After exploring the city, we took a break and caught a movie at a really cool AMC theater. The “Laser” auditorium was fully modern—not only did it have the expected reclining seats, but they were also heated, which was a surprising and much-appreciated treat for my sore back. The projection quality was outstanding, and the sound easily rivaled what you’d experience in an AMC Dolby theater.

First time visiting this theater to see Boneheffer. The seats were awesome! They reclined substantial amount and were heated. It made viewing the movie very comfortable. The feel of the theater was nostalgic, with usual concessions, a bar and arcade. I really liked the quotes from movies painted onto the flooring. We parked in the parking garage, but hit a snag when we validated our parking (upon exiting the parking lot, the machine would not accept our ticket and we had to contact the attendant, which took a couple of minutes). The validation issue was eventually resolved. Overall, the movie experience was okay, and I would probably return just based on proximity alone.

Had a great experience definitely worth the money heated and cooled seat with an arcade a few bars and many more amenities

Went to see a screening of Dogma with a Q&A featuring Kevin Smith. The screen and sound were great. The seating left something to be desired. We had assigned seating so we couldn't move. The seats offer heating or cooling, and they were recliners. But they had issues. Mine and my sister's seat coolers didn't work. And my chair would only recline to where you were either fully laying down or sitting straight up, feet on the ground. No in-between. Kind of annoying. It was also very hot in our theater. At the end of the night, our backs were sweating because of it. This was a $50 event. I wouldn't mind it for a regular show, but for an expensive event, I would avoid it.

The AMC RIVER EAST was beautiful, clean, airy and fun. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We will be going back soon 😀

Always clean, ambiance quiet, love they kept the STADIUM seating with adjustable leather seats and temperature options on them! This is my favorite AMC since 2004. I only wishe they would add 1 more PRIME and 1 more Dolby! Those new experiences would really make today's movies extraordinary ✨️

Google
This is a great AMC. They also have a bowling alley and arcade. They have an escalator, stairs, and an elevator. I love the AMC app . You can pick your own seats and order food. You also earn points. They do charge $5.95 for a convenience fee for having your tickets on your phone. They have 6 Coke dispensers and 2 icee machines. On the Coke machines they have a bunch of diet options. My favorite is Mr.Pibb Xtra zero. They do have a lot of different options other than popcorn and candy and the concessions. All the popcorn comes with zero butter. There is a pump where you put your own butter on. They also have a full bar . It has hard liquor and draft beer. The seats are extra comfy and recline. This time around the bathrooms were not clean like they usually are. On the 1st floor they have a parking kiosk to pay. Great movie theater and more.

First of all: sold us tickets to a theater for a different movie than what we want to see. Lilo & Stitch 3:30 as a result our tickets didn't exist in our theater or were already sold. It's your job to sell tickets. Get it right. Second: for 5 tickets it was almost 80 bucks like when did theaters get so friggin expensive!? And no it wasn't the 3d experience Third: our elevator on the way out felt like it was about to drop. Right before it stopped mid way to our floor. I've been on loads of elevators, hospitals, theaters, restaurants, stores, sketchy apartment buildings and this was the worst I've ever experienced. Everybody inside was like holy crap please no. Don't let us drop die or get stuck even. With prices that we're paying, everything should have been flawless and well maintained. I did not pay to arrive at my non seat and then maybe die on the way out! Do better guys!

Yelp
Four of us dropped in for a movie. I was not in charge of anything other than sitting down and enjoying myself, which I did. I didn't buy concessions, but others did. I can't speak to the purchasing process, but the items purchased were standard theatre fare. I was so impressed with the seating. We were not in a section that gets wait service, but I couldn't tell that by our seats. They reclined, they had a footrest, they were comfortable. So comfortable, in fact, that two of the four of us (not me) fell asleep during the movie! Many months later we were at an AMC in Newport, KY and had a very different experience. We live in Cincinnati and we're not driving to Chicago to see a movie, but if we lived nearby we might actually go to more movies at AMC River East 21. It was like watching a movie in our living room.

Yelp
Just watched Nezha 2, the seats are big and comfortable. The sound effects and screen are also large and clear. The overall environment is great, especially in the Saturday morning show. The combo options are good too. Both the curly fries and the burgers taste great, especially curly fries is my favor, but you have to wait for a while. This cinema can validate parking fee. The parking lot is very large. Remember to find the AMC cinema elevator. Once you park your car, you can get to AMC in 2FL conveniently. Parking fee is $25-$21, so it is a discounted price of $4 to watch a 2 hours movie.

