Lovely atmosphere and my pesto harvest was really good. Definitely going back.

After passing this place 10,000 times, I finally ate here. I loved it. Love the clean, open, bright space (the industrial decor is super-nice). The people were friendly and the food was plentiful, inexpensive, and delicious. We're vegetarians, so we were happy that we had a lot of options. You order your food at the counter and pick it up when it's ready. My friend had a wrap and I had a bowl; the presentation was very nice and the food was delicious. I will definitely be back! (There is a small free parking lot, but there is also a lot of street, metered parking, around the restaurant.)

We finally tried this cool spot today. We ordered the chicken skillet, burger & egg sandwich...everything was delicious! They keep it really clean and even had great music playing inside! Chef Omar came around to introduce himself and make sure everything was to our liking. We will definitely be back!

In a nutshell, American Harvest is lovingly served comfort food. The quarter chicken skillet was juicy and flavorful. Sides were appealing, fresh and not over cooked or seasoned. The selection of beverages is inspiring and there are a few desserts to take along. They will need a bike rack because we'll be back. However a few things could improve. Plastic-ware is too infirm and thin, and the wait at the register made me think they're slightly under-staffed at least this week. on our second visit, the chicken was great again but the noise was unforgivably bad and made worse by the raucous choices of music and Loud traffic racing by on US1

Mixed feelings about this place. The food concept seems good but there are some odd inconsistencies. Like the Tacos are unexplained on the menu. And putting the steak sandwich on Naan bread just seems wrong. This is "clean" high quality fast casual food. Tried the curry veggie bowl. Very good. The no mayo chicken salad sandwich was also good if you like the sharp flavor of yogurt (I do). The taste of apple in the ingredients was barely there. I would have prefered bigger chunks of apple. The meals are not large but for me perfectly satisfying. The biggest negative was the place was freezing. The AC was cranked to the max. One other oddity... the cakes in the desert case looked dry or you could not tell what kind they were since they only showed the outside half. Bottom line is I would go back.

Go soon because they won't be open for too much longer. Took 25 minutes to get a tiny burger, that cost $10. The burger, by the way, was cooked well done, although with a patty that tiny, it would be difficult to get any rarer. The staff was friendly. Root beer was excellent. Place is clean. Summary: Expensive, slow and, small portions. Should have gone to Flannigan's would have been faster, cheaper and, better.

Food was great. Fell short on the portion size for $15, Asian Noodles with Steak. BUT, the friendly service from and the quality of food is worth coming back. Decent smoothie as well.

Very pricy for the amount of food received. The menu is unclear; foods are not what they are titled to be. Cobb salad has no ingredients from a traditional cobb salad and proteins are extra. Kids Cuban also has no protein, other than the black beans. everything is extra. Spent $60 for a young family of 4 and left hungry. Nice new building, and the staff seemed nice, but not an effective use of our money.

Thank you so much for Nicole. She mentioned that she was new and I wanted you to know that she made us feel so special. The ambience was beautiful as always. A beautiful marriage between southern charm and modern elegance. As for the food: I have gluten and dairy intolerances and Nicole assured me that your restaurant could accommodate me. She was right. I had the healthy chick with the fries without the bun and it was very delicious. We will be coming back.

