I recently had a conversation with the manager at this location, and I was really impressed. He was friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to improving the customer experience. I appreciated his transparency and his dedication to making things right. It reassured me that my previous experience was more of an exception than the norm.
Since then, I’ve noticed improvements—the food quality remains strong, and the service has returned to being prompt and reliable. I’m glad to see their commitment to customer satisfaction is back on track.

When this location first opened, the customer service was outstanding—warm greetings, friendly staff, and a welcoming environment. Unfortunately, that began to decline over time. The atmosphere no longer felt inviting, and the staff often came across as defensive rather than service-focused.
The food quality also dropped from what it once was, and I found myself going only because it was close to home. I even started considering other options because it just didn’t feel like the same experience anymore.
