Where to Drink at the Movies in Boston | Eater Boston

"MacGuffins Bar is beginning to feel like this map’s MacGuffin. Anyway, it’s more of the same with this AMC. It’s equipped with IMAX capabilities, so go see something breathtaking while sipping on something cold and crisp. After, check out Dorchester Brewing Company nearby for more beer." - Terrence Doyle

I don't go to the theater very often. Maybe two or three times a year. From now on I know to eat before I go. I will never again buy anything more than the overpriced drinks. I ordered 3 curley fries. Paid $8 each and received a handful of fries in each box. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Saw a film in one of the Imax theaters, the picture was excellent and the sound quality was superb, but it was WAY too loud, genuinely to the point of pain. Luckily, I discovered this early enough to run out to the lobby to grab some napkins to make some makeshift earplugs. Aside from the ridiculously high volume, the theater just wasn't clean. There was a lot of trash behind the seats and in the cup holders, and a lot of the chairs/armrests were either greasy or sticky.

We come to this place for, popcorn-strewn floors and sticky seats. Let's start with the positives, shall we? The Dolby Cinema is amazing. The sound and picture quality are so incredible, I felt like I was living inside the movie. And the seats? Oh, the seats! So comfortable, you'll forget you're in a public space and not your own living room. The IMAX theater is also quite the spectacle. The screen is so big, and the sound is great. It's like having a personal concert in your ears. However, it seems like AMC decided to cram as many seats as possible in there, sacrificing comfort for the sake of profit. The seats in the IMAX theater don’t recline! Now, let's talk about the not-so-stellar aspects of my visit. This place is about as clean as the sidewalk at Mass and Cass. Trash and popcorn are scattered everywhere, and the overflowing trash cans make you wonder if anyone is working to clean this place. The bathrooms? Some of the most disgusting ones I’ve seen, on par with a highway rest stop. But wait, there's more! Inside the theater, you'll find a treasure trove of delights, like sticky seats and trash left behind by previous patrons. It's like a scavenger hunt, but instead of finding treasure, you're finding remnants of someone else's movie experience. How thoughtful of AMC to provide such an interactive adventure! If you're looking for a great cinematic experience that combines the best in sound and picture quality buy tickets to the Dolby theater but expect them to come with a side of popcorn-strewn floors and sticky seats.

Do you like your theaters crowded, dirty, and old? Then go somewhere else! As far as I know, this is the best theater AMC has to offer in the Greater Boston area… One could say it has pretty much single-handedly changed South Bay for the better.

The fact that there is two 19-year-olds and a 20-year-old are trying to get in and watch Deadpool and Wolverine and turned away because they need somebody with a ID, they didn’t have a physical one. But They had a picture of their ID and the fact that they still couldn’t work with them for that is ridiculous , when I came with the ID. I was forced to buy a ticket. Because that is the only way I can bring them upstairs. I brought them upstairs and then I proceeded to leave. There was a woman that followed us and told them they can’t come back here because of that I walked them upstairs and then left! this is literally uncalled for it’s a movie a 17+ movie, why would I have to go through all of that just so 18+ can see the movie? After the fact that I already showed them an ID! After the fact that they offered to show a picture of their permit ID because they didn’t receive the actual copy yet!!!! That was totally uncalled for and they definitely could have worked with them and let them see the movie knowing that they’ve been there numerous times, where we came to watch a movie that was rated R with no problem and no IDs were asked for! we may not have seen that guy before, but it’s the fact we have seen numerous movie even my two kids 16 and 17 have been in there to see rated R movies without me with no problem. I will be taking this up with corporate because the fact that I had to spend money on a movie I already seen. That was horrible customer service they could have definitely let them through and said just bring it next time especially if they came with someone else that’s an adult that was definitely uncalled for and caused an issue. Because they wasn’t minors. All three were over 18 just didn’t have a physical ID and the fact that they couldn’t accept a picture for once was ridiculous and caused four people to lash out and caused a scene to be happening in your establishment. They could’ve definitely avoided that! But instead, the fact that they were laughing shows exactly what type of personalities they have and Care with nowhere around! It was not making the situation better. Doing stuff like that instead of being professional that can cause serious problems because at the end of the day you don’t know what other people are going through and why they are taking the time out to go see a movie to relieve stress or whatever it is that they came there for this was extremely unacceptable customer service!!!!

