"Amazon announced a new Amazon Fresh grocery store in Bellevue, which will be located in the Factoria Mall. Similar to other Amazon Fresh locations, it will offer a variety of grocery items and utilize technology like Alexa kiosks and the Amazon Dash Cart." - Gabe Guarente

There are free bananas, apples, and oranges for kids here — each child can take one. Although they are free, the fruits are actually quite fresh. There’s also a wide variety of other food, and the staff are very polite. There’s even an Amazon return drop-off point here, which is very convenient.

Great time at Amazon Fresh Grand Re-opening. The store looks fresh, and prices are pretty reasonable.

I am a former Amazon VP. I am sorry to report that they cannot get their sensors and AI to work properly to generate an accurate receipt for Just Walk Out Shopping, which is the core of why Amazon Fresh exists. I have been here 5 times in the past month and my receipt has been wrong every time. You need to go on Amazon to get it corrected, which is a hassle. The AI is not learning normal shopping behaviors (like picking up an item to read ingredients, then putting it back or putting one item in your cart, but later swapping it out with a different item). This store would be great if the AI worked, but it doesn't. It usually takes 2-3 hours to get a receipt, so humans are reviewing the sensors and cameras, yet still making mistakes on the final receipt. So the AI is not learning as it should be. Disappointing, since I would have expected this to be 98% functional by now. It is not. If you don't mind all the cameras and sensors and want to be part of the AI learning experiment, come here. Otherwise, go somewhere else for your groceries.

First time I've been in this store. Clean. Friendly people. Mostly good prices but an occasional great price in the produce section where I focused. Not so much into 'sale' prices as the Safeway's and Fred Meyer's genre of store. Would stop occasionally if the store was in our territory.

I have shopped at Amazon Fresh since it opened several years ago and it has undergone numerous changes in that time. The store is located in the former Safeway space at the Marketplace at Factoria (aka Factoria Mall). It used to have a system in which you used your app to enter the store and utilize Just Walk Out technology so you did not have to go to the checkout to pay. It has recently done away with this and so you now either have to pay at the traditional checkout or at self checkout lines which they have recently added. Throughout the years that I have shopped here, I have never seen the store be very busy. For customer experience, I like that. But for Amazon, that seems like a bad thing as they have removed the meat and seafood counter in the back. They are finally updating the store as a result, as they are currently doing some renovations. The deli is currently closed and it seems like they are adding more shelf space. As for the prices and selection, I have found pricing to be hit or miss. The weekly ad offerings do not interest me as I am not an Amazon Prime member, which you need to be to get the savings on some items. I do like that this store offers grocery markdowns that you can check online to see. For produce, that is usually on short shelf life items. But for grocery items, they have a shelf life of at least a few months or 2026 and beyond. While this store is not my go-to everyday grocery, Amazon Fresh is worth shopping at when they have markdowns on random items of interest that I would otherwise not buy if not on sale.

I called ahead and asked if they had a grinder for when I buy whole beans and the person on the phone said all their stores have grinders. I drive in and find out they actually don’t have a coffee grinder in store. Walked around and checked out other items and prices were not that competitive and offerings not unique enough for me to come back. What a waste of a trip.

Small yet you find what you need. The rates are very reasonable. Love the to go cart that pays automatically and I don't have to wait in line for checkout.

Be Aware! Unsafe for small children-- a deeply upsetting experience We had a traumatic experience at the Amazon Fresh Bellevue store on May 19, 2025. While shopping with my one-year-old daughter around 8 PM, an Amazon associate pushing a large cart hit my daughter in the head and knocked her to the floor. She immediately screamed in pain. The associate said she was sorry, but refused to call a manager. I eventually had to find someone else to help. An “acting manager” finally came out but was dismissive from the start, saying things like “It was an accident, no one did it on purpose,” without offering any apology or real assistance. While I was tending to my crying child, the manager was unsure what to do. He gave me a phone number and a case number and said someone would contact me. No one from Amazon has followed up. My husband and I had to take time off work to take our daughter to urgent care. I tried calling the number they gave me several times but was either told it was incorrect or got transferred to people who said they didn’t know what to do. The lack of accountability, compassion, or basic follow-up from Amazon has been shocking and unacceptable. We expected more from a company of this size and reputation. This store is not safe for small children, and customer safety does not appear to be a priority here.

