American Deli

I give 4 star because they give me drinks without ice. I ask they said they don't have ice, a business like this need ice, imagine it's too hot outside and im drinking hot drinks.

Thank you to the Amercian Deli location inside South Dekalb Mall for supporting Keep Showing Love & Truth Of God this past Saturday. American Deli donated mild and lemon pepper wings and fries. American Deli donated enough food to feed several individuals, and for that, we're grateful. I wanted to show my appreciation in different ways and this was one of them. Thank you very much Sam! God bless you always! And thanks for supporting those in the community.

For the most part it was not bad. I had read and heard such bad things I can't lie I was scared to try them, but I did and to my surprise everything was good. The only down fall was I work in the mall and only get 30 min for lunch and I called the number only to find out they said they do not have a phone so I could not order ahead. But over all I may try them again.

Prices are ridiculously too high, the young ladies at register always have a fonky little attitude..the wings are great but the cooks don't listen wen u request for them to be hard or soft

This place is disgusting. First they served me old dry hard lamb meat for my gyro than there was a bug in my food. The customer service was horrible the lady never even apologized and didn’t want to refund my money.

I ordered lemon pepper (wet) wings and it was absolutely disgusting! The fries tasted stale, the chicken was mid, and the sauce was too salty. I bought 2 bleu cheese dressing and that tasted nasty as well. The fruit punch was the only good thing from that meal. It would've been better if they slightly changed the ingredients in the lemon pepper sauce to make it less salty and change their fries to something else that doesn't taste store bought. Anyways, the service is good. The atmosphere was pretty quiet.

First time trying this American deli and I just want to recognize this lady customer service! It's crazy how people have so many demands when the store is closing in less then 5 mins but she kept her professionalism the entire time...I wish I got her name cause the lady kept provoking but she stayed professional we need more workers like her Oh yeah and the food was great

Okay so this was my third visit to Atlanta + I know wings are very popular in the city, the last time I visited someone told me I could never go wrong with American Deli so me + my friends decided to give it a try! I definitely didn't realize was the original location (until I actually read the sign, right now, in the picture I added lol) but I'm excited to know that my first time trying them was here!! It's located inside the mall + when I went it wasn't busy at all! Normally I'm a little indecisive or I like to ask the workers what's popular or what their favorite is, but I knew what I came for so when it was my turn to order I was ready to go! I got the 10 piece wing combo with 5 buffalo + 5 lemon pepper wet wings + yaaalllll, SO GOOD I'm not the biggest fan of crinkle fries either, but adding that lemon pepper seasoning definitely made them worth eating lol Side note, when my food was ready the worker opened the box and I thought it was just to show me the food, but she asked if I wanted salt or the lemon pepper seasoning + at first I said no; but then I thought about it + asked if the fries are already salted + she said no so I added a bit of the seasoning salt as well as the lemon pepper seasoning. After I tried a couple fries, I definitely went back + added more This was my first time having lemon pepper wet wings + I really enjoyed them! Medium buffalo is always my go to + those were bomb as well. The wings were a good size + they definitely gave a generous amount of fries. When I tell y'all I ate every last one, I'm not lying! Lol My friend got the honey garlic wings + they said they really liked them! Unfortunately I don't live in ATL but I'll definitely be back to American Deli every time I visit! Service was good + food was great so this location gets a 5 star rating from me! Thank you American Deli + team

This is the original American Deli location. I remember coming here as a kid back in the day. I'm usually a 10 piece hot kinda girl, but today I was feeling like a chicken philly. So I just ordered them both....no judgement please! This location is always busy being that it's located in the mall and there's not many options in this food court. However, the food still comes out pretty fast. The wings are still just as good as the first day I ordered them. Perfect size, flavor, and heat. The chicken philly is one of my favorites as well...plentiful and nice and juicy. Although the bread is so soft and delicious, i wish it was on a hoagie roll to prevent all the goodness from spilling over and out. The peach juice is always good... healthy people beware. This beverage is probably loaded in sugar like Kool-aid! But it's sooooo good!

The wings were decent but the American Deli in Conyers is my favorite place to go. South Dekalb mall American Deli. The ladies at the register seem to not really enjoy there job. The food were okay. In the mall it was customer screaming and yelling at each other as if there were about to fight. I'm soo good on ever going back to this mall.

Food was decent, not as great as I was expecting after so many great reviews...wings were teeny (but HOT ) and Philly was good, lots of onions. Sandwich was smaller than I'd hoped for, but adequate. Incorrect sauce for wings, missing banana peppers (that I was charged for) on the sandwich. My biggest issue was the STYROFOAM PACKAGING...really? In 2022? We're still using styrofoam? With so many sustainable paper options? What a shame.

Food was cold, both orders were wrong and the phone is either busy or just off the hook. As always better to just go up there or go to another part of town (white)

Bomb wings!!!!! American Deli has been around for decades! Best wings in Atlanta! Get the Hot Wings w/ Lemon Pepper Flakes! The 10pcs special is always a good go to! Get the lemonade!! Soo good! You'll thank me later!!

Great customer service from the guy. Had a philly steak n cheese with everything, 5 honey bbq wings, fries n drink. Philly was juicy, everything was good

It tastes great me and my grandson had a nice dinner. I always look forward to eat your food again
