands out.

Everything about this ice cream shop was wonderful. The employees were so delightful and friendly; they made my experience amazing even before getting my ice cream. I tried a few flavors and the cardamom pistachio was my favorite, but ended up ordering the special: Dubai sundae and the citrus mocha latte. Both were delicious! The Sunday was ~$12.50 and the specialty latte (16oz) was ~$7 (based on memory and no extra charge for oat milk. The seating area was nicely designed and cozy to enjoy the sweet treat in.

Delicious ice cream, great & friendly service, and a wonderful atmosphere! A lovely place to meet with friends, or hang out and read a book. I'll definitely be back to try new flavors and their drinks!

Bright ice cream shop with great selection of flavors. I recommend the rose fudge ice cream if you want a light floral flavor with some chocolate.

Cardamom latte and lichi coconut latte. They do a really great job balancing out the flavors so it isn't too sweet and melts really well into the latte. All the small merchandise they sell are so thoughtful and high quality. I'm eyeing their teapot because they are so cute!

We were on our way to Chocolate Man when we noticed this shop and had to stop by. The inside is very cheery and the owner was friendly. They have a lot of fun ice cream flavors. The cardamom pistachio was probably the best pistachio ice cream I've had. I really liked that they offered mini cones.

So nice to have a local ice cream shop. Scoops were a good size, larger than expected. I tried the cacao citrus flavor and it was great! I wish there was more outdoor seating, such as a couple of cafe tables. There is some seating inside. Service was friendly and helpful.

Went here twice and both time got the pistachio flavor. Very delicious! Also, more delicious than the ice cream is the CHAI!! I was told that the owner of the store is of South Asian origin so I had to try the chai and it didn't disappoint. It was freshly brewed, not from pre-mix. Staffs are friendly and the shop's interior is so cheerful. Definitely worth visiting, so glad there's a quality ice cream parlor in the area.

Outstanding shop and service! The flavors are unique and delicious! I had the citrus cacao and the honeycomb. The soft subtle flavors of the honeycomb were beautiful and the citrus cacao....OMG...like eating orange chocolate, but creamier and more flavorful! The ambience is clean, welcoming, and a bit quirky. There were these beautiful glass teapots that I regret not purchasing. I would've like a couple of chairs or a bench outside as it was an amazing sunny day and I wanted to sit outside with my son, but this is a small thing and in no way should detract from what was otherwise a fantastic experience. The owner of the shop, Vijay, is super nice, easy to talk to, and is genuinely interested in having a conversation with you, as opposed to quick words and finishing your purchase. He even gave me a recommendation on a great Indian restaurant. All in all, one of the best ice cream shops that I've been to. Highly recommended!!!

I'm a bit of an ice cream snob, this place did not disappoint. I tried a few different samples and settled on a vegan Pistachio Cardamom in a waffle cone. They had a full dairy pistachio ice cream too, but the cardamom flavor was so unique on the vegan option. My wife got an affogato with some very tasty espresso and a chocolate and orange ice cream. Both were really good. The person working the shop was very friendly as well! I normally make the trip to Salt and Straw in Kirkland, but Always Summer is has great ice cream, right in Lake Forest Park. I will definitely be back!

Nice unique treats in addition to the ice cream. I ordered a single scoop. It was the smallest scoop I was ever given at any icecream shop. I almost laughed as my daughter finished it in less than a minute. $10 after tax and tip.

Tried this brand new ice cream shop when it was just 3 weeks new. I had the pistachio cardamom which was delicious. My husband got a citrus cacao affogato and said it was perfectly paired. The server was very knowledgeable and patient as we asked many questions and tried a few flavors. We even ran into the owner and chatted for a few moments. The space was cute with yellow walls and space to sit and eat or play some games. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we will definitely be back!

Really high quality ice cream. The ice cream is completely smooth; no trace of iciness at all. Not too sweet. I do wish the flavors were a TINY bit stronger. But if I had the err on the side of too strong or as-is, I'd keep them as-is. Sophisticated flavors but not crazy and weird like how Salt and Straw can sometimes get. Super happy to have them here. Highly recommend!

Amazing all around! Wonderful space, friendly staff offering ice cream flavors and textures that are like nothing else. Truly a unique shop that elevates the retail of our little LFP community.

Got masala - looking forward to trying the other two chai blends. 6. Love the eco focused packaging and water cups. 7. The over all 'vibe' is on track - other customers cheery and laughing adding to upbeat experience. 8. Already a community building place with the community bulletin board (with flyers that aren't everywhere) and games 9. They have pup cups so puppy can get a treat too! 10. Love everything about it! All this to say 10/10 - you 100 percent should go. So glad this is in the Town Center - will be a new favorite for locals and those just dropping by. Would make an excellent stop if you are on the Burke Gilman and looking for a destination or stop for a pick me up treat.

Brand new super cute place. The staff was very friendly. The flavors are so yummy and pretty unique. They also have other cool ice cream desserts and drinks that make this place really stand out. My favorite was the honeycomb but all of them were very good. Check it out

$7.50 for a coffee. Nope. I give them 4 months. Service was fine, staff were embarrassed by their high prices. Went to Starbucks and saved money.

This is a bright & happy little place with top notch ice cream locally sourced. The owners live nearby as well & did a great job designing the shop with a sunny yellow motif. I love the music I hear too! The toasted coconut ice cream made from coconut milk is so good and tastes exactly like Thai coconut ice cream. I also had the coffee ice cream and that was tasty as well. The menu is creative and unique too & I haven't tried the chai yet but will soon. Highly recommend this shop!

Both the vibe and the flavors are perfection here! We got the vanilla malt, pistachio cardamom cream (my favorite) and the pistachio! Service was so friendly, it's the PERFECT neighborhood spot! Can't wait until more people know about it, there isn't any place like it around here! It's the best vibe in Lake Forest Park!