I came here with a friend on a Wednesday night. Her and I have probably driven past it 100 times but haven't ever made it in. We almost went here for Miami Spice last year. First things first - parking. I arrived at 6:30 and was able to find a spot behind the building, but there were very few remaining. The lot was surprisingly large (and it's free!). She arrived about 10 minutes later and didn't find any parking in the lot, but found (paid) street parking really close by. Root & Bone definitely gets points in my book for easy parking. We walked in and were greeted fairly quickly. The ambiance was relaxed and homey. We were seated in a comfortable brown leather (probably canvas, not real leather) booth and given menus. We were given 5 or so minutes to peruse the menu before our very friendly waitress came over and introduced herself and her assistant. Their happy hour starts at 4 PM and runs until 7 PM. There's a good selection of food on it. I don't drink, so I didn't really take a look at the drinks on HH. I appreciate that you don't have to be at the bar to partake in Happy Hour. We ordered the Sticky Pork Belly Bacon, Grandma Daisy's Angel Biscuits, and I ordered a virgin Julia Sugarbaker. On the main menu, we ordered the roasted 1/2 chicken, the Miami heat hot chicken, and a side of sweet potato mash and potato frites. Our happy hour appetizers came out within about 10 minutes and so did my drink. I was confused by the bacon because I expected strips, but it's chunks. The bacon was one of my favorite things all night. It was sticky, sweet, and melt-in-your-mouth succulent. I'd definitely get it again. The biscuits were quite good too. They came with two little piles of flaky salt and sesame seeds, along with their honey chicken jus. I loved their honey chicken jus. It didn't come with butter but it honestly didn't need it. The jus is sweet and umami. It tasted just like chicken. My virgin Julia Sugarbaker was good and very pretty but nothing to write home about. Next came both of our chickens and our sides. The menu says the hot chicken is tossed tableside and it wasn't (but I don't care). The hot chicken is served with pickles, pickled red onion, and watermelon on top and the chicken itself is fried. We were told that it's the same as their fried chicken, just with pickles on top and it comes with hot sauce. The roasted chicken came with purple carrots underneath and the chicken jus on the side. Each of the 1/2 chickens came with six pieces, which is more than enough for me. Both were really enjoyable. I loved how refreshing the watermelon with the hot chicken was, and I wasn't mad about having more of the honey chicken jus. The mashed sweet potatoes were pretty good, and the potato frites were pretty ordinary French fries (they did have a great crisp to them though!) The fries were supposed to come with chunky remoulade and comeback sauce, but all they gave us was ketchup. I wish I remembered our waitresses name, but she was great. I asked what they had that was non-alcoholic, and then I asked her if they had any mocktails. They don't have a mocktail menu (I would love it if they had one!) But she was able to tell me the cocktails that they could easily make virgin. She was present at our table the perfect amount. This restaurant should be proud of the service they offer because I have nothing negative to say about her. The place reminds me a lot of Yardbird down on Miami Beach but it's a lot more open and less cramped. I did quite like the high ceilings, it gave the restaurant a spaciousness that I liked. The prices were great for Happy Hour and reasonable for the main dinner menu. Overall, the service was great and the food + ambiance pretty good. I wouldn't hesitate to come back or to recommend this to a friend. I'm really glad a place like this exists in the area.

We came here for happy hour on a Friday and it was fantastic! The happy hour menu is extensive with many drinks to pick from and lots of food items, in addition to their regular menu. They serve homestyle southern food with a modern flair and they truly hit the mark. The drinks were strong, tasty, and affordable (rare in this city). And the service was amazing, we had the two sweetest waitresses who were attentive and quick. The ambiance inside is that of an old southern home mixed with Miami flare. We will absolutely be back.

Update June 30 2023: Awesome comeback! Super great service team (Thanks Catty Z.!!). The Chicken & Waffles was delicious as well as the Roots Breakfast. Great coffee and amazing Grandma Daisy's Angel Biscuits. Nice airy open ambiance. We will be back next time in Miami.

Nice brunch spot! It's decorated so nicely and has a very nice theme to it. The food was good as well but a little pricey. I got the Root's Breakfast platter and it was very delicious, along with an iced latte. It was pretty filling and everything was cooked very well. The iced latte was yummy. The service was great, our waiter was very kind and our food came out in less than 10 minutes!

Call was the best server ever. Great suggestions and Mr. wonderful drink. Dinner was absolutely delicious.

Wow! I can not believe I have never been here before. The restaurant itself is stunning, and the food? Absolutely delicious! So flavorful, filling and fresh. The food is DELISH!!! The Drunken Deviled Eggs are DEVINE! The wine list is great and won't break the bank... The decor is cute, Southern Modern Cottage.. Great, calming colors... Makes for a very comfortable environment. The food will not disappoint! Many variations to choose from...Definitely recommend the Fried Chicken, Regular or Spicy and I just want to say, I'm not a Fried Chicken kind of girl but this was amazing!!!! We went back again and had a few different items but definitely revisited the Drunken Deviled Eggs!!! Sooooo Delicious!! Caty was our server and she was AWESOME!!!! Recommend a wonderful Rosé and our Friday was PERFECT!!

Love the decor of this place...it's like a modern southern farmhouse industrial look. The food is always great, as is the service. For starters, the chicken biscuits and fried green tomatoes are our go-tos. The peach and tomato salad is fantastic. For mains, we love the fried chicken, the meatloaf, the shrimp and grits. Our go-to sides are the corn souflee and the mac and cheese. We've only done brunch here once, and the waffle benedict was great. As for drinks, the strawberry lady and the promise ring are great if you like sweet but not overly sweet. Pro tip - you can ask for the strawberry lady in a regular glass so you don't risk breaking the "sirena" and paying 1K for it.

