Amazing food. Menu rotates every few months and everything we had was excellent. Lobster shooters, Makai paka Esquites, Spiced goat cheese, Suadero Samosa. Verde Karahi Ghosht, Plantain Cheesecake - were excellent. Turkish fig Old fashioned was amazing too. Excellent food and experience.

Second time visiting this restaurant and was there to celebrate our 5th anniversary. The staff is incredibly thoughtful and attentive. The service alone is a million reasons to dine here. The vibe is very chill with the low lights. There’s multiple different areas to sit from the bar to the lounge to dining in the main room or a private room for large groups. We decided to order many small plates & bites so we could try multiple things. We started with the lobster shooters which they poured the curry over before serving. Followed by the cornbread which was so delicious. It had a sweetness to it that matched well with the pecan butter it was served with. We had the crab cakes with tomato soup which was my favorite!! The thai croquettes were also very delicious- a little spice with the flavor. And we had the platter for our entree. The garlic spread is soo good for the meat or potato. Everything was cooked perfectly. We enjoyed our entire meal. The staff even delivered a complimentary dessert with a card signed by the staff. This was such a special touch. They also have a couple mocktails on their menu which is nice for people wanting to avoid drinking but still have a “cocktail”. Upon finishing each portion, they would take it to the back and box it up for us and at the end of our meal, our boxes were brought to the table. That was also a nice touch. And they are also really great with food allergies.

It was fine. The food was good but nothing to write home about. Our meal ended up over $300 and I wasn’t super impressed. I had a gift card to the COS location but they wouldn’t take it so that was a bummer. Overall, there are much more impressive restaurants in Denver.

Everything was on point with the food, service and ambiance all exceeding expectations. I can't wait to return. Taylor was the best server in a very long time.

I truly can’t say enough good things about Ambli! It was such a wonderful experience from start to finish. They make it a point to bring excellence into the details. I went with my husband and two friends for my birthday and they made a point to make it a special occasion. We ordered every food item on the Happy Hour menu and we enjoyed every bite of it. Every. Bite. Don’t sleep on the plantain cheesecake either! My husband and I have been gushing about how pleasant our experience was for the past 20 minutes. We can’t wait to go back.

From the moment we stepped into Ambli to when we left, we were attended to and taken care of. I made a reservation for a family birthday dinner but preferred their Happy Hour menu. The hostess still seated us in the main dining and offered the HH items. The feel of Ambli casual, yet elegant. Lots of light and space to gather. Our server, John was amazing! He offered suggestions and brought the items out a couple at a time so that we were able to pace ourselves. We tried lots of HH items like the pani puri puffed pastries with a lentil filling. The lobster shooters were fun and delish! The ahi tuna roll was melt in your mouth and the kebob was soft and flavorful. My favorite was the rellano tacos! Everything was so tasty and delicious! We'll definitely be back to try more! At the end, they brought out a special birthday treat and even gave a birthday card to my husband, whose birthday we were celebrating! Overall a great experience. We were treated so well! We'll be back for sure!

The fruit bowl isn't on the menu (at least not yet). My wife wanted some fruit after the meal, like we were accustomed to in Greece. While the bowl you see is already half eaten (the fruit was extremely fresh and well prepared), it speaks to the "extra mile that this establishment is willing to go for service. Water glasses were always full. The server circled round with a reasonable frequency. The silverware was replaced with each course. The tabletop was kept clean. The menu is designed with plates to be shared. This is a social restaurant. It's a bit loud (even for the U.S.), but the food was very good and the service very strong.

Wow!! It had been a long time since we'd been to Ambli DTC, and we were impressed by its current menu. The setting was elegant and very quiet; and the service was top-notch...friendly and responsive. All of our dishes were excellent: Lobster shooters (even though they use dumplings instead of actual chunks of lobster like in the good old days), Thai croquettes, Spicy Ambli-style paella (a good number of clams, shrimp and mussels), Cilantro Garlic Shrimp & Polenta, Corn Chowder Scallops, and the Dulce de leche flan. The wine list is quite pricy, but the selection is impressive.