Yelp
Just recently started shopping here and love the convenience of having a location to also do your Amazon returns. It's great to have an additional option to shop for groceries but there are a lot of times that I go in there and they are out of stock in their weekly ad items. The meat dept is half empty too so it does get frustrating when you go in and am not able to purchase multiple items on your list. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

Yelp
Not sure why 3 star ratings, but everyone has an opinion. And that's what is wonderful about Yelp, the reviews are (mostly) honest. lol. Well my reviews are! And I love shopping here. Whether I'm having Amazon fresh delivered and or using the self serve shopping cart. Which is like shopping with a small check out stand attached to you. You scan an item and immediately bag it. The cart has three scanners on it. It even detects weight for produce purchases. Pay attention to the little screen. And if you have trouble a friendly Amazon person is always available to help. The aisles are huge here! Probably because these self serve carts are larger than a regular cart. Fun music makes for an excellent shopping experience. I love grocery stores because I eat 98% of my meals at home. It's just more affordable. Amazon fresh hits all the marks for me. When you leave with a self check out cart, just walk out slowly through the specified exit. And of course there is a regular check out and a real check out line for people who need. Your Amazon prime account is charged if you use the robot cart! Eat well and as always, SYOY.

Yelp
I love shopping here as it's so easy, not crowded, fresh items and literally they almost have everything. Love the smooth entry and exit without lining up for checkout especially when you have an elderly waiting for you in the car. The store is so beautiful and clean. Workers are super friendly and helpful. I love the fact I can do my Amazon return as well in one stop :-) Thank you Amazon fresh!

Yelp
I'm beginning to like Amazon Fresh more and more. I like the fact that I can return my stuff and pick up groceries and food at the same time. Every time I am here to return stuff, the line is short - maybe one or two people ahead of me. The people at the return desk are nice and helpful. I grabbed lunch there for a quick bite. By the time I got there, late 1pmish, there wasn't much left and what was left looked dry - I'm talking about the overly dry chicken tenders that looked so dry and hard that you cant even cut it. Even though my kid asked for them, I passed. The basmati rice looked super dry and sad looking. It only looked like there was a cup left and it looked horrendous. Hard pass on that. The salad selection was better. The largest box is $13-14...kinda spendy but you can fill it up -hence there wasn't a whole lot left. I grabbed a slice of pizza (1.99) decent size but nothing extraordinary. The soup was good though. I was disappointed that they didn't have small boxes out at all. Some of the aisles looked a bit awkward. Some of the prices were ok some weren't. Some veggies and fruit looked good others were wilted or yellowing. I just bought what I needed. Not sure I'd if I like the ambiance - it seemed rather dismal and barren. I like the fact that I didn't have to wait in line to scan things. Such a relief! You'll get a receipt after a couple of hours or so. So far, they haven't made a mistake on the itemized receipt. Overall, I'd be back for more.

Yelp
Smart enabled grocery store with a fresh produce. They have an extensive salad and hot food bar with allergies clearly noted and lots of gluten free options. Worth noting - I've always checked my Amazon receipts after visiting Amazon Fresh and until recently, hadn't noticed any issues. Then, every visit I was being charged $15+ for items I didn't purchase or sales that weren't applied.

Yelp
As much as I don't like to admit it, Amazon fresh has become my go-to store for groceries. They have baguettes for less than a dollar and milk for less than $4. So when I'm in the area and I need produce, I stop by. The store is easy to access with a parking lot in front. They even have EV chargers.... The staff are friendly and are knowledgeable about Prime deals and will help you find them. It's also great to drop off Amazon returns while picking up groceries.

Nicole W.

Yelp
The food is good and fresh here. The service is great. It's also a self-service shopping experience. The ambiance is Amazon fresh store.

Matt C.

Yelp
Inexpensive, great produce, $10 off $50 for prime members. Hot bar food has too much pepper but you get a ton for $10. What's not to like?

Marcus S.

Yelp
This is the first time I've been to an Amazon Fresh and truthfully didn't know they existed beyond you placing an order online and it's picked up and delivered. Seeing this in person was pretty cool though. It's like shopping in a Whole Foods but with the skin and operation of Amazon and less cramped. Seeing this in person was pretty cool though. It's like shopping in a Whole Foods but with the skin of an Amazon store and less cramped. There are less brands like 2 - 3 vs. 5 or 6 at the usual supermarket (nothing completely wrong with that) but it makes for a faster and simpler shopping experience. The prices were decent, some even surprised me which is always welcome when grocery shopping. What they encourage you to do is just scan and bag things as you shop so when you're through you just walk out, and I guess your amazon account is billed. I'm old school so I don't know fully how it works and didn't try it during my visit. So, I appreciate that they allow you to shop and check out the old-fashioned way where you just scan your items, and you bag them up. Only problem I had at this Amazon Fresh was that although they have quite the selection of items, some small but important things weren't there like dish soap and a dish brush for example. Also, most of the items I saw were of one size so that's kind of limiting. Overall, this was pretty cool and would add this to my shopping runs if I were near it on the regular.

