American Girl Minneapolis

American Girl was an awesome experience. My 5 year old loves the dolls and loves the experience of the store. We were accommodated in their bistro with no reservations because my daughter really wanted to eat there. The service was great and the staff really seemed to care. Everything is hands on and no one really cares what you pick up, move around etc. If you have the opportunity to go to Mall of America, definitely stop by the store and see for yourself. It’s adjacent to Nickelodeon Universe so it’s really hard to miss. Thank you American Girl staff for making my daughter smile!!!

Very nice location close to Nickolodeon Universe. Super friendly and helpful staff at the salon section. They do have a bistro for dining.

Dream house for a lil girl. They have all kinds of dolls, and all pretend play accessories like bed and doctor sets. Benches for parent's to relax while your kid looks and even plays around with the collection on display.

I have been going here ever since it first opened and have made countless memories in the store and in the Bistro. I will thoroughly miss it.

This was my first time going to an actual AG store and it was awesome. All the workers were courteous and very helpful. Found what I was looking for really quick. Aisles were wide enough to get a double stroller through even though the place was crowded. I didn't try the bistro just because I didn't have my daughter. The sweet treats we saw were pretty cute so next time we go we'll be dining in.

I love the American Girl brand, however this store seemed quiet and a little chilly or under excited. I get it, how can everyone always be amped up about their job. The selection was great, but it was difficult for my kids to find product costs. Sure, companies want us to buy their products, but I'm trying my best to raise financially responsible kids. I wish the costs were labeled more clearly.

We had a great time. It is a great experience for kids and adults. They have a salon set up for the American Girl dolls and you can pick the stylist and hair style for your doll. They also do lunches or Birthday parties for the people and their dolls, complete with adorable highchairs for the dolls. The staff took excellent care of us and we all had a great time. It was fun for everyone!

This store is fantastic for a special surprise for a little girl. Very high prices, but they'll love it. The cafe food was excellent. The doll salon was fun. They did a nice job and the employees were wonderful with how they interacted with the kids.
