"Over in downtown Franklin, Americana Taphouse has decked out its bar and outdoor patio with bold colors and bright candy canes for the Hard Candy holiday pop-up. You’ll find tableside s’mores and live music on the heated patio, and festive drinks and bar bites (like hot buttered bourbon and cranberry-brie phyllo bites) inside." - Jackie Gutierrez-Jones

The food was absolutely delicious. Several beer choices including flights. The half chicken was expertly flavored and prepared. The cornbread was the beat I've had. It came with butter and honey, but it's not needed. The live entertainment was really cool. Great atmosphere. However, the service was sub par. It took almost 20 minutes to get water. I hope it isn't like that all the time.

Decided to give this place a try while we were in town because we were looking for something different. I ordered the garbage can nachos and my wife ordered a salad. The nachos were a large portion and came with lots of toppings and were pretty good even though I would have liked for there to have been a little bit more chili and cheese. The salad on the other hand was very bland. The dressing didn't have much taste and the chicken was very dry and tough almost as if it had been cooked way earlier and just warmed up for the salad and the croutons tasted very odd and were basically inedible. The staff was pleasant when we walked in and were seated but once we got our food we weren't checked on again. Both of our glasses were empty and employees would walk by on the next row over but never stop at us. When someone did finally stop they asked if we wanted our ticket and then started to leave again and I had to stop them to ask if we could have a refill. We then sat for several more minutes just waiting for the ticket. It wasn't because they were busy, there was only one other couple in the area we were so I'm not sure what the issue was. Unfortunately if I'm ever back in town this place will not be where I stop.

This place was great! The food was amazing and and Rick who was playing music and is there on Wednesdays and Sundays what's fantastic. The menu is quite appealing and it's not your everyday food nor presentation. We had the the nachos and the meat was the best I have had on nachos that I remember. I would strongly recommend you try this place. 4 Stars for extremely slow service. We kind of fell through the cracks. Didn't look typical, though.

The wait was long because they were SO packed… rightfully so!!!!! Kind people, great menu, AMAZING food. They have so different seating options and gorgeous vintage character throughout. Rome was our server and he was so good, super kind. Thank Y’all

Stopped by for a late lunch. Our dining area wasn't full. However, there are three dining areas inside, not counting the upstairs, and patio seating. I came for their burgers. I had the Americana burger. The Cola onion relish and kool-aid pickles added a sweet touch. Bacon brought salty and savory. Lettuce was placed between the onion relish smeared on the bottom bun. I enjoy lettuce. In this case, it balanced the burger. The patty was cooked a bit more than medium but was not dry. Every ingredient blended well together. He ordered the shrimp cocktail. He was sweet and gave me one. It was large, and cooked perfectly. He had the Wrangler. Burger cooked longer than medium but again he loved the flavors. He's not particularly a fan of onion straws but said they worked and added crunch. The fries were tasty. Mine were saturated in oil and almost cold. That did not take away from the flavor His less oily and slightly warmer. We each had the fried nana puddin'. Banana ice cream coated in a vanilla wafer crust.

Amazing food! They really knocked it out of the park. Definitely worth the wait and something you should check out. I had the spicy chicken sandwich and I was blown away! If I'm ever near by I'm stopping here to be satisfied with this amazing food and service.

First, make a reservation! Just like anywhere in Franklin. However, this place is a hidden gem! Used to be an old gas station now it’s pumping out some serious flavor. Nice little place to get some tire American classics. Kool-Aid soaked pickles are a game changer, so good I might have to do this on my own too. The Trash Can Nachos come out in a little can then they spill them on your dish! The Georgia Peach Wing might be the best flavor wings I’ve had to date. This place is a true gem and now the leader of Flavortown! Chooo chooo

Great menu, nice drink selection, friendly staff. Food delivery took a few extra minutes due to new menu launch, but it was worth the wait. Fish tacos were fresh and tasty, planks were just a bit large. Spinach dip and chicken appetizers had good flavor and tested fresh. Convenient location. Definitely will return.