Yelp
Back when they just opened, I used to make fun of Amazon fresh for having not so fresh produces. They had the most brownish banana in the areas which was perfect for my banana bread. I often told my friends joke about their bananas. Years go by, now everything here is so perfect. The staffs are always friendly. The fruits and veggies are super fresh. The organic fruits and veggies here are comparable to Trader's Joe. Walking in here is more welcoming than walking into many 5 stars hotels. Staffs always greet people at front and super attentive to help with anything. The store is also very bright and clean. I can't finish my review without mentioning the Salad bar. Everything tastes so good and look at the color. You can fit tons of super food in a medium box for $9.99 ($6.99 for small, $12.99 for large). My favorite are beets, chickpeas, kale salad, glazed tofu, and creamy chicken pasta salad. I like salad bar here more than any other places including PCC.

Yelp
Amazon Fresh has been disappointing lately. The quality of fruits and vegetables is consistently low, with many items spoiled or subpar. Prices feel too high for the quality offered, and the removal of their main cashless checkout system, which was a major draw, has added to the frustration. Only one cashier available, however this is not a problem si e most of the time traffic is low. In summary, Not the convenience or value it used to be.

Bo W.

Yelp
The food is tasty and fresh. The service was great. The ambiance is a grocery and hot deli market.

Yelp
I don't use this store very often due the way it's set up. I really enjoy the friendships I've created at qfc with employees for example. Those interactions and friendships go a long way. You don't really make those connections at Amazon stores like this one. They're obviously deigned to get in and out with contactless payment. What I do LOVE about this store is the ease of making returns at no cost. Oh and the pizza. The oven was broken today, but it's actually yummy pizza!!

Yelp
COVID TIMES: mask required only (so far) Where to begin? I was always hesitant to shop in this Amazon Fresh location, but the experience was positive. For those of you who doesn't know the concept: the main idea of these stores is that you wouldn't need to pay at a cashier, you could just grab your item and leave the store BUT you would need to install an app first so every item gets charged automatically to your Amazon account. How do they do it?? Intelligent cameras!! Look at the ceiling and see how many cameras they have (see photo attached) MAGIC!!!! However if you don't have the Amazon fresh app, you could still Pay at the regular cashier either with cash/credit card OR pay with you Amazon app and it will automatically be charged to it. What can you shop here? Groceries, flowers, fast food (pizzas, sushi, salad bar, hot bar... similar to wholefoods but cheaper) What else? You can also return Amazon previous online purchases, there are also lockers to receive new orders. The team is SO FRIENDLY, they answered kindly all our questions. I would definitely come back here at lunch time. PS: cheese pizza was delicious and cheap (1.49)

Yelp
Just a mind blowing experience! The prices are reasonable, the selections were good, but the underlying technology and customer experience was out of this world! I scanned in with the in-store QR code from my Amazon app and a group of 5 of us entered the store. We had two shopping carts and different people putting stuff into both carts. In all we bought 18 items including hot items...the pizza in the hot food section is a must try. We bought a whole pizza so it was made to order and piping hot and delicious. I then scanned out with the same QR code and that was it! I was skeptical at how easy it was so I had to double-check with one of the store associates to ensure that I followed the right process. Sure enough after we left the store I got my order total and an itemized receipt... everything was accurate!!! Pretty amazing that the technology was able to track and associate the activity of my group of 5 all to my account! Will definitely be back!

David L.

Yelp
Please be careful when shopping here, I was able to find moldy pasta just sitting out for people to buy.

