When I entered, I was teleported to lush mountains of Kaneohe. One of my favorite places in the WORLD. And then, my life changed forever. The barista said, and I quote “welcome”. In a voice so sweet, so tender, it felt like the warm embrace of my one true love, CAPOEIRA. Stephanie made me the ANTIOXIDANT SMOOTHIE. One sip and I felt my body heal while my taste danced Kizomba for what seemed like days, but were only seconds. I was in INCEPTION, the 4tb level down, and now I can never come back.

We needed a caffeine kick, and we had the coffee lovers smoothie! It was amazing. The texture was nice and creamy, didn't taste too sweet but enough to be flavorful. Would definitely have again! There was a nice ambiance music playing in the background, and the owners were present and really nice!

The best açaí bowl I’ve ever had in my life. They had a great variety of toppings, the fruit was super fresh, and both the açaí and the pirulín were just right 🙌 not too runny, not too frozen. The staff was warm and friendly, and the place had a cozy vibe where you could sit down while you wait for your order or relax, and enjoy your bowl in the place. They have parking but is limited. It’s definitely one of my favorite spots for açaí. I absolutely loved it!

Fantastic Acai Bowls! I got the protein based bowl and my Husband got the peanut butter one. They were really good and tasty, there were so many different toppings that all looked fabulous. We went in the morning and only one gal was there so it took a bit longer, but worth the wait 😀

The best bang for your buck! Unlimited topping in. Build your own bowl. Also offers 24oz!! That’s absolutely crazy!! The staff is so friendly and they were sure to fill my bowl to the brim and give me all the toppings I ordered. Highly recommend! And for a tourist spot, they aren’t that pricy. I’d recommend over and over again. Slick looking inside and nice overall seating area. Couldn’t praise it enough. We also snagged parking right out front for just $5 an hour. Then walked on down to the beach

I came with my large family and the owner and the person working here were so so patient. Upon entry, they were both so welcoming and were so helpful with their suggestions. The bowls are fairly priced and the bowls are massive. There are sooo many tasty options and the bases all taste amazing. Will definitely will be coming back. 10/10 recommend

Absolutely love this place for açaí bowls, they are so delicious and the fruit is always fresh! My favorite açaí base forsure as it is sweeter than most places. The options for toppings and fruit for the build your own bowl is extensive and tasty. Also they have pineapple which most places don’t which I love! However, something that has continued to be a persistent problem is the lack of staff. Everytime I come to pick up açaí in the morning (especially the weekends) there is only one person working. I’ve now seen multiple instances of huge groups or multiple customers coming in at the same time and backing up the orders. My takeout açaí bowl was supposed to take 10 minutes and took nearly 30 minutes. There was only one girl working on all these walk-in orders by herself. They need to hire more staff for the weekend mornings!

“The Grass is Always Greener on Our Side” - 100% AGREE!!! This spot is absolutely worth the wait, the long lines quickly go away when you’re sinking your entire mouth and devouring an Amazonia Bowl! This place uses the freshest fruits for their smoothies and bowls that I’ve ever been too in Huntington Beach. I love the concept and mission of this place - delivering incredibly healthy food on the go. 🙏🙏😋🤤. Devouringly Delicious and Worth every penny!

So good, it was incredibly fresh and flavorful. The toppings were generous, the fruit tasted super fresh, and the peanut butter + chocolate drizzle took it to the next level. You can tell they use high-quality ingredients and put care into how everything is made. The staff was friendly and the vibe was great--definitely coming back!

The Acai bowls and more are the best in Orange County. I drive to HB just for the Acai bowls. Servers are extremely nice, efficient and helpful. My server this evening is Destiny. Absolutely love this gem.

The smoothie bowl was delicious! Definitely recommend it. I will say that they are limited on a few butters such as cashew butter but their almond butter or peanut butter was still good. Probably by the time this review ages they will have cashew butter. Service was wonderful! The girls were kind and respectful and the ambiance there is very quiet and calm.