Yelp
This is another nice theatre in the AMC chain in the River East area. You take escalators or the elevator up and the tickets counter is on the first level with the concessions, guest services and restrooms on the second level. They have big comfortable reclining seats and restrooms conveniently located at both ends. Parking can be pricey if you drive, but it is downtown. I use an app and park in a garage around the corner for less. There are nice restaurants in the area if you go out to eat before or after.

Yelp
Great chairs to watch the movies in. Seats can be heated and recline. Ordering my ticket was seamless. For popular movies, make sure you order early, since the theaters are not that big. Visuals and sound were great. Nice selection of concessions and access to bar.

Yelp
I recently watched "It ends with us" in this AMC and I must say the experience was good. You can buy ticket online or through the Amc app. As you enter, you have to take the elevators up to where your tickets are checked in. From there you take the elevator up to the audi levels. Sometimes they ask for your ids too. There is a separate queue for A listers. You can get a combo of large popcorn and beverage in the price of medium if you are an A-lister. I was so excited for the movie, I ended booking the second row as all shows were fully booked. I absolutely loved the recliners, they are were comfortable, huge, has a heating panel. I had a good experience watching a movie here.

Yelp
It has been years since I have been back to this theater! I used to go all the time because there are businesses/bars/etc. and it was a great place to pregame. I went to see Deadpool and Wolverine in their new real motion movie chairs! It was really comfortable and nice; the surround sound amazing. Food is still expensive lol but all movie there is. The location was clean and the customer service was very friendly. I did go during a slow midday Wednesday.

Yelp
Be careful when buying tickets on line. They trick you into signing up for a monthly fee

Yelp
This has been my go-to theater for many years, mostly because it's walking distance from where I live and has matinee specials. However, it's 2024 and it seems they have remodeled!! I was in theater #2 so it was smaller but it had brand new flooring and nice leather recliner seats. Everything was clean and sound/picture quality was great. Be sure to check the website/app for offers or specials before you go, otherwise food+drink can get very pricey. This theater seems to have the standard popcorn, sodas, and candies but also food like sliders, flatbread pizza, etc. In addition, there's a bar for those that want an alcoholic selection. Love that they have these options as part of their full movie-going experience.

Yelp
Probably the nicest theater I've ever been in. The seats were recliners and even had heat/cool feature. Very nice feature.

Yelp
Great way to blow a few hours while chilling in the windy city. They have a great assortment of games, food, and drinks.

Yelp
After coming here for a 2:50pm showing of Deadpool/Wolverine I understand why people aren't going back to the theaters. We ordered a popcorn and water so we didn't have to wait in line but it never came up in the pickup area. So had to get in line with several others looking for their pickup orders. The inside of the theater was absolutely disgusting! Apparently they don't clean up in-between shows. Theater filled with trash, seats had crap all over them. Even the garbage cans were overfilling with trash. Next time I'll pay the $19.99 and watch it home.
google avatar

Yelp
Excellent theater. Seats are comfy and first time having a seat heater at a theater. No glass in between rows was nice. Sound was perfect. Screen was clear and nice. Great location

Yelp
We will see how this holds up over time, but their remodel is SO NICE. I stopped coming to this AMC for a while for several reasons. Because it's in such a busy area, it attracts a lot of tourists and young kids who sometimes aren't the best mannered movie patrons. With this also comes the general lack of care to the environment, and the seats were super uncomfortable and disgusting, and the sound was terrible. But this remodel is REMARKABLE. Brand new leather recliners in every theater, a huge amount of options for movies, heated seats, wooden floors, great sound. I've seen four movies here in the past few months and it's remarkable. Only con for me is the lack of affordable parking around, but nothing a longer trip on public transit can't fix! Again I am hopeful this remodel will be taken care of and well maintained!

Yelp
It has been such a long time since we last went to a screening. I missed going to the movie screenings. I missed seeing the movies on the big screen. AMC held a free movie screening On Wednesday evening, we saw "Champions" at AMC. The centered around a basketball coach who started to coach a special needs basketball team. After the screening, I walked around the hallway. I enjoyed looking at the famous movie stars of yesterday past and today. I love the nostalgia of theatre and films. They bring culture, history, social and societal aspects to life on the screen.

