Was not impressed. Neighborhood is a bit meh feeling, the store feels dirty and cramped, everything is broken and of order or not refilled, large carts of shoppers for delivery orders clog the aisles, pizza was cold and old and had to really chew my way through it, and checkout lines were long (I was told to use self checkout... I had a cart stuffed and it took forever). Selection isn't great either. Pricing is a little better than Ralphs and Vons for some things, the same or worse for others (eggs were $5.29 for the cheapest dozen, TJs and Aldi has them for about $3.40 right now). I had hopes this would be similar to Aldi but no chance. I'd rather drive the extra ten minutes each way for the Aldi in Redondo Beach.

This was my first time visiting the Amazon fresh store. It is a fully stocked grocery store with good prices

Clean and well stocked. I was there around 10pm and it wasn’t busy. The employees were helpful.

Best Amazon Fresh I have ever been to hands down! Store is clean, people are nice, food is prepared, sometimes there is even soup and I always get it when there is. EV charger out front and much more! The sushi man is my favorite you can get x2 California roll two of them for $10! Fresh every day soup salad bars amazing this is my go to place when I wanna go shop hopefully they install a new coffee machine soon I’ll never leave.

This place is incredible! It's a Trader Joe's, Ralph's, Whole Foods, mini Costco, and ethnic market all packaged into one convenient, not-too-big store that also let's you pick up and return your Amazon packages. It's perfect! Easy to get in and out of. Pleasant staff and they have Alexa stations throughout the store. It's clean, ample, with 4 different types of shopping carts: a small, a large, one one for the kids, and the self checkout. This store is so well thought out, it makes grocery shopping pleasurable again. Can't wait to go back.

Been going here regularly for about a year now. Prices have gone up. The hot food bar has been basically destroyed. They took out one of the checkouts that were assisted by employees. Shelves are regularly half full. I’d so much rather go to Ralph’s across the street for a real grocery store, or to any of the restaurants around for a quick bite. I can only imagine this place gets worse

The store was open and I took a digital car as always I do every week( I’m Amazon client) And I already scanned some items then someone I don’t remember his name (blue eyes) took me out saying we are no open yet and made me sign out and drop my things made me way more time. Why was nobody at the door to warning us that store was closed ??? And made me take the card and scan my items ??? No respect at all! I came from work, tired. And made me pass for this !!! It’s no acceptable

I stopped by Amazon Fresh on a rainy day just to return some items and grab a few things, and it turned out to be a really good experience. I walked in out of the rain and the place was clean, bright, and felt welcoming. There were kids there having fun, families shopping, and the overall atmosphere was positive. Everybody I interacted with was friendly. From the moment I walked in it was, "Hey, how can I help you." When I went up to the line, the service was on point and people were moving with a sense of purpose, even with the bad weather outside. I just want to reconfirm my five stars for this location. Clean store, friendly staff, good energy. Amazon Fresh gets 5 stars from me.

I like Amazon Fresh. However when an ad is running for a price on meat that I can afford, Amazon Fresh usually doesn't have it available. It' happens just about every week. I am finally tired of retuning to the store when told it will be here in the afternoon. And it's not there. I like the meat choices and other products, however it's getting old.

I feel I have to warn other elderly individuals against trusting this , They might kill you? I'm 76 and been a cancer patient for seven years. It would be nice to be able to have good Food delivered to your door. Unfortunately, this " Fresh " store is not one I can trust. I ordered seven frozen dinners. Delivery gets expensive. They were advertised as Fresh, but what was delivered was anything but. All seven were expiring in three days with a note that said " do not use"! Obviously, he had to either look for the oldest ones in the pile, or it's store policy to pile them up for delivery. No one's eating for dinners in three days. It took three people before I finally got a refund, but they still kept the tax and the delivery fee. There was no offer to have them replaced and delivered. They told me I would have to order it myself and pay the tax again and a delivery fee again. I feel it is my obligation to warn other elderly people that this is the store that will take advantage of you with no real remorse! The people who I was talking to to get the refund, did not seem surprised at the situation! If you're looking for good food, this is not the place !