Google
Quality theater, but big miss on concessions and facilities Went on a rainy Sunday for a matinee. Booked online tickets 30 min before movie, theater was pretty full, but still had decent seats in Theater 1. My only complaint about the actual movie/theater was the sound level was over 100dB throughout the movie, would have been just a little more enjoyable if it was 10-20dB softer. Other issues I had included: soapy pretzels, cross-contaminated fountain soda, difficulty accessing my online ticket, and the bathroom was out of paper towels and the hand dryer wasn’t working. My biggest complaint was spending $8+ for pretzel bites only to have them taste soapy and were inedible. Additionally, they have the all-in-one coke dispenser and I selected Coke Zero but it clearly had a cherry coke or some fruity after taste. I’m fine paying a premium for food and drink at a theater as long as the food meets expectations and here it fell very short. Other issue I experienced was no service and couldn’t pull up my online ticket. Fortunately had a screen shot of the confirmation number, but one would think this issue would have been addressed by now. Also, the bathroom had no paper towels and a number of the sensors for the soap, sink, and dryers were not working. Walked out with wet hands. Will be back due to limited options, and really hope they step up their game. I have had good experiences here before but for now it’s hard to give them above 3 stars based on my most recent experience.

They took our children out of the theater with no warning then called the cops when we asked for a refund further escalating the situation. We just wanted to see the new Jurassic park and ended up getting treated like criminals

Clean place, bathroom also was clean, wasn't crowded at 12:30 pm show on Saturday. Wasn't noisy. Everytime I go there it's pleasant. You can use the kiosk to buy your ticket or print out previous online purchased tickets.

Yelp
Every time I go to this theatre in Southbay location (Boston) I leave thinking the same. The way have the volume WAY too loud! Makes it uncomfortable for me.

Yelp
We were in theater seven seeing the movie The Fire inside, which was a great movie about a female boxer who won the Olympic gold medal. The theater had plenty of room. Very spacious aisles and comfy seats.

Yelp
The bathrooms were filthy but I had a nice experience watching the new joker movie. The chairs are a little uncomfortable if you're cuddling with someone else.

Shin R.

Yelp
I've watched two movies here in the IMAX Theatre. Godzilla and Mission Impossible. I do not know who designed the seats to be the most uncomfortable seats I've ever sat in for a theatre. It not only doesn't recline, but it's actually leaning forward so your head is just in flexion the entire time. It's unbelievably uncomfortable. I won't be going here any longer for movies, not when there's actual good seats at AMC Braintree and Showcase Cinema Randolph. Again, just imagine refitting the entire theatre with good quality seats, and somehow making them more uncomfortable then before. It sucks.
google avatar

Yelp
The bathroom was disgusting. Just about all the stalls had toilets full of stuff. The clean ones either had no doors or no locks. No soap or paper towels. As someone who needs to use the bathroom right before and right after a movie this really spoiled it. The theater was great. IMAX is my favorite but not sure if I can go back if I can't use the restroom

Yelp
First time at this theater. Very busy shopping area at Southbay, packed on a Saturday. The mural of Hollywood stars greeting you on the way up the escalator is a nice touch. Got my tix via kiosk, and headed to my seat. There was popcorn in my seat, but the chair was comfortable and reclined. Other than the rouge chair popcorn, I'd say the theater was clean and I was able to see a movie there which wasn't playing at my local theater.

Yelp
The security staff were so rude. I didn't receive any respect from the staff. When I arrived, I didn't even see any staff at the checking counter. I went in and someone called me back. I came back and apologized to the staff. I told him that I thought the checking counter was upstairs. He said what? I repeated my word and he also said I don't know what you said. He checked my ID because the movie was requested. But he gave his co-workers to check my ID and asked for details about my name, ..... I was upset, they didn't respect me. It's not happened to another AMC. Here is my first time coming here and I never come back.

Yelp
I had a good movie experience however when I went to close the restroom door, the whole door fell on me in the ladies room and I ended up getting a little bruise on my thumb. I went to guest services and they asked if I was ok. They didn't even offer me tickets or anything as an apology for this awful experience.

Yelp
Nice seats. No lines. Easy parking. The issue is no one cares to clean the place. Over flowing garbage cans. Trash in the aisles. Unclean seats. Does the theater management or workers care?

Yelp
This is absolutely our favorite theater in the entire Boston area. It's definitely more entertaining than the ones on downtown Boston. Well worth the drive here.

Kacey R.