Yelp
This experience at this theater was beyond horrible. First of all, the cashier was not paying attention, was rude, didn't know how to do things, refused to help us and when asked for a manager she had attitude. When the manager was called, her name was Agnes, two managers approached us like we were criminals. I felt unsafe as did my boyfriend because they had an aggressive attitude and stance. We are both A-list members and we were treated as lower class citizens (even though my boyfriend was wearing a suit and I was wearing a dress). Definitely discrimination. We were both A-list members and my boyfriend had trouble with his account because the people AMC A-list team messed up, suspended his account, without fixing it as they previously said they would, which caused issues. Me and my boyfriend were there for a birthday celebration, we informed the manager that it was my birthday, we informed the manager that we were repeat customer to that theater, we informed the manager that we were reviewers for a popular travel magazine. Management said they couldn't do anything about the A-list matter, and couldn't offer a ticket. Then we had a promotion for a discount ticket but management refused to honor the discount ticket claiming they didn't know how to use the promotion or apply it and they grew more hostile to the point were unprofessional and scary. We then asked for one courtesy ticket due to the circumstances. They refused. Overall this was a horrible experience and we do not plan on coming again. They really did not listen to what he had to say. Even if they would have given us the ticket we would have missed the movie anyways. We parked in the AMC theatre parking lot which may have not been owned by AMC. We paid for parking and lost the money ($22). Managers at AMC theatre told us to talk to the parking guy in the parking garage and tell him what happened. While we didn't take any validation from AMC, when we talked to the parking guy he said even if one of the managers from AMC would have talked to him the parking would not be refunded anyways. It's just professional reviewers intent to not only contact corporate but file a lawsuit against AMC for breach of contract for not honoring the terms of an A-list membership. This is why people don't come to AMC and AMC is losing money.

Yelp
Dequan the concession salesman greeted us with the biggest smile and made us feel welcome. A rare occasion these days. Then we saw the most amazing movie called Here with Tom Hanks. A great day !So glad the theater is open.

Yelp
Note to Nicole Kidman this place does not make movies better at all! The complete opposite is the case. All around a terrible movie going experience...Between the roving youth gangs after 8pm causing the lock down of the theater so patrons had to be ushered in by elevator to the upstairs theater for safety meanwhile having to come thru them in the foyer with all the escalators turned off...not to smart...Just close down theater and refund money...duh Then there is the stale popcorn and unclean restrooms and the movie theater feeling like it's 100 degrees...Yet the air was turned on for the (what felt like)15 trailers making a 2 hour film like a 3 hour film...The amount of trailers shown is ridiculous at this place...By the time the film came on I forgot what I was watching...lol Did I mention the temperature in this place was at sweatbox levels. I should have went to the amazing Alamo Drafthouse or Evanston theater. I will never be back to this dump.
google avatar

Miriam W.

Yelp
The things I like about this movie theater are its location, within walking distance to my home and close to lots of restaurants, the amount of screens, which means more choices when looking for something new and fun to go see, and the reclining chairs...especially the reclining chairs. The space is getting a bit rough around the edges, and it's time for an upgrade and some renovations, especially in the ladies rooms, where some toilets need to be replaced, with water on the floor around them...yuck, and really dated surfaces. I'll keep coming here, for the first 3 reasons, but I'll applaud when they close for renovations.
google avatar

Yelp
I've been to this theater a few times. It's nice but in a busier neighborhood than mine and it takes a little walk to get to that why I usually head to this theater for special events such as screening and premiers. But it's a great choice if you're in River North. Perfect to follow up a day walking around the Navy Pier, Michigan Ave shops, or any of the many attractions in the area. Yeah it's kinda the other touristy theater other than the loop. It's good. Feels very mall-ish and typical.l like it could be anywhere. But does the job.
google avatar

Yelp
Located on Illinois Street, this special theater has wonderful stars studded murals. Often offering posters and an extended menu, this place also has a bar, escalator, and elevators. I saw Polite Society. It was a coming of age, adventure fantasy movie filled with some Pakistan culture, drama of teens, beautiful costumes, amazing music, and surprisingly flowing martial arts, and a surprise ending.
google avatar

Mandy K.

Yelp
Got luck and had the theatre to myself. So no complaints ha. Seats are so comfy! And HEATED!! I was in Auditorium 19.
google avatar

Shelby B.

Yelp
Unfortunately the theatre was hot as hell even during our movie. Love that they have a bar though!
google avatar

Luis C.

