Amazon Fresh

Amazing store, has become our new Go-To store. Like with most stores some items cost more/less than others (although tell me where else you can weigh out veggies that print out a little ticket to scan) All of the staff that we have interacted with have been very friendly, knowledgeable, and not to mention helpful.

Dropped off a return that they scanned and all — Amazon claims never to have received it, but then Cust Svc chats twice said item was received & to disregard… but I was still charged regardless. Can’t even get hold of someone to resolve now that the return was kicked back to me. Don’t bother doing any sort of returns here. Not the first time I’ve had these kinds of returns headaches at this location.

Be careful when do “Returns” here. Mine was scanned but not processed properly, so kept notifying me to return item.. 😩 for 2 weeks had to call customer service to clear my return. Talking about a groceries, Prices are not different than others. Noticed that fresh vegetables, such as icebergs were not fresh. Just liked variety of fresh foods available.

I placed a small order today. I ended up with one replacement that wasn’t in stock and then a little later a second item that I didn’t want a replacement on. Got a notification that my driver was on her way….She parked in front of my next-door neighbor’s house and as she was going through her trunk, I waved and said hi. She seemed to ignore me. As I waited she drove off. She wasn’t answering my calls as I saw her on the map driving away! By the time I finally got ahold of a person, she said that the coffee I ordered was out of stock. I told the representative “that’s because it’s in her trunk!” I ended up cancelling my order since all that was left was my two bottles of wine, which she’s probably drinking right now. This was my first and last time that I will order from Amazon Fresh!…and I won’t get my $ back into my bank for 5-7 business days! WHAT A SCAM!!

I've been to this location 7-10 times now, and I like it for the most part. They have a good selection of product. The store isn't too big so it's easy to navigate. My main issue is checkout. They have self checkout, and they also have I believe 4 checkout lanes. The problem is they only ever have 1 open. I see plenty of employees walking around making sure there are bags, but no one working registers. I had to wait 15-20 minutes in line. Which is also how long it took me to shop. Please have more cashiers when lines are long.

Went in for the first time. Enjoyed the automation of scanning the grocery items into the cart, and doing the express check out. The item search is a good feature, it tells you which aisle to find it.

I went the other day to do some shopping at this store, and they would not accept my Amazon in-store code. When I brought it up to the supervisor, he didn't try to help and said it was the bank's fault, which was not true. I have shopped there plenty of times, and they always have problems with the machine, but they haven't done anything to fix it. The supervisor seems more interested in collecting a paycheck than in caring about how to treat customers. The workers were very rude, standing around talking to each other instead of doing their jobs. The business is extremely dirty, and they are doing nothing about it. I'll be surprised if this business, after 10 years, turns a profit.