Yelp
Great location and I love they show movies I couldn't find at other places. Parking is easy. The theatres I've been in are clean with comfy seats. Bathrooms are not the best but that's a public restroom for you.

Yelp
Nice comfy seats and clean bathrooms. High quality movie screen and everyone working there was very nice.

Yelp
The two stars are only for the venue and not the movie we saw this past Friday. The Women King was phenomenal! What killed the excitement was the unbearably long lines at the concession stand - only 2 people at the register. The floors with popcorn and butter strewn around causing a hazard. The lack of customer service skills from the staff that was there. And the worst moment (I wish I had pics!) the ladies room. I was in theater 9 so it's the one closest to that theater. It was gross! Clogged toilets in the stalls with wet trails of tissue littering the floors. Sinks with puddles on them and no paper towels. It was super disappointing. Then when we're walking out someone had spilled a large red drink right near the bar. Adding to an already chaotic environment. I probably won't return to that theater for a long while. One pro was the free parking!

Yelp
AMC South Bay has spacious theatres, recliner seats, and a food counter, like most theatres. It's in a great location and the theatre is clean which is a big plus, but some of the recliners look like they don't work because the lights on the chair aren't on. Good place to stop for a movie, and there are plenty of local food choices nearby for before or after.

James O.

Yelp
Horrible place, @IMAX @AMC Fire the intern that was tweaking the audio on Friday night at 10.30pm show for Oppenheimer in Auditorium 1 on the date July 28th, 2023. It was so loud that I would never watch or buy a DOLBY product again. How can these people get access to do that. It was so loud that it could lead to possible ear damage, more than 100db.

Yelp
Went there to see Tom Gun: Maverick and kill time before a hair appointment. Standard AMC theater (which is a good thing) with reclinable seats (at least the theater I was in, #2). Not super busy on a June Saturday noon. Staff polite, facility clean. Located in a large outdoor mall with anchor stores like Home Depot, Target, Bed Bath and Beyond, Marshalls, and smaller or specialty shops like J.P. Licks, Carters, etc. Dining options include Wahlburgers, Olive Garden, Starbuck, Panera, and other restaurants. Free parking in a garage across from the theater and a large outdoor lot around the corner. A great place for one-stop-shopping/entertainment! Will be back.

Yelp
This was a solid option to watch a movie in Boston. I recommend showing up to the first / second showing of the day as the theatre itself was alright clean. (No sticky floor or popcorn strewn on the floor, but there is a wrapper stuck between the cushions.) There was a fly though that kept buzzing inside the auditorium. The controls for the reclining chairs needed to be tapped slightly harder than expected. (It light up red when in use.) Tickets were easy to buy in person as the workers knew how to use the movie ticket vouchers. Bathrooms were surprisingly clean and did not have the old popcorn theatre smells.

Yelp
Love the seating. Restroom has been clean. I think the escalator is interesting and kind of fun to go up on.

Yelp
This is a relatively new movie theater tucked away in a shopping and residential development. If you weren't looking for it, you could easily drive by and not notice it. Getting to the theater and knowing where to park can be somewhat of a hassle. The name of the movie theater is slightly misleading. It's not really in the South Bay Shopping Center but in the new development right next to it. The movie theater entrance is down one of the side streets in the development and the parking garage you can use for free is the building across the street. The lobby and the theater itself is clean and the staff is friendly.

Yelp
Me and my lovely family was fantastic night until we went to this movie theater!!! Fucking movie took 33 mins to start then they play the trailers again then it went black !!!
google avatar

Catie C.

Yelp
Post lockdown.. they don't clean seats between shows and the AC is at bare minimum. The past couple times. The lights are all off in Cinema 1 before showtime of Black Widow. Border line of breaking a sweat waiting for show to start. Removing this location of future movie dates.
google avatar

Linda A.

Yelp
It's a movie theater all right. It's pretty new (writing this early 2019). It's in a busy shopping area which can go either way. You can grab a coffee or ice cream before or after your show or you can rack up steps when trying to find parking. The theater we were in was pretty clean. on our way to the theater there was a massive amount of spilled soda. The seats are really close together. Great for cuddling and bad for sitting next to someone who has their phone out the entire movie. The concessions are kind of limited but basic fare- popcorn, candy, coke free style machines. Screen and sound were fine not amazing but I was really distracted the entire movie by talking/ random noises and cellphones. I know there's not an Alamo draft house here but there really needs to be. I'm no Emily Post but I think I may be getting too old to watch movies in theaters. Points for not overcharging and decent comfort, (most definitely the nicest AMC I've been to in a while) but loses points for overall moviegoing experience. Will probably give it another shot.

