0 STARS!!!! I pay for Amazon Prime but rarely if ever get the items I order by the date/time they promise. When you reach out to customer service to complain, provide screen shots of the "deliver by (date)" on the order page and the "Will be delivered by (date)" email they only respond by saying, "Well you ordered at 10PM on (date) so we have until 10 PM on (delivery date) to keep our promise EVEN THOUGH delivery instructions on the account specifically state that deliveries must happen before 5PM due to the commercial building locking at that time. What is the purpose of paying for PRIME when things rarely, if ever, arrive when they are supposed to. I ONLY ordered the items I ordered because the delivery was promised for TODAY and I need it before the weekend. They sent a message stating, "Now promised by Monday) which is an additional 4 DAYS from now!!!! Save your money. Don't pay for Prime because your delivery will still take a week even though you are being promised 2 day shipping.
