American Deli

This is my favorite location. They are consistent and they know what they are doing. I usually get teriyaki and honey hot so I can put my stamp on those personally. The only way I wait here is if I order a hamburger but whoa did I forget to say the hamburgers here are sooo good but note they don't do bacon. This is the only time I had to wait 10 min.

The food looks good, but please do not put soy sauce packs in my actual plate where everybody touched the soy sauce packs probably The actual soy sauce packs is touching my food.

My family is visiting from Portland Oregon, we stopped by because my nephew follows several streamers who rave about this food line. This particular location was a let down. Although the food was great around 10:20pm they wouldn’t allow us to use the restroom despite waiting for our pick up order that we were waiting for well over 20minutes for. Although the cashier was passive about the denial the restaurant was still taking other orders.

I am not originally from Atlanta and like most people I learned very quick that every American Deli is not worth the stop. The Greenbriar location is always busy for a reason! If I can offer a tip, I would say download Doordash and pick it up so you do not have to stand inside amongst the crowd for too long. I ordered mine while sitting outside, got on the phone, took care of a few things, went inside once the "ready" notification came through and was out of the door in no time. You have to use the window closest to the drink machine if you place a doordash order.

This philly was by far the best one I have had and the wet lemon pepper wings just has this twang that make you want more ... Im only here in the A for a couple days but yooo I gotta get some to take home with me....🤤🤤🤤🤤

There's nothing like American Deli wings one of my favorite spots to eat hands down...

My food was good I bought 250 wings and rice and fried for lunch

They have the best Fried rice it comes with plenty of vegetables, including broccoli and mushrooms, it's a huge portion and it's only $5. I ate half and still have an entire meal leftover🍜🍽

Glad we stopped by but it'll be our last time. Food was ehhh, prices were decent. Staff were respectful enough and it was very clean inside.

Solid cheap quick wing spot. I really wasn't expecting much from this place, but to my surprise the wings were solid. The side of fries I ordered weren't that great and the service wasn't great either but the actual wings were fried well and flavored adequately. I was slightly annoyed that the owners here charge you for everything here. Want another sauce packet. That's extra. I feel you should include things like that in the price of the food, but that's neither here nor there. If you're looking for decent quick wings and don't need any sides this is your spot.

This is one of the few American deli locations that is open on Sundays! I ordered on SuperBowl Sunday ,100 wings and it was ready in 12 minutes! The wings are definitely a bit smaller than Pre COViD but still great! I will definitely be bac

One word - unsanitary. Cook placed a bowl on top of an open trash container and was mixing food in the bowl. Why would you prepare food on top of trash? Does the health department even visit this location? Another cook was talking to him while he did this so obviously this was the norm over there. Walked right out. I'd rather cook at home.

Expect the usual pickup counter ambiance. Service was efficient but unfriendly . Asian girl at counter seems resentful of being there. Food is the usual, i dont feel like cooking so this will do, fare. Dry chicken philly needs a sauce. Not for times you really want yummy delicious. Just eat.

I frequent this establishment two days in a row. I ordered a large salad with fried chopped chicken tenders and oil and vinegar dressing, which is included in the salad. You are asked for ranch or blue cheese dressings as a choice of dressing. I asked the attendant if I could have extra oil and vinegar instead of the chosen condiments. The attendant gladly gave me three small oil and vinegar dressing vials. The salad was indeed great!!!! I returned the next day and ordered the same thing; however, it was a different staff (Perhaps the owner); The person taking the order was short-tempered, rude, and impatience. He wanted to charge me for the oil and vinegar at $.50. I told him I was in yesterday and was given the oil and vinegar at no cost. He rudely stated, "If you want oil and vinegar, it is $.50." Although their salads are good, the rude customer service defeats future purchases. I did not purchase the oil and vinegar. I will not pay for rudeness. I have oil and vinegar at home. Customer service is critical. The overall attitude in this place is despicable. Dr. Miller