Yelp
Came to see the Legend of Shang Chi on the day before it's premier. We rolled in right as the film started after obtaining our snacks and Icees. Seats were comfortable but definitely weren't cleaned in between showings. Seems like most of the cleaning is dependent on the audience prior. Trash barrels are full by the time we excited the theater but fortunately there were more in the opening hallway. Overall, traditional experience and would come if in the South Bay Area again.

Yelp
I came here on a Sunday afternoon to watch Shazam. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean the theatre was and how comfy the chairs were. I parked in the deck, which was free, and were ordered our tickets in advance. There was a bit of a line to actually get into the theatre due to some kind of technical issue, but after that it was smooth sailing. We were in theatre 9 and our seats reclined, which was great because I have to play the guessing game with which theatre offers this option for all seats and not just specific ones.
google avatar

CC C.

Yelp
Really like this AMC. Super convenient for when I visit my best friend because it's a five minute walk for us from her house. The new stores in the area make it worth going to. The seats are the newer ones that recline. You have to purchase and sit on the correct seat or it will not recline for you. Food is also decent with an option for the largest pretzel I've ever seen. It's literally 6 pretzels in one huge one. Insane. I've not had any issues with service. I tend to buy my tickets online so I bypass that portion. The attendants at the food counter seem young but competent so no issues there. New, nice, and the shiny hasn't worn off yet. Lots of new shops in the area as well.

Abunatu T.

Yelp
they kicked us out for no reason saying that we were making TikTok's in the theater but we were making them in the bathroom, and I think it's bc our color. because being a black african this makes me feel attacked. the service was terrible that we even found a dead bug in our popcorn.

Yelp
I saw Tenet on IMAX in Theater 1 last night (9/13/20) at 8:30pm. I've been looking forward to this movie since it's announcement, and it was amazing. However, Christopher Nolan gets credit for the movie being pure genius, and AMC South Bay only gets credit for the two employees who absolutely ruined my night at the very end. So, I wanted to stay and watch the full credits because: A) The people who made the movie deserve to have their names read B) The soundtrack for this movie is FANTASTIC C) you never know if there's something after the credits (there probably wasn't for this film, but you never know) I've watched the credits for every movie I've ever gone to see and it's never been a problem. No theater has ever asked me to leave. So it was incredibly disappointing when Rick came up to me a a couple minutes into the credits and said, rather passive-aggressively, "You're the last one here." I said back, "I know, I want to watch the credits." He kept trying to intimidate me into leaving and I stood my ground, but I was VERY uncomfortable because he kept standing near me and glaring at me. Then Kentisha (sorry if I spelled that wrong) came up behind me and tried to tell me that "it's on a timer" and it would "turn off automatically before the credits end". I knew that was a lie because theaters have to show the film in its entirety, but I felt intimidated, surrounded, and honestly about to cry, so I grabbed my stuff and walked out. This was the most frustrating and embarassing experience I've ever had at a theater. I was considering coming back to see Tenet a second time but now I am definitely not going to. So thanks again, Rick and Kentisha, for ruining a night I looked forward to for a year.

Yelp
Came to watch a movie on a Friday night with my friend. It was pretty busy as expected. There was only one person checking tickets so the process was slow, causing a line. Once upstairs, the concessions line was organizing in a weird way, that made it seem as if it was closed. My friend is a stubs member, so we were on that line, yet it was very disorganized and folks just all moved over to our line. The seats recline, but not fully.
google avatar

Chris C.

Yelp
Staff doesn't give a c$ap, bathrooms are dirty, the built recliners that don't recline all the way, and it's a brand new theatre. My first visit I was bitched out by a couple who spent the entire time taking and told me "we paid to be able to talk if we want" and this time the preshow "entertainment" isn't working. This is just disappointing.
google avatar

Lucia Y.

Yelp
This theater is one where you are able to pick your seats in advance as they are the larger chairs that recline and are much more comfortable. It is worth the extra price in my opinion, but I would suggest always buying your ticket in advance so if you're going with someone you can sit next to them, since there are fewer seats. The theatre is brand new at this point, but not really kept up. Walking into a movie the trash is not thrown out, there's still popcorn and general garbage lying around from the previous movie. It's not kept after, and it shows. The staff is not particularly bad, but they're not stellar. Maybe lazy is the word? The last thing is the concession stand, it's not great and also bizzare. Popcorn and candy you pick up yourself and then wait in line to pay (I just think about all the germs with people swiping handfuls of popcorn on their own). Then theres somehow a second line to separately order hot food (although there are probably 3-4 options at max). And then a 3rd VIP line? And then an entire separate line for beer/drinks. Overall- it has the potential to be great if staff made some changes. I still enjoy coming here, but it's not my go to theatre.