Yelp
The Amazon Fresh grab and go experience is simply surreal due to the number of cameras. This is not a place to bring your friend who believes Big Brother is always watching because this location will cause severe anxiety. I figured why not. I don't like grocery stores but I needed some items and was in the area. They have a few different options on how to pay. I opted for the scanning the QR code upon entering, bagging items, and scanning to leave. I did not scan any items while I was in the store as I simply walked around and put items in a brown paper bag and then left. First thing I noticed was the aisles are a bit wider than standard, most likely to give the cameras optimal viewing. I personally liked it as I genuinely hate how crowded grocery stores feel. I never experienced that here. They had a great produce section but were light or out on various other items. For example the day we went there were no milk alternatives in stock - no Lactaid, almond milk, oat milk, or any of the like. The section was clear. With the current transportation issues in the country I'm not sure if the lack of certain product was due to that issue or if Amazon simply only restocks certain times of the day. Unlike typical grocery stores I never saw anyone restocking shelves where they usually always are. I notice that in typical grocery stores because they tend to be the most polite people. Here I rarely saw employees. There are Alexa tablets setup here and there to ask locations on various items. That proved to be quite helpful and was an immediate highlight for me. I wish there were a few more so I didn't have to hunt for them, but when I did find one it was nice. They have a small alcohol section where you have to show your ID before entering. Apparently standing in the exit for any amount of time annoys the sensor as it beeped very loudly at me and my roommate as we paused to let a small child with his cute miniature grocery cart pass in front of us. The sensor did not appreciate our patience and beeped angrily. Oh well! They had a nice selection though not as large as some stores. I appreciated the sizes they carried and I found shopping here to be very easy. I then left with my bag and wondered how accurate it was. I received my receipt nine hours after I finished shopping. It looked accurate tho I admit I didn't copy every price as I went through. I really enjoyed the experience though!

Yelp
The upgraded/ larger version Of Amazon Go (previously in the Overlake area) now in Factoria. The experience is a new novelty for first timers: use the Amazon app (or palm biometrics) to scan in, grab whatever you want, and then scan out. Like their old location, the experience gets old fast after several visits. The spectrum of prices varies from cheap basics to overpriced conveniences. There's a decent amount of space inside, but some sections of food (meat and dairy) seem really lacking and sold out. It looks like they have a set up for a hot/cold buffet bar, but it's stuffed with filler items due to COVID. For now they just have small selection of basic hot food, sandwiches, and cheap pizza that actually is okay.

Benjamin J.

Yelp
Amazon offered me a coupon for making a return in store in this location rather than mailing in my return. I regret taking them up on it. Bottom line is they wouldn't honor the coupon that they had promised to provide. Meanwhile they closed the seafood and meat department, and other items have even slimmer pickings than in the past. Strawberries, on seal at a good price, were predictably sold out. CUSTOMERS: DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO THIS STORE.

Sam T.

Yelp
The pizza etc is never open consistently. It's pretty annoying. I would recommend not to shop here. Everything is old and cold. The whole market has empty shelves and they seem to never restock. This place is crap

Jacques I.

Yelp
It's convenient. That's primarily why I've found myself at Amazon Fresh a few times, as I run errands in the Factoria area and it's just right off the main road. Amazon Fresh took over a former Safeway and since then, it has never been packed, which is another reason why I like to come here. I don't have to deal with being in the same aisle with a bunch of people with shopping carts, thank god. When I come him with my partner who has an Amazon account, he opens up his cell phone where he can just walk right in and walk right out with all the items we're getting. Yes, the first time felt very weird, like we were stealing when we walked passed the checkout line. So, I get why people who have Amazon accounts go here since you really can pop in and out. When I am not with my partner, I just go through the traditional entrance and have to go through the checkout line to pay. (I don't want an Amazon account, okay!) So keep in mind that anyone can shop here - you do not have to have an Amazon account. Some items are good here. Some I'd skip. The produce doesn't seem to be as fresh as other grocers, so I usually don't get produce here. But a treasure I have found is a large can of albacore tuna is only $1.82 where it's normally close to four bucks at any other grocer. So I always stock up on canned tuna. They also have their own brand items, I think called, New Day or something corny like that. So that's usually cheaper than brand named items. And the rotisserie chicken is only five bucks, and it's tastier than Whole Foods or QFC, but don't compare it to Costco. Yet, I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised by how tasty and juicy the chicken was. Again, I like to come here when I'm in the area doing errands. But it's not the perfect grocer where I can find everything I need. The store is on the smaller side, so they have a lot of the more popular brand items or just basics. I guess that's why it's never crowded, which I'm glad about.

Piko L.

Yelp
A fresh slice of chicken pesto pizza is $1.79. That's it, I'm here. 89 cent french baguette? Hold my purse and my jacket, I'm going in. Pretty easy to enter: scan your palm or phone (w your Amazon account of any kind, doesn't have to be PRIME) and put things in your bag as you shop! Pros: no need to talk to a human (although they are all very friendly and eager to help you through the entrance and exit) And you can arrange your groceries in your bag as you like Cons: the "just walk out" receipt can be wrong, and takes 4 hours to reach your email, which by that time you'd have forgotten about it. The cameras don't pick you up sometimes or they scan you twice for an item, so if you have the time or energy, I'd say go back and check every item, just in case. Otherwise, just come in here to pick up less than 8 items with walk-out and you should be fine. Mask wearing is optional in this store which is TERRIBLE during peak shopping hours, so be careful if you are immunocompromised.