Yelp
It can be a hard candy Christmas all year at @americanataptn. Those pot roast sliders and the hot butterscotch bourbon were some of the best things I've ever had. The bar area was super fun decorated but already packed for our 5:30 girls dinner on a Friday. The pop up bar menu is available in the taphouse so I would recommend getting reservations there and just popping in to see the fun decorations in the bar. We'll be back for the great food but definitely don't miss the fun pop up menu now!

Leah J.

Yelp
We went for an afternoon snack and drink during the week at the Christmas pop-up. We were told it was first come first serve, but all tables were full except for one dirty one. We stood around and waited 10-15 minutes for them to finally clear off the table for us to sit. Service was very slow in general in the pop-up area but there were multiple staff in the other room doing nothing. All day happy hour has some great drink deals! We also tried the spinach dip and french onion soup and both were good. Pop-up decorations were super cute and girly but the glasses felt pretty cheap. The women's restroom was also out of toilet paper the whole time, even after telling staff.

Brooklynn K.

Yelp
I specifically visited to see the Hard Candy Christmas pop up for the holidays and it did not disappoint! The whole place was decked out with pink and pastel colored decorations, from floor to ceiling and even outside on their patio. We ordered 3 drinks from their holiday menu: Caramel apple hot drink - delicious and cozy Peppermint candy cane drink - fun and pretty, tasty Snickerdoodle - this was my favorite! The drink was so decadent and had a scrumptious piece of homemade toffee (from the bartender's family recipe) on top plus the Graham sauce was divine. We only got the phyllo cranberry brie cups but I enjoyed them! The other menu items looked awesome too, but we had a little back and forth with what we liked (I would've went for stuffed mushrooms if my partner liked them). The service was excellent - shout out to Krista, James, Dylan, and the other bartender with the toffee who's name we didn't catch! I'm so happy Americana Taphouse went all out for the holidays this year. It would make Dolly proud!

Gina A.

Yelp
Awesome spot picked by our friend who is a local. We had a beautiful seat outside, the server was friendly. The cocktails were tasty. We started with the coconut shrimp which I highly recommend. I got the ribs and OH MY!! Everyone envied my choice but there was a full rack of ribs so I shared! They were fall off the bone and delicious. The broccolini and mashed potatoes were great. Stop in, it's wonderful!

Elizabeth B.

Yelp
This is in a really fantastic spot, as long as you can find parking. I have been here many, many times and we usually have very good service. In nice weather, sitting outside can be a real treat. The ambiance is casual and fun. Sadly, the last two times we have eaten here, the food was not up to snuff. I had a Caesar salad with salmon. The lettuce was fresh with nice big pieces of Parmesan, but the salmon, which was supposed to be grilled, seemed to have been boiled or microwaved, there was no indication of grilling. Others at our table had the Italian dip (fine), loaded wedge (good) and burger (good). One nice thing here is they do frequently change the menu, we will return because we always do, in hopes, that the food is better.

Yelp
We made another trip to Americana Taphouse on a Friday eve before walking up to Pulltight Theater (that's another review...). Did you know they take reservations? A good idea, especially at peak times OR if you want to be either inside or outside depending on the weather. We opted for outside because it was a lovely evening and they have some great tables around the side that are shaded and pick up the evening breezes that arise off the Harpeth River. They have several fun Happy Hour Cocktails, I went with the French 75. If you haven't heard of it, check out the book The Rose Code.. but I digress. Crisp and clean, perfect for a warm August Eve. I had the Blackened Salmon Burger with the Chipotle slaw. The fries are thicker cut fries and that's not my thing. After deliberating on sides, our server noted my lack of zeal for what I was seeing and mentioned they also offer side salads. Perfect! I went with the Caesar which was so good and honestly I could have (read should have!) made a meal from that. Fresh and delicious. (there is an upcharge for the salads) The Salmon Burger was also quite good. A great meal in a lovely setting was enjoyed by the entire party.

Heather J.

