We have been waiting for over a week for our order to arrive. It keeps saying processing then says it left facility. I don't think anyone works here. Damn we just wanted the vanity in time for Christmas is that going to ever arrive. What kind of shape is it going to be in? Were they careless with the package and hoping we would cancel order? Shut this place down! No one works here! Obviously there is no supervisor. Okay maybe one person works there. Since it keeps saying arrived, short time later says processing, short time later says departed, short time later says arrived. And it keeps repeating itself. No new updates since Dec 3rd its now Dec 7th.

UnLoading live load took an exceptionally long time three - four hours in total. Staff is very friendly to help drivers. They got plenty of space for maneuvering. No overnight parking available. CLEAN RESTROOM. Don’t break the seal.

Dear trucker, advice you not to take a load any of those Amazon Facilities. They are, so much concerned about rules, but when everything comes to their end they’re out of the responsibility No any layover, detention are paid.

Check in on camera with people who are in Pakistan,India ,, Indonesia is sometimes hard, Amazon shame on you , owner is showing us how big patriot is he and how he respect our people and our economy,,,

Can't understand what they're saying. And there's nobody at the gate to help

I have tracked a package (bed frame) needed for guests coming at Christmas. Said was delivered at Byhalia, MS facility and was to be delivered to me in Grenada, MS BY November 20ish. Kept postponing until Amazon automatically issued refund. I had time to order another to be delivered before Christmas. Supposed to arrive yesterday (December 12). Now updated that it will not arrive until December 17, mirroring the same thing that happened the first time. Guess where it is? Sitting at the facility in Byhalia, MS. It is one and a half hours away from my home and apparently I’m not able to even be able to go pick it up. This facility needs to be audited in some form. Customers rely on getting items as said. One time: maybe a glitch. Two times same problem: something not correct there at that facility. I just want my package!!

Ordered a tv from Amazon, it showed up at this facility on Dec 9th, was supposed to be delivered to my home by the 13 th, about 120 miles away.....long story short, it disappeared into the black hole of Byhalia, never to be seen again.....unless you count whoever is sitting in thier recliner with thier feet up drinkin a beer and watchin my tv.
