"Ambar Clarendon recently transformed the restaurant’s lower level into a Winter Wonderland. Reminiscent of a walk in the forest after a dusting of fresh snow, the chalet-styled decor features a five-seat bar and a 50-seat dining room adorned with Christmas trees of various heights and more winter decor. As for what to drink, go for the “Cafe Zagreb” (vodka, cold brew, coffee liqueur, tahini whipped cream, and sesame seeds); “Balkan Hot Toddy” (rakia, Johnny Walker Red, lemon juice, and honey); “Smoked Side Car” (plum rakia, maple orange syrup, and lemon juice); and “Marshmallow Martini” (vodka, chocolate liqueur, marshmallow, and cacao powder)." - Vinciane Ngomsi
