Américas River Oaks

This is a great place for special occasions and corporate events. The food is similar to Churrasco’s, but the decor is very out there. The chairs and artwork are just different. Very impressed with the servers knowledge on the menu and all the food was great! Gotta get the plantain chips and don’t miss out on the weird bathroom.

River oaks was an amazing experience I will say I have never had a dining experience quite like this we went for one of my family members birthdays and it was amazing. the decor is out-of-this-world I guarantee you've never seen anything like it if you go and have something they're just go for the decor alone obviously the food was top notch I would not go for the steak if your connoisseur. Mashed potatoes are amazing the corn and side stuff that they have are amazing. For such a high scale classy restaurant it was very very reasonably priced.

Food and wine pairing dinner. The service was exceptional. Delicious zucchini salad, pork tamale, and lamb all paired with some fabulous high-end wines from Chile!

I love this place! The food is awesome and the decor is even more awesome! Definitely try this place... The waiters and waitresses were so nice. Im coming back Americas! I ordered the chicken, which was a very good choice. Next time, I want to try the vegetarian option.(the other picture)

Everything thing was amazing, from our food, to the drinks, and the service from our waiter. We arrived during happy hour which is only available at the bar. We had reservations but it was not very busy for a Friday at 5, however, we were not able to sit in the area because it was all full and too hot to sit outside. So we ordered drinks and sat at our regular dining table. Our waiter was very professional and charming. Since this was our first time visiting he did very well going over the menu with us, made recommendations and always made sure we had everything we needed. The food was delicious. I ordered the seabass, it was so flavorful. We also loved the tequila bread pudding. Will definitely be returning.

Tried their brunch buffet. Good varieties of foods from appies to desserts. Salad, smoke salmon, French toast, waffles, crepes, fries, taters, roasted pig, prime ribs, beef tenderloin, paella, pasta, omelets, creme brulee, macarons, cotton candy... etc and etc. the dinning room is funky furnished, very good ambiance. However, if you have a closer look at the place.... it is quite old and filthy. this discounted 1 star.

I'm going to be honest this place has the best tres leches I the world. I say that with no hesitation. They have 3 kinds normal, Bailey's, and a flaming one with two kinds of liquor cinnamon and chocolate ganache. Take a look at the pics. The food was cooked properly . However this night had way too much cilantro. We ordered a flight of ceviche and the sea bass.Cocktails are perfect. The bartender Alfredo and the server Cody . Perfect. We will go back to enjoy the services we received.
