Last week we stayed for 4 nights at Amanoi. The staff were so incredibly kind, the room was beautiful and perfectly maintained! We booked a private sailing tour on a catamaran and again, the staff was so kind. Also experienced a blessing by a Cham leader and dinner that was so memorable! Also We enjoyed the main restaurant and pool restaurant! Can’t say enough about this place of paradise! And a huge thank you to Putu who was always checking in with us! She’s amazing!

No points were deducted. Our experience was absolutely outstanding. Butler Lam did an excellent job attending to all our requests. The service and staff went far beyond expectations. We just came back from Auberge du Soleil in Napa Valley, but Amanoi was on an entirely different level of excellence. The food was also fantastic. We loved the thoughtful touches like the cute bag tags and other complimentary gifts. The staff were genuinely kind and attentive. Overall, it’s one of the best hotels/resorts I’ve ever stayed at, and I truly hope the other Aman properties we’ve booked will be just as incredible. I stayed at Amanoi for 5 full days, and honestly, I was 1,000% impressed. Everyone there feels like they’re living in a Disneyland of positivity — always radiating warmth and energy. The attention to detail is just incredible. They noticed I wore glasses and actually brought me a cleaning cloth while I was sunbathing. Even the snorkeling mask was made with prescription lenses! The fitness and yoga classes with Nga and Thao were absolutely amazing — they’re like yin and yang, both so talented and kind. They truly inspired me to return to my yoga practice, to calm my mind, and to keep exercising to stay healthy. As for the atmosphere, I’d say it’s simply perfect. The food — unbelievably delicious, every single meal. All in all, everything was perfect. I didn’t even leave the resort for all 5 days, and I’m already planning to come back again. 💫

Amanoi staff welcomed us and helped us bypass long airport lines. The private transfer was beautifully prepared with refreshments as we enjoyed the ride through the mountains toward the resort’s dramatic coastal landscape.||On arrival, a team of friendly staff greeted us like family returning home. We felt an immediate connection speaking with the General Manager Pandhu about the resort and his pride in Aman. Shortly after, we met Putu, our personal concierge, who took care of everything. She gave us a tour, helped us understand the expansive 90-acre property, and set up a group chat with the concierge team — a simple but brilliant touch that ensured smooth communication throughout our stay.||We chose Ocean Pool Villa 33 and it was perfection: stunning ocean views, private access to a serene bay, and impeccable housekeeping with daily special surprises including a romantic bath arrangement. We originally considered the Lake Wellness Villa, but if you love the ocean, the Ocean Pool Villas are unbeatable.||The entire staff was extraordinary. Whether at the spa, in the restaurants, or at the beach club, everyone was warm and attentive. After sailing, a sudden rainstorm hit and the team quickly appeared with towels and umbrellas. Later, Putu surprised us with two hats we admired earlier — one of many moments that made us feel truly cared for.||Meals were outstanding — especially the crab fried rice at the beach club, enjoyed with a fresh coconut overlooking the sea. The spa was world-class with a peaceful atmosphere, exceptional massage, and personalized attention.||We also warmly remember the conversations with Nhi from the front office team, who checked in on us during a private dinner and came to say goodbye on our last day with heartfelt words. Even the Resort Manager came to see us off — a beautiful final touch.||Amanoi is not simply a resort. It is a masterclass in hospitality — a place where you feel seen, appreciated, and genuinely welcomed. If you are looking for the most extraordinary romantic escape in Vietnam, this is it. From the moment we arrived at Amanoi, we were completely captivated. The setting is breathtakingly beautiful, but what makes this resort truly extraordinary is the care, thought, and love shown in every detail.||The food deserves special mention – it is simply outstanding. The menu offers three full pages of Vietnamese dishes and three full pages of Western options, and that’s just in the Central Pavlion. The Beach Club has an equally impressive menu, with ample variety |Every dish we tried was of the highest quality, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor.||The service is genuinely second to none. Every interaction is warm and thoughtful, with small touches that make you feel not only looked after but truly cherished. We would like to thank the entire team for their kindness, and especially those we had the pleasure of seeing almost every day.||The facilities are exceptional. The spa is world-class, the range of activities is extensive, and the fully equipped Pilates studio is something I’ve never encountered at any other resort. The bar is another highlight, with mixologists Vincente and Nhan crafting exquisite cocktails that celebrate Vietnam’s most beautiful ingredients in creative, memorable ways.||We cannot recommend Amanoi highly enough. It is a perfect blend of luxury, authenticity, and heartfelt service. Without a doubt, we will be returning – Amanoi is, quite simply, the best Aman resort in the world.