It's time for an update to my review bc they've renovated their food concept and it's marvelous! Talk bout creative. Yes they are always updating their menu, but there is definitely some staples and some patterns that regulars will come to see. We have never been bored with the menu here but what they have done now has really shifted into a very different direction and we are just blown away. The only thing you will see from the previous menus is the lobster shooters and the Kuku paaka. Since one of the owners is from India, and the chef is a Latin American descent they have wedded both cuisines so perfectly. Everybody at the table at our Christmas Eve dinner is just repeating the phrase. It's so good. It's so good. It's so good... Because it is so creative, flavorful, innovative, and not heavy. You're not gonna see a lot of carbs on the menu, which I really appreciate, but it's filling and every single item we got was very different and just heavenly. We had the lobster shooters, the ceviche pani puri, lobster tikka tamale, esquite, "amazinggg chicken tikka enchiladas, verde karahi gohst, shrimp u-11. Ambience is always warm, welcoming & classy. We always prefer the lounge just because we like the casual vibe, but the dining room is fabulous! Happy hour here is always popping and the bar area is swarming. Their cocktails and mocktails are made in house, flavorful and flowing. Everything is authentic and homemade and you can taste that in every bite and sip you take here. They also have some really fun specials throughout the week so check that out on social media! Don't get overwhelmed by the change in the menu just lean into it and try you will not be disappointed!!!

The kebab platter is something that you definitely should try, big enough to share, the drinks are something you cannot describe, the hibiscus cosmopolitan 100% recommended. The place is decorated so classy and the service is excellent. El Kebab player es algo que definitivamente tienes que probar, el naan está hecho en el momento. El hibiscus (Jamaica) Cosmopolitan recomendado al 100%. El ligar está decorado con mucha clase y el servicio excepcional!

$38. Two scallops dinner. Two. Not three. Two. $18 well martini. I guess this is a new market prices. I don't even want to think what they serve for Branzino they didn't have (second time I asked about it). Ambience is great though. Five stars.

We had excellent and attentive service from Bubba! We tried the goat cheese appetizer, ceviche, and lobster shooters. We also had a lamb dish with all different types of hummus and pita bread. It was all delicious and different!

Hidden GEM in the tech center. I took my mentor here in hopes of finding a classy spot, but not a steakhouse. It was perfect for a work dinner. We went around 5:30pm and literally everyone in the restaurant was so attentive to us. It was to the point that we actually wished they were around less, but I won't complain about rockstar service. We started with the Karahi Samosas which was a recommendation from the waiter and were amazing. We then both ordered the Kebab Platter (pictured below). Heads up the menu is not huge, but definitely quality.

If I could crush on Ambli every second of my life, I would be useless but utterly happy and forever in bliss. I love love love and love this spot more than dessert itself. Staff is impeccable with their friendly smiles and warmth, attentive service and stellar culinary knowledge. Pritza embodies everything about Ambli. She is the epitome of a restaurateur but also the most inviting gracious host. She remembers details about guests and you feel like you want to sit and chat with her for hours. I can rave forever about their happy hour as well as the dinner menu. I love the rotating selection of bites and cocktails. This is the one place that converted me to a gin lover with their drink. Recently had the raspberry lemon drop (prefer the sugar rim versus the salt version) and their lychee margarita martini. YES!!!! There is a drink goddess who created this for us thirty mortals. Everything is made to share so play nice. It is almost a requirement that one must make the quintessential order of the lobster shooter. It is phenomenal. Period. The spicy tuna crispy rice, Indian trio and the lamb kebabs are incredible starters or perfect if you're not wanting one specific entree. My recent favorite is the Thai croquettes (I may be bias). The texture and taste of toasted coconut and sambal with goodness that you can't stop smiling or wanting a second order. Not too spicy , just the right balance of flavor. The entree that stole my heart is the Chilean sea bass. Ooeemmggee I can't get enough of this. There's broccoli, petite potatoes and savory tomatoes and a sauce I want to lick the bowl like an uncivilized foodie. The fish is cooked to perfection and just melts into your tastebuds. I am also a fan of the filet mignon roulade but I forego the blue cheese plantain due to my allergy to the cheese. I do have soft spot for Ambli. It was the starting point of my love story and we make a point to always come as often as we can, for business lunches, gathering of our happy circle, and date nights. I'm pretty sure this is a forever thing with Ambli. Come and you'll see why you will crush hard.

