"The owners of Amazing Dumplings are a husband and wife team Fenping Geng and Feng Gao, who have deepened their celebration of Northern Chinese-style dishes for the past few years. Geng handles the dumplings, many of which come wrapped in vividly rainbowed, vegetable-dyed skins. Favorites include spicy pork with lotus root, the vivid “Van Gogh Starry Night” and sesame hot oil. Gao’s hand-pulled hot oil and biang biang noodles are also must-gets — the tomato and egg and the beef hot-oil version are great. Go with a group or a date." - Melissa McCart, Hal B. Klein

Amazing Dumplings lives up to its name in every way. From the moment you step inside, you're welcomed by an incredibly friendly and inviting atmosphere, matched by a staff that truly enhances the experience. Their dumplings are nothing short of works of art—beautifully crafted, vibrantly colored, and thoughtfully presented. Every bite reflects the care and skill that goes into making them, with handmade dough and hand-stuffed fillings that set them apart. To start, we had the vegetable eggroll and fried scallion pancake, both crisp and flavorful. For the main event, we sampled a variety of dumplings, each with its own unique flavor profile: Pork Pickled Cabbage Dumplings – A tangy twist from the pickled cabbage, adding a delightful sourness. Van Gogh Starry Map Dumplings – A stunning tofu-based, meatless option, as artistic as it is delicious. Sunrise Rainbow Chicken Dumplings – Almost too pretty to eat, these rainbow dumplings were as flavorful as they were colorful. Secret Mala Pork Dumplings – Served untossed, allowing you to mix in the spices for an extra kick of heat. General Tso’s Chicken Dumplings – A sweeter, comforting take on a classic flavor. Beyond dumplings, we also tried the Hot Oil Beef Wide Noodles, another standout dish. The long, handmade noodles arrive untossed, requiring a mix to fully incorporate the rich, spicy flavors. The texture and taste were absolutely incredible. Overall, Amazing Dumplings delivers both visually and flavor-wise, making it a must-visit spot for dumpling lovers and anyone looking to experience North China home-style cuisine at its finest. Highly recommended!

Google
Amazing Dumplings is one of my favorite restaurants in Pittsburgh. The vegetable hot oil noodles are the perfect texture, and the dumplings are works of art (the vegetable mapo tofu dumplings are my favorite as someone who mainly eats vegetarian). The owner and staff are also incredibly kind. A must visit!

Google
One of my favorite dumping and noodle places! Went as a group of 5 with a reservation and it was a great experience! There was a main menu but we asked if we can get a more extensive sushi menu to choose from. We ordered kung pao dumplings and 2 different types of sushi, which were flavorful and very tasty. Highly recommend this place!

Google
First visit back from their rebranding of Sakura Teppanyaki. Everything was delicious and we're looking forward to our next visit. Had mala pork dumplings, lotus bean curd salad, beef biang biang, chicken soup biang biang, and pork/cabbage dumplings in spicy and sour soup. A++

We stopped here for a quick lunch with two kids. It was just after opening and it was not busy. Ordered two of the dumpling dishes, came out reasonably quickly. Dumpling quality was on point. Good flavors. All the dumplings were consumed by both kids, no leftovers haha. I would have to come back for a more thorough review but enjoyed my time here.

Google
This is the best place I've had dumplings since I was in New York. I don't think anything I've had in Pittsburgh compares to this place. The Mala with pork is honestly something I'll probably dream about. Friendly and inviting. Really so happy I came across them. It's amazing, authentic, and worth the money. I'm sure it's a lot of hard work to put so much flavor into these little dough beauties. Can't wait to come back.

Google
Fantastic authentic and very delicious dumplings! You can tell from the texture of the dumpling wrap and fillings that they are hand made. The wait staff is super friendly and great with our little toddler. Our favorite dumplings were the pork and fennel. The beef and onion was solid too. I would pass on the vegetable dumplings as they were so-so. The scallion pancake was quite tasty too and not too oily. We are definitely coming back!

Google
Excellent service, with a refreshing complimentary lemon ginger tea to start the meal. We loved the noodles that we tried - a spicy beef wide noodle and hot oil chicken noodles. Just delicious. Unfortunately we didn’t love the dumplings - we tried a couple of the specials and the kung pao chicken. They are presented beautifully - we just thought they were ok.

