London’s First Centurion Lounge Is Now Open at Heathrow Airport

"The new Centurion Lounge at London Heathrow is the first of its kind in the U.K. It has an art gallery, craft cocktails, as well as tea and pastries. Features include dedicated workspaces, power outlets, private phone areas, wireless mobile charging, high-speed Wi-Fi, and design and culinary offerings heavily influenced by London. British touches include a moss wall, custom furnishings, and a collection of bespoke scented bath and body care products. The art gallery is curated by Art Story and features various artists. Dishes are provided by chef Assaf Granit and include Kubalah bread, grilled chicken thigh marinated in milk, sumac, and ras el hanout, and an Oh ‘My Baklava’ olive oil cake."

The Centurion Lounge at Heathrow Terminal 3 is a fantastic retreat from the bustling terminal and well worth a visit. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, offering a refreshing escape from the crowds. The lounge itself is tidy and clean, with staff consistently maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout. The seating areas are thoughtfully designed, offering a mix of spaces to relax, work, or dine comfortably. The food was delicious —fresh, flavorful, and a cut above what you’d find in most airport lounges. The bathrooms were equally spotless, well-stocked, and easily accessible, adding to the overall convenience and comfort of the lounge. Compared to being in the main terminal, the Centurion Lounge offers a serene, premium experience that feels worlds away. If you have access, it’s absolutely worth the visit for the relaxing ambiance, excellent food, and superior facilities.

I recently visited the American Express Centurion Lounge and was overall impressed with my experience. The check in process was swift, and the front desk team were very friendly. The lounge is bright and modern, and featured an array of interesting artwork that adds an element of intrigue. There are a variety of seating areas, but my favourite was at the bar. The food offering was very good, with a wide variety of hot dishes, as well as a cold buffet selection. The drinks selection was also very good, and the wine on offer was excellent. Overall, I had an enjoyable couple of hours relaxing before a flight, and you can get access, you should definitely visit.

I had the opportunity to use this lounge while waiting for an international flight. The service was fantastic, with a highly attentive team ensuring a pleasant experience at all times. The food was truly one of the highlights of the visit. The menu, though not overly extensive, was thoughtfully curated, offering both hot and cold dishes. There were a couple of cheese options, a variety of perfectly presented fruits, and vegetarian choices that catered to different dietary preferences. I visited during breakfast hours and was pleasantly surprised by the variety available. The selection included an array of pastries, all fresh and delicious, alongside other options to satisfy both light and hearty appetites. The balance between quality and presentation of the dishes demonstrated great attention to detail. The lounge itself is spacious and provides excellent facilities for those who need to work. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and inviting environment that significantly enhanced the waiting experience. This lounge is a fantastic option for travellers seeking not only comfort but also high-quality dining during their layovers. While the menu could expand slightly, especially to reflect local specialities, the available options excel in quality and presentation. Whether you're looking to enjoy a hearty breakfast or just grab a light snack, this lounge offers a delightful experience that makes any wait more enjoyable. But I have always to say...I missed the Jamón Ibérico!!!

Great experience. Very friendly staff and probably the best homely lounge in Heathrow. Great buffet style food with lots of choice..it really is a real gem without the gloss. Cozy, chic, practical and comfortable…can’t ask for anything more…

Quite a good lounge. Food is a bit limited but everything there was very flavourful. Better quality and tastier than any Priority Pass lounge at Heathrow. Seating was comfortable and it wasn’t too busy when I visited at 8pm on a Monday. They also have showers but I didn’t try them. Plus the large bar with a good choice of drinks.

Great lounge option in T3 just missing the views from the Qantas or CX lounges. But very nice food options, separations into areas and good bar especially. Worth a visit if on a non One World flight

Very clean lounge. Very professional and friendly staff. I was in transit after a 7 hour flight and at check in Anthea saw my boarding passes and asked if I need to use the showers . That was very nice to have her recognize the travel situation and offer the option even before I asked. The showers were very well maintained. The staff - Anu and team was very professional .Bruno, at the food bar watched me look for something and when he refilled the item came up and informed me. That was also very observant and thoughtful. The food is flavorful and awesome for vegetarian, vegans. Not crowded at all. I enjoyed my experience and recommend this if you pass through Heathrow - terminal 3.
