Been here a couple times to see movies in Dolby when I couldn't get tickets elsewhere. I only go here as a last resort cause this place is a MESS. Legit gross. I went to see Exorcist here, and my seat was disgusting, with popcorn and spilled soda on the seat. (Which sucks cause the seats are comfortable.) I asked an employee to help, and then no one showed up. I left the movie again, grabbed some cleaning spray and wipes that I saw in the lobby (untouched) and cleaned it myself. Picture quality in the Dolby was fine/good, but again, only as a last resort. Head to the Bullock IMAX, Dolby at AMC Tech Ridge, or the Alamo South Lamar instead.

Movies are okay here. Popcorn machine is broken. The seating is the old style! Cramped and crowded. If you want to see imax you are better off seeing Dolby completely captivating at the tech ridge location, they have reclining seats. And so comfortable for the same prices!

the place is disgusting unclean, It is not clean at all. There was no cleaning done in theater 8, the debris from the weeks movie goes is all over the floor. The beverage station is sticky littered with syrup, there is no attention to the concession station. i would steer clear of this theater if you like a clean environment for a movie.

We went today for The marvels movie at 10 am. . I appreciate the effort to create a sensory-friendly environment; the lighting was good. However, the movie volume was too high for my daughter with autism. We were informed that the ads had a fixed volume, but when the movie started, the volume remained high. While it may have been adjusted, I suggest lowering it further for a more comfortable experience for our special needs population.

Chairs recline and are very comfortable. Sound was off, tinny and nothing behind me like speakers were out. Annoyed by the ridiculous two dollar fee because I refuse to become a member and pay $15. There is no one at the ticket counter, no one at the concession stand so I didn’t get anything. Maybe I was supposed to walk behind the concession stand and scoop my own popcorn. I will choose to skip AMC in the future. The membership should offer perks appealing enough to want to join not pushing you to avoid a penalty.

It was ok. A little ratty. Seats were worn out and tattered. Popcorn was slightly stale but I still finished it. From working in theaters for years I'd estimate about 2hours old The IMAX screen was the right dimension but smaller than expected. The sound was intense. The bass was extreme, but so was the volume altogether. I enjoyed the movie, but the theater itself was at the bottom rung of enjoyable. I'd only go back for the IMAX screen, and only if the one at the museum is booked up.

Nice place to watch a movie. I experienced the IMAX and the reclining chairs. For the most part it was clean, but the recliners sides and cup holders held debris. The staff were nice.

I’ve been an AMC A-List subscriber for years and even talked a dozen friends and family into signing up, and now I’m cancelling and I’ll tell all of them to cancel and sign up for Alamo Drafthouse’s ticket program instead. We went to see TMNT last Saturday afternoon, and we were greeted with a filthy lobby that had popcorn everywhere, disgusting bathrooms, a concession stand with disinterested kids letting us know they were out of bottled water and the candy selection was decimated. Then we went to our seats and they were torn up, dirty, with used Kleenex waiting for us in the cup holders. We walked right out and went to a different theater. The trash cans were also overflowing. This was their flagship Dolby Theater screen, and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days and everything is old and torn apart. This theater is in absolute decline and I think AMC as a brand is damaged. I’ll be going to theaters that actually care about the movie going experience and hiring enough people with decent pay to actually care. Also, the IMAX here is so uncomfortable… all the seats are broken, old, cramped, and gave me and my friends lower back pain after sitting in them for a WEEK! Do not go to this theater, it’s a nightmare.