Yelp
We went to Americana Taphouse for the pop up bar they had for Christmas. The bar area was decorated well with pink and other Dolly themed items. We were served quickly after getting a seat at the bar. I'm curious to try Americana Taphouse during non-Christmas times.

Savannah C.

Yelp
This was my least favorite restaurant we visited while in Franklin. The margarita was horrible. The beers were good. And they had a mule that was tasty. But the food was sub par. The mahi tacos just looked sad. The ribs weren't good. The mashed potatoes were dry. The fish and chips were the best thing we ordered. And the guy outside singing had an amazing voice we decided to stay longer. If you want good food and craft cocktails don't come here. If you want some beer then come on.

Gabe P.

Yelp
Americana Taphouse is connected to burger dandy. I wanted to take in as much as I could during our short visit to the area. So I ordered to go dessert and I also tried a IPA flight. (Flight #2). The fried nana pudding wasn't great but definitely not what I was expecting. It was way too cold. It got better the more it become room temperature. The ipa flight was good BUT they didn't mark or identify the names of the beers. I didn't know which ipa I was drinking. The service was really friendly! I hate I didn't get to try their food menu. They had some nice food options. I'll update my review after I've tried their food. Overall this was a decent first visit to Americana Taphouse. I'll be back!

Yelp
As a new resident of Franklin my husband & I have taken it upon ourselves to eat & drink our way through town . We are self proclaimed foodies & love trying new places. Americana Taphouse is high on our list. You can catch some live music there couple nights a week. We made a reservation so we could be sure to get a table on the patio & see the live music! Troy, the singer/songwriter was AWESOME! I had the Fish Tacos & they were insanely delish! They are on the appetizer menu but I had them as an entree. There are 2 of them but they are plenty big & filling. Sorry Americana Taphouse but I can not give you 5 Stars based on the fact you were out of Scout's Pinot Grigio ( you know the one you call your own) & because our server rushed us a bit & we were ordering & having drinks the whole time. Kinda killed the vibe a bit seeing as we were perfectly clear we were there to enjoy the music. Hopefully, our next time will be a 'lil less rushed.

Mark W.

Yelp
SeTed quickly and Taylor did a great job taking care of us. They had live music on a Monday evening.. very good beer selection. Ordered fish & chips and my son ordered the short ribs. Food was brought out quickly and was hot. Fish was good, fries were hand cut but not very "crispy". My son said the short ribs were good and he cleaned his plate. Overall good experience.

Roman C.

Yelp
Big time letdown. Came with a party of 6. Not a single person was happy with what they ordered. Food was bland, soggy, overpriced, etc. Definitely won't be back, especially with all the other options downtown.

Amy S.

Yelp
Sweet and quaint atmosphere. Our party of 5 was seated quickly. My friend ordered the French 75 which was good and I ordered the margarita and it was delish. Our server was great and food was delicious.

Cindy N.

Yelp
Food is subpar and overpriced. The "short rib burger" which two of us ordered was a preformed below average hamburger with an above average price. The salmon sandwich my husband got was a salmon patty (read filler). Our other lunch was the chicken pot pie soup, pretty bland and tasteless with little meat. The service was fine. We were disappointed we couldn't dine in the Christmas pop up area, had thought there would be more space there, and did have a reservation. Also big issue in the ladies room- tippy toilet.

Mari B.

Yelp
Recently stopped in for lunch and it was surprisingly good! Staff was super nice however they were completely understaffed. The wait staff told us someone just called out, and their lunch crowd just started. Patio seating is really nice and recommend. We were one of the few there however it got busy within 20 mins. It took about 20-25 mins for our Apps to come out and hard to get the wait staff's attention. They completely forgot the soda my co-worker ordered. They were trying but it was worse for other tables who didn't see anyone wait on them for 10 mins. The food itself was pretty good. When it was the Boathouse restaurant the food was good but seriously declined the two years before the restaurant change. But the food this time was tasty and generous portions. We ordered: * Dip Trio: Delicious! I really could have just had this and called it a Day! The Cheese Dip & Colored Green Dip was great! The Bean Dip was "Meh." * Fish Tacos: Delicious and plentiful! Needs more of that salsa with it. I had a side salad with it and the salad was huge. * Fish & Chips: Friend ordered this and tried it! Really good and their fries were better than what the Boathouse had before! * Yankee Cornbread: Meh! $5 for cornbread...should have came in a cute skillet or something?! The food, atmosphere and staff attitude was great. Not a fan of the service time - otherwise would have been a 4 Star.