With very high reviews, I was expecting to absolutely love my bowl. The best part was the variety of offerings and the ability to sample. I really wanted the banana split style, but since it was huge and for 2 people, I had to settle for a basic bowl. After a few samples, I decided to go with acai. The bowl was kinda plain and dare I say flavorless. A fresh packed bowl topped with chai seeds, shredded coconut and fresh fruit. Although it was presented nicely, I felt it missed the mark. I love a good acai bowl, but this one was plain and "watery". Needless to say, I wasn't to impressed. I would consider another visit with my husband or a friend to try one of the more elaborate and bigger menu options.

Great acai! So many different toppings! I got the blue spirulina base with chia pudding, all of the fruits, and all of the powders. The blue color is stunning. Absolutely gorgeous. Looking at it makes me happy. The perfect snack for a hot day.

This place has solid acai bowls! I came in to get a small size with acai base. Their base is on the thicker side and has a delicious strong acai flavor. They have many toppings and fruits to choose from. Despite choosing a small size, they are generous with the toppings and fill up the acai bowl and so I was pretty full after. Service is good and got my order quickly. I like that they have several parking spaces out right in front of the store which makes it super convenient!

Absolutely gas. The bowl was so good I got the large one and finished the entire thing! The owners are amazing and the staff is so friendly. The inside is so cool too, decorated like a tropical paradise like Cancun. 11/10 I wish I could go here everyday

One of my fave spots when in the area! Staff have always been helpful and welcoming. Their Amazonia boat has been my go-to every time. Glad they're serving coffee now--perfect for this cold weather we've been getting. Highly recommend!

Every time I come to HB, Amazonia Bowl is an absolute must!! Their bowls are fresh, delicious and they dont use diluted or cheap ingredients like other places. You can just tell they care a lot about their products. The atmosphere here is incredible. Chill, laid-back, great energy, and the best part is that you're right by the beach. Their staff is beyond amazing too, so friendly and energetic and they really make you feel like family, even if it's your first time. If you come to HB and you're not coming to Amazonia, you're doing it wrong. This place is 10/10. Highly recommend!

Friendly service, nice ambiance with wall planters, located along Main Street of HB, generous portions, decent acai bowl, unlimited toppings, reasonably priced. Enjoyed it. Still prefer blue bowl but Amazonia is also great as a substitute.

I now come every time my sister comes into town. I always get a large and I always get as many toppings as possible. Toppings are unlimited, and I always end up asking if there is even room to add more. I feel so bad because they always hand cut everything fresh and it takes so long to make my order, so I always make sure to tip. Inside is always quiet with plenty of seats.

The food & service here is great-ambiance is fine for a walk up spot; only negative is that a lot of times all the stools are up like they are closed, when they are not. But, I highly recommend their Acai bowls.

Honestly, one of the best açaí bowls I've had in a while. For me, it was such a great deal for the amount of options they have. I went in and got a regular build your own açaí bowl. They have a ton of options! The service was fast and friendly. The atmosphere of the place was nice, with good music that you're able to still have conversations inside without it being distracting, indoor/outdoor seating, and very clean! I'm definitely going to come back and try out some of the newer items I saw on the menu.

my iced Americano tasted pretty good. It wasn't super stand out to me, but nonetheless, not a bad option. I was impressed with how affordable it was and I thought the portion size was solid. I love the environment of plants on the wall . It felt very tropical. The employee was not attentive. It took her a long time to notice me. She never once smiled. I ended up being late to work because of the slow service. They had grab and go, protein shakes and other drinks as well as a whole menu of açai bowls and smoothies. Overall, my experience was pretty good, but I wouldn't say that this was the best coffee I've ever had either . I was frustrated with this situation with the service. I would like to come back to review their açai bowls.

My protein bowl was amazing, I went on super busy Sunday so had to wait maybe 20 minutes.

It's New Years Day, so I called this place first, to avoid a wasted drive but no one picked up at 6:30pm. Then, I came to this place 20 minutes before 7pm, I checked their Yelp hours. However, upon arriving the ladies stated they closed about an hour ago. That's fine, although I think hours need to be updated. I rushed out while limping on 1 leg to make it before closing as I live a block away. However, I drove there due to limping. The bowls here are tasty and great, the price is the same as Blue Bowl which makes you willing to come back more than once a week. The owner is wonderful as well. He was not here tonight.

My kids and I eat at Amazonia bowl often. They love being able to mix bases and pick their own toppings. There's a lot of organic options and the staff is always very nice.