Wowzers! What a classy and intimate restaurant. Beautifully decorated and service is excellent. Had dinner here with a colleague. We did put in a reservation for the lounge area. This place has a patio, bar area, lounge area, and dining area. It may look small when you walk in, but there's plenty of tables, so don't be fooled! Anyways, our reservation was at 5:15 on a Thursday evening, so we were still in time for the HH menu which was fabulous as I was excited to be doing a review here. We started off with some mocktails. I had the strawberry sour and my friend had the mango lassi. Both mocktails were refreshing and tasty. We decided and opted for their HH menu so that we can try a few different things, which was an excellent thought! We ordered the lobster shooters, Mishkaki, Suadero samosas, masala potato empanadas, spiced goat cheese, carne asada tacos, and the pistachio dessert. Yes, it was a lot of food but so perfect too! We were excited. Our lobster shooters came out first. Our waitress brought out two little shot glasses with a dumpling sitting inside each. She then drizzled curry sauce from a small sauce cup into our shot glasses over the dumplings. We both cheered, laughed, and toasted to the New Year and slurped the lobster shooters. It was a lot of laughs because I was able to slurp everything from my shot glass but my coworker had a little more trouble so she had to use a fork to get her dumpling. Lol The lobster shooter was different but tasty. Great and cute idea. I would definitely order them again. Next came the spiced goat cheese. This was good too. The goat cheese in the curry masala sauce paired with the grilled bread is savory and full of spices. It tasted like garlic bread topped with spices and marinara sauce. Delicious. The rest of hour HH dishes came out all at once together. We had the Suadero samosas next. They were good but a little on the dry side. This was probably my least favorite. Next was the masala potato empanadas. Yummy! This empanada was soft and not dry. Very full of flavor and the sauce on it made it more appetizing. The carne asada tacos were scrumptious with the salsa on it. One of my top favorites was the Mishkaki! Mmmmm, so good. The beef was tender and the sauce over it was just so darn savory. The savoriness of these filet pieces was just bursting of flavors in my mouth like fireworks. Absolutely a dish to try. Lastly, per recommendation, we had the pistachio dessert. Amazing! Light and refreshing and it just helped cleared the palate of all the yummy foods we had. It was such a lovely, savory, delightful HH dinner. We thoroughly enjoyed the food and wonderful service here. This place does live up to fine dining and class. Definitely a place I will come back to and anxious what they have on their menu next time!!

The skinny: A gem of a place in DTC. Delicious, inventive, fresh food and cocktails with the friendliest of staff. Overview: Came here before a concert at Fiddler's based on a friend's suggestion. And we are so glad we listened. What a hidden gem in DTC ! We were surprised by both the variety and ingenuity of the menu, the freshness of the cocktails, and how friendly every single staff member was. The ambiance was very chic and high end as well. The food/drink: There honestly wasn't a single thing on the menu that didn't look good and every single item we ordered was delicious. Standouts were: - Lobster dumpling shooters in the yummiest red curry sauce - a perfect little starter - Crab cakes with charred kale which was the surprising crunchy combo I never knew I needed. And the portion was sizable. - Lamb lollipops with lamb ragu and hummus. This was some of the best lamb I've had in Denver. Tender, juicy, balanaced. Just perfect. - Raspberry lemondrop cocktail: did you know they make all their purees and juices in house? And the quality and attention to detail shows. This cocktail was delicious - so much we had to get 2 each. Service: Finally, I have to give a call out to the service. Every single member of the staff was beyond friendly. The waiter, the staff that folded our napkins, the servers, and the manager. Everyone came to check in on us with a huge smile and friendly convo in a way that showed they cared and was not at all overbearing. Would I come again: I don't venture out to DTC much but Ambli has me rethinking this. I'll def be back soon!

