There were 6 of us. We had the following menu items:
Stuffed grape leaves- never had this dish before. It was not to my liking but my sister liked them.
Mozzarella sticks- arrived quickly, hot and delicious.
Clam strips and fries- large portion served with cocktail sauce.
Pork chop- very moist, tender, cooked well served it had another side but I don't remember what. It also was served with soup, rolls, and 1 trip to the salad bar
Veal and spaghetti- served with soup, rolls a trip to the salad bar
Liver and onions-the onions needed to be cooked a lot longer they were not caramelized. Liver and mashed potatoes were good!
Lobster bisque - very thick, good flavor
Chicken noodle- not the best I have ever had but satisfactory
Macaroni and cheese- nephew was thrilled! He loves macaroni and cheese and pronounced it "really yummy"
The salad bar is just salad stuff, but you can make a very good one.
The portions were huge and almost all of us needed takeout containers.
The soup and appetizers arrived very quickly! The rest took a while. The staff was very friendly. The atmosphere is classic diner. I wish I had room for dessert because they looked amazing and there was a good variety.
The menu is HUGE! If we lived closer. I would return to try more of their food. With 2 appetizers, 5 beverages, 6 entrée(1 the child's menu) our total was about $100. If you are in the area it is definitely worth you money. You will probably have enough to take part home. Highly recommend giving it a try!
