Amelia's Deli

We had Amelia’s cater sandwiches for our large group lunch. They did such an amazing job with all of our orders, including a gluten intolerance. They accommodated to have us be able to pick up the sandwiches on a Saturday afternoon. Everyone in our group of 40 raved about the taste, a favorite was the Cubano! Would definitely recommend going here when you’re in gulf shores.

I had the BEST Philly Cheesesteak soup at Amelia’s yesterday. And 1/2 turkey sandwich in sourdough.. the owners are friendly and it’s a place you can actually talk! Highly recommend…

We absolutely loved the food! The club was super - lots of meat. The blue cheese/roast beef sandwich was just delicious. Really enjoyed meeting the owner - she made our visit even better. Looking forward to our next visit.

Friendly service on our first visit here. We had the Italian sandwich & pepperoni e amici sandwich with potato salad. Both were excellent. Meat filling was plentiful. The French roll was kinda tough & chewy, my only complaint. We’ll be back, and will try something else next time

We stopped by on vacation. The Amelia’s Club sandwich, Cobb Salad, and Chicken Dumpling soup were all outstanding. Highly recommend!

This is one of our top 2 lunch spots in Gulf Shores. This family-owned and operated restaurant offers a variety of delicious sandwiches, soups, and truly scrumptious desserts - all made with love and served with a friendly smile! I highly recommend it all (I've never had anything I didn't like), but my personal faves include the BLT, Pork Tenderloin, Potato Soup, and Black Russian Cake.

Newer owners made changes that knocked them down a little bit. Pickles have changed use to be amazing now very gross. Sweet tea very bland. Sandwiches still very good along with the soup. Sad to see them slip as we have been coming here for 6 years and this visit was not great.

Very cozy little deli. Very friendly staff and great sandwiches! I got the veggie add turkey..delicious! My husband got the Italian which was also good. Will return.

Been a staple for me while living in or around Gulf Shores. Ladies, nice as always, that I don't mind waiting because I know it will be good. Their pasta salad is also great, I crave it. Wonderful place

Super freshly-made food, clean, cute and bright interior, and wonderful service. What more can you ask for? I had the Rachel (Turkey Reuben) with a side of potato salad. The salad did not have large chunks of potato in it, which is exactly how I like it. Smooth and creamy yet tangy. We found Amelia's from a flyer at the Gulf Shores tourist info center and I'm happy I grabbed their flyer. I'm a fan!

The food and service is always so good! Love the workers so much. Always so nice and quick! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great turkey club! And the potato salad? Soooo good!

THE BEST!!!! Local deli that's absolutely delicious. Service is so friendly. They even helped me with a HUGE catering order during Hurricane Ida that I needed to linemen in New Orleans. And that chocolate vodka cake.. oh my!!! Amazing place with great owners.

Loved this place!! Stopped in for lunch after the beach and was very pleased. The food was delicious and everything was so fresh! Such a cute little stop!

The best chicken salad on croissant ever!!!! Fantastic club sandwich, toasted and wonderful!! Homemade cakes to die for!!!! Everyone MUST eat there while in Gulf Shores!!! They are closed weekends sadly.

This place is great, definitely an under appreciated gem in Gulf Shores. Great sandwiches and sweet tea, and super friendly staff! I always get Amelia's Club sandwich with pasta salad and a pickle, sweet tea, and whatever baked goods are available that day. Definitely my favorite place for a quick delicious lunch to go!

One of my favorite places for lunch, with tasty, simple offerings of sandwiches, soups, and salads. Try the Greek salad with pork loin! Very good! Chicken salad is also great. And don't leave without trying the Black Russian Cake--one of the best chocolate cakes you'll ever have.
