Where to start! Placed order specifically chose a delivery date provided to meet my needs. Soon there after I receive notification that Amazon unilaterally revised delivery. I immediately attempted to cancel but of course I was denied. Mind you today is our anniversary so the last thing I want to do is be on the phone with customer service. Regardless, I call Amazon customer service, I get an agent by the name of Madison no doubt out of my hemisphere. She promises to help, the solution is to leave the driver a note. Well needless to say, the product was delivered, unconscionable absolutely the poorest customer service I have had in quite some time. Wonder if the Amazon powers to be would be satisfied by such shoddy service. BTW, while I’m at, Amazon prime Video is horrible as well.