Root and bone? No blood and bone. Probably one of the worst experiences I had when I comes to fried chicken. Went to celebrate a birthday and have their famous chicken. We ordered 5 half chickens and all 5 were a bloody mess.

Very nice spot. Great service, food was even better. Did the Miami Spice Lunch and there were plenty of options.

Love love this place. Everything we've had from the menu has been delicious, especially the 16oz ribeye!! The decor is super cute and the service has always been good.

Came here for dinner and wasn't super impressed. We had the deviled eggs, cheddar corn spoonbread, chicken biscuits, and Brussels sprouts (they didn't have the carrots we originally wanted). The chicken was dry, the spoonbread lacked seasoning, and the eggs were a little rubbery. We also had the banana crème brûlée for dessert , which I thought I would love, but it had an overwhelmingly boozy flavor that made it unpleasant to eat. The service also left some to be desired. Our waiter would disappear for long periods of time and it took nearly half an hour to get his attention to get another drink even though the restaurant was not full at all. The restaurant itself is very cute, but I don't feel the need to return.

This restaurant is so nice! Loved the Miami Spice menu. The Deviled eggs and chicken sandwich were delicious! Excellent service from Nicole. She was awesome! Highly recommend.

Loved the fried green tomatoes and deviled eggs to start with. The meatloaf and shrimp & grits were amazing! Our server Robert was very personable and provided excellent service!

Open, airy, inviting, clean, excellent service, yummy food, and great drinks... what more could you ask for?? Amazing coffee!!! I cannot say enough good things about this place. Had the chicken + biscuits and fried green tomatoes for appetizer- ridiculously delish! The drinks- bloody something and and tequila something- OMG GOOD, then entrees we had a wedge w/chicken, spare ribs half rack, and chicken &waffles... it's hard to say which dish won best if the day.. I can say it was the best chicken and waffles I've ever had EVER!! And the ribs were finger licking fall off the bone kind... and how could a salad be great??? When it's topped off with pork belly and perfect chicken and street corn .... We were so full we couldn't do dessert... but did save room for expressing and a cortadito- which are must haves in miami and they were done right! Absolutely coming back here to try more!!!

What a wonderful experience. Catty was an amazing server and made awesome recommendations. The food was delicious. We had the deviled eggs and I had the kale Cesar WITH the fried chicken. Definitely recommend. The ambiance is also perfect for an intimate lunch or dinner.

The first thing you notice about this restaurant is its incredible design on the inside and out. The restaurant has a beautiful interior and bunch of little details that is amazing to look at while you eat. My partner and I went at lunch time on the weekend. It wasn't that busy when we went and the service was very good, no complaints. I got the R&B Rib sandwhich. The rib that it came with was absolutely delicious, so I would definitely recommend the full rack of ribs as well. For me personally, I didn't like the barbecue sauce on my sandwhich, but I switched with my partner and she absolutely loved it. I ate the rest of my partner's Double Smash Burger and I thought it was a solid burger. Nothing out of this world but I would definitely eat it again. Overall, great restaurant, food and service. Would definitely recommend this place to my friends.

Came here for a random date night with my boyfriend and we loved it. The server was very attentive and gave us tips on what he recommended. The fried chicken was delicious and crunchy, and so were the ribs! I definitely recommend this place. You can tell they put a lot of detail and thought into the look of the place and the quality of the food.

Too busy for us maybe???? Restaurant was empty and we were told they would have to see if they can seat us by the hostess. No one was in there but a few people and they just opened. Like what? We should have turned around but, we drove out of the way to check them out. We arrived here at about a little after 4pm in the afternoon on a weekday. My daughter saw good reviews and added this place to the list even though it was out of the way. We decided to give it a whirl. We were committed. Maybe they did not want us to partake in the happy hour. Not sure the deal. We were not there for that. But if we were, we were paying customers regardless. My husband, 2 daughters and my son in law were with us. The waitress came over and never told us that they were out of certain menu items. My guest tried to order 3 items and the waitress all of a sudden tells us that she was sorry they were out? Ummm .. didn't you just open AND where are all of the people that you reported were coming ? We stayed for about an hour and the vibe was not cool. Decor of the place was nice but we did not feel welcomed at all. Not cool Root & Bone. Sharing a few items I guess they did have in stock. Was just ok.

