She explains everything thoroughly, making sure I feel comfortable and informed. The staff is also amazing – they treat you kindly and create a welcoming environment. The office visit was very professional from the front desk to check out. The nurse answered all of our questions and we left there satisfied.

I had an appointment today with Dr. Amanda Ballo at their Brandon location & let me just tell you that ALL of the negative reviews online are a COMPLETE MISREPRESENTATION of this doctor's office. I did have to wait 2 months for an appointment, BUT that's only because I needed a specific location, day, & time. I only waited 5-10 minutes to be seen by Amanda, the doctor's assistant, who was very nice. Dr. Ballo came into the exam room in less than 5 minutes from the time her assistant left the room. Dr. Ballo was very pleasant, attentive, answered all of my questions, & the exam wasn't rushed at all. It was a great experience from start to finish. The lady at the check-in counter, I unfortunately don't remember what her name was, but she was very friendly. Dawn, the lady at the check-out counter, was very friendly & helpful as well. If more patients would write reviews when they have positive experiences, instead of just when they have a negative one, the reviews of this doctor's office would be a lot more accurate. Went for post menopausal symptoms. Was told by the young assistant to drink ensure and use lubrication. Amanda Ballo ordered CT. No follow-up. Can't get an appointment because she referred me to her associate, who left the practice. I had to go to another doctor and start all over. Don't go here! They are not helpful or caring. Wish I could give 0 stars.