Yelp
The good: - Everything is new and shiny (for now) - Plenty of parking in garage (but will prob change once all the stores in that area open up, like Assembly) - Location is convenient, close to other stores - Reserved seats, but I think all AMCs do that now - Each row has its own barrier, so no more person from behind putting their feet/shoes next to your head - There's a bar The bad: - Seats don't recline all the way and also more narrow than other AMCs. Not a problem for me, but if you are big + tall, you won't have wiggle room - Middle armrest does not go up (sorry couples!) - Buttons to recline were greasy. Gross! - Movie started at 4:15, and the screen was blank until 4:15. Kinda weird, at least play some commercials. I prefer the Braintree AMC over this one and I would only come here if tickets are sold out elsewhere.
google avatar

Jason A.

Yelp
You would think AMC would put a little more thought and effort into designing a brand new theater, but it is like their corporate offices took a vacation when building the AMC South Bay Center. Let me explain what doesn't make sense: 1. The front lobby area is literally a cave, big enough to put Gillette Stadium inside. And it serves no purpose whatsoever. Instead of having any functional use to this space, you just see old folks walking laps around in the wintertime to get their steps in. 2. The reclining seats don't recline as much as they do at other nearby theaters, like the Regal in Fenway. Not sure why this was part of the design. 3. Front row seats do not recline at all. Again, not sure why this would be because these are the seats that actually require recline the most so you aren't craning your neck to watch the movie. It's just baffling that this new theater is already less than desirable as a location.

Leslie P.

Yelp
Absolutely DISGUSTING! Please do not use the restrooms at this place I have seen FECES covering the toilet seats on MULTIPLE occasions. The restroom floors are always wet and covered with toilet paper. Multiple toilets are always clogged. The recliner seats look as if they are never cleaned, drink holders are always wet and sticky. Frankly this place is a health hazard and should be thoroughly inspected.

Yelp
We arrived at 10:10 for the 10:00 movie. The concession guys are still standing there, but they are closed. They are "finishing the last orders." It's a 10:00 movie and they close at 10:00. They wouldn't sell us a cup to have a soda. Horrible service. Don't show 10:00 movies if aren't going to keep the concession stand open. Never going back.
google avatar

Melanie R.

Yelp
Expected more from AMC, being that this is a new location. The cleanliness of this place is horrible, especially around the drink area and where to get popcorn is disgusting. The staff has to keep up with the maintenance of this theater, its not even two or three years old and shouldn't be this dirty. I want to like this theater so bad but the tickets were overpriced and we asked the cashier if the theater had recliners before paying because AMC advertises that on their website that they do and just wanted to double check. She wasn't sure, which was weird. This location does not have recliners and for the price that you pay which is almost $30 and thats with a student discount it's not worth it. I have been to better movie theaters with better things to offer, long story short AMC is lacking. You aren't missing out

Rich R.

Yelp
This is my favorite movie theater to go to in Boston. There's always free parking available. There is areas to safely park my bike when I bicycle. It's also close to a decent amount of restaurants in the area and shopping at Home Depot, Stop & Shop, Best Buy, etc.. additionally, the bus drops you off right in front of the movie theater. The theater itself I find is reasonably clean, the workers are usually high school students, so a bit young, and not as informative as I would like, but it's sufficient. The seating I find very comfortable. I have a hip injury so the ability to recline is very important to me and I've never had a problem with the seats working. Additionally, I buy my tickets online and popcorn, usually less expensive than in the theater itself and I've never had an issue using my promos. Overall great movie theater in the heart of Boston
google avatar

Shaquille A.

Yelp
This amc is relatively new. Although I do not go to the movies often, any time I come here ai always enjoy myself. The facilities are clean, the seats are spacious, they have alcohol (drinks are strong) and there is ample parking. Definitely a movie theater off the beaten path if you want to pop out and get a movie theater with just 6 of you. Staff is friendly and helpful although they are pretty quiet; if you have a question, you have to go to them. Come here! Never crowded

Jacob P.