I frequent the hot bar on my recent visit and I must admit the food is pretty good. The weighing process has me hesitant on future purchases though. I'm one that's very serious about portions and the price for the the portions aren't adding. Also the containers keep you confused.

The ladies working at the register and the door were wonderful. The chubby black guy in the return area was very rude. I must've had my invisible suit on because he ignored me while talking to his coworker about football. He brought down my rating. I understand it's almost closing time but let's work on our customer service.

Good location. And the service staff try to be friendly. I appreciated that very much.

They have good prices for a grocery store. They definitely could have a better vegan selection and sales, but they have good stuff. Pretty average I'd say but they win on price by a little bit, not by a lot. I barely ever have to interact with the staff, and it is kind of spare and boring inside. But it's fine.

I want to start by saying the employees here are amazing! Every time I come in, Veronica, Sam, and Jonathan greet me with so much joy and always make me feel welcome. They truly go above and beyond. The issue isn't with the staff, it's with corporate. This location isn't stocked the way it should be, which keeps it from running at its full potential. About 7-8 months ago, corporate removed the oven that was used to make molletes, and it's still not "fixed." On top of that, they're often missing basic things like napkins or milk. It's frustrating because the team here does such a great job, but corporate doesn't seem to give them the support they need. With the right resources, this location could be so much better.

This is the 2nd time I came into this store and received horrible customer service. This time I had to wait almost 2 hours for a rotisserie chicken that I spoke with 4 employees about and each time I was given a different ready time . 2 of the 4 employees were managers and the 1st manager told me 20 minutes wait time after I sat in the store for 30 minutes already. 15 minutes after that I asked the employee how much longer and I was told that, at that moment, the chickens were just being put in the oven so I've been sitting in the store for an hour before they were even put in the oven & now have to wait an additional 45 minutes. The manager Cary was the one who noticed me sitting there for as long as I was and offered to rectify the confusion created by the 1st manager & 1st employee I spoke with. He was the only one who had a name badge on. I am disabled & was sitting in the store provided mobility scooter the whole time. The 1st manager should have taken care of this himself but he didn't seem to care much. They get paid for the time I wasted

Clean and easy parking in the morning. Easy to take returns here. Prices are decent and they have everything I need. I think the hot bar and salad bar could slightly improve. Everything looks soggy and kind of old for first thing in the morning (when I usually go).

Every single time I come here to do Amazon returns I'm met with a huge SIGH and attitude. It's extremely uncomfortable for me as a customer and off putting. This is not an isolated event. This is literally EVERY time, no matter who is at the counter. This was today, Thursday June 12th at 7:35pm. He rolled his eyes and sighed, scanned a few packages and then said they weren't scanning. I thought about offering to pull up my phone and have him scan that but I was extremely off out by the whole situation. I had planned to do grocery shopping after my return but my experience was terrible and I would NOT recommend anyone shop here, at least not this location. They're great when it comes to delivery, but the customer service in store is horrible.

I am a user for delivery for several years now. My deliveries used to come from the store out in Comerce but now come from here. While the hr delivery and closer location are nice I have noticed that this store often experiences out of stock issues on items that are available when I order and may still be available after they say out of stock. It's really frustrating, esp when meal planning, etc. It was much rarer an issue at the other store so not sure why a new store would be having these issues. Seems common place for Amazon fresh in general per online reviews but they need to get it together. Esp for those of us who pay to be able to order in smaller qty, etc. Seriously - stop gauging us, similar to paying for a pillow on an airline, and give us the service we pay for!

Amazon Fresh is my go-to grocery store. I love the convenience of the self-checkout carts and the great deals available for Prime members. I shop here twice a week, and overall, the experience is very positive. That said, there are a couple of downsides. Sometimes the store gets crowded with staff restocking or packing orders for delivery or pickup--they can block the aisles and aren't always quick to move. Also, the checkout lines can occasionally be slower than expected. To avoid these issues, I've started using curbside pickup instead, and it's been great--fast, efficient, and hassle-free.

In general, I think the prices at this Amazon Fresh store are on par with other grocery prices, although they have cheaper items if those are on sale. The store is relatively spacious and not super packed inside, you can choose check out by the dash cart during shopping, self-checkout or with cashier in the end. I like the meat selection here, but not the fruits, which weren't fresh, grapes and strawberries were moldy.