Yelp
Was super excited to come to the Hard Candy pop up at Americana Taphouse we came 30 minutes before they closed and first thing they said was it's last call ,was totally turned off by the rude service and rushed . Was really looking forward to this and was a total let down .... So if you plan on getting here later on the night just don't and save your disappointment....

Jason N.

Yelp
We went there on a Thursday midday and it wasn't busy at all, but you wouldn't have know. With the amount times we saw our server. I hate to say it but the food was not good at all. We all got different things and all of us were disappointed. Not to mention $85 for 3 appetizers, 1 smaller entree and 4 waters for lunch is a little bit ridiculous. Service was under par too. Waited at least 25 minutes for our server to come by to ask For the check. The place is not that big. I just feel this is made like a tourist trap. They offer the Taphouse, the pop-up and the burger diner all attached together. They hit all the spots to bring you in and then up charge you for bad food and mediocre service. Definitely not a local spot, and tourists y'all should be aware as well. Too many other good choices in Franklin to waste your money here.

Axl R.

Yelp
Yup the other low star reviews were on point. Absolutely avoidable. Service and food below expectations. Pop Ups are more like Pop Downs!! Heard they are "tapping" out for good. Don't think this place will be missed.

Kennedy K.

Yelp
I've been a few times and I swear it gets worse and worse. Service, food, quality. Also the vibe inside is very uncomfortable. It's really unfortunate cause it's one of the best locations in Franklin.

Patrick O.

Yelp
I walked in to be greeted by a "please wait to be seated" signs. So I did, and waited, and waited, and waited. Finally, I was acknowledged and seated. Not an auspicious beginning. Nonetheless, the food was quite good, and service was pleasant and friendly. I had the chicken pot pie soup, a thick postage served with a biscuit. Very tasty. For dessert, I had their chocolate torte, a dark chocolate delight, served with berries, and a caramel sauce I could have done without. A Berry cousins would have been much nicer.

Ed C.

Yelp
it is closed and out of business. since this review needs a minimum of 85 characters, I will repeat and say it is closed and out of business. It was a great place when it was there.

Juan Y.

Yelp
Ask for Bartender David and the Old fashioned has to be the best drink in the USA. The food and ambience is amazing

Spencer B.

Yelp
Just don't. Waited for more than 1 hour to be served. I'm extremely forgiving as a former waiter but the restaurant's mistakes are inexcusable. Waitress Heather was perfectly pleasant, but it wasn't until 30 minutes into our experience that we overheard that there were a mere 2 servers for the very large restaurant. Short rib burger looked and tasted just like a regular burger; nothing notable. Mac and cheese was flavorless. Son's fish and chips were over cooked and not served with tartar. Fries were the highlight of the meal.

Roger M.

Yelp
I'm sorry, Americana Taphouse was disappointing both times I tried it. I like what the owner's concept, perhaps, intended. But it's not somewhere I can honestly recommend you spend your hard earned money. Restaurant food is too expensive and plentiful for anyone of us to be disappointed.

Tony P.