Goodness gracious, this was the best acai bowl I've ever had. And that is saying a lot because I went through a 2.5-year acai hyperfixation period where I basically ate one every single day (crazy, I know). I've tried acai bowls from more places than I can count (in San Diego, LA, Hawai'i, Barcelona, Madrid, you name it) and this still tops. I didn't have any expectations because my dad is the one who suggested we stop by on our trip in Huntington Beach. The storefront is really small too, but there is limited seating (and a bathroom!). The man who took our orders was super nice, and he explained how everything works; basically, you choose your bases (they scoop it for you) and then move to the unlimited(!!!) toppings bar (they also scoop it for you, but you can tell them to add more or less). He also cut the fruit fresh for us! Usually, when I go to acai places, they either only have acai or acai and pitaya. Those are the most common, I'd say. But no, Amazonia Bowl had so many options! Trust me, I had a hard time deciding. I ended up getting a large size so that I could try more flavors. Oh, and they also give you samples of the bases before you choose! I can't remember all of the names, but I got the bright blue flavor, ube, coconut, and acai. Ube was my favorite! So unique, too. For the toppings, I got the blue chia seed pudding, the flavored granola, blueberries, strawberries, bananas, mango, coconut flakes, and cacao nibs. THIS WAS AMAZING! A flavor bomb. My cousins also got a bowl, but they had a different flavor combination. Be wise in your base and toppings choices!! It will make or break your bowl!!! The granola on the bottom and top made sure there was a crunch in every bite, the fruits were among the freshest I've had, and the crazy amount of different flavors made sure i was never "sick" of anything. Sorry, I know I went off on a tangent here, but it's because it really was so good. I'm sad I can't have one right now. If I go back to Huntington Beach, this will definitely be stop...no compromising!!

I know I know there's plenty of açaí bowl locations in this area. But I would still recommend this place. It's very comparable to Blue Bowl. I would get this bowl vs the others in this area. Service was great the young lady taking our order was welcoming. Parking was great but we visited late at night. I'm sure there's limited parking during the day. It's a beach town so go figure.

Great location. Great prices. Great portions! I ordered my bowl through DoorDash and it was packaged well and delivered perfectly. I especially love the coconut base and honey granola topping. I am so glad to have found a good acai spot so close to home!

Leo the owner was so kind and passionate about his business! Got the amazonia bowl and the sorbets are delicious. Coming from a Filipino, the ube is spot on! Located right on main street. Usually I have high expectations for acai and it was met here!

Came for the grand opening and wished I lived on the sidewalk outside so I could have this every morning. $15 for 16 oz is more than enough for two people and the Ube/açaí base is awesome. Great vibe inside, the service was so nice and friendly. Great atmosphere, will be coming back!

So yummy and delicious. Carmela built my bowl and makes it look like a dream sand castle. We told her it's our first time and she is very helpful with suggestions and patient with my little one because she changes her mind on the second. Topping quality ingredients by far the best in the area comparing to Blue Bowls and Banzai. I was a Banzai regular but from here on this will be the new place with such chill vibes.

Today was my first visit to Amazonia Bowl and it did not disappoint. I ordered a custom açaí bowl and there were so many choices. I ended up doing a base of açaí, honey granola, bananas, strawberries, blueberries and sweeter with honey. It was so good. There were lots of toppings and all fresh and delicious. The store is located on Main and has free WiFi. The service was quick and friendly. The store is cozy inside with tables and a cozy couch to enjoy your food. I would definitely recommend this store and can't wait to return.

This was my first açaí bowl and it was amazing! I didn't know what to pick or how it worked, so I appreciated the woman working there helping me. I got the small build your own size. I had açaí and ube bases. I added banana, strawberry, blueberries, nuts, almond butter, Nutella, granola. There were so many options! This was great for walking around with while exploring Huntington Beach.