Clean, organized and well stocked. Staff is helpful and easy to locate. Great salad bar and convenient hot food counter. It's water to get your shopping done after 7pm. Plenty of parking.

Do not use AMAZON FRESH, it is the worst, they bring damaged products, do not refund you, I was on call for 1 hr for $10 refund request. They are making it harder for customers to return items but they do not understand they LOSE THEIR BEST customers after 40 yrs. I will not buy from them again, so they do not have to worry about returns, TERRIBLE and WORST SERVICE EVER! Do not use them BUY from Krogers or SPROUTS, much much better service.

Worst store ever. Never any pizza ready. On a Saturday, they had all these crazy topping half pizzas. Everybody knows pepperoni is the most popular pizza. Now instead of hot rotisserie Cornish hens, they cook them and put them in the refrigerator with the lunch meat. Do nit frequent this store. Worst Amazon Fresh Store ever.

It's nice to be able to return Amazon items here and the food is decent and good prices

Ok I hate that I had to give 1 star but hear me out. On any other day my experience is around a 3-4 stars. The employees/associates are always in the way but I usually maneuver around them and go about my day. However today made me realize how important it is to use your own bags. I have tons in my truck but I always forget to grab them before heading in. Now I will never forget. I went in and bought a few things and used their brown bags. I didn't self check out because I wanted to use some of my cash. Thankfully I went to grab food to go and headed home. Once I got home and began to unload I immediately saw and small brown roach inside my bag. Nope it didn't come from my car, nope it didn't come from my food. It def came from Amazon! Thanks for helping me to always remember to bring in MY OWN BAGS!!

Why are there no Amazon Fresh delivery slots since January 15, 2025? I started trying to place my weekly order here in LA County on that day and haven't been able to for the last three days. Is it because of the fires? I am not in an evacuation zone. Shouldn't Amazon send an email explaining why orders for grocery delivery can't be completed?

I've dropped into the Amazon Fresh in Fullertonm CA - across from Costco. Nice big store. Great selection of salad dressings - and, I especially liked the MANY pre-made frostings for Christmas baking!! (Can't find such an array in other stores :)) I did once have trouble with a big green Romaine lettuce that turned out to be VERY bitter. I returned it; they refunded. But it would have been nicer not to have had that experience :( Overall, a nice market. Worth a visit. See what you can find :)

Amazon fresh is my 3-4 time a week stop. It's just the right type of neighborhood market that can fulfill all your needs from fresh food to prepare, pet items, wine and liquor, and ready to eat food. Literally whatever you need you can get quick. If you are a prime member you use the special cart that automatically calculate your items and when your done shopping just walk out the door with your bags.

What can I say? It is a part of Amazon and everything Amazon has done for me...so far, has been great. I haven't really shopped at this place. The most I really have done is return my items because it's more convenient. I do notice it's just like a grocery store except that they also have like wireless billing. Don't ask me how it works.

Amazon Fresh's grocery store! Not my first time here but it's my latest and I thought I'd review it. This place is clean and convenient! It has a nice big parking lot that's well kept with designated spots for EVs, handicapped cars and curbside pickups! I haven't done the curbside yet but it sounds like a good idea! When you first walk inside store there's an Alexa kiosk which can help you find whatever you're looking for throughout the store (another feature I want to try one day) as well as a large, fully stocked produce section! The word CLEAN keeps coming to mind and this store is definitely that! Next up was the meat and seafood section as well as a giant diary refrigerator wall! There's plenty of room to move around and I had no problem finding anything! Certain items are offered for 10% OFF for Amazon Prime members (like me) and there were specials emailed to me, along with a receipt for my purchase after I left the store. I don't think there are too many Amazon Fresh stores in SoCal, I only know of three, but it seems like a very cool, well maintained and easy place to shop for groceries!

The last THREE Amazon Bakery ordered were opened and partially EATEN!! WTH??? Disgusting. How can one trust that someone is not spitting in it or adding a drug!!!?? Amazing needs to securely package there bakery items... Then I try to request a refund online and I'm informed "this item is non refundable".