Yelp
Food and service was awesome the Kung pao dumplings and Beef hot oil with wide noodles was fantastic

Yelp
Tried this place out with my wife recently. We had a very nice little dinner! We ate on the early side on a Friday and the place was pretty quiet (no need for a reservation). Service was extremely friendly; someone came to check on us regularly and would even throw in little recommendations for the right amount of dipping sauce, ask how we liked the spice level, etc. You can tell the people who work here care a lot. The pork leek dumplings were fantastic! Light and juicy morsels of pure deliciousness. We will definitely come back again to try other types of dumplings. The hot oil wide noodles with beef were good too. Definitely on the heavier side and left plenty of leftovers, so a good complement to the dumplings. Much more noodle than beef. The scallion pancake was very fried, so tasty and crispy, but also very thin and without much scallion.

Yelp
Why didn't I go here earlier?!?! My fellow Yelp Eliteriend was going so I tagged along with her and her crew. I was able to find parking in the paid lot across the street. The dumplings are amazing and beautiful. The Van Gogh was a personal favorite as it has a slight broth to it from the steaming process. The dumplings in broth are perfect for a fall day. We chatted with the owner, who is such a lovely and sweet person. We learned the coloring is natural which eased a concern I had. Definitely go, eat, and maybe grab a wine next door beforehand to incorporate with your dinner!

Yelp
Really fantastic dumplings. You can tell that the owners have a passion for creating artful dumplings with both traditional fillings and more modern takes on what you can use to fill a Chinese dumpling. The interior space is comfortable, with good spacing between tables. The staff were very kind and helpful. The variety, color, and flavor of the various dumplings were very impressive, especially when paired with the accompanying dipping sauce. The noodle dishes were well presented, but a notch below the dumplings in terms of flavor. That might just be a result of ordering the vegetarian noodle dishes rather than something with meat. It's also true that noodle dishes don't always work very well as take-out, and that's just an expected outcome. If I have any complaints it would be the limited number of vegetable centric sides. It would be nice to pair my dumplings with a vegetable centric stir fry or a big green salad. We made do with a homemade salad to pair with our takeout, but we would have preferred to pair some vegetable dishes with our dumplings and noodles. Other than that, this is a great destination with an excellent takeout game.

Yelp
Amazing Dumplings is right! Ordered delivery via DD and the food was great! Ordered the hot chili oil dumplings and the hot chili oil noodles with chicken added. If you like/love spice you'll enjoy these dishes. Food was hot upon arrival and the ingredients were incredibly fresh. Will definitely visit or order more dishes to try more things on the menu. To note, the service was great - although I ordered via a delivery app. I asked for different dumplings in place of the ones that come with the hot chili oil dish. Someone from the restaurant called me to advise the chef would not allow the replacement. I appreciated this in lieu of just receiving what I didn't ask for. Loved that they called to confirm prior to preparing the food. The dumplings were so good and I understand why they do not allow the replacements- they were perfect as is.

Yelp
This is a very unassuming place. I know I've passed by it a dozen times but never actually ate there. Glad I did today! We went for lunch so it wasn't that busy but customers definitely came in and out steadily. The staff who work there were so sweet, too! To start, we were given homemade ginger iced tea which was delicious and for the table we ordered the sesame cold noodles which was in their special menu, pork and fennel dumplings, hot and sour dumpling soup, hot oil noodles and scallion pancake. Lots of food but we love to try a little bit of everything on a menu at a place we've never been. The scallion pancake was ok. It was just very thin and I'm not used to that. Not that much flavor. The sesame cold noodles were definitely not like any other sesame cold noodle I've had. Different kind of noodle and not as smooth of a sauce but still yummy. The dumplings were very good, they melted in your mouth and burst with flavor. The hot oil noodles were a flavor profile I've never had before and I LOVE trying things I've never tasted before. It was also very garlicky and definitely spicy. Wide noodles had the perfect texture. And my favorite of all was the hot and sour dumpling soup. I am obsessed with this soup! It was sour and salty, mustard green cooked with a crunch and the dumplings added a perfect protein. I want this soup all the time now! Would definitely come back for the soup and to try some other dishes!

Yelp
No words to express how much I love this place. It's so delicious. The only issue is that it's gotten more expensive, and the prices are out-pricing and turning people like me away. I wish they could do half a dozen dumplings for a cheaper price or have more affordable items on the menu. Oh well. I recommend the biangbiang noodles, the hot oil noodles are also delicious. All of the dumplings I've tried have been amazing- I particularly like the pork and leek.

Lauren G.