Yelp
Place is awesome, options for entertainment other than movies. Everything went well! Bowling, pool, arcade, thats just a few options.
google avatar

Luis R.

Yelp
Cool spot, with a really nice arcade on the second floor. There were a lot of games, and some TVs. There's also a nice bowling area with a bunch more TV's. The seats in the theatre itself were comfortable and clean. They also had heat warmers, which was nice. The staff was all pretty firendly. I would definitely come back here to watch a movie when in the area again.

Hitva P.

Yelp
The experience was horrible. The employees are so rude. They don't know how to talk to a customer. The ticket checker was very rude. He didn't talk to us nicely. I know there was bit of our mistake that we didn't brought id with us as we didn't knew they need id to watch movie. I visit this theatre since last three years they didn't asked id any time. As i am an international student I don't have any state id and i cant carry passport everywhere. I had it in my phone and they didn't mentioned on ticket that we need id. They could have explained this to us nicely and sweetly instead he was showing us attitude and was speaking to us like he was something. I felt he was racist and he doesn't like Indians specifically. He made me cry on the spot. So bad experience hated it. Spoiled my day seriously!
google avatar

Spencer F.

Yelp
I enjoy watching new movies that come out in theaters. This movie theater seems to always have tickets available for the movies I want to see. The location is really nice as it is also within walking distance to tons of restaurants nearby. I usually go for dinner and drinks with my wife before seeing a movie afterward. The reclining chairs are nice and make the experience really enjoyable. The only downside is the parking in this location. There is no parking and it is expensive. They could also use some upgrades but overall a nice experience.
google avatar

Zack R.

Yelp
This theater used to be a gem. Now it's totally run down. It takes 15-20 minutes to get through the concession line. Only one out of the four butter machines work. Only one out of the six soda machines had soda, and only one out of the six soda machines had ice (both on opposite sides). The men's room was out of soap, out of paper towels, and the floors and urinals look like they haven't been cleaned in months. The floors are trashed throughout the entire place. The escalators have so much dirt and dust built up, it's embarrassing to say this was once Chicago's best movie theater. Absolutely disgusting.
google avatar

Sidrah A.

Yelp
This theater is mediocre, but I knocked a star off because of how confusing their parking validation process is. There's a sign that says that validation happens at the box office, but when we went to the box office after the movie, they told us to go back upstairs and validate it at guest services. When we tried to go upstairs, a staff member started yelling at us, saying that only 1 person could go upstairs to validate the ticket. When we asked why, the staff member started shouting at us even louder. When I pointed out that the sign was incorrect, he told me to "take it up with corporate" lol. When I talked to the guy at the box office about it since he directed us there to begin with, he told me he "didn't have the memory to bring this to management" and that I should go to guest services if I have feedback... the exact place they prevented us from going... There are better places to watch movies - spend your money elsewhere. Btw, after all of that, we only saved $2 on parking with validation lol. What a joke!

Shawn M.

Yelp
The staff is friendly, the seats are comfy and it is pretty clean! You can adjust the hot seat as well. The popcorn caramel is not bad.
google avatar

Jon F.

Yelp
This is mostly going to be about the - PARKING - but also about the screen size. I'll start out and say you can spot hero across the street for $10. Just do that. For more detail - current parking situation is $22 validated or $42 for 2-8 hours if you miss the validation. You validate up in guest services so bring your ticket with you. We saw a late movie, and I was about to be real disappointed until I realized I could run up the down escalators to make it to the top (since the up escalators were gated off). So BRING THE TICKET WITH YOU if you park here. The validation box is just to the left when you get off the escalators at the top, across from the concessions. The entrance to the garage is immediately on the north side of the street when you turn on Illinois if you are turning off of Columbus. The exit is on Grand and your GPS probably won't work when you come out of the garage so pay attention. The other parking options are street - $4.75/hr if you can find a spot, but max 2 hours and goes till midnight or various other garages that aren't much better other than the $10 spot hero garage. Obviously, public transportation is preferred here. The bathroom situation was slightly weird - none in the main area, but there are some in the ticket lobby. There are bathrooms on the edges of the wings that were nice enough. I was thankful that they had 70mm film projection for my film, but things didn't seem totally calibrated (though it certainly was not bad, it seemed like they could do a little better considering the premium). The concession line was too long to wait for, so I didn't get to experience the pricing there. I have 2 images attached - one from River East and one from AMC Crestwood. I'm not sure if this is an AMC site bug, but I think the screen sizes are probably the same in these 2 theaters. The AMC site makes River East look like it has a huge screen, but as far as I can tell that is misleading. River East has 20 seats wide of older seats, and the edge seats are beyond the screen. The Crestwood theater from the second picture is not as deep but has 18 wider/nicer reclining seats. All in all it is nice to have a theater here, but I wouldn't go out of my way for it unless you have a specific reason to do so.

