Just an amazing experience. Everyrhing was fantasting from beginning till the end.The food, the staff the enviroment, tutto perfeto! Small cozy place, the chef him self introduces every dish that he creates and you can see his passion to it. Would definately recommend it!

It was a great culinary journey! From octopus through spaghetti to duck and deserts. Everything was perfect, the service and atmosphere on a top level!! Live kitchen and positive chef were a nice addition. Highly recommend!

One of the absolute best dining experiences. This could be a multi Michelin star restaurant, but this concept needs no stars to shine. Local flavours and products with a strong signature twist. Difficult to point out specific dishes, but the tomato "tartar" was a surprising taste explotion I would chose before beef tartar anytime. Wow. Seafood was remarkable. A tasting menu I didn't want to end. This is indeed a gifted chef. Improvising extra courses by request and serving my kids with brillant fresh pasta. This place is a gem. Can't wait to go back to Cagliari just for Amano. From starters (the olive/goat cheese was the perfect start) to desserts, everything was perfectly balanced. Italys best Tiramisu is a bold statement, I'll gladly make. Thank you for this experience. Februar can keep up with level of perfection.

An all in all perfect experience! Walked in and was excited about the setting of the tables facing like the open kitchen like a theater. The decor was perfectly balanced between scandi fine dining and italian cool. The food was sublime. The octopus with olive granita was a fantastic modern take on a classic salad, as was the beetroot tartar. The duc was delicious and the desserts just experimental enough. The miso butter and the grisini were also a highlight as were the mini tacos with barbacue aubergine. They were able to provide me with something special when I asked for the occasion. The chef coming to the tables to take the orders, suggest, explain and answer questions was a lovely touch. The service was outstanding. The pace of the dishes was surprisingly quick. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience on a special day!

someone please give the chef and team a Michelin star! Every dish we had was extremely unique and the perfect flavor combinations. We enjoyed how the chef builds your tasting menu with you and customizes based on your taste. The octopus and the scallops were probably some of the best bites I’ve ever had. My husband absolutely loved the truffle pasta. The tiramisu for dessert was a perfect ending to a great meal. Plus a few extra treats from the kitchen! I wish we had more time in Cagliari to go back and try the rest of the menu!

Dare I say it was one of the best meals I've ever had? I am not sure if it was a blessing or a curse that we had our first dinner in Cagliari here because we knew there was a slim chance we'd get a similar experience anywhere else in the city. We had the 7-course set menu with wine pairing. All the dishes were creative while being very balanced. The potato foam upstaged the octopus. Kiwi gazpacho was very unique, the gyoza sauce was amazing, and the fish was perfectly cooked. The service was great and contrary to some other reviews, we had no issues with the music. I'll definitely return to Cagliari just to dine at this restaurant.