Yelp
Every experience I have here makes me want to come back for more and more. The food is not only beautiful, but full of flavor and you can tell how much love is put into it. The most beautiful dumplings you'll find!! Also make sure you get one of the noodle bowls because these homemade noodles will keep you slurping

H. Elwood G.

Yelp
It's a good place with authentic food and genuinely nice ownership. I've been here three times and I've had almost every dumpling they offer. You will not be disappointed. The dumplings are like works of art. Sometimes it's not very packed, other times every table is full. They've been in the restaurant business for a long time! I like the Red Shiso soda. I also love the Wide Noodles with Egg and Tomato, it is so fun to share with a friend. The dumplings are amazing and the ladies who run the place are great people. One note is that the Lamb Mince Soup is not as beautiful or as good as the picture. It's a pretty good value and definitely filling. Good for special occasions. They use Szechuan peppercorns, so good. You will get MSG here probably, just so you know.

Eri L.

Yelp
I was craving noodles and their hot oil biang biang noodles caught my eye. The sauce tasted great with a bit of a mala kick, but the noodles were a bit overcooked, potentially from the temperature of the hot oil. The pork leeks dumplings and fried rice (with shrimp and beef) were very standard. Food came out fast and the staff were very friendly.

Anqi H.

Yelp
Everything was very tasty. We ordered the pork napa dumplings, beef onion dumplings, and the hot oil beef wide noodles. It was a little pricey for what it is. Service was excellent. Food came out quickly and hot. You can tell everything is freshly made. The hot oil wide noodles did leave a taste in my mouth all night after eating it though. Overall, I was surprised by the quality of the food and service. Would recommend for someone looking for some good dumplings.

Jess N.

Yelp
Amazing dumplings is well..amazing! As beautiful as they dumplings are they are as good to eat. Their hand pulled noodles are something so special and you absolutely cannot leave without getting them! You can check out their story in Hal's the dumpling project in the post-gazette! Thanks for making something so special!

Yelp
We decided to visit Amazing Dumplings tonight at the recommendation of a friend! They have a great location right on Forbes Ave in squirrel Hill! It was not super busy at 5pm on a Friday night, though it did seem like they were getting a good number of takeout orders. We ordered the scallion pancake, combo fried rice, kung pao chicken dumplings, and the pork and pickled cabbage dumplings. I have to say - some of the best fried rice I've ever had. EVER. And I like to consider myself a purveyor of fried rice hah. Everything else was great! Both dumplings I thought were super creative and delicious! I enjoyed the spiciness of the kung pao ones. I love how their dumplings have color in the dough! So fun. The service was super quick and friendly! The owner came by and told us about some new specials they would have for Chinese New Year in February! They have beautiful and unique dumpling wrappers so I anticipate something beautiful! We can't wait to come back and support this small business.

Logan C.

Yelp
The service was amazing. The food was amazing just a little overpriced, but perfect .

Abigail G.

Yelp
The second I stepped foot in this restaurant I knew it was going to be good. It wasn't crowded at all even on a freezing day (the perfect day for dumplings). Our waitress was really nice and recommended some dumplings for us once she made sure we were okay with spice. The fried scallion pancake was delicious, as were the dumplings. And look how cute the edible flowers are! We will definitely be back here often.

Quynh M.

Yelp
Just noticed this place on Forbes in Squirrel Hill - I think it's new..? Or maybe new ownership/menu. Anyway I wanted to try it. With only 15 minutes before closing, I decided to play it safe and order takeout. I got the scallion pancake plus pork and leek dumplings. Both were really good and the dumplings were fresh with the wrapper having perfect chewiness and consistency. I'm looking forward to visiting again with family/friends for dining in and trying several other kinds of dumplings as well as the rice noodles! Yum

S C.

Yelp
Van Gogh Mapo tofu dumplings for the win! Dumplings tend to have very light flavor but the dumplings here were super flavorful and colorful. The beef dumplings were good too.

Huizhe Z.

Yelp
Very little lamb in lamb soup and charged 19 dollars. Most things are overcharged. Blue dumplings don't look appetizing.

Caroline C.

Yelp
Yummy dumplings! Love the homey feel of the restaurant, it was our first time here and they helped us decide which dumplings to get. Can't wait to come back and try more.

Eric Z.

