Issue with the order:
On January 30, 2023, I initiated a return for the Marshall Stanmore II as it became unusable shortly after receiving it.
Due to transportation disruptions caused by the pandemic, the product reached your operational center on April 22, 2023.
However, I have not received a refund for the product up to this point.
1. Please refrain from stating that your logistics center has not received the goods. My carrier has confirmed that your logistics center has received the shipment, with the recipient's name being W FLO.
2.My total purchase amount is USD 265.35, but I received a refund of only TWD 67.99.(USD 2.18) Please kindly refund the full amount to me. Thank you.
3. If a refund is not possible, please return the product to me.