I don't usually make it down south but I had a concert at Fiddlers Green so we decided to do dinner beforehand and boy, what a treat. Every staff member was seriously so friendly from the get go. The inside is truly beautiful and they have a huge bar. The menu is smaller but fire. We started with the raspberry lemon drops which they juice raspberries IN HOUSE to make this. It was perfect! Not too sweet which I really appreciated. Every food item we got was phenomenal! Perfectly seasoned and obviously made with love. (1) Lobster shooter: Wow. Lobster inside a dumpling with a coconut curry sauce. I could (and did) drink a cup of that curry sauce. It was seriously the perfect sauce and perfectly paired with the lobster. Insanely delicious (2) Beets and burrata: don't snooze on this. Every single component was intentional. The shaved apple, the nuts, HUGE pieces of burrata. Wow (3) Lollipop Lamp: balsamic glaze, pomegranate seeds, hummus WITH a meat ragu and homemade naan. Cooked to perfection. (4) Crab cake: bottom layer was esquites (you have no idea how much you'll love this), next layer was fried kale, next the crab cake. All in a tomato bisque. I really didn't think I would like the bisque but this chef KNOWS their stuff because the seasoning made it literally perfect. The fried kale paired so well. I was genuinely impressed. Hats off to this chef. Just insanely perfect. They change their menu often so hurry to try these dishes. They also mentioned they do wine dinners which if I lived down south, I'd be there in a heartbeat. Thanks for welcoming us and making our evening truly great! And thanks to our server (I'm so sorry I can't remember your name) but, you rocked!

This place is PRICEY and they're stingy with their naan but if you're looking for a more eclectic, upscale restaurant, it's great I suppose. Also, their "happy hour" only applies to their bar area... so no happy hour for you if you're in the dining area. What are they? An upscale downtown establishment? No. It's DTC and they should get over themselves IMHO

This place really is fantastic. Tried a variety of items this time and it was good. - lobster shooters: def too big to take in one swallow (that's what she said), so we cut them in half and enjoyed. I am not much of a fan of coconut and there was a lot of that in this dish. I still enjoyed it even with my dislike of coconut. But I would not order again. - crispy rice with tuna: by far my favorite thing we ordered. I could eat so many of these and be happy. Would come back and order again and again. - Birria tacos: meh, they're ok. Pass. - sliders: quite large and a messy delight. We can make a mean wagyu burger at home and so these were just ok compared to that.

The service here is excellent, food tastes great too! But the size, hmm, is kind small.

Their wait staff spilled part of the meal on me & my girlfriend. Never offered any adjustment to the bill or offered to clean our clothes as a result of their mistake. I guess they feel like they don't need to take responsibility for their staff's mistakes because they currently have complimentary ratings. That's a slippery slope and after having gone there at least a half dozen times, we won't go back.

Great food all the time. Seafood paella is the best in town. Sometimes their hours are off online, call to make sure

We use to come to this restaurant a fair amount. Unfortunately the last time we were there the waiter that was delivering our order of ceviche dropped the order partially on me & on my girlfriend. They did apologize & cleaned off the floor & chairs. Part of the fish spilled on both of us but we did not make a big deal of it because accidents happen & we didn't realize how much of the food got on my coat & her leather coat. At the end of the meal they never offered to clean our clothes or even a discount or dessert as some consideration. I didn't realize this until after I left the restaurant. I reached out to the management & they initially got back to me with apologies & offers to clean our clothing plus she wanted to offer some future discounts. She was supposed to send me her contact information so I could let her know what I thought was reasonable other than crediting some portion of our meal. Too bad that was the extent of her contact with me plus she never responded when I tried to get back in touch with her. It seems they don't value customer loyalty other than giving it word service. No follow through plus the meal was only fair. Maybe having some of it spilled on my affected my feeling about it but their follow up service definitely left much to be desired. All said they lost me as a customer & I make a point of letting others know about my experience.

