Amaia Kids

Unfortunately I’ve had a really awful experience with Amaia Kids. The clothes are very nice but their customer service is appalling. Beyond selling you their clothes they simply don’t want to know if there’s an issue. I bought 2 Christmas dresses and washed them once following the washing instructions on the label. Post wash the material was ruined as per the pictures and the dresses can’t be worn again (unless happy to look very tatty). I emailed Amaia customer services to let them know as the dresses were expensive and I would expect to get more than one wear out of them and had to chase for a response several times. The owner eventually responded and sent an accusatory email suggesting I’d forgotten that I’d tumbled dried the dresses which of course I had not. There was no apology, any acceptance of responsibility, just an email putting the blame on me. I sent an email back explaining that I had followed their washing instructions accordingly and I’ve been ignored ever since. Absolutely appalling. Pretending to be a luxury clothing brand and I would advise to stay away unless you want your children to wear their clothes just once.

Paid for gift wrapping and received sloppy, messy, uneven, ripped tissue paper wrapped gifts. The sticker wasn't centered or straight. For the price of the baby clothes, the tissue paper wrap job looks cheap and hastily done. I'm now embarrased to give this as a baby gift. So disappointed with what I thought was a quality, upscale, professional company. A very bad impression and does not come anywhere near my expectations.

Be careful buyung hair products. Was not allowed to return two unworn hairbands and you have to pay for delivery and returns. Best to shop at trotters

Simply the BEST reusable masks you will find anywhere in the world!! They are so comfortable, stylish and easy to wash/dry! I have 3 of varying colours to accord with different outfit choices. Definitely helps me feel a little more confident wearing a stylish mask rather than the usual blue surgical ones. Makes the ‘pandemic life’ seem a bit more normal at least. Great shop by the way. I can’t wait to have children of my own to kit out in these beautiful outfits one day ❤️

Absolutely beautiful masks that are breathable, comfy and of the highest quality. I have purchased several more and had excellent customer service every time. They also help with my glasses; they are steaming up far less now due to the cotton material. Would recommend to anyone.

Amaia makes my favorite cloth mask. Pricey but nice. I’ve ordered several because I really like this style, and I gave one away as a gift. Love the the mask for comfort, quality, stitching, DESIGN, FIT and the filter pocket. Fits a petite face. Thank you.

I live in California, USA ...but I visited london and fell in love with the smock dresses. I have since ordered online and the process is very easy. I have had no problem receiving my items all the way to California. Thank you Amaia Kids!

Lovely postage-stamp sized shop. They carry beautiful, classic children's clothing with a fresh feel. High quality fabrics are used and the accessories are delightful. Gorgeous bows in different sizes in every tasteful color that you can imagine. The woman assisting me was incredibly helpful in finding some perfect combinations for my little girl. She also told me that they have many of their products available for sale online when you can't make it into their London shop.