This store is clean and seldom crowded. The staff are available to assist you. This is a perfect place to have your Amazon package delivered to. If you use the app you will receive a code. If you use Amazon website then you will need to use your name to receive you purchase. The salad bar has fresh items for your salad bar. You can purchase a slice of pizza or a full pizza. There is a seating area for your enjoyment. The produce has a variety of fresh vegetables and fruits. The scan, purchase and go shopping carts are great way to skip the line.

This location is a hit and miss. I don't have the employee's name, but she's got a real attitude and she doesn't hide it either. The place is super clean and they keep everything well stocked. I like that they have hot and cold lunches. They also have a lot of pre-made meals. The meats and seafood are good quality. Most of the employees are really helpful and they make sure you find what you're looking for. Some of them go the extra mile to look for the item online or which store would have it. Now, the returns. I feel like I'm being judged for everything I'm returning whenever I come in. Some of them asks each other if such an item could even be returned. We're returning them for a reason!!!

I tried to respond to the survey regarding this experience. However, the survey did not allow me to select the correct store. Therefore, I'm writing a Yelp review instead. 2/2/25 The associate at the counter for picking up packages was very inattentive. This was my second experience with the associate with this type of behavior. After scanning my code, instead of retrieving my items, she began a conversation with another associate regarding a different experience. After waiting a few minutes for the conversation to end, I interrupted the conversation with an 'Excuse me. MAY I please have my items." The associate responded 'Oh. I'm sorry.'... and something like 'I can do that. I didn't realize waiting was a problem for you'. Why was that necessary? On a different occasion, the same associate, asked me 3x if I was returning or picking up. I answered each time as she was clicking buttons on the scanner. Mind you I have boxes in my hands. I answered each time " I'm doing both." Then she, with an attitude, said 'Well, which one do you want to do first?" Return I say. After I returned the items, she then said "Anything else?" I thought to myself, are you kidding me? I repeated, I'm picking up. She scanned my code and proceeded to get my items and returned with a snarky ' Have a NICE day Ma'am." She needs to stay focused and stop trying to multitask.

I love Amazon Fresh and would totally be okay with them converting Whole Foods into more of these futuristic grocery stores. The parking was easy to find. When you enter, you can already tell it gives off a very strong Whole Foods vibe! The Amazon carts are really convenient, and I would like to see other grocery stores adopt this method, it renders self-checkout obsolete ! What I found great: - The contactless checkout carts are awesome! - The meat is fresh. - Items are reasonably priced. - The selection is great. - I appreciate how they would display the ratings of these items on Amazon.com - They have P.F. Chang's frozen meals. - The staff in this store are really friendly and professional. - The store is well lit and clean. - Navigating around the store is easy and item placements are really organized. Overall, I really love coming here for my grocery shopping and would recommend Amazon Fresh to others. UPDATE: 1 year after my previous review, I have noticed this store has started cleaning up the expired items, and they are indeed fit to be calling themselves Amazon FRESH!

Worker should be scheduled before the store opens. Why open at 10 AM and every single aisle is packed with workers. I came early to beat the crowds, but I just felt like I was constantly in the way with workers trying to stock the shelves.

Excellent quality of produce and prices competitively. Well stocked canned goods section. Extensive bread section at competitive prices. Convenient also for Amazon returns.

Good prices and love the new self checkout which makes checking out easy and fast. Nothing is locked up so everything is easily accessible, I only mention this because many other places in the area have things locked away which is annoying to ask for. But...unfortunately its always a pretty stressful shopping experience since they function like a warehouse in there. Just constant employees shopping for other peoples orders and constant restocking during the day means isles are always blocked and you have to dodge the big carts as they zoom around the store. But other than that its great.

I really like this store. It's convenient, clean, most associates are friendly, easy access to parking, 2 free car charging stations, reasonable prices and the fruit is always fresh. The only thing that bothers me is the sharing of the aisle with employees with carts. There seems to be more employees walking around then customers sometimes.

