The best chicken wings in the Sandy Plains area await you. They are cooked perfectly, imho, and have a very nice spicey flavor. I like them hot and these do not disappoint. I will say their fries are some of the best of any place in Marietta. An excellent crisp with a fluffy interior make these French fries sing. As for the cheese burger 🍔, I was impressed. The bun was soft, yet held up very well. Overall, I give AD high marks for their wings 🪽 😋 Great job!

Outstanding burger and onion rings! The service was excellent and the food was delicious 😋. And compared to a trip to Wendy's or some other fast food place the cost was less. This isn't a fast food place, it's more like a joint to hang out at and get great service, excellent American food and chill while relaxing your belt just a little bit. Thanks American Deli .. now all we need is a Video Arcade place right next door. I'd NEVER leave.. 😏

What does one do in Marietta when you are famished at 1 AM on a weekday? American Deli!!!! We went to the one Sandy Plains. It was the only beacon of light in a darkened strip mall. The glare of fluorescent lights spilling onto the 6 cars parked right in front. It does not appear that they would like to linger and stay... the clientele are either wrapping up, going to work, or on break from work. The emphasis is on getting in, ordering, and taking your food and leaving. Except if you are the neighborhood working woman with nothing else to do, or the inebriated elder gentleman, or the fashionably homeless person. In that case, this is your lighted oasis where you can come in for some warmth, a little camaraderie, and the swift attention of the worker behind the counter. The food is not geared for the gourmand. It is wholesome, robust, and geared to fulfill your appetite. The chicken fried rice hit the spot even though it could have used a little more spice. My companion had the cheesecake and pronounced it 'fit to eat', almost as good as Jersey Mikes. I hear their wings are decent too. American deli fulfills a neighborhood need that waffle house does not. Kudos. I will be back the next time I am starving at 2 am.

I had a largely good experience. The wings are pricey, considering some of them were quite small and thin. I don't mind a small wing occasionally, but most wing places throw an extra one or two in when they know the wings are undersized. It's also 75 cents to split flavors on a 20 piece wing order, apparently. Again, most places don't charge a two-flavor split on 20 wings. The cashier also misunderstood me, giving me "honey and ranch" instead of "onion rings". No problem at all, but when I said I didn't want the honey, he was just going to keep it and not mention that he had charged me $1 for that little teaspoon of honey. I didn't love that. Overall the flavors were great, but they can just improve on a couple of things to maximize value for the consumer - that's what we care about most these days, after all: getting our money's worth! $26 for a 20 piece wing combo (and a teaspoon of honey🙃) is not it.

I placed an order through the website, saw my card was charged, and had the order receipt. The expected wait was ten minutes. By the time I got to the restaurant, I learned my order had not been received because they were having issues with door dash. I had to show my order receipt for them to make it on the spot. The drink we ordered was practically out, the fries were soggy, and the lemon pepper (wet) wings were so salty, my husband and I could not finish them. I usually do not leave reviews, but the food was so bad, and I feel like I wasted money and time. I will never come back to this location or any other.

I placed a large order over the phone. Was given 15 minutes. Food was ready when I arrived (wings and Phillys). It was nice and hot. Just 2 gentlemen were working. I ended up ordering an additional fry. I didn't have to wait. Service was friendly and it was clean. Family members said it was one of the best American deli meals they've had in a while being that they buy from the one in their town often. We'll be back! 👍🏾

Great Service ! We order some take out and the guy on the counter ( did not get his name ) Was really friendly and he made sure that the order was correct and gave me some condiments for the fries and onion rings . I liked the ol Wings and Burger Heaven but I am really pleased with the changes on management. The wings were a little smalm though , but the Flavor was soo good !!!! Defintly recommend

Its been a while, I've found other chicken places over the years...but figured I'd try this location replacing Wing Haven. Arrived & order was wrong to start, then incorrect again. Extra charges for mix or half & half, which are new to me. Watched a lady walk out without celery which she didnt want to pay extra for because it was supposed to be included. Anyways got my wings all hot sauced...and very little lemon pepper, which we all know what lemon pepper hot means....&& it didnt even qualify being mixed for the charge. Overall wasn't happy just hungry....I sprinkled so much lemon pepper on my wings & left. Not bashing but wont return, not enough listening happening for extra charges. Will just hit my regular spot.

I love American deli but lord have mercy y'all have got to make the wings bigger. If I'm paying for 10 wings, I expect them to at least be a decent size.