In the six or seven years I have lived in this community, this location has probably housed at least 3 or 4 different wing restaurant. Finally, they have hit the jackpot. Friendly staff, hot food, cooked quickly and moderately priced combos. The wings were a good size, I hate those places where you wonder if its quail wings or if buffalos really do have wings. I heard one lady say, she comes to this American Deli cause the other ones are too ghetto. Guess thats how you know you are in the right place. Sits just across from the Greenbriar mall in the part of the shopping center with Burger King. Open til 10 most weeknights and the lady at the counter told me they have being opening on Sunday's since the SuperBowl, but she didn't know if or how much longer the plan to be open on Sundays, since the chain is normally closed on Sunday. Not a lot of seating. Mostly two tables with benches and a couple of chairs for those that are getting to-go food.

My my my it was delicious . I ordered the chicken Philly combo. I don't care what anyone say . WESTEND MALL have the best WINGS FLAVOR PERIOD! The chicken Philly was cooked to perfection ! I hate i couldn't finish it . This place tends to get super packed and busy . They do not accept cash app debit cards (I'm not sure ). Sometimes it is hard to find parking . A fight broke out and they handle it perfectly.

The wings were good. The fries could be a bit more crispy. The food is overall freshly made and prepared.

I wanted these wings so bad today, but they need to do better with the health score.

Worst customer service ever I normally eat here but they recently hired new cashiers that don't know what they are doing at all they handed me somebody else food & tried to give them the same food that I gave back Will not be coming back here at all!

My order was taking fast and the food was well made on time. The girl on the phone really didn't seem like she understood my order but it was made correctly. It seems liked they was rushing though... but it is Friday. My fries was not done , they was Soddy and the cheese barely melted on my Philly cheesesteak. The wings was good as always , I just wish the food was made with the same curiosity on a Friday as it will be in a Monday. 3 stars for now until my next visit.

If I could leave zero stars I would!!!! I came in because I wanted a Philly cheese steak . So I ordered it , when it cAme time to pay , the Chinese or Korean lady told me that my money was dirty . She asked me if I had any clean money . She literally didn't sell me food cause my money "was dirty" ! I was done . I never heard of anything so ignorant in my life ! Sorry I didn't have clean money . I just took my "dirty money" else where ! I hope someone treats her the same way she treated me !

Horrible customer service I just moved to this area and was happy to see American Deli so close to me but I will never go back to this location ever again first of all the prices are higher then any other American Deli it's almost $15 for the philly and wing combo because it's $11.99+tax and it doesn't even come with fries you have to pay extra for fry's how do you have a wing COMBO without frys

Best American Deli in Atlanta, and trust me, I've done the legwork. EVERYTHING here is better than at any other American Deli. They'll let you flavor your wings pretty much however you want to. Honey hot lemon pepper?? Yes.

Wings were hard and terrible, French fries also hard and undesirable, fried rice disgusting. I would not recommend this place ever. This location makes all American Deli franchise look very bad, they should change the name.

PROS: - Friendly Staff - Accessible Location - Good Food - HUGE Portions (especially the Fried Rice, one order can feed 3 ppl) CONS: - Seating Area EXTREMELY small (almost sitting on each other's lap) - Phone Order 15-mins in advance and still waited an additional 10-mins

Service is quick and the facility is clean. What more can you ask for really... I've always encounter and observed good customer service. My food has always come hot and as ordered as well. You can call ahead and pick up or walk in to order. Have never waited more than 10 minutes. I like their philly & wing combo because when I do dine here, I have a mixed taste. They have indoor seating but I wouldn't recommend it. American Deli is more of a pick up & go spot.

The Korean owner is very very racist . Food is good but she has a nasty attitude . She's in a black neighborhood and doesn't feel comfortable serving black people she should pick a new area . She doesn't expect money if it's dirty . Yes dirty . I'm a dancer so sometimes my money is a little dingy she told me she don't take dirty money . I was highly offended . She's rude

Food is served hot and quick. Its staff is very polite. I also appreciate their pricing of meals along with the wide selection of food and combos. This is one of the best food places in the Atlanta area. 10/10

I love this place! The owner is extremely nice. Cheap food. What more can you ask for?
