Cool atmosphere, clean tables, nice seating, there's even outdoor seating. Sidewalk and street are clean/quiet so sitting outside is actually kind of nice. They opened the window so nice breeze coming through. For seating there's a mixture of bar seating, high tops, regular tables, and then some couches/lounge seating. Parking is on the street which we didn't have any trouble finding. Waitress was attentive but not overwhelming.
Beers were great, large selection, knowledgeable waitress. Even offered a taste before ordering.
Menu looked great but was actually difficult to find something to order. We came on the weekend for a lunch/brunch. They don't have any breakfast type items. The "entree" section of the menu doesn't start until later in the day (maybe 5 or 6pm). So the salmon bowl, shrimp and chicken bowl were out along with some other good options. We had a few people in our group who don't eat pork so it was pretty difficult to find something to share. Most of the "bites" had pork - unless you want shrimp and hummus. All except 2 sandwich had some form of pork - only option was either the "veggie stack" or "turkey salad pita". It wasn't a great variety. Even the chicken tortilla soup couldn't be verified if it contained any pork broth etc. Most of the items on the menu that sounded good ended up being off limits.
The food itself was delicious. We tried the veggie flatbread, bbq flatbread, brussel sprouts, southwest salad, anthem salad, soup of the day (vegan black bean). All awesome, not too heavy or greasy. Black bean soup was tasty and not too heavy. I would order all the items we got again another time. Presentation of food is great, very appetizing and plates/silverware were clean.
Overall, would definitely come back again. Great place to sit and have a drink especially in the warmer months. Only drawback was limited menu, would love to see more from this restaurant. Some new restaurants opening around the block which also look promising and make the area something to watch out for.