Service is always impeccable and I love the ambience of this place! Food and drinks are overpriced. $16 for two street sized appetizer tacos. We had to order bread separately from the burrata as it came with nothing to actually put the burrata on. All in all, I like the food but, would only recommend coming here during happy hour.

Finally a restaurant in the suburbs that takes service and food seriously. Our server was great, I haven't seen customer service like this in a long time. Now for food: lamb chops which my friend said was amazing, but I had two vegetarian dishes cauliflower tempura roll, and an Indian masala pancake. Great flavors! For dessert we shared a cheesecake it was huge but light, not too sweet, you can tell they use high quality ingredients. All in all very nice place, I give it 4.5 stars! Compliments to the chefs.

The manager/owner was beyond friendly, & welcoming. Food was amazing, and delicious. Presentation was beautiful! Such a great experience. Highly recommend.

Wow! I had the blackberry lemon drop cocktail! It was very good and pretty too! The spicy tuna crispy rice appetizer is a must! The tuna is fresh and the little pillows of crispy rice are so so good. They pair really nicely. The Portuguese Prawns are in a savory sauce that hits all the buttons. Highly recommend! Lastly the short ribs are in a beautifully flavorful Korean glaze. They were fork tender. The ribs were on a fresh bed of fried rice with purple carrots, cauliflower mixed in and lightly flavored that went so well with the ribs. I definitely will be back. I honestly don't think anything would fail to impress in any dish offer here. The owner came to greet us and was very kind and welcoming. Doug our server was engaging, informative and attentive. Excellent service, ambiance and location.

First let me just start with... Ambli is locally owned by 2 amazing women! I have been going to Ambli since they opened their first location at Leetsdale and Holly over 10 years ago. Kelli and Pariza go over the top to ensure you have a great experience. Pariza is constantly updating the menu with fresh, new and creative dishes. Last night we went to check out their new tasting menu, which was a delight to the palate. The drink menu is extensive and their mocktails are spot on. This place is great for gathering with friends and family. Super cozy and not too loud. Thanks Ambli for a wonderful dinner experience, we will be back!

We came back here for dinner with friends who are huge fans of Ambli. I have to say our experience was better than our previous review indicates. We feasted on the starter plates and enjoyed every one of them. We did not get any entrées. Service was fine. There was an apparent pellet or BB hole in the window facing Bellevue right above our table, but aside from that, the ambience was very nice. It was rather expensive.

Great food, a varied menu of small plates and entrees. Wine list was a little pricey for mediocre options, $23 for a 6 ounce glass of Prisoner? Ambience was nice, Service was attentive. I would definitely come back, the food was top notch.

An outstanding, romantic facility. On a Tuesday evening visit, the place was busy, but not overly so. Our table was right next to a cozy fireplace. The service was exquisite, as was the food. It was my wife's birthday & our first visit. The manager greeted us & checked on us several times. The waitstaff was extremely attentive. The food was creatively presented & the food itself equaled the entire experience. With two drinks & gratuity, the bill came to just under $200. As with most restaurants these days, everything was à la carte. A thoroughly enjoyable experience.

The service at Ambli was fantastic! The ambiance of the place was so cool and I really liked the vibe. It felt like an upscale restaurant but you could dress casually. The attention to detail and flavors of the food were stupendous! Would highly recommend this place if you're looking to have snazzy cocktails and a good time with friends.

What a beautiful spot! In the heart of Greenwood Village is this very special restaurant! Incredibly delicious cocktails started the dinner and we ordered a number of tapas. We loved the lobster shooters and the crispy spicy tuna! The service was impeccable and we felt very well cared for. Our friends ordered a combination platter with what they said with some of the best steak they've ever had and fantastic pineapple/garlic chicken. We had the Asian style lemon grass coconut milk chicken, and it was super delicious! for dessert, we couldn't decide so we ordered the churros that were stuffed with caramel and served in a shot glass of chocolate sauce. Pure decadence! We also ordered the Oreo cookie ice cream cake, and although I didn't try that because I'm not a big fan of ice cream, the rest of the table thought that it was off the charts great! You'll definitely need reservations for this place. We went early and it was super packed by the time we left. What a great find while in Denver!