Yelp
With many mixed reviews I knew we were talking a bit of a risk on our experience at Americana Taphouse (which apparently has gone by different names over the years but under the same ownership). I have to start by saying that the service was VERY good. The outside setting on the side of the building beside the river was great. We ordered the Dip Trio based on the recommendation of our server, but the dish was just was okay. We didn't love it. Next we tried the Cioppino and Grits (white cheddar grits, shrimp, cod, okra, corn. This dish tasted very good however, some of the shrimp were not cleaned well. We did inform our server, who informed the manager. The manager came out, apologized, sent a replacement order of the shrimp topping, and comped the item. He was very professional and courteous and I was pleasantly surprised at how well the issue was handled. Because it was handled so well, I would have not shared the details of our shrimp problem, except that the replacement shrimp were also NOT cleaned properly. What a disappointment that was!! I mean did they not tell the kitchen what the issue was so they could be sure to correct it?? It was very puzzling after the manager had handled the concern so well.

Tiffany P.

Yelp
Pros: - great live music - yummy fish and chips Cons: - Customer service from our waiter was just okay - the bathroom was gross

David S.

Yelp
It's my first visit to this incarnation of Boat House v2.0 with beer taps and more burgers. "So...tell me, Dave, why does Yelp show you've made five check-ins here? Someone is being less than truthful aren't they?" Yes. Yes, indeed, they are!! It seems the owner simply changed the business name and other details on the ORIGINAL Boat House Yelp page. That caused ALL of the ratings as well as any of pictures, reviews, and tips dated prior to February 2020 to be utter nonsense as they apply to the original Boat House...NOT AMERICANA TAPHOUSE! This review loses a star because not even the Yelp admins give a hoot. There's no accountability by either the platform or the merchant. You can't trust the numbers because...well...they've been either grilled, fried, or both...just plain cooked! Back to Boat House v2.0, a.k.a. the Taphouse... The food for my only Taphouse visit was better than its predecessor's, but the space was understaffed to the point of absurdity. The staff were trying (some were still learning the ropes,) but half of the dining room needed to be closed to compensate. Instead, all tables were open and disappointment was shared equally across-the-board. The fresh fries were delicious. The burgers were good. As beer-battered fish goes, the fish was good. But the experience gets lost  when the business is unable to meet reasonable table service expectations. Impact of the pandemic is certain, but has its limits. Good luck to v2.0 as the pool of potential customers shows little sign of shrinking. I don't know whether it's the property or the proprietor, but snake-bit still looks like snake-bit. None of the guests I was with are in any hurry to come back. V3.0?

Yelp
What a great day . We tried Americana Taphouse for the first time can I just say WOW !!! The food presentation was just amazing and we loved the ambiance of the restaurant. Jennifer greeted us and she had such a lovely personality and made us feel so welcomed. Barbara was so knowledgeable of the menu and had great recommendations! She was a great server . We can't Waite to come back and have another amazing date ! Thank you Jennifer and Barbara for making our date so special!

Carol D.

Yelp
We decided to head to Franklin as we were not sure what to do on Memorial Day when a lot of places were closed. It's Kind of difficult to gage this place since we really only had one beverage here. 3 of us had the "My Mimosa" and the fourth had an IPA. The service was friendly and the beverages were good. I love their patio but it was full so we sat in the bar. It's a good place to sit and unwind.

Stephanie R.

Yelp
The impression the six of us has was that they just didn't care about the food, or the service. We were served chicken and waffles but the were out of syrup, kids menu was out of corn dogs, they were out of the Chardonnay, Buffalo wings had a drippy sweet sauce that tasted like marmalade, fries were all brown overdone. If you needed sauces, water, anything, the three servers were chatting it up and avoiding all eye contact. Couldn't find anyone to give us our check, had to go to the bar to get attention, then no one wanted to grab the card and cash us out.... The location is charming, too bad the manager servers and bartenders are so checked out because this place could really be something with just a little effort..

Claire T.

Yelp
Extremely disappointed in this place. We had a reservation here for weeks in advance - came 10 minutes before our time & and was told our table was almost ready. 15 minutes later we were told the kitchen was shutting down for the next 40 minutes so we would have to wait even longer. The only reason they even told us that was because we went to ask what the status of our table was.

Mary Kate E.