We wanted an acaí bowl and this popped up nearby with rave reviews so we had to try it and it did not disappoint. This was like a MOD pizza style acai bowl where you pay for a specific size and you can load all the toppings you want. What a concept! This is a first and it was great! I wish we had one in the Bay Area. I chose a small size and was able to choose 2 bases. The gal that helped me was sweet and let me try a few of the bases. They had 5-6 different ones. I chose an acai and Ube base. The Ube was creamy and tasty. I added honey almond granola, (no chia pudding or spirulina), bananas, strawberries, blueberries, mango, goji berries, and honey. My daughter ordered a small with spirulina & acai base, granola, bananas, strawberries, blueberries, goji berries, cacao nibs, and honey. It was packed so it was tricky to eat the middle with the fruit on top but we did it very carefully. It was refreshing and delicious. We were satisfied and happy. Highly recommend and love the concept. You can also order off the menu with set ingredients if you cannot decide as well as smoothies but we loved building our own.

Came in for their soft opening! The owners are awesome, great people. The space is just right for a quick stop for a smoothie or an açaí bowl and the location is perfect; right by the beach without the Main Street parking hassle. 10/10 the peanut butter bowl was awesome! Very refreshing and sweet with plenty of fruit to give an amazing treat on a warm day!

Nothing completes a successful beach day the way a smoothie can!! Leo recommended the Maui Beach smoothie and it was tasty & refreshing. Even my boyfriend, who usually doesn't like sweet treats, couldn't stop drinking it. There's a couple seats inside and a fun wall to take aesthetic pictures. Would come back for a smoothie craving or even to try their açaí bowls :)

Great acai joint! Price point is reasonable as well. They have a nice selection of toppings and bases. I would definitely come back if I'm in the area.

The protein bowl was excellent. Medium size is definitely shareable. Great selection of toppings for a build your own bowl. The Americano was good too. Service was underwhelming. A little smile and a warm greeting would have been great but that's ok. I'll still come back

I want to direct this to Leo the Owner. Thank you for creating Amazonia Bowl. I'm 67 and approaching 1 million human powered miles as a life long cyclist. I ride the 52 miles each way from Riverside in the region known as The Inland Empire several times a month with the mission to stop at Amazonia Bowl. A part of what's helped me hold onto and even build upon my body's vitality at my age is my enjoyment of a Fruit Centered Diet of mostly raw, uncooked fruits, greens, veggies and a few raw nuts and seeds. I chose Amazonia Bowl as my beach side refueling stop because of its ambiance and staffing that's cheerful and eager to make deliciously satiating bowls and smoothies that I find digest easily and quickly so that I can have plenty of energy on tap when I head on out for Dana Point, San Clemente, Long Beach or back home on the Santa Ana River Trail. It's just a couple of blocks further up Main St where Main St begins to curve left and this place is away from the crowds down closer to the pier and has an ambiance and selection Huntington Beach has needed for a long time for those who love great taste while giving the body what it needs to put out full power in a whatever you do for fun and fitness. We were in the mood for a smoothie at the beach so we decided to give this place a try. We just ordered one Very Berry smoothie and we did not like the taste at all. It was bitter and not sweet at all. I guess they are trying to be organic or healthy but I personally would not be ordering a smoothie from them. I would maybe try a bowl next time but the place was empty when we came in even though it was during the day on a busy Sunday. The cashier/barista was sweet and quick with order, however. Also to add, the place was cute and trendy looking.

Good spot a bit priced and was lacking the peanut butter. It was like I had a nut allergy. I just got a drizzle. Step it up but still great.

Stopped in after a morning at the beach and highly recommend the peanut butter bowl! It was delicious and a hit with kids and adults. The staff were super friendly and gave our littles bubbles to play with outside while we waited. A couple small tables outside let you enjoy the sunshine while devouring their açaí bowls!

Most fun Açai place we've tried so far. The açai base meets our standards. It's not unnecessarily sweetened (as most places do!) and super creamy. They have a lot of other fun bases to try from too. All of them were not too sweet. We also loved the topping variety as well as The numerous toppings. The Amazonia boat was a new way to enjoy açaí and made it really fun. The staff is really friendly and they have a couple tables to sit at the street too. We'll be back to satisfy our Açai cravings!

First time coming here & I can tell the owner puts a lot of care into each bowl. All the ingredients are super fresh! The blueberries are huge, strawberries were very red/ripe, & bananas were perfectly cut. I got the acai, ube, matcha and coconut for my base and all of them were super good! The owner is also super friendly and welcoming & asked if I wanted any samples. He gave me a lot in my medium bowl (which I usually have a hard time finishing), but I still cleaned out my bowl I will definitely be coming back!