Ambli DTC had been closed for a LONG time. As a matter of fact, it had been closed for a good amount of time even after the peak COVID period had been long gone. One of the newsletters I had received from Belleview Station said it finally reopened; this was not too long ago. Since then Ambli had been on my mind and finally today, I came here with my daughter on a quiet Tuesday night in early October of 2023. Ambli, it's so good to have you back!! We got a nice two seater table in the lounge. A beautifully dimmed light made the ambiance so inviting and comfortable. The young man at the reception and our waiter were very welcoming and attentive. They were well-dressed in black...I appreciated their impeccable professionalism. We went with zero proof tonight. The non-alcoholic gin tasted exactly like the same as alcoholic gin. I got the grapefruit and my daughter got lychee. There is one more flavor which is pineapple. I truly hope that they'll expand more on the zero proof side. My suggestion is that they add a cucumber flavored cocktail. We were pretty impressed with the food we ordered. Indian Trio (hopefully that is the name for it) had 3 different kinds of items and each one came with 2 pieces (so 6 pieces total.) The sauce that accompanied them made the whole dish so delightfully delicious. And Kuku Paka! This dish ($30) comes in this large plate that's big enough to feed two adults easily and this stole the show! The chicken pieces in the creamy coconut curry, the generously portioned/placed rice and the freshly baked naan bread gently placed on top of the rice were beautifully presented on a large white plate. And the cilantro sprinkled on top of the curry enhanced the whole experience. I can easily come back to get this amazing curry dish just about any time; it's that good!!

Been a while since our last visit (pre-lengthy-closure). Everything is shiny and new ... FOOD: We had couple of starters, and then some dinners. The starter dishes were small but tasty. The entrees were huge (esp. after having some starters); I felt that two people could have split either of those entrees comfortably. Great flavors, nice mix on both entrees, a bit pricey. The number of entree selections seemed a sort of limited, but there were multiple ones I would have been willing to try. DRINKS: We tried four of the specialty cocktails -- nice, but I felt they were really leaning into Interesting World Flavors in Every Glass just a hair too much. There is a full bar, though when I asked for a caipirinha to go with my (very tasty) Brazilian steak dish, they didn't have any cachaça, which seems a strange World Flavor oversight. The wine list was compact, but looked to have a good spread. SERVICE: Our waitress, Charlie, was delightful, and the overall level of checking in with us while not bothering us was quite good. Overall, was much more impressed than I was on previous visits. My wife says it might be a better place for drinks-and-shares vs. a full-blown dinner -- though maybe sharing an entree, plus some of the small plates / apps would be the way to go. Either way, we will be back.

Saw Derek at the bar for a happy hour delight. They have Happy hour all day every Monday. Their dirty martini is fantastic. All their cocktails are well made You need to get the lobster shooters. Some of the creamiest curries you will taste. Over a lobster dumpling that is out of bounds. They need to make this an actual dish it's that good! A DTC gem. The decor is immaculate and great for night out, business meeting or family dinner. Their menu is exotic and the sec exited extremely well. Don't be apprehensive about the variety on the menu. It's all authentic and flavorful. Service is top notch and a vibe that is unmatched.

I have strangely mixed feelings about Ambli. The modern decor is elegant and beautiful, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I'm just not quite so sure about the food. There is no question in my mind that the chef is talented and is trying to produce a high quality product. But for some reason it didn't quite hit the spot for me. I had the chicken tikka dip, which I thought was okay. It didn't come with enough naan (or whatever the bread portion was, I'm sorry it's been a little while and I don't remember) and I ended up just spooning up the dip and eating it. I also had a dish consisting of red pepper hummus, lamb, and peas. I just didn't think it was that great. I also thought it was a bit on the simple side for the price charged. But I do get that the chef was trying to produce something good tasting, I really do. So as I say, mixed feelings. I'd like to go back again and taste something else, and I suggest you give Ambli a try.

