Stopped in for dinner with my beautiful. Started with the goat cheese, croquettes, and the hot honey pepperoni pizza the goat cheese croquettes were delicious, but they were very soft. I liked them more than my girl did. The pizza was huge and super delicious pretty greasy pizza but I mean, I like my pizza like that and it was super good. I got the blackened mahi-mahi sliders and the spicy ranch wedges. Everything super super delicious. The bar was insanely busy, however we were able to get seated at a two top incredibly quickly. Incredible atmosphere in there the DJ did a great job and it was so so busy if you’re looking for a popping bar on Sunday night of all nights like it was great it was incredibly popping off. The waitress was wonderful.

I will forever drive however long to come to the American social location! The music is always amazing, the vibes are high, and the food is incredible and tasty. Never disappointed. My boyfriend and I had dinner and then went straight to the bar to continue the fun!

American Social is a solid spot in Fort Lauderdale if you’re looking to grab a beer, eat some food, and enjoy a high-energy atmosphere. It’s loud and the music is turned up, but that’s part of the experience—if you’re expecting a fun, lively vibe, you’ll have a good time. The guacamole and hot honey pizza were excellent appetizers and definitely stood out. The cheeseburger was also excellent and probably the best main we ordered. The chicken sandwich was good, but nothing special. Unfortunately, the fish tacos were a miss—watery and not enjoyable at all, and I wouldn’t recommend them. Overall, it was a good experience and a place I’d go back to, especially to watch football or hang out with friends, as long as you’re in the mood for the noise and energy.

Well, service was very slow. Only one girl working the hole restaurant. I couldn't sit outside bc of the tables were wet? Dry them off? Sat by the last table by the outside door. Just about killed me with the fan I was served water at the table. And sat.........25 minutes or more before I went to the hostess and mentioned Noone has come by to ask about a drink or food. So I.. finally said to the Hostess....I'll go to the bar for drinks and food! Well...20 or 25 minutes later..lol a be holed I finally got a response! I was about to leave. What would you like to drink? And lol and behold I got a drink and wouldn't let her leave without my order. Great part... drinks and food was excellent!! I totally enjoyed all the food I brought home food and warmed up and the were great mahi-mahi sliders. Make sure you damped the paper towel before you place it in the microwave! I recommend the goat cheese balls and Spinach dip! Watch out for a little spice on the chips! Good though! I'll see you guys soon!! Need a little more music and less all sports news! What an incredible experience! My friends and I decided to check out this spot on a bustling Friday night in downtown Fort Lauderdale, and we were absolutely blown away. First, the aesthetic. The vibe is perfectly chic yet with so much energy. From the stylish, dimly lit interior with its modern art deco touches to the gorgeous outdoor patio that lets you soak in the vibrant downtown Las Olas energy, the atmosphere is top-tier. It's the kind of place that feels both upscale and welcoming. All that said, this review is really for our bartender, Alyssa (I believe that was her name—brunette with incredible energy!). She was the absolute star of the show. Not only was she incredibly knowledgeable about the extensive craft cocktail menu, but she also had the warmest, most engaging personality. She made fantastic recommendations, checked on us just the right amount, and crafted some of the most delicious and visually stunning cocktails I've had. Her skill and hospitality truly elevated our entire night. And we can't forget the food! We ordered a few small plates to share, and every single one was a hit. We loved the Kimchi Fried Rice and the Hot Honey Pizza, by far! If you're looking for a place with amazing ambiance and delicious food, American Social is your go-to spot. I've been craving a burger for days. Couple of other spots local to the area didn't fix the crave. Their smash Burger was amazing. Pretzel bread, creamy sauteed onions, cheese everywhere, smashed to perfection. Crave fixed. I ordered Togo, the young lady at the hostess desk was training, she was sweet as pie. The manager was engaged, treated me like I'm there all the time with his welcoming vibe. It's my second time ever. Keep doing what you're doing, it's no wonder you're always packed. Side note, try the Carolina Chicken Sandwich too.

I have worked with Jasmine for a few private events and dinners, and I highly recommend this location for groups dining out in Fort Lauderdale. The food is great, the service is top-notch and the price for drinks is reasonable for a metro area. Make sure to get a reservation early if you are looking to have dinner there on the weekend. We have used the Founder's Lounge for some private events and it feels extremely private even during a busy weekend during season. I will definitely return to this location and other AmSo locations in the area.