Wow what a great experience here! Me and my best friend from high school came here to try it out as I have been eyeing this place for awhile. I like the fact that it is farm to table so you know right there you're getting top quality food. I had the porch punch for my drink and it was absolutely amazing and refreshing and the right amount of alcohol. For starters we had the fried green tomatoes BLT and the Farmers salad. The salad, simply amazing and the fried green tomatoes, I could have those all day. I had the Brisket meatloaf for my main course and had it with heirloom carrots and sweet potato puree. It was rediculously delicious. I just couldn't get over how tender the brisket was along with the mouthwatering flavor. Still tasting it as I write this review. My friend had the crusted red snapper with the garden veggies and the seasoned risotto. He absolutely loved the risotto and the snapper was great although it was almost overcooked in his opinion. We had the Mac and Cheese for a side and wow what deliciousness my goodness. The waitress made the experience for us amazing. Really good service as well as atmosphere from Root and Bone. Really recommend it here for a pleasant farm to table experience.

We tried Root & Bone last night and were very underwhelmed. I will say that the food was excellent. I had the shrimp and grits and it was really delightful. My Old Fashioned was also perfect. Where we had problems was the service. When ordering, several people in my group were told that something was not available. The list grew to include four or five main items. When we asked what was going on, we were told a large group was coming in later and they were reserving food for them. Come again? That is completely unsatisfactory and amounts to telling us that we are not important relative to this mystery group coming later. At that point service started to tank as I'm sure the server could sense how annoyed we were. Eventually, a manager came over and laid out a bunch of excuses for the lack of options and poor service. "It's Tuesday and I only have two servers." What do you say to that? He offered to really treat us right next time but we are from out of town so that was a useless offer. He took four drinks off our tab (7 people in our group) which is tantamount to trying to make it up to four of us. Many of us looked ahead to desert but, you guessed it, most of it was unavailable. We got the same disinterested response when we asked what that was about. Perhaps saying we will never go back rings hollow since we are from out of town but Root & Bone was a huge disappointment and we will never go back.

We used to frequent Mi Italia, but with that gone we decided to give this a go after several mailers/emails. Sat at bar, first impression, bartender was drenched in sweat thru his shirt. We had a clear view of the line cooks, one used gloves but sucked his fingers, second used no gloves to handle food and was eating while prepping food. They served us wine that was 4 days old (written on bottle) that was turned. Cocktails said fresh citrus but was Minute Maid. Food was average and service/bartender did not meet expectations. Manager never bothered to check on us despite passing us several times. The Bathrooms were clean, perhaps the best part of the experience. Sorry but not coming back.

My husband and I were searching for a restaurant in Miami that offered good Southern food and we stumbled upon this spot. We decided to go there to celebrate our first wedding anniversary. The service was splendid, and the food was delicious. We can't wait to go back again. The ambiance was great, and the service was excellent. Perfect for brunch!

It was a Friday night after a grueling workday that stretched past happy hour, but business wasn't complete until our final deal was sealed. Around 9:00 PM, we began our quest for a restaurant open past 10:00 PM. Root & Bone in South Miami, recommended by my daughter, was our savior. A quick call confirmed they were open until 11:00 PM, and we rushed over. Upon arrival, we were thrilled to discover their private parking lot, a rarity in this area. The restaurant's exterior was adorned with lush greenery, creating a tranquil ambiance. Opting for indoor seating despite the lovely weather, we stepped into a beautifully decorated space, exuding a modern farmhouse chic vibe. The warm and inviting atmosphere instantly made us feel at home. The manager welcomed us with a genuine smile and seated us in a private booth, enhancing our dining experience. Our waiter, Chad, was a gem. It being our first visit, he recommended their signature dishes, including Fried Green Tomatoes BLT and Deviled Eggs for appetizers. We indulged in cold draft beers, La Rubia and Wicked Hazy from New England Brewing Co., perfectly complementing our starters. For the main course, we savored their Fried Chicken with Waffles and Ribs accompanied by a delightful corn soufflé. The portions were generous, allowing us to share and relish the delightful flavors. Though we intended to split a dessert, the warm pecan pie was unavailable. Chad suggested the cheesecake with caramelized pecans, and it was a divine ending to our meal. Root & Bone Miami not only impressed us with its delectable cuisine but also with its impeccable cleanliness and exceptional service, courtesy of Chad. The staff's warmth and attentiveness added to our overall satisfaction. If I could, I would award them six stars! I wholeheartedly recommend this hidden gem to all Miami residents and visitors alike. Root & Bone Miami is a culinary haven that deserves all the praise. Cheers to delightful evenings and unforgettable dining experiences!