Wonderful! This was my second visit and I love this place!! The staff is great, the food is even better! First thing- you MUST try the lobster shooters. And watch the reaction of everyone at the table. They're spectacular! They have a wonderful happy hour- we got the prime rib sandwich and it was massive! The old fashioned is on point. The service was a little slow during happy hour, but we were enjoying our food and the great ambience so it was totally fine! I've also been here for lunch and it's just great. I highly recommend!

I do not write a lot of reviews but Ambli was spectacular! We are on a conference in Denver and found a restaurant with good reviews that is close to the hotel. The staff was super friendly, entertaining and went above and beyond. Thank you Charlie, Doug and everyone else. Even the patron made sure to spend ample time with us. The menu was "only" two pages but the variety of dishes made it incredibly hard to chose. There were entrees from all over the world and appetizers that made our mouths water. We can't forget about the cocktails: great choices and drinks that you might not find anywhere else. After visiting once we decided we had to come back a second time. Only negative thing I can think of is that this restaurant is not closer to home. :-) I guess it's a good excuse to visit Denver again.

This place was awesome! We came here for our birthday and they were so kind! Victor our server was amazing and took great care of us! We had allergies and he was so helpful and so knowledgeable! Doug the GM was so kind and checked in on us multiple times and gave us a delicious Marian cello and it was so good!! Thank you for being so kind and making our night so special! I can't wait to come back again!!

UPDATE: I received a message from the owner "reminding" me that I had a reservation for six, and only four showed up, so we sat at the bar instead; she also said she checked on us multiple times so she doesn't understand why we didn't say anything to her... ...well, that's because I AM NOT THAT PERSON. I was with TWO friends, we had no reservation, and we chose our own seats. It's interesting that she went radio silent after I brought this to her attention. She also tried to shame me for my harmful review because "restaurants are really hurting right now." As a public school teacher, I know what it's like to be hurting as far as money is concerned. She also said I could have said something about the sauces at the moment...I mentioned the ratio of sauce to tuna. Yes, we could have said something about the tuna and crispy rice, and based on the staff forgetting two of the items we ordered, as well as the message I got, I'm not sure how this would have changed. The last comment to top it all off was about how busy it was because of the DMB concert. Yes, that's why my friends were in town, and we got there at 4:30pm. We put in an order for several appetizers at once before 5pm, didn't get one of those until we finally got someone's attention, put in an order for TWO additional appetizers, never got one, and cancelled that to get the bill so we could get out of there. If you know that it's going to be crazy because of a concert, bring on more staff, rather than making excuses for poor service. Can you imagine if I emailed a parent blaming them for the way I taught? Goodness. ---- I'm still stunned as to how my friends from out of town and I spent so much money on mediocre happy hour food last night. Let's start with the worst app: the spicy tuna crispy rice. The rice had to be an inch thick, and there was basically a smear of spicy tuna on the top. The tuna sashimi was drowning in sauce with threads of tuna in the mess. The two crabcakes were the size of half-dollars. The carne asada tacos were fine. The lobster shooters were good, and I think that was mostly due to the sauce. The service started out fine, but once it got busy in there, either the four bartenders/servers couldn't keep up, or we weren't as noticeable as the epic crew of 40-somethings doing their version of suburban cool who overtook the space. They forgot two of our apps, and we cancelled the last one because we knew how long it would take to get it and then wait for the check. "Global Cuisine" is a big stretch. Such a disappointment when I only have a handful of time/meals to spend with my friends before they fly back home.

Did they change management? I was impressed by this place when I came here for restaurant week so I was so excited to come back again. Our night was disappointing, though it started off ok with drinks and the croquets were delicious. The tuna tataki was underwhelming, the braised short ribs were horribly salty and inedible. FYI, menu says plates are "shareable" but the entrees are just regular sized portions. I'm so sad that their quality has gone down since my last visit.