Pros: Great ambience, delicious drinks, fun music. Kelly is an amazingly talented bartender, so friendly and provided excellent service! I love going there for a drink before a show at Revolution. I haven't tried the food. Cons: it can get pretty loud at night.

Small bar and eatery Paid parking I visited this establishment at lunch time. Not too busy but it picked up. There's a DJ in the evening and it gets extremely busy. On the weekend nights There's barely any room to walk. The place is jam packed. Not really my cup of tea. Very clostrophoby. I ordered wings Fish tacos and cheesecake The wings were awesome Fish tacos were wet and soggy The cheesecake was frozen on the inside Over all great ambiance, great service, but the food wasn't great.

Popped in for a quick bite. It's happy hour! I ordered a chicken poblano quesadilla and goat cheese croquettes in a spicy guava sauce. The quesadilla was a quesadilla. No big whoop. On the other hand the croquettes were outstanding! Ten bucks each. Can't beat it on Las Olas. Sat at the bar and Kristina was friendly and efficient.

We had our community party there and they did an amazing job putting it together. There were 2 rooms. Food was good, music was great and it had a continuous flow of young, well dressed and decently behaved crowd. Again we went there during a weekday happy hour. It is Las Olas and there is no free parking but plenty of paid parking lots near by. Most use "Pay by Phone" app.

American social is definitely a great bar to hangout at! Me and a couple friends of mine came here for happy hour. We tried a couple different apps; the guac, chicken fries. The guac was really good, I just wasn't sure of some of the corn that was in it, the rest of the guac had ton of flavors. The chicken fries were delicious, they weren't what I expected, it was more than I expected. I was thinking chicken fries from like BK. No these were loaded fries topped with chicken, and tossed in buffalo! This dish was AMAZING! We all loved it! We did get a couple drinks for happy hour. The waiter told us we had about 15 minutes to order for happy hour prices. One person ordered a margarita and me and my other friend ordered espresso martinis. When we got the bill they were all 3 full price. I was dissapoint to find out the espresso martini was not on the happy hour menu, and I wish I was informed when I was ordering. As for the margarita it took awhile for her to fix the bill. All in all the only reason why I provided 4 stars and not 5 was the service. The waiter was very kind when we were engaged with her, just wasn't very attentive throughout the night.

Love the wait staff very friendly not stuck up because they are on Las Olas and the most crowded place on the Blvd! A must go !

Walked in and saw this packed u-shaped bar and grabbed the only two seats left. We were immediately greeted by the general manager, Ray, and our server, Joie. They made us felt very comfortable at the bar. We ordered Aperol Spritz and Capt Morgan and Coke. Both were heavy pours, which was great. It was my wife's birthday weekend so they offered her a few complimentary sweet dessert options and she chose donut holes, which was a great decision, it was delish, surprisingly they were filled with a vanilla custard. Both of the bathrooms were super clean. Updating my review rating to a strong 5 stars.

Joie was exceptional today. Thursday lunch and was very attentive. I did not eat, but the Smash Burger the guy beside me had looked amazing.

I took a chance on a busy Sunday afternoon to stop in with some friends who were in town as we just wanted a snack and a drink. Service was a bit of a challenge although the manager finally came over, asked if we had been served and when we said no, he immediately sent someone over. It got better after that but we had waited so long we were all just ready to leave. The drinks were well poured and the snack we ordered was this thing called "chicken fries" which was like spicy pulled chicken served over fries with cheese and jalapeños. Sounds odd but was really quite good. It surprised me. They would have gotten 4 stars but I made the mistake of using the restroom and it was not clean, by any definition of the word. I am definitely not their target audience as this places skews younger and younger as the night goes on. You can just drive by to see the crowd on this busy corner of Las Olas. So know before you go that it can get very loud and packed. But on this recent Sunday, other than the bathroom, they delivered on what we needed albeit very slowly.

We enjoy their happy hour! They were out of the deviled eggs unfortunately but the quesadillas and spinach dip were great! Good prices for happy hour drinks too! Good tvs and good energy!

Went out to AMSO for a lil late night date night with the bf! Got some things to share, food was amazing and the drinks were very refreshing on a hot, South Florida evening. Phoenix took great care of us! Spot on with the recs and she was charming, talk about dinner and a show. We'll be back!!

We went out for dinner and drinks with our young adult kids during the holiday, and we had a blast! The music that night was retro dance, the drinks were great, and surprisingly, the food was excellent! We enjoyed an assortment of tacos, a smash burger, and several appetizers. If you want a table, be sure to make a reservation. We will definitely be back!

