Francesca was the highlight of the meal! Took care of us from start to finish. Helped us choose meals for our two young children (7 and 9 years) that they’d enjoy. The food was superb! Stunning ambience and setting. Service was very very attentive and delightfully kind and friendly. My son’s steak was overcooked and they fixed it immediately with no problem and whatsoever. Great music. We tried lots of appetizers and loved them all. The amuse Bouche was delicious too. Can’t recommend highly enough! The meals were so artistic in their presentation and tasted amazing - the best of both worlds :) Thank you to all the wonderful team.

Peruvian food in St. Moritz Switzerland 🇨🇭 in one of the top hotels (Kulm) should be top standard compared to the rest of the world. Unfortunately other than location and Ambiance everything else was below standard. First restaurant in many years of me being in Switzerland where staff says that tip is not included. Never heard this before in Switzerland top restaurants, rest of the world, yes it’s common. I had red prawns and grilled sea bass as main course and both had a funny smell to it. It was supposed to be delicately cooked and freshly served but no it was not. I was looking forward to have my best meal of the trip and was disappointed from it. I didn’t expect a hotel like this will offer food like I had in heart of St. Moritz and then on top server asking for tip without asking my experience for the night. Looks like place is empty and walk in should be fine too.

Went to Amaru recommended by a few friends. The food was AMAZING! Even tho it must be very hard to get Peruvian products you can tell chef Canessa and her team put a lot of thought and work into it. Peruvian food is about freshness, flavor and soul and they definitely delivered. The dishes were also BEAUTIFUL. A must try for sure. Great chef!

I was excited to eat here and I was a little let down. The food is good, but very small for the price. The drinks were great. We sat down, ordered and ate our first plate within 30 minutes. Very fast, but our sever seemed like she did not want us there. We loved the cozy ambiance and the view of the mountains.

This is our second time in St Moritz. After trying several restaurants this is hands down the best meal we have had here, in a town with exceptional quinine. How Claudia doesn’t have a few Michelin stars already is a mystery. We will dine every time we visit if we can get a table. It was unique in the best ways and the service was impeccable. Thank you!!

Peruvian cuisine at its finest! Cozy atmosphere, very attentive and kind staff and so far one of the best Pisco Sours I have tried! I recommend this restaurant for a gentle entry into the peruvian cuisine and to enjoy its flavours.

We had a lovely and deliciuos dinner at Amaru. The all Italian staff was amazing. We felt pampered and were treated like kings. We were offered a welcome drink and a tasteful dessert. It was soooo unexpected and all the more welcomed. One the whole a wedding anniversary to remember by. See you soon Amau!

We had such a lovely dining experience here. The ambience is intimate, cosy and romantic, the service staff especially Ruben, Nency and Giorgia took such great care of us and every single guest in the restaurant. Food was impeccable, well plated and delicious. This is what fine dining should be.