I had a couple of packages delivered to this location. My first package was found successfully, but the rest were never stowed (scanned in for pickup) even though tracking showed they were received by an associate. Unfortunately, that associate did not process my packages, and I had to ask for a manager on duty (MOD) to help. However, the MOD only spoke briefly to the associate behind the customer service desk and then returned to the computer near the register. I ended up having to walk back and forth, and the associate behind the counter still couldn't locate my packages, even though they were helping other customers in the meantime. I'm very familiar with the outbound process and know how long it should take. My packages had been delivered over two hours before I arrived, yet a female associate told me to "come back tomorrow, it's not ready." I could see from the tracking that my packages were delivered, so being told to come back later didn't make sense--especially since I paid extra for scheduled pickup. I shouldn't have had to wait 30 minutes for packages that should have been stowed hours earlier. Fast forward to today: another set of packages was delivered around 7pm. When I arrived, I was told they had been stowed but were now "missing." It's hard to understand how two sizable packages could go missing unless there was some sort of mix-up, especially after my previous experience just days before. Within one week, this store failed to locate, store, and secure my packages. The customer service manager was unable to help during my first visit. Tonight, a gentleman (tall, Black man) did his best to help locate my packages after the customer service associate couldn't find them. I appreciated his effort and wish I had received that level of service during my first visit. Unfortunately, I still left without my packages and was again told to come back tomorrow. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, especially since I understand how the Amazon Fresh process works. I hope my next visit goes better and my packages are finally found.

Easy and quick shopping. The carts are a game changer because you don't have to waste any time in a line.

My large food order, including frozen and refrigerated items, was left on my doorstep without receiving a notification as simple as ringing my doorbell. I was given a 2 hour time frame of the delivery. At end of the timeframe, wondering what was taking so long, I opened my door, seeing the order on my doorstep. I was very disappointed being the refrigerator/"frozen" items were only slightly cold. The temperature is 100 degrees. Disgusting! I hope no one else experiences this!

Clean and organized!!!!! plus they have food prepared ready to go I have only gone once out of curiosity, always passed by thinking it was a warehouse. Staff was very helpful and friendly! I'll be back soon!

Yes I just went here for the first time last week I was truly delighted!! Great customer service and a beautiful store great low cost items to choose from, this will be my regular Go-To stop for groceries from now on.

Didn't care for the customer service. The cashier started walking away with bagging my groceries. I asked him if was going to bag them. He muttered something about my reusable bags. I asked him to repeat what he said. He muttered something and started bagging my groceries. I asked him again to repeat. He refused. Am I to infer that Amazon has a rule against reusable bags? Please clarify. I have no problem going to another store chain.

It was nice. Well stocked shelves and good prices . They even had employees that were willing to help. I guess I looked confused because one ask me what in as looking for. I will be going back even though it is not very close to my home.

A family gathering brought us to this wonderful restaurant. Each dish was a celebration of flavor and creativity, and the staff treated us like family. I look forward to our next visit.

I ordered over $100 worth of groceries (to get free delivery), but the delivery driver and his young son brought a broken bag...and 2 items missing from my order. I called them to check their car, but they insisted they didn't have it. I did my best to assure them I wouldn't report the incident if they just brought me my food, because I know Amazon Fresh is just going to give me a refund and I really just wanted my food, but they stuck to their story. The missing items were 2lbs of vegan meat (I hope they thought it was beef they were taking) and a 60oz bag of mixed vegetables. I wish I could see the look on their faces when they realize they aren't eating real meat. HAHA! It took all afternoon, and spoke with 4 customer service representatives, to get them to send a replenishment order for the missing items. I doubt they even investigate the drivers who did it, so they're just going to keep doing it. *sigh* I can't go back to Instacart, because they overcharge service fees, so I guess I'm going back to walking 9 blocks to the grocery store again. I need the exercise anyway.

Hate to be a Karen but this is RIDICULOUS. I waited 45+ minutes for my pick up order despite sharing my location that I was on the way AND checking in. I had to get out of my car to ask someone to help me and another guy also did the same as he was also waiting. It wasn't even packed. Prove how my pickup says 4-5pm? It was 5:11 I was trying to contact customer service and it still wasn't delivered to my car until 5:23. Beyond ridiculous. Not to mention that I don't even know if my items were left out for those 45+ minutes which is against food regulations.

A standout experience! The creativity on the menu was fantastic, and each dish tasted as good as it looked. The service was kind and welcoming. A must-visit!