Yelp
Great experience again! Theater was clean and the popcorn was fresh! Employees were kind and attentive.

Yelp
We came here to watch a double feature ! This place is awesome since it has bowling attached to it plus the arcade . Staff was very efficient and kind . We bought our tickets on the AMC app. So we just went to the guy sitting and he scanned us in and we went up the stairs to the top floor and got a drink and then headed to our movie . The seats were in pristine condition and worked ! We reclined and relaxed as we watched Spider-Man and then went to another theatre to watch transformers . Both theatres 10 and 4 were clean and seats worked . Bathroom : there was no toilet paper in stalls like two of them and bathrooms were quite dirty

Yelp
It used to feel a little special experiencing a movie here. I went to see Creed III, and while the movie was great, the theater was far from it. The theater is still nice, but the amenities that used to make it great are gone. They no longer deliver food to your seat, the menu has been greatly reduced, and the items that are still on it are likely to suck. I used to brag on their hamburgers and their fries, but neither are available anymore. The popcorn is fine, but you need to take a class to get a soda. The sound system is great. I was ducking just listening to those punches. But the chicken tenders, with no fries, were way to salty, out of the 4, I got all the way through 1, thank you Buffalo Sauce. Hopefully they will return to form, until they do, I'll avoid this theater.

Joseph H.

Yelp
Awesome matinee experience. Everyone was friendly from the moment I waked in ( ticket counter, concessions, and the cleaners) best AMC theater I have been to.
google avatar

Yelp
It was an incredible experience to see The Godfather (1972) in the Dolby theater. Mr Coppola even recorded a quick video before the show, thanking us for coming to see his film after 50 years.

Michael T.

Yelp
I have been going to AMC River East 21 for years, and even though it is a bit of a trip to get there (40+ minutes), I still check their listings weekly. This particular location is very good at giving you a selection of foreign films (especially Chinese) weekly. That is probably why it is always on my radar. Yes, all AMCs have taken a hit in terms of quality since COVID, but I feel they really put in an effort to keep this theater clean and running. The parking is a drag. But so what, parking in Chicago is a drag period. I never park in their garage, I have better options in the area any way. And I always make my trip to a movie there part of an outing any way. So people can complain all they want, but good luck finding the selection they present anywhere else in Chicago, Illinois, or anywhere else for that matter, short of New York, Los Angeles or Seattle.

Yelp
Went in for a screener I was invited to. The place is actually clean now. Bathrooms had some pee on the floor, but not nearly as bad as it was years ago. In the theater there was actually no messes or sticky gunk which was a pleasant surprise, but could've just been the row we were in. The staff was nice albeit they mostly just said a few words or just went about their day without acknowledging most customers' existence which is fine by me. It earned an extra 2 stars today. 3 out of 5 stars

Yelp
Chile, I went to go see Megan lastnight and I just could not believe how the trash bins were filled to the top before the preview's started... weird? or just nasty asl? Man y'all did not clean that place at all it was like cups everywhere, trash everywhere. SMH. I definitely won't be back. This use to be my favorite spot.

Yelp
This used to be my go-to theatre before COVID but since going back last week to see Halloween kills, it was a very bad experience. Ordering our drinks was super easy and the worker taking our order was super nice. The problem was when we went to our seats, one guy had taken them and put his garbage everywhere. . I assume he took our seats because he was using the wall outlet to charge his phone. I had checked the app to see if any seats by us were taken but no. We shouldn't have been near anyone. During the movie, he was constantly having cough attacks and clearing his throat so loudly that he would have to get up and leave the theatre. At one point, he brought someone to talk to him near his seat. We moved away from where he was sitting but his cough attacks were still super loud and honestly made it too gross to consume my drink. I know that it's hard to avoid talking during the movie, but during these COVID times, please just stay home if you can't stop coughing.

