They'll change check-in policies with zero notification or emails about it. So found out the hard way one day they if you're more than 5 minutes late, they will send you home without pay. I understand and accept this, it's just the grace period before was 15 mins for an employee to manually check you in. I just wish they sent out an email about it or started to warn people slowly that new policy would be taking effect. But no, amazon doesn't seem to ever think about its drivers, it's always customer first. They have a massive driver pool now so they could throw fish in a barrel and people will snap it up and fight over scraps. For shifts that aren't even good anymore. I'm not driving almost 40 mins/miles just to get a $120 shift if I'm lucky, just to put almost 250 miles on my car and be given a bunch of shift related stress and nonsense