This is the local neighborhood bar where you can always catch a game and have a great drink... it's also the local FSU bar. Kelly is a cocktail connoisseur, super attentive and makes amazing drinks, but her Espresso Martinis are THE BEST! It does get quite crowded and loud especially on weekends, so weekdays are more my preference. There's usually a DJ as well and the music is always good. Definitely has a more "at home/cozy" vibe than the one in Brickell.

American Social surpassed my expectations in every way. The first visit's delicious hamburger set the tone, and the second visit's pizza confirmed consistency. What truly impressed me, however, was the staff's harmonious service, reminiscent of a championship basketball team. Patrons raved about Emily's kind welcome and Leilany's top-notch care, fostering a sense of community. The kitchen's mastery of flavors is undeniable. With its exceptional cuisine, warm hospitality, and prime location, American Social has earned a loyal patron in me. The Foodie Ninja will return. Great place to watch Sunday Football. Nice staff, good menu and unbeatable price on mimosa, $4. I would arrive early if there is a specific game you would like to watch so that you may request that game on a TV easy to view.

I stopped by last Friday and had Tabitha as my server. She was extremely attentive and everything came out in a timely manner. I got the AMSO burger and upgraded the fries to potato wedges. Everything came out so good and it was one of the best burgers I've had in a while. I will definitely be stopping by again!!!

Always a great time at Amso! I've been here for sporting events or just to grab dinner. Service is friendly and quick despite it always being packed. They recently redid the place to try and make it a little more upscale but still a great place to watch sports on Las Olas. It's always a good time on NFL Sundays as you'll see fans of different teams all over the country.

The food was great and the service was amazing! I only have 4 stars because the atmosphere felt a little dirty. We had a party of 9 people Ordered the Chicken wing and pretzel appetizers and hubby got the Ahi Poke bowl was outstanding. I got the burger and it was great.

We flew in a day early before our Royal Caribbean cruise and we decided to come here to get lunch. The waitresses were very kind. The atmosphere was great. They were playing all the games for football. The food was amazing. I love the steak bomb and the buffalo wings.

I had dinner and drinks last Thursday at american social and it was an amazing experience. The cocktail menu had everything you can think of and the food was great as well. I had the green goddess salmon and the cucumber fizz. I also had tabby as my server and she was great. I'll definitely be coming by again for the amazing food and service.

The taco Tuesday spot! They have a great menu for tacos and drinks on Tuesdays. The tacos are delicious and pretty big. Friendly and fast service. Tons of TVs with all the games on making for great ambience. Definitely recommended for a taco Tuesday spot!

The ambiance was fun and uplifting. After 10 pm, there was a deejay playing the latest tunes and the crowd appeared to be between the ages of 20-30 years old. Definitely an after hours social scene! We had dinner and my salad was superb! To drink, I tried something different, a pb&j cocktail! It was good and paired nicely with my salad. We stayed awhile to enjoy the music and have no complaints!

Love this place! Great service, cocktails and food! I sat at the busy bar on a Friday during happy hour and was pleasantly greeted by Kelly. She was friendly and attentive to all. They have an espresso martini for $10 during happy hour, and it was delicious! I also ordered the new Chopped BBQ Brisket sandwich which Kelly recommended and it did not disappoint!

Oh, my, goodness! We stopped by Los Olas on the way back to Tampa and stumbled into American Social. Let me tell you, the food is absolutely mouth-watering! I ordered the Green Goddess Salmon. It was literally the best salmon dish I have ever had. It came with a white sauce, mushrooms, crispy Brussel sprouts, pomegranate arils, green goddess sauce and topped with fresh crispy onion straws. The service was speedy for a Thursday afternoon. The restaurant has a very open air and bar feel. Very nice! I would highly recommend this wonderful restaurant to anyone looking for a really good meal.

Stopped by for lunch on a Monday. Grabbed a seat at the bar with my brother and was quickly greeted by the bartender Brittany. She told us about the burger specials they do every Monday and that it was also happy hour from 2-7. We got the smash burger and the Amso burger and both were awesome. The spicy guava margarita and smoked old fashion were our favorite drinks. We'll be coming back to try the truffle burger and to see the awesome bartender again!