Yelp
I have come to terms with the fact that Williamson County and Rutherford County just do not enforce mask wearing inside establishments like Davidson County does. This is becoming a harsh reality, but I am always appreciative when the effort is made in establishments where their county doesn't enforce their local mandates. After walking into a couple of other establishments where masks were not being worn, we opted to dine here. Masks were being worn and for the most part, properly worn. Sanitation was being practiced as well. We were grateful for that. My friend and I sat outside to enjoy the fresh air on their patio. It was still really cool outside, but luckily there were heaters to enjoy. We opted for outside since inside was a little crowded. The patio is pretty vast. This was probably put in place and compromised a lot of the parking, but who says you can't have patio weather in the winter time? I mean, it is Tennessee. Weather changes in 5 minutes without much notice. The food we had was decent. I was particularly happy with my meal and the portion size for the cost. Additionally, the beer list was solid and had local offerings. Service was good. She checked in as needed being that we were the only ones outside. She didn't keep us waiting for anything and the food was delivered warmed and promptly. The namesake of the restaurant pretty much reflects the type of food they have - American. Honestly, you couldn't get more American than here. This place is cute and a nice alternative to the main drag of restaurants further down Main Street.

Chantal S.

Yelp
Highly recommend! The food, service, and ambiance were great. The French dip sandwich and harvest salad were delicious! We were visiting Franklin with our two little kids and stopped in nearly before closing time. Heather went above and beyond to make our meal great. The southern hospitality is not spared even at closing time!

Jamie S.

Yelp
A major letdown. Food was underwhelming. It's advertised as a Christmas pop up space Decor is only in bar area not in the restaurant. Sold out of all special bar items. If you plan to have special menu items make sure you allow for demand. Over promoted and under delivered.

Matt G.

Yelp
Not bad at all, which I know isn't always the greatest way to start a review. We have never had a bad experience here, but we also never had an unforgettable experience. I will say their kool-aid soaked peppers are really unique and delicious and their fish tacos were some of the best I've ever had. We've gotten the nachos several times and while the taste is all there, only half of the chips really have toppings and cheese on it... I think it's because they do the "garbage can" style presentation. We got the ham biscuit appetizer and for $12, I was really disappointed. Not tasty nor worth the price.

K A.

Yelp
my friend and I went to the Christmas pop up this evening. When we arrived there were no tables available due to it being first come first served. We waited for almost 30 minutes before a table was available. Once we sat the table needed to be cleared from the previous guests. We sat for almost 20 minutes and were not greeted or even given water. I then found the manager and told her what was going on, she apologized and stated that someone would be over. We sat there for another 10 before a server came. Once greeter by our server Brittany the experienced changes. Brittany was so kind, professional and apologetic about what had happened. She made sure we were taken care and had everything we needed until the moment we left. If it had not been for Brittany and her wonderful attitude the entire experience would have been terrible. She definitely turned it around!

Yelp
Boats on the water have their ups and downs and Pucketts Boathouse has had its share in the 5 years we've been coming here. Nonetheless, waves and ripples are a part of life and the Boathouse has weathered the storms of changes in chefs and some staff and some menu items. It still remains one of our all-time favorites. So when a friend with whom I worked in the Peace Corps 53 years ago came to town, the Boathouse was my very first choice for lunch. The staff here greeted us very cordially (of course!). Drinks were served and the famous Boathouse Fried Pickles graced our table...but not for long. All the meals we ordered were spot on - generous portions of fresh, appropriately seasoned shrimp, fish tacos (thick, tender, lightly battered, and and flaky), and melt-in-your mouth short rib, crunchy onion rings (boy were they BIG). The staff checked on us periodically, but knowing how special this lunch was, they simply stayed back and came only as needed. (Thank you, Boathouse staff!) So many memories, so many good times....and lunch at the Boathouse was one more checkmark on the good food, good friends list.

Halie F.

Yelp
We had reservations, came ten minutes early. Many tables were open. We waited as told no problem for 15 min until they seated us at one of the same open tables that was there when we arrived. After sitting we waited 30 minutes with staff walking by us not busy (rolling silverware) and no one even asked us for our drink order. We saw who we assumed was the manager ignore us and walk right by us. Our family ended up getting up to leave with no one ever saying anything to us. I am giving them a 2 star because I was here another time and had decent service and just ok food. I guess there is a reason it never seems busy. They need to up their service standards, train their employees on how to treat their guests.

