Finding the Thrill of an Air Fryer Deal in the Black Friday Hellscape | Eater

"An e-commerce giant that frequently and dynamically adjusts product prices—reportedly millions of times a day—so an average listing can change price roughly every ten minutes; it is the default destination for many shoppers thanks to fast fulfillment via Prime (typically 48-hour delivery), but using the service also raises ethical concerns about the labor conditions of warehouse workers and delivery drivers." - Jenny G. I’ve been visiting this downtown location for some time due to its proximity to my school and apartment. I've had past experiences with rude male employees who seemed annoyed to help after I have to ring a bell (seriously a bell?), which forced me to just avoid contact and use the lockers for everything. There is a lack of cellular service inside which is also annoying but the WiFi fixes this. Also the occasional sketchy transients loitering nearby are something to be aware of even though most mind their own business. (USUALLY, I've seen some going berserk). Today, during lunch hour, I was impressed by Amir’s service. He was so kind and helpful. Hhe greeted me warmly which surprised me to actually see someone working in the front. I had issue with some annoying error and he proactively helped me without making me feel like I was bothering him which I've experienced quite often n the past. There was a lot of people probably because of lunch time and there also was an older man that was very kind who stepped in to help others struggling with similar annoying issues. Thanks to Amir, I was out in under 10 minutes, with a smile on my face. I even got some cute lip gloss sample from them! one side note is for parking, use the side of the building on second street to avoid the chaotic main street. like seriously people can not drive or park!

This location is never opened on time. Today, as we speak, there are 7 people outside waiting for the last 15 min waiting for an employee to arrive and fullfill their job. They tend to close way before posted hours. 0/10

I return here ALL THE TIME. Parking is generally available in front or in the loading zone off the side. Staff is wonderful. Love that they often have free items to try.

I visited this establishment to return a product, but encountered issues with their system, as it failed to accept the return due to a fault affecting multiple customers. The individual shown on video, unfortunately, declined to scan the barcode necessary for processing the return. Their lack of professionalism was evident in both demeanor and attire, which initially led me to mistake them for a homeless person loitering outside the premises, only to discover they were an employee. Such behavior is unacceptable, and I hope Amazon addresses this matter promptly. Employees displaying such inappropriate attitudes and attire should not be representing the company.

Frill free return here. They have parking just in front, which makes it very convenient to return here.

Love the convenience of being able to return many items without repacking. Great location if parking is not considered. I've been riding my bike for small items, so it's perfect for that.