Brittany is the best bartender in Fort Lauderdale. The service, attentiveness and food at this establishment is top notch. 11/10. Friday nights at American Social on Las Olas are always fun, but Kelly took it to the next level! From the second we walked up to the bar, she was attentive, friendly, and made us feel like we were the only ones there--even in a packed house. Kelly has an amazing energy that's so contagious; she really knows how to set the vibe! Her cocktails were out of this world. I ordered her recommendation, a Spicy Margarita, and it was hands down the best I've ever had--perfectly balanced with a kick that hit just right! My friend tried her take on a Gin & Tonic with some unique botanicals, and it was equally amazing. Every drink she made had that special touch, and you could tell she put real thought into each one. What really set Kelly apart was her incredible service. She remembered our names, our drink preferences, and made us feel like regulars. No matter how busy it got, she was on top of every order, fast and flawless. Her passion for bartending shines through in everything she does. Can't wait to go back and see her again--Kelly is truly a gem! P.S. She also makes the best espresso martini I've ever had!

Went there for the first time in years last week, and had the best time with Cindy. As a bartender, I can appreciate good service and she was top notch. This girl can run the entire place on her own. 10/10 the best around.

We were seated right away on a Wednesday night at 6:30pm. Great location - a street filled with shopping and dining. We parked in the lot behind the building for $5 for multiple hours. We tried happy hour items. The pretzels with cheese and mustard were delicious! The chicken quesadilla was stuffed with tons of chicken, cheese, and peppers. The deviled eggs were just ok. Service was friendly and it was nice sitting outside.

One word. CINDY. She makes a this bar 100% worth the trip every time. Best hair and personality in the building. Drinks are amazing every time, and she is the most attentive bartender in the Ft. Lauderdale area. Amso is great, Cindy is better! Go see her on Fridays for the most fun you'll ever have at an FSU bar.....

I had the amso burger with fries and the Pom-aloma cocktail while watching the Panthers game. The Pom-aloma was amazing! If you like a tad sweet/tart citrus drink this is the one for you! The burger was good not the best I've had it was very greasy as expected for a bar burger but it didn't seem all too flavorful.

Last night, my family ordered Carry out from two different restaurants on Las Olas, at American social. I ordered a salad but made a substitution. When my husband picked it up, the printout on the outside of the bag had the substitution, but when I took it out, the salad was made the original way. There was no way to get back to the restaurant, hubby was eating his hot food, and I was already in my PJs, so I called the restaurant and asked for a refund back to my credit card. I live about 10 minutes away. The manager got in his car and hand delivered a salad the way I had ordered it. He gained a customer for life.

American Social is a great place to hang out with some friends , go on a date and to watch all the games It's a fun bar to go to on Sundays listen to music and dance and socialize. The food and drinks are also amazingggggg. One of my all time faves is the Waygu sandwich, it is about 24$ and it's so flavorful and tender. A few other things I tried are the Brussels sprout, you can order them fried or steamed, I tried the fried and they are so delicious. The ribs are also amazing as well as the truffle fries. The oysters were also very delicious and fresh. All the drinks are super yummy as well. The service is great as well.

Thanks to Ray for sending us a gift card & comping our meal! We got take out again but picked it up this time. My chicken blat was delicious & loved the Brussel sprouts! Definitely recommend this sandwich but on a pretzel bun! Yummy!! Hubs burger and truffle fries were greasy but I guess this true bar food.

After recent renovations and an expansion, American Social's Las Olas location can easily host a private event of 70+ guests. They are pros at ensuring their buffet set up and bar is ready to go for crowds at all times. The service was stellar and the space absolutely perfect for a night of networking and mingling. Highly recommend for events of all kinds.

Buffalo Cauliflower Pizza - without the buffalo yummy . I enjoyed the ability to ammend any menu item as I have food sensitivities and food allergies. Parking was a little rough but the wait time was decent.

Had a really nice Sunday brunch. Service was a bit slow but not bad. Food was delicious. Great options to chose from and reasonable cost. Easy accessible parking (paid meter) at back. It is a bit on the loud side but they have a live DJ playing good music so I won't complain. Would recommend and go again!

One of my favorite bars on Las olas, and the food is amazing . The burger special on Sunday is an amazing deal. The d.j is incredible on the weekends. Samantha is by far one of my favorite bartenders and is very attentive and gorgeous not enough stars on this app to rate her. 10 stars

Love this place. Just started coming here a few months back since I just moved back in town. And wow. What a nice place. Our first time here Cindy took care of us. She was amazing ! We came after a Friday morning business meeting and she was just delightful. We now make it a habit to see her on Fridays whenever we can. What an amazing sweet and star bartender

We love coming to breakfast, lunch and brunch at American Social. We especially enjoy the avocado toast, the waffles, French toast and the eggs Benedict! We love coming here during the Las Olas Art Fair!
