I would give it a 0 stars I order 1/2 cheese 1/2 veggie, firs of all the pizza is paper thin literally and they just show you the cheese and sauce because I couldn’t even taste either and to top it off the veggie side as you can see in the pictures has no veggies lover it has to have artichoke , red bell peppers , onions and mushrooms can you see any of these vegetables I just mentioned really are veggies so expensive? I paid $21.48 unbelievable please if you see this review please don’t go there you will be very disappointed!!!!!!!!!’

I have experienced the worst customer service here. They made me wait at the register to collect my pizza even though I could see it sitting right in front of me while the lady continued to take other orders. When I asked for Parmesan cheese and a to go box, I was made to wait again as they continue to serve other customers that came after me. I was asked to “wait patiently”, by the male server over there. I left without the cheese or the box. I will never return here and do not recommend this place if you value customer service.

This was a delivery order. We have eaten at the Pacific beach location several times and it was fantastic. This was.. well it was pretty bad. There was NO cheese or sauce on the Margarita and the burrata and prosciutto was almost tasteless .. and a mess. Not to mention they were both stone cold, even though we are less than a 10 min drive from the little Italy location. At 15$-22$ per medium size pizza we think you can do better and we KNOW that your company has the ability to make amazing pizza. Time to step up and make it consistent through all your locations and delivery if you want to stay in business with repeat customers.

What was once a good pizza place years ago has devolved into a very bland, non Italian pizza. The pizza is undercooked and something has changed with the dough- it’s become super American and I’ve never been so disappointed. What a waste of a wood fire oven.

Definitely not the best pizza but pretty tasty. Crust wasn’t the authentic Italian thin crust that I’m used to. Difficult to describe but it was thin, although it just had that distinctive US style pizza vibe to it🤷‍♂️ tasted fine though! If I would add a comment, when I ordered online they offered hot chili and truffle oil. I assumed it’ll be on the side but instead they poured it on top of the pizza. Never seen that before…

This could be one of the best margarita pizzas I've ever had. Crust is thin and well cooked, not soggy anywhere. The right amount of char on the bottom. Tomato sauce had a good, hanging flavor. Mozzarella it is good, and a good amount of Basil. The food court is kind of loud, but you can always take it outside. This ain't Domino's Pizza. Look elsewhere if you want a giant pizza loaded with ten cheap toppings.

This wasn’t the pizza quality I was expecting from this place. The crust although was thin it was kind of chewy, the sauce very light. I am sorry but it’s not my favorite pizza that I had.

Be warned. Look elsewhere. Pizza undercooked. When the cook comes out to look at the menu picture of the flagship pizza to make sure it’s assembled properly was already a bad sign.
