I usually have pretty good service here but my order from 10/11/25 was a disaster. It was a small order scheduled to be delivered between 9 and 10 PM. When it didn't come, I got a notice it would arrive by 12:30 am, Well, I thought, I am supposed to stay up that late - really? Then when that did not happen I got a notice it would arrive between 5 and 6 am - so staying up late and then having to be up and about at 5 am? Are they joking? So I called to either reschedule or cancel. I was told I could not reschedule. So, I said I want to cancel my order. That took a supervisor. Again another wait. By the time I got my order canceled I had been on the phone for 30 minutes. I did place another order to arrived later in the day because I really needed some of the items, My new order arrived on time in four bags. Three of the bags only had 1 or 2 items in them and the the 4th bags was so full the top where it was tapped had popped open. It had to have weighed 20 pounds! I think some training is needed! I am really disappointed.