Isaac L.

Yelp
If I'd written this review in December it would have been five stars. If anything showed up bad (like produce that got bruised, eggs broken, etc) they fixed it right away. While I sometimes had really low orders - most were $75-$120. Most of our produce and items we didn't have room to store long enough to use it (so anything that goes bad and isn't in a can) came from here - we had 1-2 deliveries a week since Fresh had plastic delivery tubs. This price hike has prompted us to move our deliveries to one of two places, both served by Instakart as overall between time and gas savings their markup / membership / other issues are just more palatable. (Plus some grocery savings cards work there too) Now 100% of what used to come from Fresh comes from Costco (Instakart) and a local nearby grocer as the spend limit to waive delivery is a lower threshold so I don't end up over buying produce and then trying to rush to consume it before it's bad. Perhaps an option would have been to charge for two hour delivery if below $150 and a slight rise on the minimum for no fee combined with longer windows. Had they done this I'd still be using it, instead the money went elsewhere. THis really sucks as a customer because it pretty much killed the service for me.

Ammara T.

Yelp
First time coming here after hearing about it for weeks and to be honest I did watch a YouTube video on how it works, LOL! Make sure you have your Amazon app downloaded and ready to go, from there you'll need to click on In-store code from the top of the app homepage which will generate a QR code to scan you in at the badge readers. You can also update the payment method here for the credit card you would like to use. There was also a helpful associate standing by the entrance in case you need help. From there, grab a cart and get shopping! The cameras in your cart will charge everything to your card on file and you can easily walkout with your QR code. The only annoying part is not being able to get a recipet until a few hours later. I bought 2 packages of boxed milk for my toddler and wanted to know the total since they were different flavors but my digital recipet didnt come through until midnight that evening. The place did have a futurtistic feel with only a few employees in sight. I think its defintealy a cool concept for bigger cities when people are in a rush for groceries. Convientely looked in the Factoria plaza next to the Rite Aid. Go check them out!

Huong L.

Yelp
This is more of a 3.5 star but I'm upping it to a 4 star because I'm pretty sure I will be back. This is probably one of the largest Amazon Go store I have been to. They have everything that other grocery stores have. The pricing seems pretty good for the most part. We wanted to check out the hot food section and it didn't disappoint. We got the lunch plate which comes with a protein 2 sides and a sauce of choice. The meal can be from $6-$10 depending on the protein you choose. We got the brisket with baked potato and brussel sprouts. It was a lot of food for the price. It's not the best, the brisket can definitely be more tender. But it's not bad. We also got a side of roasted veggie and corn. Those were actually really good. They were bringing out the pizza and the pest chicken looked really interesting so we got a slice as well ($1.76). It was a gigantic slice and it's definitely one of the better pizza I have eaten. Definitely worth it Overall, it's a cool place. I will be back to try other hot food things.

Charles F.

Yelp
Wow - great prices, attractive store in general, fast shopping, particularly check out which is worth the trip alone. Only issue was the freshness of seafood which would seem part of the prepackaged, low staffing levels, fickle sales model

Erin G.

Yelp
This place is great for lunch! I have been to only one Amazon Fresh and that was in Seattle long ago just to check it out. But since I work in the Bellevue area now and then, this place is now my go to for lunch. Great prices, great selection of tasty items hot and cold, and if you have the app you walk in and walk out. Seriously, they have everything you need and more. I wish all grocery stores were this simple!

Dave T.

Yelp
I had an awesome experience! I'm not sure why there are so many mixed reviews. I knew what I was getting into before this first visit. The free EV chargers outside are perfect. I'll go out of my way to go here just for the chargers. I met 2 different front of house ladies who talked me through the process with my Amazon app. They were both extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the store. The cameras in the ceiling covering every inch of the store will be a little daunting for some but they are needed for the system to figure out what to charge you and to discourage theft. I'm all for it! Identify yourself by hand scanning to get in or use your app. Stop the on-going city theft and support this business. Businesses are here to make money or they will close. This is by far the cleanest grocery store I've ever been in. I loved the wide aisles and that everything was in it's place. Clean and perfectly organized. It was amazing. You can tell that the shelves weren't fully stocked but that's ok. The QFC stores on Mercer Island, for instance, have a lot less items then this store. They had real live employees working in the deli and butcher shop areas! I couldn't believe it. I didn't have to try to track someone down. They were friendly and nice. The only con I had was with one of the stocking people. She was blocking the freezer section door with her monster cart. I politely asked if I could get something (she was talking to someone else not stocking). She just moved her body a little to the side and left the cart (obviously) blocking. Oh well, at least everyone else was very nice. I even asked the liquor ID checker a few questions and he was happy to assist. All and all a great experience and I'll be back for sure!