This place is absolutely incredible. Everything is delicious and our waiter, Jason, was great! It was one of his first shifts and he was attentive, informed and eager to please. The building, the branding, and the presentation are all beautiful. If we lived here, we would be regulars.

The meal was delicious and the best service - unmatched. Cathy was the best - would request to sit in her section if we are back in town!

The menu looked good because I'm always down for some southern food so we stopped by in the afternoon. We were sat immediately and i felt well taken care of. The food was very fresh and the Mac and choose was so good that i took some to go. I foresee myself going back and ordering something from their breakfast menu next time!

What a cute place! First, you walk in and this restaurant smells lovely - apparently they developed their own scent! Our service was fantastic - our server was patient with us as we couldn't decide what we wanted, or asked for extra condiments. For food, I shared the fried chicken, corn casserole, fries, and mac and cheese with a friend. Honestly, all of it was delicious. We devoured the corn casserole and the seasoning and breading on the chicken was literally so good...I'm still dreaming about going to get more. Also, the old fashioned with coffee liquor - omg, YUM! I could have had five of those alone!

The service was good and the decor is nice. I wasn't too impressed with the food. It was just ok for me. Wish they offered more options for breakfast items and hash browns instead of potato wedges.

I've been here multiple times and every time the food and service is amazing. My favorite dishes are the Mack and cheese & The chicken biscuits. The Tabasco pepper jelly gives the chicken biscuits a great kick. The ambiance and decor are great, it has a chic Southern aesthetic. Gooey Sweet Corn Souffle -This was my friend's choice and I have to give credit because is not a dish I would probably order myself, but it turned out to be GOOD. The texture was just right and the flavor is amazing. The Gooey Sweet Corn Souffle also happens to be a vegetarian and gluten-free dish. Fried Chicken & Waffles This not your average fried chicken and waffles. Made up of two pieces of fried chicken, buckwheat waffles, and chilled watermelon. The waffles are a good balance of crunchy and fluffy. The Fried Chicken is crispy and flavorful and the watermelon is the perfect and refreshing compliment. Paired with two different syrup one tangy and the other a traditional maple syrup.

Our waiter Leon was super nice and on point Finally made it here after being on my list for almost 2 years. It was everything I hoped for. The table side hot fried chicken is the epitome of my happy place. Chicken was a tad bit salty but the pickled veggies and watermelon is what set this dish off. I didn't use the hot sauce they had on the side, the veggies really stole the show. I had the mezcal grapefruit drink which was good - I asked to make it spicy which was a nice edition. I also tried their espresso martini. My date had the American breakfast which didn't look that spectacular. The grits were immobile and looked like polenta.

Wow!!! This place was fantastic! Terrific food, great atmosphere and our server at the bar, Nichole was great. Highly recommend the fried tomato blt and the r&b fried chicken. Thank you Nichole and R&B for a wonderful experience!

First time coming here.. I'm not much of southern food but I've been wanting to give this place a try. The service was great, waiter brought us menus and water quickly. We ordered the fried tomato and it was probably my favorite thing ever!! The pimiento cheese & tomato jam on top was delicious. The chicken biscuits jelly were a little too sweet for my taste, I was only able to eat one from the two. The Mac and cheese was decent, a little too creamy and not as cheesy for my liking. My husband ordered the R&B rib sandwich - I grabbed a bite, along with the fries and it was yummy.

I get my PT done in the building next door so I drive by this restaurant on my way to parking garage and the one thing that always caught my attention from the outside is the decor and exterior shape of the building and windows, so unique. Today after PT I just went for it since the restaurant was literally only 100ft away from my car. I was welcomed and seated right away at the bar by choice. Bartender/waiter was very friendly and welcoming and helped with menu choices but I had a few things in mind already so let's talk about those... Drunken deviled eggs: these are not your traditional grandma's holiday deviled eggs. The pickled beets add a nice hint of acidity to these and the yolk mixture was just perfect. Now I love a delicious dish but I love a pretty looking dish even more and presentation for this one is on point. Crab and zucchini fritters: I also didn't know that they change the menu periodically and one thing I wanted to try was the pork belly bacon which is apparently absent from the menu. Even though that was a bit of a bummer, I understand why restaurants switch up the menu so I just opted to try these fritters which are a new menu item. Now when you see CRAB on anything, zucchini does not cross your mind but we can't be close minded right? These fritters are unexpectedly and simply put, deliciousness. Not too "crabby" and perfectly balanced with zucchini, not one competing with the other, then you dip it in that buttermilk green goddess dressings and BAM...foodgasm. Now just a tip to the restaurant: please bring that pork belly bacon back, PLEASE :) R&B burger: why is it called R&B burger? Who knows but even though I also came to try the Fried Chicken sandwich when I read "blend of chuck, brisket and short rib" I was instantly swayed to change my mind. Then you add a tomato jam on the bottom, pimento cheese on top and a few pieces of crispy pork belly...mamma mia. Patty was cooked perfectly medium with juices oozing all over the tomato jam and toasted bun. There was a slice of tomato, some lettuce and a few pickles on the side but this burger needed none. I have to say, one of the best burgers in town. As I was feasting on this food, Wally, who I believe might be a manager, came over to check up on me, asked me if burger was cooked to my liking and talked a little bit about the menu options and brunch. Now that's excellent customer service because he was going around doing the same with other patrons so that's a bonus in my book. Bartender was also very attentive and helpful. Prices are very reasonable considering how delicious all the food is and the location. There's plenty of street parking and a parking garage nearby for those complaining about having to valet so there's that. Gotta come back for brunch and try the shrimp and grits, the meatloaf and Mac and cheese amongst a few other menu items.

