The staff was very friendly, and the bank was clean, well-organized, and had no wait time. I was able to open an account quickly and without any issues. The team was also extremely informative, making the entire process smooth and easy.

I gotta give them a 1 star I had a payment plan but they stop it due to missing a payment. So I’m trying to pay online they stop you from paying so you can’t get caught up. Making you have to call I will never go through them again for a car.

My experience at American Heritage Credit Union was very informative. The hospitality was great and fantastic.

On the one hand, a fairly simple transaction moment - assessing whether I could add to a newly matured Certificate of Deposit - but on the other hand, just enough mystery that I would benefit from a capable guiding hand. I got all of that from staffer Max Hernandez-Webster, who very ably guided me through my options and sent me on my way much better informed. Smart, informed, and a great manner. Every encounter here has worked for me, this one simply the latest. A fantastic asset to the neighborhood.

Unless you get lucky, odds are your teller or whoever helps you doesnt care why youre there, and wants you to leave them alone as quick as possible. Cant rate this bank low enough, id do negative 3 stars.

I had a very good experience with this branch. The tellers were friendly and professional.

0 customer service...& their ATM in lieu of a live person works less than 50% of the time,..for a credit union they've lost all personal contact with their customers ...how can you insist customers use an ATM when most of the time they're not "accepting this transaction at this time"...

The nicest people work here. You can tell over the phone that they do care and their culture is wholsesome. Having said that, I believe that their systems need upgrading. I have an auto loan with this bank and I tell you, it is very confusing and difficult to make a loan payment on their site. I have to constantly use my other credit union (PSECU) to send AHCU money. Making a payment should be the EASIEST of all financial transactions, however, with American Heritage Credit Union, that does not seem to be the case.