Yelp
Bare shelves, crazy expensive prices. There are a few deals but it is overall disappointing.

John H.

Yelp
Surprisingly good. I've shopped here many times. Their selection is smaller than regular grocery stores but I like some of their proprietary items. Pricing is very inconsistent. Some bigger sized items are cheaper than smaller items. Check prices when you buy. And some stuff is out of stock a lot and they don't restock often. Recently I've been eating a lot of their prepared foods. Some of the hot sandwiches are very good if very salty and I always like their pizza. Some of their fruit is nice if in season. And they have like a bazillion variety of ketchup, mayo and mustard, they have a weird buyer. Most amazing is the walk in and out system. Just scan in and scan out without interacting with anyone. Don't even need to scan your food to check out.

James N.

Yelp
While the concept it cool, they have a lot of room for improvement. I've shopped here ten times since they opened 1.5 months ago (mainly just to get the $10 Amazon credit when I spend $20). Unfortunately, my receipt has been wrong about 5 of those 10 times. This is not very good. I feel like I have to constantly take pictures of the prices on the signs and the items in my cart because they either charge me for the wrong items or the wrong price for an item, and only one out of those five times was the mistake in my favor. Things are also constantly mislabeled. When it's wrong, I have to chat in the app and then they always have to transfer me to another department, and then usually they can correct it but sometimes they transfer me to a call where I have to wait on hold and then they have to transfer me to another department, so quite frankly it's a waste of my time for a couple of bucks they might overcharge me. Additionally, the service at the meat counter is absolutely terrible. Very slow and they only help one person at a time even though there are multiple workers behind the counter just shuffling their feet. When it finally gets to your turn, it takes them a long time to put your order together. Here too, many of the meat prices don't match the price in the weekly ad or are mismarked with the wrong meat name. Once the opening promo for the free $10 credit is over, I likely won't shop here again as it is really inconvenient to be constantly taking pictures of prices and then checking them with my receipt that they don't email for 6-24 hours later. The quality of the meat is subpar too, my USDA prime ribeye did not taste like prime to me. Garlic bread was gross even though it was on sale for cheap. They have some decent prices on some items but not quite as much selection as a normal grocery store. Also hate that they charge 8 cents for bags, it incentivizes me to only buy what I can carry in my hands, so charging for bags actually encourages me to buy less. The draw here is supposed to be the convenience of not having to waste time checking out but that's negated by the inaccuracy.

Yelp
REGARDING THE PRIME DAY SALES, ON JULY 12 AND 13 The store is great in general, however for the prime day sale, actually the first day July 12, everything they advertised that was on special was gone by the time I got there at 12:30 pm. I don't know how they are saying it's a two day sale with all of the specials already gone gone. Kind of surprised as Amazon should be pretty savvy to this kind of thing. They should have anticipated a rush of customers especially when they send out a mailer advertising.

Yelp
Terrible store conditions with a ton of items out of stock. If an item is in the ad, chances are they don't have it. Use for a convenience store but don't count on them having what you need.

Yelp
Great store! Definitely works well when I want a quick and easy grocery experience. I grab a few bags from my car, hand swipe in, fill up the bags as I shop and swipe out. Usually in less than 15 minutes. I've also tried their fresh seafood a few times and so far have been happy with the quality. Just like any store which sells fresh seafood, its pretty easy to gauge the quality by how the seafood looks in the case and determine what I'll purchase based on how it appears. Some of the produce seems a bit pricy compared to other stores, but other produce is the same or a bit less expensive, and it always looks and tastes fresh. Now that I've been a few times, I'm fairly familiar with where I can find what I'm looking for, which also makes it easy to shop quickly.

