Surprised my daughter for her 7th birthday by bringing her to the store! She was star sruck! 🤩 Had a wonderful experience and staff was super friendly!

It was great to see the store filled with kids again. I love coming to this store. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They have great displays of all the dolls. It's always clean and bright too.

My mom and I decided that we were going to go and have tea time before they closed because we were there the very first day this store opened. We waited in line for hours just to get inside to see this place. I’m beyond grateful for everything this store has given me in my youth. The first time I came here was when I was 11, the last time I was here I was 21. What an amazing experience this place has been for me and I know every little girl feels that way. Thank you for creating such wonderful memories. (I didn’t just go to the grand opening, I was interviewed. #swag)

I have 3 daughters and they really do enjoy visiting the store. I do really enjoy that they have some areas where they can push a stroller, carry a baby, or play with a doll. Staff is really nice and the facility is clean. We also had a birthday party there. I wasn't able to go, but my wife and daughters said it was a great time.

If you have even a passing interest in American Girl dolls you need to go to this store. The place is just packed with dolls and accessories. They make little displays showing each doll in different situations. The staff is friendly and helpful. We were approached by each of the floor staff. They offered us a sticker, the American Girl star, and talked with my daughter about the dolls she brought with her. They answered questions but did not push us to buy things. We wound up having our girl Samantha's hair styled and getting her ears pierced. We bought a hair brush and some sun glasses, each discounted 15% since we bought two things. Totalled about $40. Next we went to the restaurant located in store, the Bistro. It is decorated beautifully. We brought two dolls with us and they each got a highchair to sit at the table (not to take home but for sale) and a little mug and saucer (to take home!). The menu is very kid-friendly- grilled cheese, hamburgers, pasta, pizza- with more adult pleasing options like caesar salad also. The menu is not split between kids and adults. Good because each option is very tasty, bad because the portions are too much for children. I got the Caesars salad. It was delicious. The best thing being the chicken was fresh, not frozen and reheated. It was a really great experience. My daughter has been looking forward to this trip for a long time and was not disappointed.

Uff... My little daughter was so excited, but my wife was so way more... Lol Beautiful store with beautiful dolls and accessories... Beauty Salon was Amazing... Friendly Staff... Be prepared to spend because you going to fall in love... Lol

My wife loves to shop here and buy things for our grandkids. The store is well stocked and has helpful staff. They have a nice bistro you can rent for a party.
