My experience was excellent, the service exceptional, and the team very professional. Specialist Amanda Ballo is kind, attentive, and sweet, as are her team and the administrative staff. She listens to all your questions and guides you through the entire process. I am eternally grateful to AdventHelp Medical Group.

5 days off of work is enough time to get over a miscarriage according to her. Refused to fill out FMLA paperwork to assist with breavement. This practice is heartless. I would not recommend this provider to anyone. I wonder if she treats all of her patients like she did me.

This is by far the worst facility I’ve ever been too LACK of communication absolutely NO regard for patient care, so many HIPPA violations I honestly don’t see how this facility is still open if I could give this provider a negative 10 I would. I have never in my life been treated the way they treated me & I wouldn’t recommend them to a dog to say the least !

The office visit was very professional from the front desk to check out. The nurse answered all of our questions and we left there satisfied.

I had an appointment today with Dr. Amanda Ballo at their Brandon location & let me just tell you that ALL of the negative reviews online are a COMPLETE MISREPRESENTATION of this doctor's office. I did have to wait 2 months for an appointment, BUT that's only because I needed a specific location, day, & time. I only waited 5-10 minutes to be seen by Amanda, the doctor's assistant, who was very nice. Dr. Ballo came into the exam room in less than 5 minutes from the time her assistant left the room. Dr. Ballo was very pleasant, attentive, answered all of my questions, & the exam wasn't rushed at all. It was a great experience from start to finish. The lady at the check-in counter, I unfortunately don't remember what her name was, but she was very friendly. Dawn, the lady at the check-out counter, was very friendly & helpful as well. If more patients would write reviews when they have positive experiences, instead of just when they have a negative one, the reviews of this doctor's office would be a lot more accurate.