Yelp
We visited Amazon Fresh for the first time on Christmas Eve and it was a tremendous shopping experience. The store is clean, nicely organized, and well lit. There are a number of employees stocking things constantly. The selection of products are excellent, including many Whole Foods-branded products, and we found the prices to be very good. The most interesting thing is the shopping process itself. You can either walk in like a normal shopper and got through the normal checkout procedure, or you can use Amazon's shop and pay automatically method. Upon entry into the store you walk through the turnstiles at for Amazon shopping method, simply scan your Amazon App and choose your method of payment. It's like entering a subway! Upon leaving you scan out. Awhile later, the system charges your credit card. It's insanely accurate and impressive. The best part? We had no checkout line to wait in, no annoying self-checkout process to deal with or anything! You just leave the store. What a revelation! It was impressive on this particular day, as well. Pro Tip: grab your bags on the way in or bring your own shopping bag because you can place your items in your bag as you shop.

Yelp
I would love to complain that it's slow and they're screaming children and it's dirty and the selection is poor and it's a terrible business that is going to abuse customers but the opposite is true. It's quick it's quiet it's clean the selection is wide it's a very simple business that basically leaves the customer to just go shopping and then be on their way. I found this place because I 99% of the time have my groceries delivered to me so I really actually have to go in here but I love never having to go shopping but if I do have to go shopping I'm gonna come back here

Yelp
Worst customer service. It's really sad that some people are working hard there and some don't care to help or work. Unprofessional customer service

Yelp
It's a very cool experience The day we went the produce looked fresh and was tasty. Premade sandwiches and pizza very good quality Excellent selection of many products, including milk, nut milk, eggs , sandwiches, to go beverages, etc Best part NO checkout ! Love it

Yelp
They have someone right in the front when you walk in to answer any questions to all the new people that have never shopped in the Amazon store before. Definitely not going to find all your food here since it is quite small. So, the prices are hit and miss because frozen veggies are CHEAP but other things are WAY over priced. You place all your items in your bag and then scan your phone at the exit and your done. Never have to see a cashier and wait for bagging. If you're in a rush, you have this place to get in and out.

Yelp
Great place to dine in. Food quality is excellent I have tried there tower a mix of Calamari dish, and prawns served on a bed of bread and the third dish is garlic shrimps. Prices are reasonable and the services were good, a friendly staff. The water front view is amazing

Yelp
Prime Day, Crime Day. Day 2 Amazon. The defect rate of people not getting anything they came to the store for vs all had to be well over 50%. It's not your first Prime Day, I hated myself for driving here for no deals left in stock. It's almost funny how unreliable their in stock situation is on any normal day, on Prime Day, it was a big fat goose egg.

Yelp
I will never shop there again first of all when we went in and grabbed the ad. It was the week before Easter. They had hams on special when we went to look for the ham nobody that worked there knew where they were Nor could they find out, nor did they contact anybody find out any information. additionally, when I went into the Deli area I couldn't find anybody who can answer questions for me; nobody there seems to know anything that's going on. Nobody seems to really care, and it's almost like I was bothering them asking questions. It was a epic fail! Never again will I go there.

Yelp
I'm a sucker for this store man... Im always cooking for just one, so the fact that they have so many ready to eat meals in the deli area is amazing!! Super fair prices on these types of items. Not to mention $1.75 pizza slices if you need a cheap/filling lunch on a budget. However i think my favorite part of this store is how quick i can shop due to just scanning my palm in and out. Huge win!!

Yelp
On first impression i thought this is definitely not like their sister Whole Foods store. The experience is like a cross between Safeway, Albertsons and Aldis. The store felt very grey and dark and not as welcoming due to dimmer lighting. The only cool techie part is the scanning of the QR code and tons of cameras throughout the store. I felt like my entire experience was documented from the time we entered to leaving. The vegetable and fruit prices are really reasonable however not as fresh but a little wilted. The meat and seafood prices are okay not terribly pricey but not quite appealing to purchase. The basics such as soups, cereals and dry goods were priced the same as the regular grocery store. The premade food bar was cheap..you can't go wrong for a pizza slice less than $2 and it tasted decent but don't expect a lot. Shopping is more of a novelty and not somewhere we would regularly grocery shop. The items just seemed sparse and it felt like everything was borderline fresh. It was nice not to have to stand in lane to pay. That's a definite plus to shopping here.

Yelp
This place is basically a Whole Foods with more cameras. The tech is wild (there are literally hundreds of cameras hanging from the ceiling watching you) and I was a little nervous to pick up anything without wanting to buy it and thinking I would be charged. The grocery items are the same as a limited Whole Foods. Worth checking out and the hot food bar is a great deal.