Yelp
This place is very unassuming, and if the name is going to be "Amazing Dumplings', it better deliver. And Boy did it!!!! I may have a new favorite Asian restaurant in Squirrel Hill which is hard since I am old school loving Everyday Noodles and The New Dumpling House. But Amazing Dumplings was just that, AMAZING! The chili oil is fantastic, as you could probibly tell since I got both Dumplings and Noodles that came in that delicious oil. I was taken a little aback when the waitress asked me if I really wanted spicy when I ordered and I said yes, then she came out after I had already eaten half of my Biang Biang noodles to make sure I was ok. The spice was on point and provided an additional aspect to the already great dumplings and noodles. My wife also ordered Chicken Lomein that I tried, and the noodles were extremely tasty and chewy. I will say that the General Tso Chicken dumplings didn't knock my socks off, but they were very interesting and multicolored which I had never seen before. I am already planning my next trip back to Amazing Dumplings. I honestly can't wait!!!

Renee L.

Yelp
As someone who has eaten at many Chinese restaurants and grown up eating Chinese food, this place surprised me. I wasn't expecting much but the hot oil tomato egg noodles has a lot of seasonings added to it that made it a lot better than tomato egg noodles I've had before. The dumpling were also pretty and and tasted as expected but nothing super special. The staff here was super friendly but the wait time could have been better considering I went when no one else was there. I also thought the price was a bit more expensive than I would've though considering the ingredients used to make these dishes but overall a really nice experience. This place has a pretty calm atmosphere so definitely try it out.

local k.

Yelp
Really good food and excellent service. The noodles are fantastic and everything is presented beautifully.

Tiffany T.

Yelp
Went here for a birthday dinner and they were kind enough to let us store the cake someone brought in their fridge and provided us plates and silverware to eat it after our meal! Service was very kind and the food came out quickly in waves. I was excited to see that they have the rice paper crepe dish but was saddened to see that instead of the typical dim sum sauce, it was a line of hoisin sauce on the crepes. The spicy chili noodle dish was a huge portion, I usually finish my food but had to take half to go. I would come back here and try a bunch of dumplings instead of getting my one, big noodle dish.

Molly H.

Yelp
Really enjoyed this new-to-me spot in Squirrel Hill! Visited for a casual Friday night dinner with friends and we ordered from a check-off menu, deciding between various dumplings and noodles and appetizers. My husband and I split the biangbiang Beef noodles, the pork and lotus root dumplings, and the pork and pickled cabbage dumplings. We also tried the scallion pancake, since we love scallion pancakes. The biangbiang noodles were outstanding - chewy, spicy, and so flavorful. It's definitely a big bowl, so it may be good to split it between two! The dumplings were lovely, authentic, and handmade, with no frills or special presentation, just good flavor. We preferred the lotus root over the pickled cabbage between the two pork offerings we chose, but both were delicious! The former was dyed with a grey-blue dye that was apparently made from natural food coloring, which is super neat and unique to this restaurant. The scallion pancake was very crispy and wasn't our favorite that we've ever had, but it was still quite good. A woman who we presume to be either the owner or chef came and visited our table to ask how our meal was, which was a nice touch! All in all, I want to return to try more noodles and dumplings ASAP. Highly recommend for a cozy meal!

Richard E.

Yelp
Ordered a Dragon Roll for delivery tonight with our order of dumplings. It arrived late and dried out, and stale. Was it packaged for lunch and shipped out at supper? Beware!

Jasmine M.

Yelp
Authentic Northern Chinese cuisine in Pittsburgh! I never thought I would be able to find biang biang noodles so chewy and fresh outside of China. The chilli oil was not too spicy and the minced beef mixture was flavorful. Also got the sour cabbage and pork dumpling soup, which was super comforting on a cold rainy day. Portion sizes were huge! Food came out a little slow but there seemed to be not that many people working. The inside of the restaurant was well decorated and surprisingly not crowded for a Friday evening. Definitely check this place out for some good homemade dumplings and noodles.

Karla D.

Yelp
OMDumplings!!! Look no further for some of the best dumplings you'll ever have. These dumplings are nothing short of works of art. Unique and flavorful ingredients. The owner, Ping should win awards for her creativity and design of dumplings. The ambiance is family friendly and warm. In fact, customers are treated like family. Perfect city gem.

Gloria W.

Yelp
The workers were so so sweet and checked up on us semi-regularly to make sure we were enjoying the food. The restaurant was cozy, but the food was even better. For $14/10 dumplings, this was an amazing deal for some really delicious dumplings.

David M.

Yelp
Worst dumplings I've ever had. Bad texture, too sweet, bad flavor. People were nice; environment was fine.

Lisa U.

Yelp
just like the name... the dumplings were amazing. General tao, hot oil, and kung pao were our favorites. service was incredible too.