Truly loved it. Service is a bit strange to me as I think someone different brought each course - I'll admit I like establishing rapport and tempo with a server, so it was unusual- but fine. The food was absolutely delicious. I was impressed with the presentation the freshness and the attention to detail in the delicacy of the sushi and sashimi and the samosa sauce. Beautiful meal can't wait to come back. Thank you for an enjoyable evening.

Loved this place! Top notch service. Lovely cost setting with fake fireplace. Amazing food! Creative and delicious. I had the tasting menu which was a lot of fun. I'll be back next time I travel to Denver.

The food and service were top notch! I arranged a business lunch with some clients. It was everyone's first time visiting Ambli. We were all impressed!

Everything was soooo great and they doted on my foodie kiddo! He tried so much of everything. It was all perfection! Wish we had one near us!

We love this place for date night!! The food is outstanding, well balanced, complex and soooo satisfying. The ambiance is romantic, sheer but also laid back. It is locally owned and we have had the pleasure of chatting with the sister who gave great recommendations, spoke with the owner, and have had the most warm welcome from their father who greets guests. We have come several times and the wait staff and bartenders give the best recommendations and service. I can't recommend this place enough!!

What an exceptional experience. We arrived for lunch and decided to eat at the bar, great call. We had a fantastic meal with a tuna appetizer that's top notch. Our drinks were delicious and most importantly the service and style was great. We were so fortunate to meet Doug and spend over an hour talking cocktails, various liquors, and the food scene. Can't wait for our next visit, the French Dip is out of bounds! Like unreal!

The updates to the menu include sea bass, and it was delicious Highly recommend the Mediterranean Caesar as well.

Got great service with Derek, the filthy martinis he made us were delish and hit the spot on this warm sunny day. The music is upbeat and relaxing. Definitely a comfortable happy hour spot. Best Lobster Shooters (4) I've ever had, next time don't tease me and I would love 6 per order with a lil bowl of the curry because it was all sexual .

This place is awesome! Pariza and Kelli go out of their way to always make us feel noticed and welcome. Nice wine list and fun atmosphere. The lounge area is cozy- like your living room!! Check it out!!

There were 5 of us and we had the best time trying all the various foods. Highly recommend the lobster shooters, but all the food was interesting and tasty. Great atmosphere, and the waitstaff was very attentive.

We had an amazing dinner here last night. We could only get a bar/lounge table for our reservation but when we arrived I met Persha, the owner. She was able to get us a table in the dining area. This place is not just dinner, it's an experience. The food is amazing, the service was stellar the the personal touch from the owner made it even more special. Persha, thank you for making our Anniversary dinner so wonderful. Your Dad is adorable and I love that he is part of the experience. I will also add that I have had dinner at the Colorado Springs location and it was equally delicious. We can't wait to go back to either location.

Everything about our experience was perfect! From the hostess squeezing us in. To the care that our waiter took to ensure that our food and wine chooses were complimentary. The ambiance, food and wine were great! Definitely will return and would recommend Ambli Global Cuisine.

My husband and I have been going to Ambli Global now and again for many years, since the original was on Leetsdale. We visited again yesterday, after a long gap, and the only changes were good ones (we remember some of the staff from years ago). The decor and vibe are just elegant. Everything fits from the counter height of the bar stools to the spacing of the chairs and tables. The lighting and curtains create a romantic vibe. Now to the food, we ate several items from the happy hour menu: Pani Puri, Lobster Shooters, Tuna Crispy Rice, Labneh Dip and the Chicken Kabob. All of the food was delicious, but our favorite was the Labneh Dip with the heavenly naan bread, and a great bottle of Spanish Alberino topped it all off. The only thing missing was seeing Pariza, but it's wonderful that her charming father was still there greeting guests and making sure everyone felt cared for. Hats off to the recent accolades for Yelp's Top 100 Places to Eat in the US.