Yelp
This is the best movie theater in Boston. I just didn't like the stairs stopping randomly

Yelp
Never coming back. Parking was easy and free! That's about it. Place was an absolute wreck on a Sunday night. Soda fountains were a mess and bathrooms were a mess! Before the movie started I went to the bathroom and saw a mouse in the hallway! The chairs were very uncomfortable in the IMAX theater! Just going to go to Regal in Fenway from now on. No thanks AMC!

Yelp
Saw The Secrets of Dumbledore in Theater 1 last night. The volume was painfully loud, particularly during the previews. It improved slightly during the feature film, otherwise I would have left the theater, but I don't plan on returning to this location (at least not without earplugs!).

Yelp
Holy macaroni, never again! Went to this theater to see a special Fathom Event showing of Gone with the Wind on a Sunday afternoon. Plenty of parking in the huge plaza was the only plus. Concessions: Eeee, boy...waited and waited while one person out of the five or six behind the counter took orders. I ordered, paid, and...nothing. I had to ask two people where I get my popcorn and it was another customer who finally directed me to the "grab and go" shelves. I had never heard of or seen this type of concessions set-up, so a little guidance from the staff would have been very appreciated. From the confused and flustered looks on the faces of my fellow patrons, I wasn't alone in needing help figuring out how their system was set up. Sigh, so frustrating. Got back to the theater figuring I had missed the beginning of the movie due to the hold up at concessions, but fortunately for me, the sound was not working and the lights hadn't come down. Someone went to notify staff and they restarted the movie shortly thereafter with everything working properly except for... ...my chair. The touchpad controllers were so difficult to use! the nice lady next to me showed me where to press it just so to get it to work. Sigh... Four hours later, it was off to the bathroom. The first available stall that was clean had NO LOCK! DONE! And never again!

Yelp
We like this theater because it's close to us. It's still pretty new so the seats are nice, and parking is convenient and easy. What's unfortunate about this place are the weak options at the concession stand. With all the competition for new theaters that offer more options, this one offers the bare minimum. When we went there there the only option I recall we had was a grab and go for some popcorn. If you don't care about food options and all the bells and whistles, this theater is definitely a great option. If you've gotten used to the SuperLuxe experience, probably best to try a different theater.

Yelp
This theater is too new to be in such terrible shape already, but it is. Popcorn sits out for hours on a shelf, less than half the soda machines work and none of their touchscreens do, multiple sinks broken in the bathroom, hand sanitizers empty. Soda is flat when the machine does work. This in addition to the fact they poorly clean between showings and I've had multiple issues with rude guests. People walk in and out of any theater they want to and spend a whole night there hopping theaters. people are always talking. Place sucks which is a shame because I live close

Yelp
I've gone to this theater numerous times aevery time, the theater is dirty. The management needs firing for allowing this to continue to happen. Update. Still the worst kept theatre. Filthy. No one cleans the theaters.

Yelp
Screw this place and their security. Purchased tickets before hand, was 15 minutes late and for some reason we weren't allowed to come watch the film. Both workers and security act like kids and didn't want to discuss the issue. Instead they kept talking to each other. How is this place still open with all the type of workers they have here. HIGHLY DON'T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO COME HERE. They don't deserve your hard earn money, go somewhere else that will give you actual customer service. Like come on, it's not even about having customer service "skills", just be a decent human being. Just a bunch of d***heads working here. P.S go to Showplace instead

Yelp
I love this theater- super convenient from my house but the past few weeks the lines were super long to get a soda and popcorn. There is one person working at the cashier and one taking care of popcorn. Need to have more staff and keep the area clean as well. Popcorn was all over the floor and the soda machines were all out of order.

Yelp
This is my go-to movie theater, mainly because there is ample parking around and it is significantly less crowded than the AMC in Assembly. The movie theater looks very new, but there is often quite a bit of spilled popcorn / other trash around the concessions area if you come later in the day. Doesn't really bother me, but can see how it could be an issue for some. Staff is generally apathetic, but again not hugely important to me as long as everything goes well with the movie. The individual screening rooms are standard AMC - good size, good sound, and reclining seats.

Yelp
I went here to see Avengers Endgame today. The theater was great, very clean and well kept, and looked pretty fancy as well. One complaint I have was the seats weren't super comfortable, granted I sat in the fourth row so I had to look upwards the entire movie. By the end of it my neck was super sore. It was nice I could reserve seats in advance but there weren't many options left when I bought tickets.