Chris M.

Yelp
With a name like Amazing Dumpling your dumplings better be good... Lucky for them they were good. and lucky for us so was everything else we ordered that night. We ordered a bunch of their special dumplings and they all came with a bright colored wrapper (I assume to distinguish all the different fillings available) I thought the dumplings all had great flavors but I found the dumpling wrappers a bit thick for my tastes. The fried rice was very good as well as the scallion pancakes. The pork burger was flavored well but the bun needed a bit more toasting. Overall Amazing dumplings was very good in a neighborhood surrounded by the cities best Chinese restaurants. The prices were o.k for what you got but the service was very good and very friendly, A solid spot when the Chinese food itch comes a scratchin, Aloha

Jill H.

Yelp
I love a restaurant where I can see the kitchen. One of the very cool things about the aptly named Amazing Dumplings is that you can peek through the cutouts in the dining room walls to watch a skilled artist working some magic, crimping homemade, freshly-prepared dumplings. These are as beautiful to look at as they are to eat. We tried the Van Gogh starry vegetable dumplings (fresh and flavorful and not at all stewy or mushy inside) and the hot oil sesame dumplings (nice and spicy but not wildly so, with a tasty pork filling--the sauce was so good that my veggie dumplings made their way in for a dip too!) Also, there are a lot of restaurants in Pittsburgh that go out of their way to really tank a scallion pancake into a gloopy, rubbery, doughy disappointment. The best scallion pancake I've ever had was in Philly and I haven't (until today!) found one in PGH to even come close. Found it. The scallion pancake at Amazing Dumplings is just that--amazingly light, flaky, crispy, just as they should be. Service was fast and so friendly. I'm sad I waited so long to try this place. Going back soon to try beef/onion and mala dumplings (with another scallion pancake).

Cristina P.

Yelp
I was in the mood for delicious dumplings so my boyfriend and I headed over to try out Amazing Dumplings. It was not busy around lunch time but after the meal I had, I predict this place will see a lot of business. We ordered the laotongguan pork sandwich, biang biang noodles, and spicy beef dumplings. Absolutely delicious! The sandwich is a crispy pancake like bread with juicy pork meat in the middle. The crispy texture of the bread is perfect for sopping up the flavors of the pork... and the bite... a so satisfying. The dumplings were nicely presented. Dumpling had a nice chewy texture that comes with being handmade and the beef was well flavored. My favorite, though, were the biang biang noodles. I loved these noodles... we asked for it less spicy, which I think is good for most palates. It's a big bowl, of wide noodles and complex flavors... chili flakes, vinegar, Sichuan pepper, and and crunchy bean sprouts. I plan on going back to try more of their dishes. The service was nice and our waitress, who I suspect, also prepares the meals, shared a few interesting facts about the food, which I appreciated. I highly recommend trying them out!

Sara Z.

Yelp
Overall pretty tasty for everything we tried. I'm unsure if this is just our bad luck or if this is how they do it, but everything pretty much came out cold/slightly warm. Nothing was fresh out of the pot and I'm sure flavor wise, everything would taste so much better if it was hot and freshly made. Pork lotus was my favorite, very savory and packed with flavor. Ma po tofu was pleasantly better than I thought but I personally didn't love it. The dumplings made in the Van Gogh style are fun but doesn't change the flavor of the filling and is more expensive for the design only. We also had noddles but like I said, it came out cold and the noodles stuck to each other very badly. Still yummy but just not as good as it could've been. Service was also a little frustrated with us when we had additional requests like bowls for sharing or when we asked for chili oil. Would come back only cause this is one of the few places in Pittsburgh that serves interesting and more authentic homemade Chinese dumplings but it honestly wasn't anything to write home about...

XP D.

Yelp
Excellent place, delicious dumpling, beautiful presentations! The waitress was very attentive. Pork Lotus Root Dumpling was our favorite.

Moshe L.

Yelp
Really, really good. I've walked past this place for years, but recently read a little about their story. Fantastic authentic dumplings. Extremely polite owners running the place. Nobody was in there when I went, but I could tell they have a comfortable vibe. Definitely worth a visit.

Milo B.