Yelp
This spot was for Safeway before but it is changed to Amazone Fresh Store and Amazon Center for pick up or return . The others locations are in redmond and Seattle but it is good to be opened in Bellevue too. Most of groceries Price are affordable. Staff were kind n Friendly. Parking lot is very spacious.

Yelp
I wish I can give this place a -5 stars. I have never experienced such terrible customer service in my life. Both my parents and I seethed under our breathe that we would never shop here ever again. This week, Prime Members are entitled to 20% off a $50 purchase. Its newspaper ad and even 2 signs at the register stated the fact. All my family members are Prime Members and we bought $51+ worth of groceries. But the clerk, without saying a word, applied 10% off, the discount for non-members. Moreover, she quickly automatically charged us before we were ready to pay and without asking whether we wanted the charge to go to the card on file (we did not and wanted to use a different card). When we tried to correct her, she refused. We finally had to approach the manager. This isn't the first time. Every time my family goes to Amazon Fresh, the receipts never look correct. Also, whatever sale it has on the newspaper ad is non-existent. The store never has any of items that are supposed to be on sale, no matter which day we go. It's as good as not receiving the ad in the first place. It's just wasting paper. We will now be returning to the QFC down the street where there's more foot traffic and accountability.

Yelp
Okay I know this isn't a small business but I loveeeeee the idea of Amazon fresh. Yes, we as a society are already so secluded and individualistic. I know. I know. Americans, right? But damn! I get to run in and out without needing to talk to someone? And today I set myself up with my hand just hovering above the scanner? Whutttt! I know. I know. Now the government or some crazy entity has my info. I was warned about that when I got 23 and me. They already have my saliva. XD What's a handprint going to hurt? And Well, I don't think I'm important enough for them to care and if they really wanted my info, they could easily find me sitting on my couch at home 90% of the year, eating hot Cheetos. I love living in the slow lane. I love browsing and lollygagging around. I love that I can pick stuff up and put it back. I don't however like that I pay for my entire party just kidding just kidding. So you might wanna be careful if you have little kids with you who are adept at grabbing stuff off the shelves and sneaking them into the cart. Here's how it works: You open your Amazon app click home, and click on in-store code. Then you scan it above the glass window scanner. It kind of reminds me of the transit and trains in Europe. The doors will swing open to let you in and you basically browse around and pick whatever you want. If you don't want anything, just put it back where you found it. I made the mistake of picking up a sweet potato and putting it back in the same area, but not the exact same place. I was charged for it lol but it was easy to dispute To check out, you just scan your in-store code again and you'll get sent a receipt. It will show up in your Amazon purchase history. There's also an option to do traditional shopping and pay with a card at a register with a real human. I only did that once today. I frequently come here to return my packages, because it's really easy and convenient and super close to my house. I do wish there was a Whole Foods near Renton. The pizzas are amazing! $1.79 a slice and I think $8.99 for an entire box. In my opinion, the pieces at the end of the night are the best lol. They taste almost Artisanal because they bake down and I don't know... I'm weird but the crust taste almost like sourdough. I tried to order a fresh box of pizza once and it really wasn't the same... It was a fluffier softer version and didn't have that Artisanal taste. The prices here are pretty fair in my experience! I do like that they have reviews printed on the label and they seem pretty accurate. I think the fried chicken had like 3 1/2 stars lol gotta love honesty. I really like how clean the store is. You gotta remember that there are about a gazillion cameras in the store tracking your every move because that's how they verify and track your purchases. I'm sure some people will find this creepy, but I don't care and the convenience is really amazing. I do wish they had healthier deli food other than salads because I live so close and have a hard time feeding myself and remembering to eat at times. Overall I highly recommend!

Yelp
I've been am amazon prime customer for over 2 decades and always shop at Amazon Fresh as well as Whole Foods. This week I am extremely ticked off with a sale item not being available. Amazon is running a sale for lobster tail for $3.99 and I went in on Wednesday (first day of sale in the evening) and it was sold out. My friend went in on Friday around 3pm and still no lobster available and was told to return on Saturday for it. Today being Saturday, I went in with my husband at 11am and still no lobster available. I called Amazon Fresh customer services and I was told to return in 2 weeks to get it at regular price. I found it so wrong to advertise something when you can't even fulfill it on the first day of sale. THIS IS DECEIVEFUL BUSINESS PRACTICE!!!! Shop elsewhere and stay happy. AMAZON SUCKS and YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICES IS NOT DESERVING EVEN A ONE STAR REVIEW IF GIVEN A CHOICE!