Yelp
Took our family here when in Chicago for our youngest son's graduation from Navy RTC. I bought the tickets in advance to see Godzilla x Kong. The theater was nice and the sound was amazing, but the cleanliness left much to be desired. I'm not talking about a piece of popcorn here and there, but a whole bucket on seats after they supposedly cleaned the place. The main issue I have is they charged $7.66 service fee on top of the tickets. So, I guess this is what we are doing now? The customer, who pays for the movie, also is responsible to pay for your payroll increases as well? What a joke. Further, we parked in the parking garage and was told to get our ticket validated, so we did; however, when leaving the machine would not let us out without paying the $42 parking fee. We only parked for three and a half hours and was supposed to be good for up to five hours. We ended up paying to get out and when I called to contest the issue, was told they only do credits, so I have to dispute it with my credit card company. The parking is a scam! We will never visit this state again!

Yelp
I caught a morning show, and at the scheduled time the show didn't start. There was no word from the staff, and the movie started over 30 minutes late - sound only, no picture. Once the images appeared we were already into the story. I missed the opening! As a one time thing, hey, this can happen. But I'd been to the same location 2 weeks earlier and the movie started 45 minutes late! Someone came out that time to say they were "working on it". It's apparent that the equipment simply needs to be replaced. After leaving the theatre for this recent show, there were people in the hall from a neighboring feature complaining that their film had no sound in the beginning. So it's throughout the theatre. When you add to this whole thing the fact that 2 toilets leaked water, and the escalators didn't work, this sounds pretty shabby to be AMC. But hey, I got a re-admit pass one of the times. No refund, just in case I want to come back and take a chance that AMC has their act together. That's what's needed. Get your act together. This was a premiere theatre in the downtown area, and it's really fallen. The staff was friendly and nice, but the theatre is falling apart.

Yelp
Came here to see the new Oppenheimer movie. First time at this theater. I got the pretzel with cheese, flavorless and quite disappointing for $8. My buddy got the popcorn, which is a staple. I regret not getting the popcorn as well. The movie was good, the seats were relatively comfortable and the theater was relatively clean. Was a nice theater with an indoor bowling alley and an arcade as well, lots of things to do for fun! Will definitely be returning, just won't be getting the pretzels next time around

Yelp
Used to be my go-to theatre. Unfortunately it's disgusting. They also advertised a special drink for the new Jurassic movie but wasn't even open before the movie. Fresh popcorn is unavailable and one of the slushie machines never works.

Yelp
Great theatre very clean and upscale. Customer service is on point and they have other things to do while you wait.

Yelp
Over priced for what you get. The movie theater has not been renovated to have the leg rest seats that need theaters have. Validated parking is 19 dollars. We went here because we wanted to see Till. If you want to see Till I suggest waiting until it gets to other cheaper, more comfortable venues.

Yelp
I used to come here often as my go-to movie theatre. The main reason is because the validated parking rate was such a great deal (I think it was around $10). Now it is significantly more (close to $20). Granted, the theatre is assessable via public transportation! As to the theatre itself, the stadium seats (which are reserved when purchasing the ticket) have shown their wear over the years. The screen and sound quality is good. Tickets are decently priced for Chicago and for prime viewing time.

Yelp
I was SO resistant to multiplexes but I have come to like this one, for the most part. The huge lobby is ideal for the Chicago International Film Fest(you gotta get to this), where they have ticket booths and press in some areas, plus the entrance to the arcade/game room off to the side. Now the RUSH tickets are downstairs when you come in. I hope they keep it heated there, this IS October! When I went to just purchase tickets for the film and I saw VIOLA DAVIS giving an interview. The film fest volunteers were shooing us away from within 20-30 feet of the press area if we didn't have tickets for that night. (not fond of that but ok) The bar and tv upstairs are a good addition to a theater. They only sell 2 drinks max per patron so we don't have drunks disrupting movies(that's what phones are for!) I like the 'Premier Butt in LIne' area too if you are an AMC Member. They have those cool Coke Beverage self-serve machines with thousands of combinations of drinks. They have chicken strips, pizza, pretzels if you don't want popcorn (which I love TOO much) and at THIS theater you can order concessions in advance online and pick up when you arrive. Definitely something to consider when a film fest is on!

Yelp
I came here for a movie screen during the week. Don't get me wrong this is a very nice and clean theater. I loved the artwork of different movies that were displayed along the hallways. You would think ok it's located downtown top service, a nice place to come and enjoy a movie. Well no. Even on the weekday it is a bit crowd and to my surprise very loud. The customer service is even worst. Just not organized and unprofessional.
