Amazon Fresh Pickup - Austin

I usually have pretty good service here but my order from 10/11/25 was a disaster. It was a small order scheduled to be delivered between 9 and 10 PM. When it didn't come, I got a notice it would arrive by 12:30 am, Well, I thought, I am supposed to stay up that late - really? Then when that did not happen I got a notice it would arrive between 5 and 6 am - so staying up late and then having to be up and about at 5 am? Are they joking? So I called to either reschedule or cancel. I was told I could not reschedule. So, I said I want to cancel my order. That took a supervisor. Again another wait. By the time I got my order canceled I had been on the phone for 30 minutes. I did place another order to arrived later in the day because I really needed some of the items, My new order arrived on time in four bags. Three of the bags only had 1 or 2 items in them and the the 4th bags was so full the top where it was tapped had popped open. It had to have weighed 20 pounds! I think some training is needed! I am really disappointed.

A bit hard to find but overall great services here!

Always a fast and smooth pickup for my online Amazon Fresh orders. On the Amazon app in your Fresh order, you can choose "I'm on my way" mode and it'll track you on your way to the building on Howard Lane, and an associate will have your order ready right at the double sliding door entrance. It's neat and helpful :)