Yelp
This Illy Philly was stuck in the Squirrel Hill section, between work visits, and I was hungry... My tummy wasn't playing games with me! I wanted something light but delicious, so I ventured into Amazing Dumplings to have a working lunch. I was warmly greeted at the door, and I have to give extra points because when I requested a table near an outlet so I could plug in, they graciously accommodated me with a smile. They put a menu before me along with an order form for sushi, and they had a lengthy list of sushi available! I ended up ordering their Rainbow Veggie Dumplings and an appetizer of Edamame, along with a pot of Oolong tea. When the food came, I was pleasantly surprised with how good the Veggie Dumplings were! The Dumplings came with a side of soy/fish sauce(?), and they were heaven in my mouth!!!! The edamame was good and my tea was really pleasant. I will come back for more definitely, and I hope that they will consider adding full vegan items to their menu in the future...

Xin F.

Yelp
The dumpling selections are amazing here! Love that the colors that were added to the dumplings are all natural coloring! Servers were always friendly and helpful with their recommendations. I absolutely love the Pork Lotus root dumplings!

Ken L.

Yelp
I have never been here before and thought it was a new business. It turns out that they are the same sushi place that was here just with a name change and a much condensed menu. Got the Ma La dunplings and also the wide rice noodle. The portion sides were quite small with very little topping or meat though it appears flavor is decent. Already spent over $30 and still quite hungry and asked the lady where the rest of the food was. Ended up going to another restaurant a few doors down to get my belly full.

S. M.

Yelp
Really good food. The general tso dumplings were awesome but the Laotongguqm sandwich stole the show.

Alex S.

Yelp
Everyone knows the dumplings are amazing, but did you know the hot oil noodles are also top tier? They put a bunch of noodles and other yummy things in a bowl and then pour crazy hot oil on top to create a great traditional dish. When it comes to you table just mix up the ingredients and chow down! The dumplings we had were all off the special menu and they were all great, amazing even! The best part wasn't even the food but the cost feel I had that just reminded me of home and how my own mom and I would make dumplings together. Very cute place and I hope the do well/ continue to do well

Tania E.

Yelp
very fresh food, fast friendly service, seated big party with no delay on a Sunday evening

Mark M.

Yelp
Overall overrated I believe! There are far better dumplings just feet from here circling this restaurant! Just walk outside and point

Susan S.

Yelp
Four of us stopped in for dinner and am super glad we did. The dumplings were artistic and yummy. But the real star were the hand cut noodles, oddly named Tomato Egg Noodles. Do not skip these! Really good value and helpful server made this a win.

David R.

Yelp
Really good new location for dumplings. I think the restaurant reinvented itself from previously just being a sushi restaurant (there still is a sushi bar available here). I tried the veggie and beef & onion dumplings. Both were very good and clearly handmade. I had a hard time choosing which dumplings to order here, and that was because there were so many that sounded good. In the future, I would try the kung pao chicken, sesame/chili, ma po tofu, and egg and chive. I look forward to returning. I also had a Chinese herbal iced tea (from a can) that was really good. Try it out!

Love2Chow C.

Yelp
What is a dumpling but a self-contained mouthful of pure joy! Northern Chinese cuisine is known for their wheat-based noodles and dumpling wrappers. The variety of both traditional and lots of creative new dumplings at this restaurant makes it a fun experience to share with a group. The owner Ping uses natural vegetable pigments to color the wrappers, and comes up with fun holiday versions -- I wish the Thanksgiving turkey-corn-green bean dumplings were on the regular rotation. My favorite dishes are the biang biang noodles with the chopped peppers and the pickled vegetable soup with dumplings. The biang biang noodles with peppers also comes with the delicious meat sauce -- I wished I knew that sooner as my family always wanted the beef, but the combined pepper and beef toppings is really, really delicious. You can also ask them to prepare a vegan version of the biang biang noodles with just the peppers (hold the meat), and there is a tomato egg version as well. The pickled vegetable soup is delicious, and comes with pork dumplings, but again you can ask them to substitute the vegetable dumplings. I just learned that she does a dumpling wrapping class followed by dinner once a month, and will have to check that out. They have a regular menu, a sushi menu, and a specials page for the seasonal dumpling creations.

Claudia S.

Yelp
Get the hot oil wide beef noodles and the spicy beef dumplings! These were some of the best noodles I've had!

Yelp
A meal of legendary proportions! A unique experience surrounded by beautifully curated art work. The entire experience is masterfully displayed. The dumplings are gorgeous and I truly experienced flavors for the first time. Friendly, accommodating and kind proprietors who take great pride in sharing their culture and cuisine. Great for a large group or an intimate meal. Amazing Dumpling's is re-inventing Chinese dining. This is not your grandmothers Chow Mein - it is art and it will nourish you in every way!