My wife and I have stayed in some of the world’s top properties including Ritz-Carlton and Rosewood, but Amanoi is truly in a league of its own. The staff make you feel as if you’re staying in their home, with genuine hospitality that stays with you long after you leave. Our Amanoi experience began the moment we landed in Vietnam. The airport team welcomed us right off the plane and helped us fast-track through customs — a service worth requesting before arrival. The transfer was comfortable and thoughtful, with cold towels, snacks, and refreshments for the 1.5-hour scenic drive through lush mountains to the resort. Upon arrival, more than 10 staff members greeted us like family returning home. The General Manager, Pandhu, personally walked with us, proudly explaining the resort’s vision, nestled within 90 acres of protected forest. We were then introduced to our concierge, Putu, who gave us a property tour — essential to navigate the vast grounds — and created a personal group chat with the concierge team to ensure seamless communication throughout our stay. We stayed in Villa 33, with breathtaking ocean views and access to a private bay for complete privacy. The room was immaculate, and housekeeping consistently surprised us with thoughtful touches — including a romantic rose-petal and candle-lit bathtub one evening. If you love the ocean, the Ocean Pool Villa is simply unmatched — sunrises and sunsets that take your breath away every day. The private pool made it difficult to leave! The entire staff — buggy drivers, restaurant teams, spa therapists — treated us with warmth and anticipation of every need. One moment that touched us deeply was at the beach club: after a thrilling Hobie Cat sail, a rainstorm appeared and the team rushed to greet us with umbrellas and dry towels. Later, Putu surprised us with two beach hats we’d admired. It’s these gestures that make Aman special. Every meal was delicious, but lunch at the beach club overlooking the ocean was unforgettable. The crab fried rice and fresh coconut became our go-to favorites. We booked a half-day spa experience — a highlight of our stay. From the aromatherapy suite with lake views to the hot stone deep-tissue massage, cold plunge, and fresh coconuts — it felt like floating in a Japanese garden dream. Front Office Manager Nhi checked in with us several times, including during a private dinner Potu arranged. On our final morning, she said goodbye with such heartfelt words that we left feeling like we were part of the Amanoi family. Even the Resort Manager Ms. Joy came to send us off — a full-circle ending to the perfect stay. Amanoi is not a hotel — it is a celebration of human connection and hospitality excellence. If you are seeking a place to reconnect, recharge, and feel truly cared for, look no further. Thank you, Amanoi staff. We will never forget you.

For Amanoi, we had high expectations. Those expectations were exceeded, through a combination of service, scenery, and a true experience. ||Amanoi is located within a stunning national park, and the landscaping and resort plan lean into nature. Your villa or pavilion seem to be completely private and you will not see your neighbors, and even the pathways are so lush and manicured, that you don’t even recognize this as a hotel, more of a sanctuary. The grounds and facilities are impeccably clean. ||For hard product, the location is breathtaking and very hard to beat. The rooms capitalize on the views, and are stunning in their own right, overshadowed perhaps by the beach club and cliff pool, which were a glorious lounging experience. The internet and Wi-Fi was very good, with speeds of 200mbs consistently in the rooms and public areas, allowing for remote work if needed. ||The soft product makes it very Aman-esqe. We were completely cared for during our stay, greeted by name, and the anticipatory service was on point. We were never presented a bill, and never had to give our room number. It was truly personalized. ||Special recognition to guest services managers Nhi and Putu, who ensured everything was perfect, and also Charlie, the sommelier and waiter who made the evening dinners extra special. ||Unexpected bonuses: live entertainment in the bar area with a fantastic piano and vocalist duo. A great 2 for 1 happy hour promotion could be taken advantage of in the bar as well. The cliff pool view was out of this world. And the beach was stunning, with staff attending to your needs, but also leaving you alone to enjoy things. The balance between service vs. hovering was well kept. They even ensured any migrating litter or trash was immediately cleared from the beach water. The complimentary airport transfer in a nicely air conditioned GLS was a great touch. ||Cons: Not many. Yes it’s expensive, but given the remote location, we found it ‘worth it.’ ||Overall, just book it, and you won’t be disappointed!

Our stay at Amanoi was a beautifully curated experience from the moment we landed. We requested FastTrack service at Ho Chi Minh airport, and it was flawlessly handled—quick, smooth, and incredibly efficient. The airport staff member who met us was very, very helpful and guided us through everything effortlessly. The transfer to the resort was impeccable—luxurious, comfortable cars with professional, courteous drivers, setting the tone for what would be a memorable stay.||We stayed in a private pool villa with a view that was absolutely breathtaking—one of the best we’ve experienced. The space was peaceful, secluded, and designed with understated elegance. It’s the kind of place that instantly slows your pace and resets your mind.||However, visiting during the rainy season brought some challenges. Strong winds limited outdoor activities, and there were quite a few millipedes—inside the room, on the bed, washroom floor, and especially on the pool deck. It’s something to be mindful of in a tropical rainforest setting, but thankfully, the housekeeping staff were outstanding—quick, respectful, and incredibly detailed in keeping our villa clean and comfortable.||A true highlight was Amanoi’s wellness facilities. The Pilates studio was fully equipped with Reformers and a full Cadillac—an absolute rarity and a dream for any Pilates enthusiast. The gym was spacious and well-stocked, and the outdoor yoga pavilion was serene and stunning, surrounded by nature and overlooking the lush landscape.||The food was beautifully plated but didn’t quite suit our taste over the first few days. However, when we shared our feedback, the chef personally visited us and prepared a delicious custom Asian meal, which we truly appreciated. The GM and the entire management team were gracious and took excellent care of us, which really elevated our overall experience.||The resort itself is expansive and quiet, perfect for long walks and moments of solitude. While the walk to the main restaurant involves stairs and a bit of distance, the buggy service was always prompt and efficient. We also visited the nearby fishing village, which was a charming and worthwhile local excursion.||All in all, Amanoi is a peaceful, luxurious retreat with outstanding staff and remarkable attention to detail. If you avoid the rainy season, this property can offer an unforgettable escape blending natural beauty, privacy, and world-class service. We left feeling deeply cared for—and that’s the hallmark of true hospitality.
