Amarla Boutique Hotel Casco Viejo

What can I say!!! Juan our server was beyond amazing and we looked forward to our food due to his descriptions and insight to ingredients!!!!! The food was amazing in every bite! I went with his recommendations and did not disappoint!!! We travel all over the world and must say this restaurant went to top of my list… flavors combination 5 ⭐️ - my husband had the short rib and I had prawns and appetizer was fish with papaya.

What a fabulous place to stay in Panama City! The staff was very welcoming when we arrived early in the morning. We stayed in one of the two-story suites -full of light and plenty of room. The rooftop pool area was a lovely place to cool off and watch the city lights at night. Breakfast is included with the room as well as a welcome drink. We are dinner twice at the restaurant Kaandella and the food is delicious! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this boutique hotel.

Dinner at Kandeela: Amazing experience. The warm welcome by Louis and the great service of Yenny were impeccable. The pulpo was cooked to perfection as was the seafood casserole. The kitchen is magic. The lava cake desert with special attention to our birthday girl was just the cherry on top. Great wine selection. Fantastic evening. Can't miss this experience in Panama city.

Fantastic location. Lovely design. Captures a very cool Panama vibe. Friendly and professional staff. Delicious welcome cocktail. We had an early departure and reception arranged coffee and breakfast to be ready for us. ||Room beautifully decorated but extremely small.

Beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Old Town Panama City. All the staff take great care of you, special shout out to Angel, and Jenny. In house restaurant is great too. This hotel is a gem!

We had a fabulous 4 night stay at the Amarla Boutique Hotel in the heart of old Panama City. The rooms are very comfortable. There is a lovely hot tub on a small open terrace on the top of the hotel. The staff are very helpful and friendly I have a special mention for Yenny who served us for one of our delicious breakfasts’. There was always a warm welcome from all the staff. We enjoyed a restaurant meal of Pork steak which was absolutely mouth wateringly wonderful. I would certainly recommend the Amarla when you are next visiting Panama City.

We ate at the Amarla restaurant called Kaandela - it was excellent! Creative menu with very flavorful food. Excellent service from Yenny. We also met Luis who did an excellent job with the design. Highly recommend this restaurant whether you stay at the hotel or not

Stop in and see Luis. They will cater to your every need. Farm to table. Beautiful rooms. The restaurant was very charming. The place was very clean. Fully stocked bar. Bathrooms were clean and lovely. Stop in and give him a chance to pamper you. Would come back.