Nancy S.

Yelp
Great food! Friendly service. Great place to eat and listen to live music. From appetizers to dessert it was all wonderful! Definitely will have the Brussel sprouts again!

Ashley E.

Yelp
Delicious food! We ordered the wings with the sweet peach to start. They were sweet with a delicious flavor and a peach jam! I got the Americana burger with the coca-cola onion relish, white cheddar and spicy thousand island, topped with kool-aid pickles! My dinner mates got the party melt- huge but how can you go wrong with cheese, burger, bacon and jalapeño. The fish & chips was hot and delicious as well.

Keith C.

Yelp
Not sure where to start. The service was awful, it took forever for drinks and then they were wrong. They ran out of certain food items and what was available was poor quality. We love music but not so loud that you can't have a conversation. Will never return! The service was awful and took forever.

Holly R.

Yelp
I wanted to bring a fairly large group to eat there at 5:30 on a Thursday night. I even stopped in to talk to a manager (not there) and left the dates and time. (The group isn't large enough to pay for their $2000 room.) I also explained it to the very congenial waiter I had. No one ever called. I assume they have all the business they need or prefer small groups.

Rhonda H.

Yelp
We keep trying to support Americana Taphouse but every time we go it's the same experience. The food is good but service is severely lacking. Today was the same. The meal at lunch took 2 hours on a Sunday. We enjoyed our meals & the server was kind. It's a nice environment especially when you're able to sit outside. However, our server had only 2 tables & got one of our meals wrong. Instead of correcting it, it was added on as an up charge. We didn't ask to change it because everything else took such a long time & we knew that would. Sadly, that will be the last time we visit.

Eddie C.

Yelp
Way less than impressed. Ordered the hamburger steak with mashed potatoes and collards. Only the collards were green beans that were bland, tasteless. Asked for a side of collards and they were prepared with the stems attached. I guess the person who cooked them never cooked in a southern kitchen. The mashed potatoes were sad, dry and very much needed the pedestrian brown gravy that tasted like it came out of a jar. The actual hamburger steak was more of a hockey puck that had to be cut with a knife. Don't remember ever having to cut a hamburger steak with a knife before. Don't waste your time or money here, find you a Cracker Barrel instead for a better meal.

Yelp
Good service. Food was really good. Had the Mahi tacos, salads, and Coconut Shrimp. All delicious. Great location.

Yelp
Place was not very good. We waited probably 7 minutes to be sat, which isn't very long but there was only one table that had anyone at it... like the place was empty. We then waited ten minutes until a server asked if we had been helped,m. Like 10 more minutes for drinks to come out and food about 15 minutes after. The burger was very average and the fries and Mac and cheese were both under done. Might give it another chance if changes were made. Also there was a good amount of bugs inside the building.

Yelp
Had the best chicken poppers, margarita & overall dining experience. David was my awesome server & bar tender. I'll be back!

Yelp
This place is a hidden gem! Used to be an old gas station now it's pumping out some serious flavor. Nice little place to get some tire American classics. Kool-Aid soaked pickles are a game changer, so good I might have to do this on my own too. The Trash Can Nachos come out in a little can then they spill them on your dish! The Georgia Peach Wing might be the best flavor wings I've had to date. This place is a true gem and now the leader of Flavortown! Chooo chooo

Yelp
Had one of the absolute best sandwiches ever in my entire life here. Probably actually the best. The hot chicken BLT with pimento cheese. The Kool Aid pickles are the best. Unbelievable. Almost ordered another one to go. Wife had an excellent burger too. Huge tap list of real craft beer. Unfortunately this was a retirement scouting trip, so it will be years before I can enjoy this sandwich every day/week. Vacations will be planned around this sandwich. Go there, get this. Trust me.