Superb! sweet home floridaroot n bone brought the unique soul food flavors to this epic location in south miami. The biscuits are crispy and buttery enough to enjoy each bite of them, you might be tempted to order more than one basket. I had egg Benedict's on top of a waffle that was cooked to perfection. The egg melted on top of the waffle, seasoning it like no other topping The cherry on the cake is the bourbon maple syrup, It's flipping And all of these dishes were orchestrated and served by the best and kindest server named Giancarlo, who made the experience unforgettable, as he was so attentive and knowledgeable of the menu, that he also made sure we order all the must items. Congrats to all the RootNBone team! And make sure to keep Giancarlo in your team as he is part of the gastronomic southern experience

Oh man this place had gone down hill while the prices have gone up. Skip it. Simple as that. Fried chicken is greasy and undercooked with a pretty skinny chicken. Sides are very small portions with hefty price tag.

Southern style chic, is what I would call this place!l loved the ambiance everything was so cute. The service was quick, and the food was delicious. I had the chicken and waffles which is what our waiter recommended. He said that's what they are known for so, what the heck? we went for it. The chicken is soft and still has the bone! It comes with 4 waffles a hot sauce and maple syrup. All delicious ! We also had a cappuccino after, very good as well. Definitely recommend. Cute spot for bunch

I happened to see this restaurant while driving around S. Miami. I had heard the name but did not know that I was going to like it so much! It was a beautiful Saturday, late lunch. I got the perfect table outside. I have to admit that when I walked through the restaurant I was very tempted to eat inside, it's so beautifully decorated! The menu is varied, lunch and brunch on weekends. I love to have the option. They have a great cocktail menu as well. I had a delicious beet and quinoa salad and added salmon. It was cooked to perfection. Looking forward to my next visit.

Casual, bright eatery with a modern take on southern food. The cornbread is crispy on top, and warm in the center. I ordered the grits as well, and they were delicious. I normally don't like grits because they have a reputation for being dry. These grits had full pieces of tender corn and were topped with a crispy layer of cheese. The drunken deviled eggs were good too. The only thing I didn't love was the fried chicken sandwich. For a southern restaurant, good fried chicken is important to have. The sandwich itself wasn't terrible, but nothing was amazing or unique about the flavor. Their coffee selection was great, however. I ordered an iced latte which was really good. Service was efficient, and the staff members were friendly.

I had an enjoyable brunch at Root and Bone, located in South Miami. Specializing in farm-fresh southern food, all in all, this was a nice spot, with good eats and great service! Jasmine, our server, was amazing!! I ordered the Chicken and Waffles, their most popular dish. And their French Vanilla Gelato, given as a little birthday treat, was delicious! Free parking is available behind the restaurant.

What a shame, Nice atmosphere, But they seem a little under staffed. The food came out late and they seemed a little disorganized. The was fine, Just be prepared for the service.

This is a neat spot (and building). The interior and exterior of the restaurant are intriguing and creative. I also appreciate that there is a parking lot, rather than only street parking. The staff is friendly, and the food is delicious. This is a place to find southern comfort food, often with a twist. Their menu provides a variety of seasonal flavors. The fried chicken sandwich is yummy! Highly recommend.

This restaurant is so beautifully decorated. The manager sat me quickly. Our server was attentive and gave some good suggestions. He suggested The strawberry Lady which was delicious! Just don't steal the cup! I had the farmers salad, and the chicken biscuit. Both were great and filling.
